I just got expelled from this gym, my membership blatantly cancelled because my boyfriend posted an honest, constructive review a few days ago. I am in the customer service Industry and am shocked to see the anti-customer service and the attitude here. The owner chose to just expel us instead of trying to consider the feedback, and speak with us to see how they could help us or try make the service better to their customers. Clearly the gym owner does not care/has absolutely no interest in genuine opinions and feedback, and instead of listening and trying to resolve issues, retaliates. The feedback unfortunately stands; this gym has no capacity cap, it is absolutely unfair to pay such a high premium for a membership to then not have any machine available to us, it was always a nightmare; unbelievably overcrowded - the gym is way more interested in making money off memberships than offering fair value and fair service to members (capacity cap). And whilst men cannot workout without a shirt, women are allowed to work out on bras (some were on Summer bras), and on leggings so thin and transparent you could see everything. Not having a decent dress code just reflects negatively on the gym. Requiring a bit of decency from your customers is the minimum any business should do. Message to the owner: we were willing to retract our review if you had attempted to understand better our feedback and see what you could possibly do to improve the experience for your customers. But you choosing to retaliate and expel us is a decision that will only hurt you, not us. I urge you to learn about customer service. Further to your reply: My name is not Milan. Confused by the purpose of your statement as I hold a EU Digital COVID Certificate (I am fully vaccinated), and for all our visits Milan had a SafePass (rapid test), bar the one day it was expired and we went on to renew. Not sure what your issue is with this.

Currently unfortunately, it is not a high class gym. I've been a member for 5 years but I'm going to change the gym soon. Opening hours have worsened. (Closed on Sundays why???) The air conditioning is off and on and for that all windows and doors open. (What is the point of this????). It would be appropriate if the management would respond to constructive criticism. If you offer the highest prices in Paphos you should also provide the best possible service.

I recently wrote an honest customer review about how crowded the gym is and the lack of dress code, however upon my second visit I was informed by the receptionist that the owner cancelled my gym membership because of my user review, he also used the words "why did you come back", when I expected to hear the words "thank you for coming back", so instead of asking for feedback or wanting to improve their customer service they decided to expel me from the gym forever for writing a honest review on google about my experience there. This has never happened to me in all of the countries I have travelled to so stay far away from this gym, I am currently reporting this behaviour to google.

I speak the truth. Expensive place with rude staff member !! full of ego but empty character. A skinny bearded worker blaming the trainers to do his job, I got Screamed so does my friends there, rude attitude. lost clients for that.. Won't open AC at summer and always crowded. AVOID THIS PLACE its a scam money grabbing gym

Very nice gym with truly good quality equipment! Nice staff, clean environment. One time entry is 8 Euros. The main downside is the amount of people. Hard to catch a free machine or bench. Make sure to take a towel with you! It is a must when using any of the machines, according to the gym rules.

While the gym can get busy, especially during peak hours, it offers a wide variety of modern equipment, and the staff is helpful and friendly. If you're able to adjust your schedule to work out during quieter times or don't mind the bustling atmosphere, you may find that it's a great fit for your fitness routine.

A very beautifully decorated gym, I fell in love with the place instantly. Extremely clean which surprised me as I have not come across many gyms with this level of cleanliness. The equipment is 10/10, and the staff is very friendly and willing to help if you need it. I am very happy I decided to train here.

So I have never written a review before, even though I am the type of person that will look for reviews before visiting a place. I decided to leave this comment here because today there was an incident that happened that really bothered me. I witnessed someone being extremely rude towards the staff and the people training there(to me as well). He had left the gym saying he was going to give a bad review even though he was harassing people and the staff's decision to remove him was justified. That made me realize that people can literally review a business with untruthful comments which is very unfair, and harm them for no apparent reason. Filling the comments with lies just because they cannot follow the basic rules of their business. No one is forcing you to be there, and if you want to say something negative at least have the decency of being truthful. To the aesthetics team: Thank you for removing the toxic people from our gym which -for some of us- is our second home. You are doing a great job. Do not mind the negativity, it will always be there. What matters is that you have people who support you and appreciate your hard work and the love you have given into this gym. ps: For everyone considering if it's worth it trying this gym, I can guarantee you that it is the cleanest and most professional gym I have ever been to and has the best machines around. Some machines you might have not even seen before. And to the people who give bad reviews with "too many people at the gym," your review is irrelevant to the quality and the professionalism of this gym. If you wanna train alone then you should consider building a house gym. Keep it up guys!

The gym is very well equipped and the machines are new and in perfect conditions, there is a lot of friendly staff so there is no queues in the entrance, there are machines that are not that common so you can train abs or triceps very well and there is also the classics to bench and squat with a lot of kg. The changing rooms are small but enough for everything, you will just have problems in the peak hours, the showers works perfectly, the only but is that it doesn't open on Sundays

The Aesthetics Fitness Club is great. Friendly staff, clean and modern equipment. The best feature is that the Aesthetics Fitness Club allows for seasonal membership, which is great as our house is the close to Aesthetics Fitness Club and we travel to Paphos a few times a year from Dublin. Sports massage is also available, Rafael, who is a Physiotherapist, is excellent.

Membership much too expensive. It is advertised that on Sunday is open and for months this is not the case. In addition, the air conditioning is never turned on or only when the whole studio is full and heated. For a premiun fitness studio just very sad...

Top class gym, if you are looking to get fit this gym is for you. The staff have excellent behaviour and I would recommend 100%

Very nice and modern gym. Unfortunately, the music is much too loud at lunchtime and the gym is generally very crowded. You should have alternative exercises to complete your workout. The prices are a bit too high for my taste.

Never again,.. staff member was absolutely rude to me , because I sprayed sanitiser on the cardio Maschine instead puttin in on a paper and then cleaning it. Toilet situation is horrible. Gym is super crowded by insta poser.

Great gym with very good equipment. A bit packed during rush hours, but still manageable to train. Loved the hip trust machine! It's amazing. Staff is very friendly. You can buy a day / week / month cards to train. Very convenient.

Chose them as my Cyprus Gym experience and it did not disappoint. They have some really good machines from Gym80, even some I have never seen before. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and there are trainers helping new comers. Besides good machines there are some modern grips, and even some extras you can purchase from straps, to weight belts and protein shakes and food. If I were to live here, this would be my go to. A single session is possible for 8€ and is wirth it.

An AMAZING gym that gave me the start... Goodhearted, friendly and very helpful staff, especially George and the skinny guy. As a beginner they showed me how to use the equipments and answered all my questions regarding training I will miss this place.

Great gym and equipment but no AC in the first floor when it was 30C

Personally I loved the gym, the employees are very nice and it has a great atmosphere. The only negative aspect is that it is a bit small, so I would advice going early. Apart from that lovely.

This gym is great, good atmosphere even better music. Machines and weights are all very clean. Also for tourists (like me) recommendable. The owner is also very friendly.

WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE, use it while on holidays for a month. I wish we had something similar in our home country.The facility was clean and the front desk associates were polite and organized. Sozos gave me a tour; he was very professional. The gym sells itself as it has several areas to lift, do cardio, spin, etc. There is also a protein and coffee bar to boot! If you are in Paphos for holidays, this is where you should choose to work out. Thank you Aesthetics Fitness Club for the great work outs!

I have never been more satisfied by a gym! Every single aspect that i care is fully covered, from the friendly and helpful staff into the clean working areas and bathrooms. Highly recommending it.

Probably the best gym in Cyprus !! Everything is clean, the machines are amazing and the staff are very helpful and able to answer any questions about your workout, diet, supplements etc. After your workout you can also try their amazing protein shakes i already tried lemon cheesecake and wheytella and they just taste perfect. Has everything you'll need and totally reasonable prices. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ would totally recommend!

Great gym, an easy and quick walk from the harbour area. It was busy at peak times, but everyone is friendly and shared the machines. Very well stocked for free weights, including two squat racks. Day passes are EU8.

The gym looked nice and clean but unfortunately I was not allowed in because I did not have my trainers with me (as a tourist I have left them in my home country). It was a very disappointing experience so my only advice for the owners is to state the rules of the gym on the website so people like me can be aware of them BEFORE they come to the gym.

Best gym in paphos…apparel Gym80 great apparels which we didn’t see often freeweight and some dumbells till 50kgs ….let’s the party begin😁…we can have fun while on holidays also a protéine bar, amino acids, pre workout a lot to say hope to see you in a bigger gym next time I’ll visit you team…thanks DEMO 😉

Very good gym if you want to stay in shape during your stay in Paphos, 29 euros for the one week membership, well equipped and friendly English speaking staff

I’m an avid gym goer and have been working out for 9+ years. I used to come here in the evening and wasn’t crazy about place being too crowded and staff seemingly busy. So I switched to morning times. Once I came, the morning staff was so helpful in assisting me with whatever I need. Lovely staff, lovely gym💪🏻

Nice little gym. It's not very big and can get quite busy. Not many benches but that's due to floor space, they've done the best they can with it. There's one of everything you need to get a decent workout. Friendly to tourists and it's reasonably priced for a week pass or 10 day pass. They do have aircon which is a lifesaver in 30 degree heat!

You can easily park your car directly in front of the Aesthetics Fitness Gold studio. New and high standard equipment of German brand and quality are always and all ready for use, which makes exercising very pleasant. They are also always clean, the trainers here are very hardworking and dedicated. There are also large mirrors, locker room, shower, TV in cardio area, seating and so on. All together an extremely high quality studio. Been working out here for almost a year now.
