Booked two rooms, with a request for adjoining, ground floor and they full filled it. Both were clean and tidy. Every thing was there and working for a self catering holiday with no issues. The rooms are spacious but dated. Bathrooms are practical but small. Staff friendly and help full. Despite some of the horror stories i have read on various sites, we had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

I have read quite a few of the negative reviews on here. I am afraid it is very true. I don't understand why they have so many cats roaming around the place. The food is terrible. There is no variety food wise. I don't often criticise but this is one I have to warn anyone who is thinking of using this resort to look elsewhere. I got here on 19/02/18, the food is bland and basic. There's more fat than meat. Other places I've been to, you are allowed to take your own drinks, not here. The juice machine is covered after breakfast, same with the coffee machine. I brought my family (5 of us) and they are not enjoying the experience after a night. Paphos is nice but steer well clear of the Panareti Resort Hotel. Building need to be dragged into the 21st century. We also had to change rooms after a night. No hot water, no heating, phone to reception wasn't working, black ants crawling by bedside and a 1990 style television which didn't work. After a complaint, I was upgraded to another room which was marginally better than the first.

Terrible! Needs maintenance on the rooms! Stuff hanging off the walls! Outside bar shut all the time! Had to keep walking a mile to get a drink! Had a load of cats hovering over my food! Felt like I was fighting with the cats to eat every morning! I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

Aging place....in need of renovation and a face-lift....yet friendly staff at the front desk, and a great location next to nice beaches, supermarkets and a restaurant row...and the bus stop is right out front.

On arrival we were told our apartment was not ready. But not to worry as we would be upgraded to full board and we would have to go to another hotel which would be much better for the kids as it's near the harbour. The daphne hotel was not an upgrade. The pool was right near the road. I don't see how that is safe for 4 year old kids. The apartment was very tired wires hanging from walls the kitchen was a really grimy. With a bad smell in the oven. This place was probably fine in the 80's. Not now. We didn't stay at this place as it was not suitable at all. We had to call the 24hr hot line fir easy jet holidays. They managed to fine us a more than suitable place for the night. Then we returned to the panereti paphos. The apartment needed a loads of work with screws hanging out of the sink could use the microwave the cupboard under the sink couldn't be opened as it unleashed a foul oder. Air con leaked in one of the rooms. Taps hanging off the wall in the bathroom. Thus is only a few of tge problems. Would not go back.

We arrived at Panareti at the beginning of October 2018 and we were told that they have no rooms left for that night due to a problem and we should go to another hotel called New York Plaza. We expressed out disappointment but we went to check that place because it was late and we wanted to rest. It was an absolute disgrace. I have photos showing the condition and it was far away from the place we wanted to be. It was a hotel listed on different sites for 25€ a night so you can only imagine the state of the rooms. We called Panareti and we told them that we are not staying at this location. They didn't offer any solution. So we found another accommodation for one night hoping that the next day we could go to Panerati. We called Panareti and we informed them that we will find an alternative accommodation for one night. I will not go into great details of their attitude from the staff the next day. We arrived in the morning. When Panareti told us again that they have no room and we can go away. We asked for the manager and after they had a chat in private miraculously we got a room 1h30min later. Once you enter the room, you feel your problems have only started. The room was really old and most of the utilities and lighting were not working. Also, you start noticing that they do not complain with the basic health and safety regulations. For example, see the connection TV socket (see picture). Microwave conditions was poor. Bathroom was full of mould and shower was not really clean. The only good point of the hotel is the location. It is literally 5 minutes from the beach.

Stayed here with my son 6 th to 16 th December, reception staff friendly and helpful, as were dining room staff , unfortunately that’s as good as it gets , rooms filthy , broken electric sockets, bulbs that did not work , stains in bath. We were all exclusive , dining room seemed clean , however food the worse I’ve ever come across more fat than meat, dried out salad reused from previous days , monotonis selection , same dessert choices every night , only allowed to use coffee machine at breakfast , then covered over with cloth the rest of day , though they did ask if you would like a drink. Worse was to come came home to discover , some presents missing from suitcase and expensive perfume missing , I had left my suitcase open with presents under clothes on day cleaners were in, I have no proof apart from knowing what I definitely put the presents there, so not much I can do ,I can find a direct website to the place . Anyway will not go back . Though Cyprus was lovely

The hotel was very dirty and smelly. We leaving after two days and had an argument with front staff last night; very unfriendly staff. Never again Panareti. Breakfast - nothing really nice, typical british poor breakfast , coffe -most poor taste of chemical coffee from powder , room - no hot water; rude management
