We came here to get a bit of spice after all the bland food at the hotel. We were not disappointed. The service was excellent. The food came in good portions. We had Pani Puri and Mumbai Bhel as starters. What a burst of taste on the taste buds. For the main meal we had Chole Bhature, garlic Nan and aloo Saag. Such a satisfying meal. Couldn’t finish it all.

We have been going here for 3 years eating in and takeaways twice a week. Last visit sat down without a reservation told booking for 10 arriving and would be slow, no problem we said. Then the group showed up with 18 people. We were then told by a girl who acted very unprofessional that we had the table for 1 hour only. I understand the economics of serving so many people rather than 2, but she could have told the truth that the kitchen couldn't cope with the amount of orders.The food takes at least 45 minutes to come out normally, she then took away our menus and said you can have it for 1 hour or go away. We left and went to The Curry House in Paphos the meal was excellent and cheaper than the Maharaja even with their supposed 30% discount in the Maharaja. The service was excellent the staff we're very polite and chatty in the Curry House. We have now found a better Indian restaurant in the Curry House.

Went with some friends to see how it actually is. I've been ordering deliveries from there once a week for the past year. It was well worth it.

Both the food and the staff were excellent.We go to an Indian at home and this was every bit as good. The portions were large so we both had to leave some unfortunately. I would highly recommend to give it a try.

The only Indian restaurant that I like in Paphos. But now there naan-bread quality is degraded or chef is changed I guess but you can feel the difference. And 'samosa' is a big disappointment, for 4 euros u can't expect something so so small, samosa has to be big n nice, but all n all is good just some quality has started to degrade.

Excellent Indian. We visited 4 times. The food and service are excellent. Lots of different choices. We loved this place.

1st visit for a takeaway. Food was freshly cooked & was still piping hot when I got home. Food was one of the best meals we had had since being here (6 years). There was plenty of food too have another meal the next day. Definitely recommended. Will return to dine in.

Enjoyable atmosphere where the staff don't rush you. It was early evening and we went without booking and got a table straight away, best to book if you want to eat later in evening. Wheelchair access from the street and a good vegetarian options on the menu. A good place for a good night out with friends.

Love it here very much. I try to dine here often. The food is excellent, the service is very good and there isn't better in my opinion. Prices are good totally recommend.

Best food around the city.

I jumped on immediately to write this review with all my heart! The wolt delivery never brought my order which wasnt the restaurants fault and so i called the restaurant and explained what happened they had reopened the delivery hours just for me where they made my food again and that is what i call amazing customer service, shows they really care! I need to mention also how delicious their food is and a big THANK YOU TO VICKY for making it happen :) grateful after a hard day…

We ordered food but it was war too spicy. They said that this was what they serve as medium. It was so spicy we threw it away. This might be authentic but they should adapt to European taste and for sure react to a customer reaction. Better go to Curry House, much better food, much better service.

Friendly service. Neat and clean. Food was ok. Okra was from frozen packet and quite chewie. Naan was also too dry and chewie. Dal and paneer were very good. Kulfi was really bad. Didn't taste like kulfi at all. Probably very odd one. We left it and were not charged for it.

The dalmakhni was absolutely tasty. Paneer chilly yummmy... we were disappointed with bhindi bhaji , as the bhindi was not fresh and pista kulfi which had no pista flavor and the owner was kind enough to not charge us. Place is warm and cosy, owner is friendly. Nice place hot food for a cold night, for sure

Lovely, clean restaurant,lovely service,attentive but not overly so.. food is delicious and hot. Can get busy in summer so booking advised. Just a lovely relaxed place to have a meal in the winter months.

My wife and I came in January 2023. We came based on a recommendation. We were pleasantly surprised. The food and service were great. For starters we had the veg Samosa and fish. For Entrées we had chick and lamb dishes both great. We asked for a chutney which was spicy and tasty. They served us a lemon rice was a bit under par and a bit bitter. They need to repair the lighting in the Men's toilet. Highly recommended!

Worst Indian food I haver had. Only thing is reasonby good is mango lassi and service. The mixed platter was flavour less and so as the chicken dish. The naan bread is also very ordinary.

I'd give minus stars if it was allowed. Probably the worst dining experience I've had anywhere in the world Popadums soggy. Food tasted like it came out of a jar. Everything cold. Worst of all staff did nothing to restrict 2 young children running around screaming. Oops, forgot to mention cleanliness

Must be one of the worst meals we've ever had. Poppadoms were soggy, meal was not hot or inspiring, nan bread was like a big crisp, beers weren't that cold and the furniture was not very clean at all. There was a family there (friends of owners?) who had a small girl who was allowed to run around the restaurant squealing. Not only was this very annoying for all eating there, it was also dangerous. Would give no stars if I could.

Great food and atmosphere. Best Indian restaurant in Paphos. The meal was excellent, Street food menu - highly recommended. All Covid protocols has been followed. Owner and the staff are very friendly and polite. Booking is a must as they are quite busy. Looking forward to visiting you again!

Had a take out from here last night. Cracking vindaloo with 10, yes 10 pieces of succulent chicken inside. Only downside was the meat samosas were tiny. Should be 4 in a portion that size. Overall decent. Other dishes ordered were also of high quality.

Disappointing. Yes, the staff is professional. And yes, the food looks as it should and is not overpriced. But, unfortunately, it tastes rather bland. I have eaten my dishes unnumerable times in India and elsewhere, often excellent, sometimes not so great but always much tastier. Should be easy to change with the right set of spices...

We didn't think it was as good as when we went in April 2018 and we didn't like the street food and it was more expensive but the lamb was lovely

Just had a takeaway from Maharaja, must say it was the best I've had in 6 years in Paphos. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using in future
