I SAW A TURTLE! 😄🐢 5 STARS!

NOT a beach. NOT baths in any normal sense of the word. What it is, is a public sunbathing area with loungers (sometimes!) on the promenade with adequate public changing rooms and toilet. Access to the sea for swimming is via short ladders. There is no paddling as the sea is too deep. Not a place for young children but fine for adults for sea swimming.

Amazing view of the sea, you can promenade along the beaches and watch the sunset, look at the boats. It is possible to go in the water and sunbathe on the beach. (2019)

Diese Betonanlage ist es schwer als Strand zu bezeichnen. Es erinnert mich an einen Freibad. Es gibt ein paar Möglichkeiten von den betonierten Felsen ins Wasser zu kommen oder von den rumtobenden Kindern Beispiel zu nehmen und einfach ins Wasser zu springen. Sonst ist die Anlage eher für die Barbesucher gedacht. Wer einen Sandstrand sucht, sollte lieber ein paar hundert Meter weiter laufen. Gegenüber von dem Alexander the great Hotel finden man einen gemütlichen Sandstrand.

Hier gibt es die Möglichkeit ins Meer zu gehen um zu Baden. Von hier aus hat man ein tollen ausblick auf das Meer und kann sich auf eine Bank setzen und die Atmosphäre geniesen. Leider gibt es keinen Sonnenschirm, sodass man direkt in der Sonne sitzt.

Great place to hang out with the locals in the early hours of the morning for a refreshing swim often accompanied by some local sea turtles followed by a Cypriot coffee or a Frappé.

Nice pedestrian area. Great in the morning and the afternoon. And the most improtant it's sunny in November It's Just missing a playground for kids. Somehow in Pafos they don't like famillies with children. And there is no free playground.

Nice beach close to the restaurants. I liked swimming here in the late afternoons.

Central area at the heart of Harbour that is good for swimming, ideal for those who don't like sand. Free showers provided. A very friendly winter swimmer club to join is based there

Good for swimming. There are 2 diving boards but also steps into the sea. There are free changing rooms, showers and WC facilities.

The problem since it has been refurbished are the lack of of the sunbeds that used to be there for hire.

The meeting place of cult swimmers, sun worshippers, old athletic geezers and young fanatics. The Municipal Baths is a lifestyle for many locals and a must for visitors.
