Our stay at Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel was the best experience we've had so far. The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, superb service, and delicious food. Unlike our usual preference of not returning to the same places, we would love to come back here. The hotel staff provided exceptional service. They were friendly, helpful, and always available to meet our needs. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. There were always smiling faces around us, ready to assist us with anything we needed. The food in the hotel was fantastic. The restaurant offered a wide variety of tasty dishes that satisfied our palates. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had there. Apart from the outstanding service, this place owes its energy to the incredible manager, a wonderful woman who knows exactly what she is doing and how to do it well. Her management skills contributed greatly to the overall experience and made our stay truly exceptional. We would rate Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel a perfect 10 out of 10.

This hotel is perfect in all ways, cleanliness, service, and food! Everything is amazing, and you see how the hotel workers do everything to keep it on top! I would say this hotel is closer to a five star hotel, it is so perfect in every way. The service is the best i’ve ever received and i’ve travelled all over Europe. I would stay at this hotel every time i go here. The beach is approximately 3 minutes away, which is amazing. I have no words except to say that this is easy 100/10!!!

Highly recommended for all ages! We have spent the last nine days here (and are still here — one day to go!) for our first holiday abroad as a family, and it has been brilliant. The building is in a perfect location, a 3-minute walk from the beach and main streets, but not right on top of them, thus avoiding a lot of the noise. The hotel itself is bright, clean, spacious, well fitted, colourful, with interesting artistic flourishes throughout. The WiFi is amazing, it's faster than our fibre internet at home, which is remarkable. Our room has sliding doors that open right out onto the pool, which is where my 7-year-old son has spent every spare moment since we arrived. There are two small supermarkets literally right across the street, and a large pharmacy (with a great pharmacist who helped me with a problem) a 1-minute walk away. There are also loads of great places to visit and things to do within easy walking distance. If you don't want to go out, there's a programme of activities to do at the hotel every day. The staff are the real highlight. The waiting staff are absolutely lovely and have been playing little games with my son each time they see him at meal times (particularly the restaurant manager / male main greeter, whose name I think is Marios), much to his delight. The bar staff always see him trying to get lemonade at the bar through a sea of adults, and always ensure he gets his drink. Marta at the kids' club has the patience of a saint and has been entertaining him for the last few days. Even the lifeguards and lady who's been cleaning our room each day are a delight. The meals are also first class. I have never eaten so many different kinds of food prepared to such high quality as I have during the last week and a half. The meals are all buffet style, with a variety of hot and cold food available each day (and different on each day of the week) so you can have as much or as little of whatever you want — perfect! You have to work hard to find any negatives at all, and they are so minor and nitpicky as to not be worth mentioning. The only hotel I have ever stayed at that rivals this one was *the* main 5-star hotel on the main square of Vilnius, and it was three or four times as expensive as this hotel. Overall, we would not hesitate to come back here again.

I spent 21 lovely nights at the hotel. I stayed with my 9 year old son. Everything was perfect. It was about one minute to the beach and by the main road and shops. Everything was handy and around. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Every time we needed something they were available to help. I really liked the atmosphere and the place. Especially, the restaurant with its lovely food, salad, atmosphere and staff was my favorite. I want to have a special thanks to Ali , Ahmed and Yusuf who were working at the restaurant. I highly recommend to try Ali Baba special drink which is made by Ali , the head waiter. We arrived on first of August and left on the 22nd, 2021. They had good care of everything during the pandemic time. Everything was cleaned and sanitized. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for everything.

Very friendly staff and tasty, fresh food! Nice and clean everywhere. Really enjoyed our ocean view. Chairs in rooms and on balconies were noisy when moved so that woke us up early in the morning which easily could be avoided with some kind of cover for the feet of the chairs. Closets were too small for the hangers which was a bit annoying. Anyway, all in all, we had a great week!

Thank you Atlantica Sancta Napa and all the staff for the most amazing vacation. The staff were so incredible and welcoming.Sofia at the front desk made our late night check in extremely quick & easy, which was much appreciate after a long and late flight. The food was always fresh and delicious, the staff were constantly refilling the platters. Breakfast menu was usually the same but the lunch and dinner was constantly different and delicious, they changed the theme daily and had plenty of option that would satisfy the pickiest of eaters. Margarita was extremely welcoming when seating us and it was always nice to have a quick chat before being led to our table. Ali the head waiter was just beyond incredible, he made sure to always greet us and made us laugh throughout our meal, we loved chatting to him and it was so nice to have met him. Dina, George and Mario were such a riot at the bar, they not only were amazing bartenders but were also very entertaining. They made sure to remember orders and our names and were extremely personable. The pool was sometimes a little hard to find a spot but the pool area was very nice and a great place to hang out. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the beach and a close walk into town. The bus routes were close by and very easy to use to get around. All in all this hotel was first class. For food there was plenty of choice and the snack bar burgers were absolutely amazing! Rooms are very spacious well laid out and clean. I would say this hotel is for a young crowd but went as a family and we all enjoyed, including a teenager! All staff were extremely welcoming and seemed to remember everyone. The harbour was a 5 minute walk away and the beach just a very short stroll. Location was fabulous. They did also have English plugs in the room in case you forget the extension cable.

We had an fantastic 10-day stay in early September. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from both the city center and the beach, which offers beach umbrellas and sunbeds for 7.50 euros per set for two (managed by the city). Our room was spacious and comfortably accommodated two people. It was kept clean with daily housekeeping service. The food was excellent, featuring a diverse selection, and there was something new to try every day. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, while the bartenders added a touch of humor and engagement to our experience. The evening shows were a delightful addition to the overall charm of the place. The pool was lovely, though it could get quite crowded during peak hours due to the hotel being fully booked at the time. The only drawback I'd like to mention is that, despite the hotel's claim to be environmentally friendly, our towels were replaced daily, even when we left them on the rack. It's worth noting that this practice is common in most hotels I've visited, but it does seem to contradict the hotel's environmental-friendly approach. Other than that, I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Me and my Family were so happy to be part of this amazing holidays this year. My mom and my sister has a allergic and the people there were so kind that they served them sepretly so that they could have always a good time. The buffet is so amazing we love the food here and the service is PERFECT we are treated really good. The City is near the hotel and the city is also beautiful. And the beach is 2min away. We love it here!

George and the rest of the bar staff are really kind, super helpful and VERY generous with their drinks - with a huge selection and cocktail ideas - would reccomend Chef Ozzy cooks great food! With huge portions and a smile. Would 100% recommend the double trouble burger, it’s absolutely huge!!!

We would personally like to say a massive thank you to all those who work at Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel. To mention the outstanding service from IDA who was working everywhere from reception to waitressing. Sherife who served us daily to our tables. Ele the general manager who was attentive to everybody’s needs. This hotel has a great view of the sea, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Great location to the strip if you wanted to party or even for casual drinks. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was lovely, food was incredible; a lot of choice to choose from. The entertainment was great! Bar staff and waiters were very friendly and made everyone feel welcome. We would highly recommend this hotel to families or couples. Great hotel, very friendly staff. Beach is nice, just a short walk. Rooms are clean. Lunch and dinner were perfect, best food in a four star hotel I have had in years. Breakfast is a bit disappointing; quality is good, but variety is on three star level. Overall, a great place to relaxe and enjoy cyprus.

All I can say is, this was the best holiday my wife and I have ever had, hotel was fantastic location was brilliant, staff were the most friendly and helpful of anywhere we've ever stayed. The choice, quality and variation of food was second to none, everything I tried was tasty, a true revelation, we will definitely be back.

The location it's very good. The rooms are clean and big size (family rooms have 1 queen bed and 2 single beds). The grounds offer a big pool, a smaller pool for kids and a kids playground. Every night there is entertainment and there is also all inclusive options for drinks and food. We got good value for the money in October. We got hot weather (26-28 degrees) while sea water was hot but pool water was chill. However once you get in the water was fine. Overall very good choice in Ayia Napa. It's a place that worth coming back.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. As with a lot of places there are some minor details which were unusual but most of these were due to the upgrade from a 3 to a 4 star hotel and are surely ironed out in the near future. The hotel offers excellent room service and help in the lobby. In addition, the all-inclusive experience provides you with everything you need while also allowing you to experience Ayia Napa fully. As a sidenote, Efim (who served us during our wonderful meals) went above and beyond to make this experience truly memorable, pleasant and utterly fantastic.

Very good hotel. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. Pool is very good size. It's close to the beach. There are plenty of lifts to get to the rooms. They are very organised dealing with covid-19 regulations and requirements. Different themed food in restaurant every evening, quality of food is exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I really enjoyed my stay.

This has been one of the best hotel experiences ever (and I've worked in the hospitality industry for 35 years), Ele the general manager should be proud of the team, front and back of house they did an amazing job of looking after our party, special mention for Tino and George on the bar in the evening and Luigi for the entertainment day and night(especially the kids disco) and a big thanks to all the staff who made this holiday so memorable.

Excellent hotel - look no further! This hotel has it all! Great rooms, beautiful grounds, fantastic staff and great facilities. The pool area is always clean and tidy, food is always great and the staff are always really welcoming and friendly. Staying at this hotel is great because we’re a short walk from a bustling town and two minutes or so from a beach. We love it here! Highly recommend!

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and fast, the boss herself is also present in the hotel and looks after the right, asks if everything is in order and takes care of the guests. The hotel is very focused on English guests, so there is also the food (breakfast: beans and bacon) and the sockets, for which I had to buy an adapter to charge my mobile phone. You have to like the English audience personally, which was not my case. There is a normal socket in the bathroom, but you have to leave the light in the bathroom on for the socket to work, which is very counterproductive in terms of sustainability. The entertainment and sports program is poor and very one-sided and, unlike other hotels, boring, especially for younger people. The rooms themselves are clean and normal size, but there are only hanging possibilities in the closet (no shelves) and after showering, in a bathtub, the water was always distributed on the floor because it was not sufficiently sealed. The same applies to the refrigerator, where a puddle has collected. When eating, most allergy signs are signposted, but there is no sign for meat, which makes it difficult for yourself as a vegetarian to take the food without hesitation and you often had to ask. The beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes, the water is clear and a sun lounger costs only 2.50€ for the whole day. There is also a port nearby, where you can make many nice boat tours. All in all, the holiday was quite nice, but I will not visit the hotel again and would not call it a 4-star hotel, but rather a 3-star hotel.

Had a great time staying at this location all-inclusive for 2 weeks. Great location both for beach and town central/night life. Friendly personnel all around but a special mention to the outside bar evening shift workers, Dino and George. They specially fulfilled the trip by their friendliness, keeping us constantly entertained, and excellent service for us and all the hotel goers. Small gym that was quite sufficient as well.

Very nice hotel. I recommend. The food is good and there is a lot to choose from. Great bartenders and drinks near the pool area. Fantastic pool area. However there was constantly not enough sunbeds. Close to the beach, close to many shops. Very friendly staff. Room was just OK with decent sea view.

My parents went on a trip to Cyprus and stayed at this hotel in May. They enjoyed every minute of their stay! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel room was nice and clean. The food was good too. They really recommend this place to anyone going to Cyprus!

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have been to. first and foremost, the reception has been top notch when you just arrived at the hotel, everything was clear and clear from the start. The staff are so nice and helpful. They are really passionate about their job and respect guests. The food was perfect, we were there for over a week and I can easily say that every day we were full and happy. I really liked the variety in the dinners because every night there was a new theme with different tastes, so good. The restaurant was so clean and fresh at all meals, happy and welcoming staff all the time. Aida, who worked both in the restaurant and reception, is worth her weight in gold, she was so happy, helpful, welcoming and nice. Manager Ele was so careful to make sure everything worked well. I have never been to a hotel where the manager goes and asks the guests about their stay and well-being. She is such a nice person and such a professional who really cares about her job and knows what she is giving. The hotel is 10 out of 10 I highly recommend./. Ashur Nissan
