Overall an enjoyable experience. Clean water, lifeguard station, sandy beach, canteen showers etc. No music, so no noise. Somewhat difficult to get in the water as there are large uneven plaques of stone in the water. It is a bit slippery and there are holes where you don't want your feet to get trapped. I used sea shoes to get in, although most people didn't. Children of around 10 years of age find the waves very enjoyable.

Lovely local beach bar, the fresh fish was the best I've ever tasted.

Didn't stay in any of the Hotels but the walk around the coast was beautiful. Lovely weather and a nice coastal breeze.

It's a nice view of the beach but if you go in that beach your legs and feet will have so many cuts and grazes it's not worth going in it

Nice sand beach. Quite easy to get in the sea and shallow a long way. Rocky but not slippery underfoot in the water. Probably not bad for snorkeling but I didn't try. There is a cafe selling the usual booze and snacks including one lager on tap. They have toilets and showers which are not gross. They also have sun loungers outside.

Typical beach facilities available albeit a bit old an worn. There was a great café serving the most amazing food in particular the calamari, the salads would comfortably feed two and the chips cooked in olive oil were delicious. The sand was fine but there was an enormous amount of dead seaweed with no sign of it being cleared. Access to the sea was either by the shore line but it was risky enough because of all the stone, or by the steps from the jetty, this area was covered in seaweed and after entered the sea you had to navigate your way through the seaweed for several metres to get clear. All that said the water was fantastic and for the 1st of October the extremely warm. The strong wind kept the temperature down don’t be fooled suncream is a must.

Path closed at the time we went, but a sandy beach and lovely coffee bar.

Had a walk on the beach near the light house. Faros means light house. Picked shells on the beach. Sea was crystal clear. February is a little too cold for a swim.

Great beach bar, good cheapish food. Good sunbathing and swimming.

One of the most beautiful beaches for bathing in Paphos, a sandy, clean beach, including a buffet that has a variety of things to eat or drink, changing rooms and toilets are also available on site, you can rent a bed or an umbrella for 2.5 euros, enjoy

Went to beach today (27th april) with mum and dad. Great location, with wonderful views. Beach is pebbly and a load of rocks in sea - wearing beach shoes is a must. Very long beach. Beach Village hotel at one end, a couple of cafes and lighthouse at the other end. Long promenade that takes you all the way to the harbour. Perfect location for weddings - saw one happen today (was very special).

This beach has been getting a massive reconstruction of a promenade. From Pathos Harbour to as far as you could possibly walk. The work is still going on in some parts along the route. The beach is a mixture of sand and rocky areas. The sea water is very clear for a swim. There was a volleyball net on the beach area of Pathos where I stayed, and every evening, people would gather to play volleyball.

Beautiful beach, there's a little hut cafe that sells lovely food.. we had burgers and home made chip's!! Always a win for me, they also rent out beach beds for €2.50 for the day, and you can also rent the beach brolly for €2.50, so for €5, you can lounge on the beach all day long, we had a wonderful afternoon there, Only thing I'll say is bring beach/sea shoes, the sea access has a rocky floor not sand, and can be quite sharp. Other than that, absolutely no complaints here.

This beach is one of my favourite spots for sunsets in Paphos. Located close to the Lighthouse and along the famous coastal broadwalk. This beautiful sandy beach has a nice snack bar with shower facilities. The only challenge on this beach is that its tricky to swim as the entrance to the sea is a bit rocky and slippery. Not impossible if you are careful or wear water shoes.

The beach is not to bad but 4 swimming I do not recomend (plenty of rocks ). Coral Bay is the best for sandy beach and clear blue water.

Lovely beach and lovely location. There is a fair bit of seaweed but this is dependent on the time of year. Yes the sea is rocky but at certain parts only. Ask the guys at the beach cafe (the light house cafe) and they will point out where you can walk in as it’s beach under your feet. It’s a lovely place to swim if you no where to enter. Great views from this part of the beach and the light house beach cafe/bar is also brilliant.

🌟 Outstanding Stay at Faros Beach Apartments! 🌟 Just had an amazing time at Faros Beach Apartments! Perfectly located between the main street with delicious food options and the sea. Private parking was a breeze, and the friendly neighbors and polite host made the experience even better. Highly recommend! ⭐🏖️🚗

Quiet and comfortable. Loungers and umbrellas for hire all for €7.50. Or €5 without umbrellas. Sea swimming possible.Need water shoes as rocky in places. Strong waves ! Beautiful to watch

Class little bar here, perfect sunset view. Nice to do the walk from the harbour to here and take a pitstop as the sun falls right into the ocean. Really comfortable and reasonably priced drinks. Fully recommend, easy 5 stars.

The beach and swimming line is not the best. It's quite rocky and pebbly with hard sand and frequent invasions of black seaweed, but this is fairly typical of volcanic islands. It's a great coastline walk up to the harbour from here. One downside, it has only one beach café which is shabby and overpriced. This last comment is not typical of volcanic inlands!

It's a nice small beach with views of the lighthouse. There's a free shower and changing rooms. Plus sunbeds for rent. Everyone is complaining about the rocks, but it's just not that bad. Unfortunately yes, there's some seaweed at the shore, but that is avoidable as well.

Great small beach a little away from the hustle of the main part of the city. I love it-very calm and relaxing, not much people and kids could have a lot of fun in the water. True about the seaweeds and the rocky bottom, thou, so be carefull.

Nice visit but there were dead birds and lots of rubbish on the beach in parts. The cafe there was great though and the sunbeds were well priced.

Nice beach with decent bar on it. Be aware this is not a place to go swim due to the rocky bottom at the shore. The beach itself is sandy however so bring your towel and enjoy the sun and view

Out of season ,covered in sea weed and a little wild but it's nature. Nice walk along sea path and beach.

I don't really want to encourage more people to go to " our beach". However, we like it because many don t know it's there. Plenty of parking, toilets and a great little cafe only a few yards from the sea. Loungers and umbrellas for those that want them. Please stay away in September though as we don't like crowds😄

Great beach, right in town. Casual Cypriot cooking. Restrooms, changing rooms. Theo & Nick started out in 1987! Neat spot to meet people from all over the world!
