Very well run place. Friendly and professional owner. Large comfortable rooms with all the amenities needed. Nice terrace per room. Wifi works well. 5-10 min walk to where all the tourist bars and restaurants are. A lot of off street parking. High recommend all round 👍🏼

I have spent two months here working remotely and sincerely cannot recommend this place enough. Location, comfort, vibe, value for money, it has it all. But what tops it really are the managers Ritsa and Nikos whom I cannot thank enough for the continuous support with everything I needed at any time of the day.

Had the best experience! Everything was just perfect! Ritsa and Nikos are the nicest kindest people I've ever met. Their hospitality is humbling. The room was thoroughly cleaned and had everything we would possibly need. Really quite neighborhood too. Would visit again 100%.

I had an amazing time at King's Holiday Apartments. The location is perfect and the apartment I stayed in was big, clean, and really comfortable. The balcony had a nice view, and I loved spending time there. The pool was super clean and made me feel relaxed. The owners and staff were super helpful and knew a lot about the area. King's Apartments are a great deal for a wonderful vacation in Paphos. I totally recommend it!!

I stayed here twice and I loved it. The owners are friendly, answer any questions and bring something if you need it. The pool is amazing, i swam in it every day. Our room was clean, and the balcony view was stunning. I really recommend to stay here if ever in Paphos.

The Apartment is very nice and clean and the owner is super friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing! The Apartment is near the Venus Beach, Tombs of the King's, but also a Lidl and many restaurants are near there. You can reach the city centre with busses or you can go for a walk. I highly recommend the apartment, also for big families or for group of friends! We'll come back.

Nicos and Rytsa did a great job making our trip feel the best. Have visited this apartments and had stayed there for 1 month. Bed linen, towels. With all questions I've got respose within 1 day. The pool, the room, free parking, beach proximity, convenience shops availability, sea shore, shops. Everything is exactly where it should be! Thanks a lot!!

Small, cozy hotel, well-equipped rooms, perfect for long stays, for adults and children :-) toys for children on the terrace and Bella's dog for stroking :-) swimming pool clean and well-kept, the owners serve drinks and coffee by the pool. Venus Beach 10 minutes on foot, the same to Lidl. Particularly noteworthy is the great kindness of Nikos and Ritsa, who can help in any situation. It’s been such a lovely time! Friendly staff, clean apartment and a very nice pool. It's a good base location for other trips. If you have a car, there's lots of space to park. :)

The host Nickos and his wife are lovely people. The apartments are clean, decently sized and with good air-conditioning. They are located conveniently near the beach, busstop and a nearby LIDL. We spend two weeks here and had a great time.

Maybe it was good 5 to 10 years ago. Today the owner tries to fool people. They tried to put us in some trash house really awful. After complaining we've got the Appartment we booked but see the pictures below and how they present the house is quite different. Not to mention bad internet and power outages daily. We've traveling the island for 4weeks but this location was by far the lowest value for the money. Btw: we've booked a studio apartment with Airbnb and they try to make up a story because I booked just for me and not for me an my girlfriend like a bad hotel 😜

Have stayed here 4 times in the last 2 years, and, it only gets better 🙂. Ritsa and Nikos are the most friendly and helpful hosts one could get 🙂. Accommodation is very clean and well looked after. Studio appts with all you need (I think there are options..ie 1/2bed appts 🤔?). It's also very close to the main road (Coral Bay to Paphos Central), with plenty of restaurants,bars, kiosks almost on your doorstep.... And TOTK archeology site just over the road....😎.

Very nice apartment. I recommend it to everyone. You can book with baby, they have baby beds. 🙂 The staff is very kind and helpful.

King's Holiday Apartments is a smart choice for travelers to Paphos, offering a relaxed and hassle-free stay every time. We spent seven days there and we have very fond memories of this place. Very nice hosts Nikos and Ritsa. Thank you very much for a nice welcome! I really enjoyed the pool where I enjoyed swimming every day. The apartments were clean, bright and spacious. It is definitely a place to return to.

Awesome place to be with reasonable pricing. Very friendly owners, and they are always helpful. You have everything you need for the everyday living. 5 star place for sure.

This is a building with little apartments, very nice and clean. They cleaned our room in sunday even they do not have hotel service. The room has a nice balcony. There is a lift. The owner is very nice lady that gave us answers to every question we had and she was very patient with me and all my questions about buses.

Went on holiday with my sister for 8 days, we've been treated with great respect ever since arriving. We were treated to coffee when room wasn't ready yet and we even got a free upgrade for a night! Rooms were spotless, kitchen had plenty cookware to cook our meals, beds were comfortable. I gave it 5* because for the price the standard is very high though this apartment is not exactly luxurious.

The place was nice and the price was good. Our bed was comfortable, air conditioning functioned well.

This is absolutely outstanding place to stay in Pafos. All facilities are very clean, new, air condition is working well. Nice and clean swimming pool, very good location, close to Venus beach and bus stops right near. A lot of comfy chill corners around property to enjoy cocktail :-) And the most great about this place: the owners. Best and friendliest people ever we met in Cyprus. They helped us to organize our leisure, so our time on Cypus was excellent. 12 points from Sweden goes to your place! Thank you! ❤️ 🇨🇾

I didn’t plan to come to Cyprus but the war in Ukraine made me to flee in very tight and harsh circumstances. We were looking for appropriate place to stay for a while and to tell you the truth only here, in Kings Holiday Apartments we were more then welcome. The owners of the complex gave us the reasonable price, warm greetings and immediate assistance when ever I needed it. Nothing is a problem for them, place is treated well and I would definitely recommend this complex for your stay in Paphos.
