Super clean, we had a quiet room, enjoyed the kitchenette. Great proximity to downtown and beaches. We had room, no board, and loved the Sunfresh bakery 40m away perfect for coffee, baked goods, and provisions.

This is a lovely modern hotel. The rooms are huge! Maid service everyday. Pools were clean. The food in the restaurant was lovely, tasty and plenty of it. The staff were all so very polite! We had a great family holiday here. Definitely going again xx

Terrible stay in a nutshell!!! Cleanliness: The room looked pretty clean on the surface, but our eyes caught a bed bug on our next night and it was absolutely horrible, we became paranoid because the infestation of bedbugs and the fact that it can be carried with you in your clothes just ruined our whole vacation. We barely slept that night sitting on the chairs after paying for an apartment! Security & safety: Horrific. The hotel is accessible by anyone and everyone. No security and the parking exit door was wide open and its right at an ally. You can only imagine who walks through this ally at night and can simply walk in through the exit door and wander the rooms hallways! After midnight, there was a woman crying for help in that ally and a guy cursing at her, both yelling! Just horrifying and on top of that the balcony door doesnโ€™t lock!!! Food: we only tried breakfast the first night and skipped it the second. It was so poor and everything tasted so artificial. Staff: only the cleaning lady is nice. The receptionists canโ€™t even pretend to be welcoming (except for on brunette receptionist who felt genuinely bad when we informed her about our experience, but that was the extent of it). We simply couldnโ€™t wait to get out of that place!! Would not recommend to ladies traveling alone especially if itโ€™s a small group, nor would i recommend it to youth as the majority of the guests are 50+ and the pool and facilities are just so poor to nonexistent. The only acceptable thing is itโ€™s location to walk around in the morning with lots of shops around it, at night itโ€™s ok ONLY if a taxi is picking you up and dropping you off right at the front of the hotel. Last note, hallways feel like youโ€™re in a hospital not a hotel. Never going back to that place and literally was counting the minutes to get the he** out of it.

It was an overall nice experience but I have to mention: - breakfast was very good, really recommend ( unfortunately I donโ€™t have photos) - the woman from front desk was not really happy to check in us, I felt like I was disturbing her ( not friendly as I was used to from previous experiences) - the soundproofed rooms are not at all; we could have heard the steps in the hallway in front of the door and the music from Pit Stop Pub, and that was really annoying when we wanted to sleep. Moreover, there was a permanent fan sound in the ceiling that we asked for someone to find out that it was, but got bo answer. The customer care is not very important for them, as I saw. - the sauna and jacuzzi were not working; it was shame cause we couldnโ€™t use the outdoor pool due to cold and windy weather. - the location is pretty good; close to the beach and mall, and between the city center and harbor. You can find many restaurants and pubs at a walking distance. - the cleaning staff was very polite and helpful! - also a double bed means to small beds put together; you fall between beds We had a good experience, but it can be improved. Stay safe!

It was amazing! We stayed in an apartment and it was very clean and nice! There was a small kitchen where you could keep your own food, a bathroom, two beads, two armchairs that turned into beds and a small dining area. The breakfast was also incredible! A cooked breakfast every morning with cereals, drinks, cheeses, meats, bread and toast and pastries! It was incredible. I would definitely recommend!

The rooms are very good. But the food was not what I would except for a 3star hotel. It is 4* only because after 2 days of not finding anything to eat because I am vegetarian(found only curbs). Got a refund for the next two nights. The breakfast was good.

Terrible service, they cleaned the room but did not replace towels, I had to ask 3 times to get them refreshed. Room was large and overlooking a construction site. You will have your meals in a hot steamy room where AC is strangely placed and gives no cold air. The only staff who was nice to us was the Bar manager who wears a tie in such hot weather, nice guy.

Great value and generally helpful staff. I found my room comfortable, spacious and clean. Reported some minor issues in the morning and maintenance attended later that day. Wholesome, if limited, breakfast buffet included. Contrary to description, free WiFi was provided and worked OK. Food prep area & equipment provided in the room for those wishing to self-cater. Including some cutlery and crockery, fridge, kettle and microwave. 3* Hotel rating is about right.

Location is perfect: near the beach, near all amenities, the Tomb of the Kings, Nei Paphos Archeological Site. Breakfast is not the best: only British style cuisine.

We are returning for our 3rd stay in June. We have never had a problem. Rooms are so spacious, clean and bright. We visited a 5* last year in Paphos and were upgraded but, I can honestly say, Princessa Vera rooms are so much better. Can't wait!!

So clean room cleaned daily, beds very comfortable, sleep quality good, at night peaceful and quiet. Staff were lovely, and very friendly. Food was excellent, nicely cooked, and a good choice. Reception very helpful. Good location for lighthouse beach. Good transportation , where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. Short drive from the airport. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely return.

A most enjoyable stay. Spotlessly clean, room cleaned daily, beds very comfy, sleep quality good, at night peaceful and quiet. Staff were lovely, and very friendly. Make a point of speaking to them, and they will respond. Civility costs nothing. Food was excellent, nicely cooked, and a good choice. Reception very helpful. Good location for lighthouse beach. Good transport links up to the old town, where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. Short drive from the airport. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely return. Only downside.....the TV had only 2 English speaking channels. News and bloomberge. I had emailed beforehand and they assured me there were definitely English channels. They tried to fix it, but to no joy. Don't go out every night and would have been nice to watch a film etc.

I had a really good stay here. This is not a "luxury" hotel, but for the price it was excellent. Modern, with everything you want. The room was very well appointed, cleaned regularly and away from the main road, so not much traffic noise. Slight downside was that there was not much room between the bed and wardrobe but come on, that's a bit picky, if I say so myself. There's a microwave if you want to cook/ heat a ready meal and my favourite, a teapot. I stayed b&b and the breakfast choice was very good. It's a buffet with hot ("English") offers and cold, (cheeses, cold meats etc.) plus cereals, bread and the rest. I didn't eat lunch or dinner, so can't say much, except dinner is buffet again and looked a bit old style. Loads of other places to eat nearby, around the harbour and in Old Paphos though. Not a huge amount of pool beds, but I always found a space near the two small pools. Might be different in high season, but there again, Faros beach is only 5 minutes walk and the bus to Coral Bay stops about 100m from the front door. There's a small gym and the bar is modern style. Shows a lot of sport, and there were also musicians some nights. You're near the Kings Road Mall if you like that sort of thing. Bus to the harbour opposite and to the Old Town over the roundabout on the exit for the huge church. Overall I thought I'd made a good choice of hotel but if you want 5 star, keep looking.

Opposite the main road but, depends on your room location that will define noise level. Not that bad though. Plug sockets nowadays should have a USB slot for charging in rooms. I am half board. Food is good as a buffet style. May lack the finer tastes, so just add a bit of chilli sauce. Love the desserts though ๐Ÿ˜‹. For me and some others, the dining table is high compared to the chairs therefore, we eat with elbows out like chickens wings. Rooms have a small microwave and kettle only. A toaster would be a nice addition. Beer at Harley's bar is a lot more expensive than roadside pubs. No BBC or Sky news channel to espouse more bad news on our economy or exchange rates. Give it a try and you may want to return. Two minutes walk to the mall which has fast food outlets and a cinema.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights B&B and we could not fault the place. The staff were extremely nice and made the stay very luxurable. The hotel is immaculate. No dust or even fallen leaves in sight. The most clean hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were spacious and came with a balcony. Fresh towels and toiletries daily. Breakfast was delicious, flexible and had different variations which was nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. Buses to the harbour and waterpark nearby and a 20 minute walk to clubs and bars. There are many local places for food and drink nearby aswell. The Beauty Spot spa next door is worth a visit too! Will 100% be back and the hotel and its staff deserve all the compliments they can.

Really lovely apartments. We stayed in 432 and our daughter 202. 432 has Seaview and smaller but got all you need. 202 faces the front. Food was really nice, good quality and staff reallyhelpful. My husband sprained his ankle on the step . But they got all ankle supports and added safety tape to the steps. Pool small but clean. Harleys bar was great atmosphere. Brill live music too. Overall 9/10

It is a great place with no real issues to write about. It is a little tierd in places in the rooms or if you are looking for faults, I am sure you would find them. But there is always something you will find in any hotel or apartment that someone would not be happy with. But our rooms were cleaned regularly more so if you put the room cleaning sign on your door handle when you go out. Staff were friendly and chatting if you had any questions about the area and how to get to the Kings Tombs or The King's Mall Shopping Centre, etc.

Having read some of the previous reviews, I did wonder if I had done the right thing to book a week here. Did I need to worry, NO ABSOLUTELY NOT. The hotel is modern & spotlessly clean, the food is varied & plentiful. I cannot praise it enough. I will definitely return.

Stayed for a week solo, room was clean ish. The air con was worse than the fan I have in the UK so for 35 degree heat it was disgusting. The air con unit itself was in a strange position so you couldn't really feel it unless you stood in the 'kitchen' area. Think my sheets were only changed once during the week. I only ate breakfast there which was the usual buffet style, coffee was decent. On the last day my flight was in the evening so asked if there was a courtesy room to use after being at the beach all day, I was told no but I could use the gym shower which is basically a shower cubicle next to an empty hot tub (slightly odd) but thankfully no one came in. My luggage was in a room to the side of the reception desk which basically anyone could have got to. And I had to make my way to the airport with wet hair. The time I did spend by the pool was fine, again slightly odd listening to Metallica and Iron Maiden poolside. And another time it was Country music. I didn't mind but other people seemed to! The location was good for me because it was close to some nice restaurants but you could easily get the bus down to the harbour which is the main tourist area.

Booked a last minute holiday at a very low price, very surprised, hotel room, very clean, quiet. Sea view from our balcony. Pool areas are not too busy. The hotel is on a main road, but we were at the back in the apartments, therefore traffic didn't bother us. Close to the bus stop, we got the bus to the harbour and also to coral bay beach. We walked to the old town, and also to the harbour, approx 30 min walk to both places. Hotel very close to the Mall. All in all good position if you don't mind the walking. A few good restaurants nearby, and in the old town. Bar below the hotel, had some good accoustic entertainment. Definitely good value for money for us. Yes it would have been nice to be closer to the beach and the main area, however I feel the position of the princessa vera was perfect for us.

The hotel had the most unfriendliest reception staff Iโ€™ve ever come across,, everything was too much trouble ,, the food was average almost cold every time ,, we stayed for a week and none of the food was ever hot never mind warm ,, first visit and definitely wonโ€™t be returning,, although the hotel itself was absolutely spotless . Beds comfy and bedding and towels very clean

  • 3/5 Sandra C. 2 years ago on Google
The hotel is good, but not great, it is nice that I got a double bed and balcony, but the food was a let down., I understand that some of the mains had there own sauce, but when serving meat like chicken a drop of gravy would be a good as chicken on the bone or skinless chicken can go a bit dry. The desserts were OK when there was gatoux which involved cream which could contain the cake 's moisture. Cakes that didn't contain cream does become dry, having a can of squirty cream on the side would be a great finish. Only good about the desserts was they had a option of fresh fruit.

Spacious room cleaned to a high standard every day. Excellent location 15 miniute walk to harbour excellent curry house across the road shops and bars very close. All staff very friendly and helpful with the exception of one bar maid who was miserable all day every day. Not a vast choice of food options at meal times but what was there was ok nice meals available at the bar on all inclusive.Pool area good two pools plenty of sun beds

Hotel was clean and very up to date, staff were very friendly. I did however go and complain about our 1 bedroom apartment, the bathroom ceiling light was leaking and the wall was covered in dampness and white powder. The lady at reception said she couldn't move me rooms as the rest were full but the maintenance man would be up that day, still waiting and I've been home a week. We were all inclusive and didn't really get told what was on offer. Overall we had a good holiday but I'd defo recommend checking the room before unpacking.

The rooms are lovely in Princessa Vera, theres everything you'd want including a gym, and id go to say it is better than a 3 star hotel as it rates itself. I would have rated it 5 if it weren't for a few things that did bring it down just a little. For example to dine in the hotel it is expensive, โ‚ฌ15 a head is just a lot compared to the competition surrounding the hotel. As well as this the cleaners are eager to get in the rooms, whilst this isn't a problem as they do their job well, they do pretty much force themselves in to get their jobs done as fast as possible. Also a bit disappointed with the sofa beds being classed as a proper bed, and doubles being two singles, when staying 10 days a proper bed is definitely needed. Breakfast was good and varied, pools are nice and facilities are top notch. The bars surrounding are top notch too and it's a great place to stay.

we stayed here in february 2019. the room was great, large with a balcony. we had half board so we had bith breakfast and dinner. nothing fancy (as far as i remember the hotel has 3 stars ) but tasty and a lot of options at dinner. they have a bar and a pool. if you rent a car there is parking next to the hotel.

Depends which room you have. In Standard Studio very loud neighbor in outside with "live music evenings" and bad isolation from other room. There is locked door between rooms :) Shower cabin was leaking water and there is no holder for toilet paper. Car parking along the street. Apartments are quite big and everythink ok. Both rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. There is everything for food preparation. Staff not very friendly, but helpful. Rich and tasty breakfast. Different breakfast options every day.

A very good ratio quality per price. Room is clean bed very comfortable. Breakfast is varied and tasty with fresh local food. And not to forget staff is very kind ! Stayed 3 nights with my wife and recommended it.

Excellent hotel and made even more special, all the staff absolutely amazing ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘ Have had many holidays but this has to be the best where the hotel staff were above 5 star rating. They went out of their way for anything. They became friends not staff. Thank you to all at Princessa Vera ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘x
