Basic gym. Quite cramped and not well air conditioned. It is better than anything hotels have to offer but it's below a typical UK commercial gym. Staff seemed friendly enough but not being allowed to use chalk (even in liquid form) is strange for a weightlifting gym where it gets so sweaty.

I got asked to leave the Gym for running too fast on the treadmill on the 14/09/22. The very rude trainer kept interrupting my workout and forced me to slow down. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Terrible attitude. Imagine being told to leave a gym for running too fast!!

Probably the greatest gym since the first gym was invented 2500+ years ago. Definitely a great one. You can do pretty much any sort of exercise free weights, calisthenetics, cardio, machines. Different sorts of people exercise, and I think I saw some classes going on. Freindly gym, and the owners are cool too. Welcoming. I liked it.

Joined this very professional friendly gym 2 years ago.As a beginner to exercise the owners/trainers Aggelos and Paniyotis trained me and set me personal goals and I very much enjoy my gym sessions and have gained 12kg weight and muscle.The gym offers all the equipment you would require with daily group classes if required and is open from 07.30 until 21.30. Free Car Parking is available opposite the premises. Highly recommend the personal training. A big thankyou to Forma Gym for changing my life and improving my body and general health. Visited at 13.45 on Friday, however the owner and her mother explained that actually it’s closed on Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday! So not sure when you’re supposed to go? And obviously the information on Google listing is wrong.
