As of writing this review I am staying here for 2 weeks. Currently in the second week. The complex has a pool with no chlorine, public bathrooms around the complex, a laundry facility with prices for 3 euros for a wash and 2 for drying. There is also a gym and safety deposit boxes for 2 euros a day. For food you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and with the dinner there is an amazing soop. Th rooms are quite spacious with good arconditioning, the beds are a tiny bit to small for me (1,85). But overall quite comfortable. Be aware that the outlets are all British. Around the complex there is also free WiFi which was especially handy for my visit because for some reason I had no 3g 4g or 5g. The staff is verry friendly and always happy to help with any problems. Honestly one of the greatest hotels I have ever visited.

Very interesting in the area. It was holy place and amazing castle ruin, mosaic and pillars from Sweden King.

Lovely resort with really great food and staff. So helpful they will go out of their way for you. Very clean pool. A slow 2 minute walk to the harbour and shopping.

Spent a couple of weeks here on my own in Paphos for my nieces wedding very nice small hotel like one big happy family staff were very attentive a good choice of food some lovely roasts tender lamb juicy roast duck always a fish on of an evening 🐟 one of the good things about this hotel there be a supermarket across the road very handy you're in the centre of the old town and you're right next to the harbour what's not to like

Visited with my family for 1 week at the end of May/start of June. We had never been to Cyprus before and we’re looking forward to a new experience but this hotel did not live up to our expectations. First of all, our room did clearly not get thoroughly cleaned before we arrived as the draws were filthy and we found a cigarette box in one next to the bed. There was NO “daily room cleaning service”, as listed by Jet2, our room did not get cleaned once during our stay leading to the room becoming dirty and smelly. There was no replacement of dirty towels for clean ones, we had to ask in reception ourselves. There were no toilet rolls, we also had to ask. No emptying of the bins, until we complained, which considering they ask you to bin used toilet paper instead of flushing it, you think they’d be more inclined to empty the bins daily. It got so bad we bought our own bags to empty the bins! The downstairs communal toilets were not stocked up with: toilet paper, hand soap or hand towels and they were quite dirty. Our balcony door was broken and would not lock, good thing we were on a high floor. However, we were on the third floor (the highest in our block) and there was no lift. We had to carry 3 suitcases and hand luggage up 6 flights of stairs! There was no day time entertainment as advertised by Jet2. Only two nights of our week had entertainment, Cypriot and Greek dancing. This lack of entertainment caused guests to become rowdy, resulting in people playing football in the dining area and smashing things, turned into more of a school playground. No bathrobe or slippers as promised by Jet2. The pool and pool area were very nice, no lifeguard though. The hotel may benefit from having a security guard as there were drunken people walking around the hotel and using the facilities who didn’t even stay there. The staff were friendly although even they admitted and joked that there were no cleaners and the hotel wasn’t great. Some staff weren’t appearing to be following basic health/hygiene and safety rules as some were seen in the bathrooms not washing their hands before returning to serve drinks and food. The food was very nice, served as a buffet, with lots of variation across different nights. The underlying issue is that this hotel is severely understaffed, however, this is no excuse for quality to suffer, they shouldn’t operate at full capacity if they can’t live up to promises and deliver on quality. I would not return to this hotel.

Spent a week at Basilica Complex wasn't to impressed. Needs updating. Arrived late at night, night porter took us to our apartment, thought I was back at home, he took us up 2 flights of stairs to the apartment, it looked like a derelict building. The surrounding area was dirty. Didn't use the pool, used the restaurant last nite, not much choice, and cost 14 Euro. Had to ask for towels and when we saw the maid to clean the floor. 2 of the mattresses where stained. Didn't spend to much time in the apartment. Wouldn't visit these apartments again. Cyprus is a lovely place, and the weather was fantastic, but these apartments didn't make it😞.

Wonderful place. The complex are not new. The rooms are large and the bed are very comfortable. Good cheap restaurant. Cleaning inside and out are fantastic. Would like to stay here again.

The room was extremely clean and modern, the staff were so friendly and helpful especially the lady with glasses and long black hair on reception. The food was amazing and a lovely variety too. We have a couple of issues with our room with a leak with the air conditioning it was attended to immediately and when they realised it required a more substantial repair we were given the chance to change rooms and it was even nicer that the first one. This hotel gives you everything and more for a 3 star and is in a fantastic location right around the corner from the harbour, shops, restaurants and the bus station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for two weeks all inclusive in August 2022, thank you so much.

The hotel block itself is good and well laid out. The hotel has an annex block located on the other side of the road. The apartment itself was modern and well equipped. The downside was the balcony not so much on its small size but the view on a daily basis of the area where all the rubbish is left. I understand it has to be left somewhere, so maybe a screen to block the mess would be a good idea.

Unfortunately we got a room next to the road. It got pretty noisy at times. Might not bother some people but be aware if you get one of those rooms you might not have a great experience. The room itself was fine. The pool area was very nice and relaxed. We were self catering so didn't sample the food at the hotel.

Considering the costs, this hotel provided excellent service and good food.

Perfect location but the facilities are pretty old. No elivator, the water current is very week. The staff are nice👍

Super location in downtown Kato Paphos. Right by the harbour, shops, hotels and the inter-city bus terminal. Excellent service; especially Maria and Chrystalla! Average, functional, budget hotel with a nice pool in the good part of town.

Shower area could be cleaner. But generally a good place to stay. Very central and convenient.

The rooms are brilliant nothing is too much trouble if you need help. The food is very good but the only thing is its all kept warm x

Good room, close to harbour, bars and supermarket opposite. Good pool area.

Food was absolutely superb!! Staff were very friendly & it's perfectly situated. The entertainment unfortunately let it down & was very limited. Nothing for children to do at all. Overall a lovely chilled break though.

Went here in March last year and once we left the snow behind we had a wonderful hot 10 days here. The food was amazing and the people were so friendly. Wud ho back here.

Just go it is wonderful, the food is Michelin standard. The staff are friendly and just fabulous, they work so hard to make your holiday so enjoyable. My only reccomendation is do not book a week, 10 days plus

Right in the center of town only a 2 min walk to the shops and bus station staff are friendly and rooms are clean everyday not all rooms over look the complex our own room looks down the street over bus station and the old harbour to the sea lovely holiday resort for family's has a large pool and kids pool also has a small play room for the kids and a gym for the adults
