Spend your money elsewhere, there are much better places for this type of food. We ordered New York strip steaks. Although they were medium rare, as we ordered them, they were incredibly bland, with some hotspots of flavor. Apparently someone forgot to tell the chef that you season steaks from a distance, to get an evenly distribution of spices and salt. The recommended sauce was a disgrace, but that’s a question of taste. We also ordered lemonades and I’m pleased to report that you can have an experience in lemonades at this restaurant. They’re the worst lemonades I’ve ever had! They have enough sugar to feed an entire Cypriot village. We went on to try the deserts, and although they’re not bad, you can have much better for the same price. See my other reviews for good places around Paphos. When the manager asked us how the food was, I told him it was bland. They gave us a 25% discount but we won’t be coming back despite that. Life is too short. The rest of the service was, again, just ok. Staff is trained but they have the empathy of a potato.

Our waiter was the best! The other stuff was ok but not so friendly. The food was great and very American😂 You can order drinks and when you done it, the staff is getting you a new one.

Warning to British tourists: if you plan on paying TGIs a visit in Cyprus, do it towards the end of your holiday - or you’ll be addicted and keep coming back! I’m a TGI fan in England but I’ll tell you - the crispy chicken strips are even better over here in Cyprus. By far the best service and food we received whilst on holiday. Special shout out to Demetris who made sure we were well looked after, our drinks were barely empty when he was already over with a refill. A real credit to the company!

Food and drinks are nice but this is not a place to relax and enjoy your food. Everything is in a rush and there is a strong culture of high seat rotation. I would stay and order desserts but I prefer to move in a more confortable and relaxed environment. Easily the most agitated FRIDAYS on the island. I prefer Limassol FRIDAYS by far.

Simply awful. Service was lacking, lacking enthusiasm, lacking care, lacking the will to live. 20 mins to get served. Drink came separately. No one wished to take food order. Then when we had finished and put our plates on the edge of table they still walked pass empty handed 4 times... not that we where counting but it just got laughable. Burger was okay.

I went here on Saturday, got there just after 5 30 was showed to a table and the lady at the desk said, we have an hour to eat as they close at 6 30 Second thing was my pasta was cold Third thing was the man at the food counter, did not wear a mask and he coughed over someone's food glad it was not mine We were charged a lot equivalent to £40 for two small meals and two lemonade drinks. I hate being rushed for a meal sorry I wont go back there

First time eating here and had the Surf N Turf New York Strip and oh my gosh it was amazing! Cheddar mash was absolutely delicious too! Definitely coming back!

Well what can you say about mall food ? Despite this I enjoyed some down time outside with a specially made margarita - the service was good and the margarita hit the spot. Also enjoyed the coleslaw - just needed a little pick me up and this did the trick. Friendly service . Would go back .

All the staff were great especially the young lady on the entrance and our waiter . Food was excellent dessert was too good for words . And good value for money . . Didn't catch his name but he's just returned from Liverpool. I'm glad we went there for lunch . Thank you tgi team pafos

We went today, as a last meal before we fly out the next day. Got seated quickly, ordered drinks but then sat waiting 30 minutes to order food, it seems staff was busy talking to each other and going to other customers then coming to us. The lady at the front of the restaurant seemed to be more interested in her hair and hands then see if we were OK. A guy who we assumed to be the manager looked at us and walked away. We got fed up of waiting so paid for our drinks and left.

The Parmigiano covered chicken quesadilla were awesome, the veal steak fajitas were okay not as awesome as the quesadillas. The staff were high in attendance, but there was a variety in attentiveness.

Food was good but service was not very good 😕 20min just trying to get noticed to get the bill. When the waitress took away the plate and I asked for one more drink, it never arrived.

Visit date 21.05.23 It was the first time we had a steak. We ordered a medium steak and it was delicious. Bonus points: I love the free refill as I drink lots of soda with my meals (and not only). I totally recommend downloading their app and signing up. Today we went for a name day celebration and Friday had actually sent me a 20% discount voucher which we were able to use towards our bill!! The place is clean and tidy, the service is fast and the atmosphere very enjoyable. I definitely recommend it. I’ll be going back soon!

Great food especially dessert! Great and fast service. Atmosphere just how I like it, music not loud so you can socialize with friends, waiters and people smiling around...loved it!

This place is amaizing. The prices are low, they have big meals, and also refilles for the drinks. The service was very good and nice, one of us had a birthday and they sang him a birthday song and gave him a free desert. Wow! I will get back to this resturant. ממליץ בחום!!!!

Very disappointed with meal tonight .The food was below standard . I had a full rack of ribs with chips. The chips were ok but to much salt and rack of ribs tasted like boiled ribs absolutely no flavour. I was really upset as I have been coming to this restaurant for 4 years and never not enjoyed my food. The manager removed my food from the bill as a show of good will. We were 5 eating and to be honest the only meal that was enjoyed was pasta with sauce. The kids combo was a big plater it was food frozen and defrosted then microwaved I am realy sorry I would not recommend this restaurant neither would I be coming here again I would rather have gone to mcdonalds

Family of 7. We were quite excited to dine at TGI Fridays. This was our first visit to this chain. On entering the restaurant I asked for a table outside for 7 (including a 3 year old & a 1 year old). "Wait there" she said. The visible part of the restaurant only had 4 tables occupied. I assumed that everyone else must be sitting outside, hence why she had to check for space. After a few minutes she came back & said "come". We followed her outside & there was only 1 table with diners on! At no point were we offered highchairs for the little ones. This review could now go on all day so I will try & keep it to the point. Food cold (all of it) probably sat on the counter waiting for one of the many staff to bring it to us. Although the burgers hadn't seen much heat as they were very pink/raw. Buns soggy. Service was not very attentive had to find the waitress for refills on the soft drinks (only ordered refills as they were included & the food was terrible so wanted some kind of monies worth I guess) All in all an expensive lesson. TGI Friday's need to send someone to dine here to see how the brand name is being damaged.

The food was almost perfect, we got fridays chicken alfredo pasta but the chicken was a dry. The pasta was perfect though. A huge plus is that there are unlimited refills on any soft drink.

Was seated, waited 30 minutes but no one came to serve us. Didn't even come to take a drink order. We got up and left and no one even noticed. The places was very quiet so it wasn't due to being busy. Anyway, I'm using Friday's WiFi to write this from another restaurant.

Great cocktails, friendly staff, nice outdoor seating area. Cannot comment on food as we only had drinks this time.

Burger was exceptional. Fries a bit hard and lacking flavour. I like the chance of free refill of soft drinks (which was promptly accomplished by the waiters). It's a quiet sports bar as it has only 2 screens. Cocktails seem to be renowned but I didn't try. Service was quick and attentive (even too much, I don't like being asked if I'm finished)

Beautiful place. Nice to sit inside and outside. The food was very tasty. I took hamburger which was juicy and done the way i ask them to make it. They had beautiful chrismas decotations.

Went for the 2 course meal deal offer which is great for the money the potion sizes are the same as if you paid full price which meant i was full by the end of the meal food quality was very good and service was also very good will differently be coming bk

Food was in big portions and tasted amazing (even better than back home). Surroundings nice and staff friendly. Will be going again before going home.
