It has a good selection of higher end stores as well as a food court and cinema. We spent a food few hours shopping in here on a rainy day with a coffee and lunch break. I would highly recommend the jumbo store I can only describe it as the range but with more products. The mall is clean and modern but gets very busy at weekends and there is adequate parking and public transport routes.

Kings Avenue Mall is a really nice shopping mall. It looks somewhat abandoned from the outside, but when you enter there are a lot of people and many interesting shops. Their food court is okay, with a reasonable selection of places to eat. Here it is clean and nice, but their aircon system has difficulty cooling down their shopping mall, so it is a bit warm, but acceptable. It would be nice if there were a few more places where you could sit down and have a rest while the wife is shopping. If you sit on the floor, you will be expelled from shopping mall Security. I'm having a bit of a hard time understanding what security risk you break by sitting on the floor? But it is an okay shopping center and I can recommend visiting the place. I will give this place 3 stars ☀️☀️☀️. Mostly due to a bad experience with their Security. 🤔

It's your typical shopping mall. Clean and free toilets to use! It has a cheap supermarket inside. It's great for tourists to stop by after a day of sightseeing!

Very nice mall in the middle of Paphos. Accessible by public transport. Everything is nearby. The mall itself is great. It has a lot of good choices. Branded items are available. Good choices of food are available too. It’s good to walk in here especially in the middle of summer to cool down yourself.

Somewhat strange to have a fantastic shopping mall not far from ancient ruins! The look of Kings Avenue Mall is quite impressive, set on the corner of a big roundabout. There is a big selection of stores within here, it was lovely to experience coming in here. It is set over two floors, with an underground car park, obviously to keep cars cooler in the hot Summer months. Oh you have to visit the store called Jumbo, right at the far end of the mall on the ground floor👌😀 you will be totally amazed!😱😱

Very surprised to find the mall here, nice selection of shops has junbos for everything you forgot from home plus stuff you didn't even knew you needed. Good supermarket with wide selection of products and helpful staff. Covid passes needed on entry to the mall plus the shops themselves and masks so don't forget, I think you can get tested outside. Chains like Pull and Bear, Zara, Lacoste and Bershka inside plus many food outlets and a cinema upstairs also lifts and escalators.

We visited this mall for grocery shopping I could find supermarket here and it’s cheaper than near our accomodation I’m so happy that I found kozel dark here Toilet is not much clean but better than other places

Very nice place… i like to drink coffee at cafe Nero’s terrace. It has a lot of stores and it’s pretty cheap.

Nice and clean place for rest and family shopping. There are a lot of clothes and accessories shops, shoes shops etc. Big food court with wide variants of restaurants. Food court for eating is available with vaccination certificate. Also in this mall a lot of places with free wi fi (I used Costa Cafe connection). Also you can use free toilet rooms. What is missed - is a grocery store or supermarket where you can buy food for home.

Yes -- good selection of shops and fast food and coffee places. Also the gigantic JUMBO store where you can find anything all on discount. Wish they had more services like hairdresser and massage place. Good to see Holland and Barrett and Marks and Spencer's and also Zara. And a cinema! Clean mall. Worth a visit

Lovely hall, well stocked, great for a quick lunch/drink on way to Tombs of the Kings/Old Town.

Good place to spend couple of hours before you catch flights. A/c wasn't working In all the areas.

Nice and clean , not big average mall

Its a shopping mall, not really my kind of place but we popped in to use the loos and have a bite to eat. Its quite big, lots of shops and quite a few cafes etc on the top floor (Costa, Nandos plus a few more local ones) also has cash machines dotted around. Fountains are pretty.

Great design, nice shops and cinema

The mall itself is very large with lots of shops, whether it's clothes shops, toy shops and food shops and cafes. Parking Regarding parking, there is no problem with it, I believe there is usually a free space and if you look, you will find a place to park the car. Shops Regarding the shops, there is a very large selection of shops and I don't believe you won't find a garment to buy there or something like that. Atmosphere and experience The place itself is very nice and big and it even has waterfalls, the mall itself also has 2 floors of shops and I personally recommend visiting there and walking around there.

Typical large mall with different brands. If you are looking to shop the stuff you could by at home, go for it. There is not really something special about this place it's just a collection of foreign brands on two levels with some cafe, burger king and so on. Better go to local markets and buy from the locals.

Really nice mall situated right in the middle of pathos between the centre and the harbour - air cond is a godsend on the hot days and shops are great from clothing to a fantastic supermarket - I even grabbed some great t shirts from pull & bear -

Fresh and cool , a pleasant visit . Unfortunately a few places have closed since my last visit in 2019 , probably caused by covid. Many well loved places still remain and there are signs that new stores are due to open soon (activity inside stores being stocked) .

The shopping Mall is very nice, just a shame of the shops are OVER charging for their goods, we found items that are sold in the UK over priced by upto £30-50. Crazy money...if your a tourist...wait till you get back home.

A big plaza with a lot shop. U can find everything, even a supermarket on a grand flour. The Jumbo minimum an hour walk, i love that place. The restaurants are very good at all. The view from terrace amazing.

Modern 2 story mall with parking underneath. Smallest Marks and Spencer have been in, and biggest Costa coffee. Usual mix of clothes, sports shops etc. There is a food court but many were shut when I went lunchtime. Cinema showing recent releases e.g.New Bond movie.

Brightly lit, air conditioned, loads of food places, coffee shops, fashion shops, electrical stores etc. Wife loves this place, you cant miss it as it is huge!!

Absolutely loved the mall spent hours shopping in stores such as kiko Milano lupus jumbo and many more food court was nice too plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from.

Always go here when visiting Cyprus. Nice and clean place to shop, not always enough parking though. Jumbo is a great store, worth going just for that, could spend hours in there, so much interesting stuff.

Very nice mall (ground floor and first stock) with plenty of (free) parking space. A lot of shops with beauty/make-up. 1 (expensive) supermarket.

Parking is free, toilets are free and clean. There are many shops and a food court with plenty of choice. Easily spend an hour or two here.

Lots of shops and places to eat, it's clean and beautiful in there. We went to jumbos whilst in the mall, omg what a shop so make sure you visit. There is parking we were only staying up the road so I can't say how much parking is. Catch the 615 bus and it stops close by. Definitely worth visiting if you have some time.

Great range of shops, mostly very expensive designer clothing shops, but there are a few more reasonably priced stores. Great range of places to eat on the upper floor with a few lovely outdoor seating areas in the coffee shops. Nice clean restrooms. The only thing I think it's missing is seating, unless you're upstairs at one of the restaurants there is hardly anywhere to sit & catch your breath. Also worth noting if you use the King's Avenue taxi's on site, they are more expensive than independent taxi's.

Shopping center located a little before the ruins of the Tomb of the Kings. Not very big but very nice and welcoming. Inside there are also a couple of supermarkets and a cinema.

Hot and very dusty but we'll worth a visit. We just thought that with a bit of thought & investment it could be a great site.

Really nice, clean shopping mall. Great to get out and look at some shops, enjoy lunch before heading back to our hotel before pick up. Plenty to see on the way when walking as churches and underground caves still can be visited.

Lovely looking shopping centre, if you have a lot of money to spend and like designer shops then it's great! If not, I wouldn't bother! Very modern and generally clean although the public toilets on the ground floor were the most disgusting smelling toilet I've ever walked into! I do have to say the store "Jumbo" was fantastic, it was like an alladins cave and it seemed never ending! But other than that I wasn't fond of many other shops!

Great shopping centre, so many excellent shops, very modern. We went in Jumbo which was an experience in itself. Its a huge shop and sells absolutely everything. It's like B&M and Home Bargains on steroids!!

Lots of designer shops and places to eat. Need to show proof of 3 x Covid innoculation jabs to be able to get into mall. Very strict on people wearing masks.

Beware! If you travel from the UK, your NHS covid vaccination pass will not scan correctly and you will not be let in. In the end I just walked in, but even then, it's just not worth it. Hot and stuffy, with only a few nice shops.

Big mall at the city center. A lot of well known brands like Zara, mango, pull&bear etc. There are a huge store of Jambo like 2.5 floors. We wish that the mall would have a lockers there it’s could be so convenient. The fast food there is ok but slow.

Modern and Stylish mall has a great selection of shops, restaurants, and even a cinema! Great place to spend the day with the family. They have a two story parking area located under the mall with plenty of spaces.

A great local shopping centre in Paphos, full of mid range shops and some family friendly ones too! Clean tidy and air-conditioned. Set over two levels with a decent selection of shops. Toilets clean and tidy. Lots of parking.

A lively shopping mall. The decorations for Christmas were fantastic and Mrs Claus and her travelling group was cute.

Lovely food court with a mix of well known fast food brands and others providing more local offerings. Good selection of shops - some UK favourites. Plenty of free parking.

We went on NYE and it was packed! We had to search for a long time to find a parking spot. The grocery store inside was wonderful! Great prices and they had everything we needed. I also loved that we didn’t have to pay to use a cart which seems to be common in most grocery stores here.

Nice place easy to find very spacious place which is good a few individual stores which is nice to see. They have most of the big brands in there . Place is very neat and tidy with a good atmosphere. I wouldn't spend all day there but it's nice for a few hours so overall it's a thumbs up if you like a shopping trip.

Decent modern shopping mall in Paphos (probably the only one) with cinema and food court. No halal restaurant ( but burger king has vegetarian options). It also has a Jumbo ( Cyprus Version of IKEA, things are quite cheap including snacks and drinks). Free WiFi available and charging points also available ( need to bring own charger) Honestly it's not too big and not too many shops to see, but overall it's fine

Absolutely love this shopping mall. All staff in shops were very friendly and helpful.
