My stay in Pafos was smooth and comfortable thanks to Angela apartment. It’s very near to the habour and easy to access by bus. Evelyn was a very nice host that she waited for me when my plane arrived late at night. The studio has enough everything, stove, oven… but no spices though. You need to buy extra salt and pepper if you want to cook something. I stayed in the mid of March, and Pafos was strangely cold. The bedroom was super cold at night. It cost 5€/day for extra aircon. This could be included in the room price so customer won’t get surprised. To sum up, very nice stay! I recommend! P/s: pic from the balcon

If you come here in the winter, be aware that this apartment is VERY COLD. The whole building is poorly isolated, meaning that if you’re here in the winter months, you will freeze. There was only one heating body (in the bedroom). If you get up in the morning, it is simply freezing, even if you pay those 5€ extra for the heating. The Wi-Fi is also a joke tbh. You can barely stream music. You’re way better off investing 10 bucks more per night in the old town. From there it’s only a 15 min walk to the beach as well. You don’t win much by being close to the beach. On top of this, you cannot close the shower (at least in our apartment. Given the temperatures in winter/spring, this is even more of a bummer). There is also nothing to make coffee, so you should bring a French press or something if you want to enjoy coffee in the morning.

Very welcoming owner. Very clean. Very well equipped. Central for restaurants bars and local attractions. Kings avenue mall 2miles away easy walking. Tomb of kings historical site 200yards away.

We ordered the place a few months ago. And then the war started in Israel and our flight was canceled. We ask the hotel if we can canceled our order (a week before the check in date ) and they just ignored our emails and didn't respond any answer. Not a yes and not a no. I wanted to order this place again for the trip after the war will stop and we'll have a better time and i will not. Very disappointing

Good location, close to the sea. Excellent service, clean and spacious. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Quiet and cosy enough

The apartment we stayed in was fine. At first, I didn't like it but then got used to it and felt like home. The only thing that needs to change immediately is the water pressure. Although the switch was on, it was running very weakly, resulting in longer time bathing. Pros: The price is great, the place is clean, a big apartment, a new and clean bathroom, regular cleaning services, responsive host (thank you, Evelyn), close to the old town and Toms of Kings, bus stops, the street is full of kiosks, restaurants and bars. Cons: Water pressure, the building is generally old and unfriendly, our balcony was not enjoyable, noise from the main street, the location is a bit far from the harbour and some car rentals so double check your advanced bookings.

Air conditioner is for additional payment (5 euro per day, when I stayed), fan is included though. Overall pretty good for its price.
