    Once again, terrible experience in the store. Uninformed personnel, that give the wrong advise and wrong products because they simply DO NOT CARE! I was sold the wrong paint, which cost me 2 days of work.

    Every single time I have to return/exchange something, I have to be served by an incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful and disrespectful large woman with glasses at customer service. Some examples of what this woman is like: She notices me but doesn’t say anything and carries on doing whatever it is she’s doing for a while. She basically ignores me. Not even, “I’ll be with you soon”. Eventually, when she does decide to ‘help’ me, it’s not, “Hello. How can I help you?”, it’s, “Yes?!”, with a bothered look on her face. Unprofessional. She refuses to return/exchange items telling me instead to go and do it at a different Super Home for no apparent reason. However, her colleague hears what’s happening and tells her to do the return/exchange. Unhelpful. For some context, you need to write down your name and phone number on a piece of paper to complete a return/exchange. I signed because it said “Customer Signature”. I asks this woman, ‘Where do I write my name and phone number now?’. She says, ‘No! I said your name and phone number! It’s not what it says there! It’s what I say!’ Disrespectful. These are only a few examples but you can understand that, not only this woman doesn’t care about doing her job, but she actively goes out of her way to be rude to customers. I spoke to another employee about this woman. The employee told me this woman has had some complaints before. So clearly nothing has been done by management. I spoke to the manager at the store, telling her about the woman’s despicable behaviour. The manager doesn’t apologies (on her behalf) or at least say she’ll deal with this matter. I won’t be shopping at Super Home if these are the type of employees they have.

    Absolutely disgusted by the service from staff I went back with a warranty receipt for a sakura gas heater I purchased from the store in strovolos on 27/12/22 which stopped working after 3 uses and was told warranty is for 1 year went back on 10/1/23 and was told warranty doesn't cover cause it was used...... THEY ARE ABSOLUTE JOKE THEY RIP OFF CUSTOMERS THEY GIVE OUT FAKE WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES THAT ONLY LAST 5 - 10 MINUTES .... towards the end I paid €54 for gas Heater and extra €11 for a part DISGUSTED IN SERVICE

    Ok, as long as you do not order online. Tried the online shop multiple times and really can not recommend that. 1) It is the standard that some (up to 25% sometimes) of the items you bought turn out to not be available weeks later once you find out, because nothing has arrived yet. They can just not keep track of their inventory. 2) The personnel is friendly and polite, nothing to complain there. But they seem not to care from the working perspective. You have to call them (best from day one) if you want the order to get out in under a month. Often. (2 days of internal processing, 3 weeks of "I can do that another day"). Means it is not easy to get someone onto the phone in the first place. If they "call" you back - that will probably not happen. Everything that could be done in 5 minutes takes days or weeks instead. Even after calling again and again, "begging them" to proceed with your delivery, and you think you finally made it over the finishing line once the order is complete... It will probably take another 7 days - if you are proactive and call again - until someone bothers to schedule a delivery date. And I always have to wonder. Well.. WHY? 1) I mean it is a bad customer experience = people probably won't use your online shop again, which is in theory cheaper to maintain than a physical store. 2) Things are blocking your warehouse that are technically sold since weeks. 3) And it is far more work to talk over and over and over with customers and keeping track, instead of just doing it once. Taking the 5 minutes to do what needs to be done. Instead of dragging the process out over weeks. Really Superhome, just do it. So if you need something, you better go yourself. And well if it is something like no big amount of timer, but too clunky to get it into a sedan, then brace yourself for 140 Euro delivery charge. But yes, you can order of course, if you need it quick ha ha ha. :-D

    If you are a man with a bag, the security won't allow you to enter because it's the firm's policy not to carry on a bag. I am not even gonna challenge the legality of this, I am simply never spending a euro again there.

    Great selection of all home and garden related "stuff", very rare not to find what you want. Many of the staff speak English as well as Greek and are always helpful. Store is well laid out and there is ample parking.

    Nice shop with lots of variety. Pity about some of the staff though. I found a young guy called Marios in the seasonal section, who was really helpful and very polite. Some of the older staff could take a lesson from him. It would also be nice if the guys delivering stuff had better manners. At the end of the day, they depend on people like us to shop in order for them to have a job. They're not doing US a favour, we pay for the delivery.

    The staff were friendly and helpful which compensated for the minimalist shop mapping of relevant sections. The selection of items available was adequate though at the same time felt lacking.

    Good for a one stop place for anything from appliances to raw materials, fixtures and tools. Not a mom and pop store but you can't beat convenience

    It's very good shop.. Good prices for product.. A parking a lot.. Only some products was missing.. I asking some staff and was comfirmed it has in stock, but after research not was find.. So I was fill upset, because online product has and when I come to buy non. 😒 Them have to check and correct the stock..

    I recently had a fantastic experience with this store that I wanted to share. I purchased a product from their store, but unfortunately, it wasn't working as expected. However, the way they handled the situation truly impressed me. When I contacted their customer support, they quickly provided me with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) right to my phone as a text message. This streamlined the entire process, making it convenient and hassle-free. I didn't have to go through any lengthy phone calls or wait for emails. It was a refreshing change to have everything I needed in one simple text message. What really stood out to me was the speed with which they handled my return. Their efficiency and responsiveness made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, my experience with Super Home Center was incredibly positive. Their seamless RMA process through text messaging and their fast turnaround time exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be returning for my future DIY needs.

    I like shopping in Superhome stores. There's a good range of top quality goods for sale at reasonable prices. Only drawback is that it takes too long queuing up to pay during the busier times. They need more reactive team members that can jump on the check outs quicker when needed.

    This store offers a huge range of high quality items. The staff there is a bit of a gamble, sometimes they are really helpful and sometimes lazy and unhelpful. A good choice for when you know what you need but not a great option if you're not experienced, the staff can point you in the wrong direction and mess up your diy project
