Me
and
my
friend
stayed
at
Crystallo
Apartments
from
the
29th
of
May
to
1st
of
June.
The
booking
wasn’t
made
in
my
name,
but
as
the
hotel
scans
every
guests
documents,
they’ll
know
I
was
there.
Right
at
the
beginning
we
noticed
the
standard
is
quite
low,
even
for
the
price
we
paid.
The
shower
cabin
lacked
door
(there
was
a
curtain
instead),
the
shower
base
was
leaking,
leaving
the
bathroom
floor
completely
wet
after
we
used
it.
The
only
shelf
in
the
bathroom
was
broken
(hanging
down
at
a
weird
angle,
making
it
useless
for
keeping
any
cream
or
serum
bottles
or
even
a
toothbrush
there),
hotel
did
not
provide
cable
adapters
(thankfully
we
came
prepared)
or
decent
size
mugs
(just
tiny
ones).
But
we
would
honestly
not
even
care
and
make
a
problem
out
of
it,
if
not
the
event
that
took
place
on
our
last
evening
at
the
hotel
that
made
us
remember
Crystallo
Apartments
in
a
really
bad
light.
I
tried
to
take
a
shower
after
a
long
day
with
swimming
in
the
sea
and
in
the
pool.
Unfortunately
no
matter
how
long
I’ve
waited,
there
was
no
warm
water
this
time.
Hotel
doesn’t
provide
phones
in
the
rooms
to
reach
the
reception
desk,
their
phone
number
doesn’t
work
with
WhatsApp
and
I
didn’t
have
roaming
activated.
My
friend
was
already
asleep.
The
only
thing
I
could
do
is
to
go
downstairs
and
ask
for
help
regarding
my
problem.
As
I
was
very
tired
and
could
only
think
about
taking
shower,
going
to
sleep
and
waking
up
early
the
next
morning
to
get
to
the
airport
on
time,
I
chose
the
fastest
option.
I
went
there
wrapped
in
a
big
bath
towel.
Maybe
this
wasn’t
the
best
idea,
but
this
hotel
has
a
swimming
pool
right
behind
the
reception
and
so
there
are
people
in
bikinis
and
towels
passing
by
to
get
to
that
swimming
pool
anyway.
As
soon
as
the
man
at
the
counter
saw
me,
he
stood
up,
stopped
talking
to
the
other
guests
and
started
shouting
at
me,
asking
how
dare
I
coming
there
looking
like
this,
what
I’m
thinking
and
where
my
boyfriend
is
(this
question
was
actually
completely
out
of
context
for
me,
but
I
assume
he
carried
it
out
from
his
own
culture).
I
told
him
that
I
was
literally
trying
to
take
a
shower,
but
there
is
no
warm
water,
so
I
came
to
ask
for
help.
He
kept
ignoring
me
and
instead
was
shouting
that
I
can’t
just
walk
around
like
that.
He
seemed
very
angry,
to
the
point
that
I
was
super
scared
of
him
and
his
absolutely
exaggerated
reaction.
I
still
tried
explaining
myself,
but
he
wouldn’t
listen.
He
was
furious.
After
feeling
completely
ignored,
scared
and
embarrassed
I
said
I
will
go
back
to
my
room,
but
I
really
ask
to
do
something
about
the
water
problem.
He
finally
asked
about
my
room
number,
which
I
provided
and
I
went
back
inside.
This
happened
around
9:30
or
9:40
pm
on
May
31st
and
I’m
sure
it’s
on
the
CCTV.
I
was
waiting
for
someone
to
come
and
talk
to
me
about
it
or
investigate
the
problem
and
let
me
know
what
happened.
Nobody
came.
I
checked
the
water
few
more
times
before
I
realized
no
one
is
doing
anything
and
so
I
went
to
sleep,
hoping
the
warm
water
will
be
back
in
the
morning,
so
that
I
can
shower
before
my
flight
back
home.
Unfortunately
that
didn’t
happen.
Today
me
and
my
friend
had
to
travel
back
to
our
country
with
dirty
hair
and
burnt
skin
that
we
couldn’t
take
a
proper
care
of
without
the
access
to
warm
water.
I
was
feeling
awful
both
mentally
and
physically.
In
the
morning
we
had
to
leave
to
the
airport
before
the
reception
desk
opening
hour
(we
gave
the
key
to
a
very
nice
cleaning
lady)
so
I
couldn’t
address
my
problem
to
anyone
in
charge
or
even
a
different
front
desk
employee.
The
described
situation
made
my
stay
at
Crystallo
Apartments
the
worst
hotel
experience
in
my
whole
life.
If
what
I
did
was
really
bad,
it
could
have
been
addressed
calmly
and
professionally.
Instead
I
was
too
scared
to
go
back
to
the
receptionist
and
ask
for
updates
about
the
water
issue.
