Hotel is beautiful with some real good staff. Some staff are very rude and arrogant Biggest downhill is that not even 1 member of staff knew what halal food was. I believe they should also cater even if there was a minority of halal food eaters They have a veggie section but none of the chefs change their tongs/spatulas when cooking ham omelettes and a veg omelette

This, our 23rd visit taken over 15 years! Love it, can’t fault it. Rooms well appointed. We always choose a mountain view - you get the sun first thing in the morning then the cool of shade when you come up from the pool / beach. The well maintained grounds spread out across coastal footpath and access to craggy beach to sea bathe off a pontoon. 2 beautiful swimming pools, towels provided by hotel. Don’t fill your suitcase with unnecessary stuff when your room has all you require, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. Breakfast - anything you can name - is at the buffet start with freshly squeezed orange juice and “champagne “. Evening dinner buffet is what you might expect for mass catering but it’s all good food well served well. Treat yourself to any of the excellent local restaurants to ring the changes. Staff friendly and helpful from reception to room maid and any one in between. Covid kept us waiting a long time to return, but now we’re back and loving every minute of it.

Excellent hotel. I upgraded to a Superior Sea View (3311). Sun most of the day on my balcony. (Classic Sea View is slightly smaller with sun for a lot of the day too, just not all day, at an angle). My room had everything I like in a hotel room comfort, good shower/bathroom, lots of wardrobe n shelf space, safe kettle with supplies fridge, comfy armchairs and also good chairs on the balcony. Food was excellent. Lots of choice staff friendly n helpful

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and received the recommendation for this self-proclaimed 4 star hotel from the travel agency. It was said that the hotel was newly renovated. Unfortunately, it seems that this renovation was understood to include a new TV (which did not work in my room), another small coffee maker or USB slots. The rest, especially the rooms and hallways exude the charm of the early 1980s with worn, old wood paneling and seating. The breakfast buffet is pure mass processing with poor table service. Quality is mediocre at best and the main condiment seems to be fryer grease. I found the tiny glasses for the breakfast juices particularly ridiculous. The front desk service is eager, but everything takes a long time and everything has to be discussed with at least 2 people so that a problem can be solved. Really nice are the well-grown and well-maintained palm trees by the pools, which also have the best years behind them. Incidentally, there is only free wifi for 2 weeks and also only for 2 terminals. This offer is as outdated as the hotel itself. Really a pity, but give the "Constantinou Bros" hotel a wide berth. Invest a few more $/€/£ and go to one of the neighboring hotels.

Not our best experience in a 4 star hotel. The rooms are small, even after we were upgraded to a balcony superior room. It was over filled with an uneccesary table and 2 chairs at the side of the bed, another table and chairs and a day bed on the balcony. We have had bigger rooms on a cruise ship !! We spoke to other people and they also had issue with the room size. The all inclusive food was not great. Chef specials included chicken thighs, Turkey and pork......3 Chinese dishes, 2 always the same. The hot dishes were mega hot, including the plates which you could not hold, overcooked and repetitive, including lamb of some description and a tray of mixed vegetables, which never changed for 2 weeks. I could not find something to eat on a couple of occasions and ended up with cheese n biscuits. No choice of cheese crackers though, just a 3 pack in packet. The sweets included bread n butter pudding and rice pudding. The dessert cakes looked like shop bought 2 layer sponge with different coloured icing on top, these were on the menu every lunch and dinner. Ice cream was cheap tubs of basic flavours, they never changed either. I found it very disappointing. I am not a fussy eater, enjoy all types of dishes but found the dining pretty mediocre. The staff are excellent, attentive and happy. Drinks are good quality and constantly refilled. Entertainment was every night, inside and out. Couple of capable artists. Some not so great. Don't know where everyone went in the evening.....it definitely wasn't in the main bar and lounge, it was like the Marie Celeste some evenings. The grounds are beautiful, lots of sunbed and 3 pools, excellent service from the pool bar group of staff, who were brilliant and smiley, even in the extreme heat. One issue......only 1 under pool toilet for everyone outside in the massive grounds, so at busy times you had to get covered, put on a mask and go to reception toilets or your own room. Overall, after paying £4200 for 2 weeks, I definitely would not return. It was not a genuine 4 star experience and not value for money.

Excellent adults only hotel with spacious grounds. Have stayed here several times before and given a warm welcome and a room upgrade. Breakfast was brilliant with a huge selection. Cannot comment on evening meals as stayed on a b and b basis. Rooms all well appointed and spacious. Staff all very polite friendly and helpful. Would strongly recommend.

NB. Many of the reviews and photos are for the similarly named Athena Beach next door which was wrongly labelled on Google Maps as Athena Royal. (Edit suggested to Google) Great hotel. Adults only. No children (so don't book for next door by mistake!) Smaller than many hotels we have been to ....and the better for it. Decent rooms. Lovely location by the sea. The staff are universally excellent.....Great service. Our first visit.....we will visit again.

The stay was good, the staff were very friendly. For this price, we expected to have a bigger room though. The rooms are quite old. The breakfast was good, but we got bored after 4-5 days. The tags placed above the food was not always placed correctly. Quite some options for vegetarians. We had an issue with bike rentals. I was told the previous day that rental bookings cannot be done in advance and that I need to come on the day itself to get the bikes. And when I went the next day, I was told (by someone else at the reception this time) that I need to book in advance!!! The lady in the reception tried to call a few people to find us bikes, but none were available for the same day! Finally, we had to go out ourselves and find a bike rental company elsewhere. The location is a big plus, there is a bus 612 from and to the airport.

Lovely hotel right on the beach with great facilities. Choice to sunbathe next to the pool or beach. Not a far walk from the strip which is full or lovely restaurants and bars. I had a spa treatment whilst I was there which was lovely. The only thing that let this hotel down was the food was really average, we went half board and really wish we hadn’t. I would also say this hotel is more suited for the older (age 60’s) couples. Nothing going on in the evening and as a couple in there 20’s we felt a little out of place. No fault of the hotels just not something we knew when booking.

Fabulous 4* hotel with lovely grounds and a huge number of sunbeds facing the Med. Great restaurants and bars, and a bike storage garage for those with their own bikes. Lovely helpful staff all around the hotel. Plenty of quality restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Easy access to Pafos town by bus from outside the hotel, for getting to the town bars and restaurants, of which there are plenty.

My wife and I spent 3 night at this hotel, I’ve never got a service like I did here - out of this world! The staff were so nice and always smiling. Room were like the pictures, breakfast was amazing - so many options! Only a few bus stops from the harbour . Highly recommended

We booked a ground floor, sea view with individual pool. If you are able to pay for this upgrade it is worth it. Sunset is about 4.30pm so being able to sit by our own pool at night really elongated the day. it also had a jacuzzi bath for relaxing when the weather isn't great (we visited in November and had 2 days of stormy weather, sunshine set to return when we fly home). The hotel offers lots of activities throughout the day, and whilst i had every intension of yoga with a sea view at 10am in the morning i never made it. The staff have all been really helpful especially Katalina (Assistant manager) and we would come back off season again. Breakfast had plenty of choice.

The hotel is big, nice, clean and provide a comprehensive good platform for an on-site enjoyable vacation. Few remarks: - Despite pre-advise of early arrival (with 2 babies), we had to wait 3 hours for the rooms. Later, we found out the hotel was even not fully booked... - There are not enough elevators and waiting time is a bit too long

Amazing hotel, with everything you need readily available. Beautiful pools & views. Great restaurants with fabulous food with lots of choice. And the staff were absolutely brilliant. So helpful & friendly. After being poorly & having to stay in Pathos hospital for a while, the hotel & staff just couldn't help us enough, & we are very thankful to them! Would definitely highly recommend this hotel, & would definitely go back again....

Rooms are very clean and well serviced, good air con. Several lifts across all areas. Food excellent, good choice. Service from hotel staff varied, some really friendly, others not so. That said Management are on the ball and quick to respond. Maintenance is high and pool cleanliness and attention to the grounds visible. Plenty of sunbeds. Be aware though to get a poolside sunbed you would either have to sneak out in dead of night or crack of dawn.

A fantastic experience at this beautifully run hotel. The only slight complaint could be the quality of the bars and shops immediately adjacent to the hotel, but a 20 minute walk down a wonderful seaside path or 10 minute bus ride brings you to the paphos harbour which offers more than enough choice and quality.

This was our second trip here, the first being in 2018. The location can't be beat, it's right on the beach with great views. There's an abundance of beach lounging chairs, sun umbrellas and stools to set items on. The food is excellent with a wide choice of dishes to partake of. Some of the servers were new and still learning, so some understanding was needed. The room had a view of the pool's water slide that took away from what was expected. The Housekeeper who took care of our room was awesome, very thorough and polite. Overall, very pleased.

A lovely hotel not far outside Paphos Town, about a 20 minute walk along coastal path. An adult only hotel which was absolutely perfect for us. It meant it was peaceful and relaxing. There was various music and entertainment events with brief music outside during aquafit sessions but otherwise it was quiet with a beautiful sense of calm. Even when most of the sunbeds in the grounds were occupied it never felt busy. Lovely air conditioned lounge areas and scenic outside seating overlooking grounds and pools. If you have a sea view you never tire of overlooking the grounds and the sea. Our balcony was a bit small but perfectly adequate. Some rooms seem to have more space. Dining was very good with lots of choice. Only negative, if you like beaches and easy access to the sea this may not be the best for you but there are some small sandy beaches nearby. A great holiday.

This is my first tome back since covid and my 9th visit. I love the adults only hotel and couldn't wish for a better relaxing holiday. The rooms all have updated bathrooms with walk in showers. The food is great and a good selection. It's now a cash less hotel, so everything is charged to your room but you can pay the outstanding bill at reception with cash. A lovely roof top terrace has been added for drinks and to watch the sunset. Staff a lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

Adults only hotel . Loved that the only music during the day was the 30 minute aqua aerobic sessions. The roof top bar was amazing and the staff up there were lovely. Our room was as described- a couple of downsides were that the air-conditioning was a bit noisy. Also coffee pods are provided when you arrive but if you need more you have to buy them from the hotel shop which is a bit much when you are paying £300+ per night b&b I will mention the airport taxis which are a rip-off 45 euros to Paphos - we paid 30 on the way back

Lovely hotel. We had a basic room with a sea view. Everything you need, clean and comfortable. The staff were great and always friendly, helpful and willing, such great service. Food was plentiful on all-inclusive basis. So many choices and all so tasty and well presented. All-inclusive drinks use branded spirits. Went in October so reasonably quiet with plenty of loungers around the pool. Evening entertainment was geared towards the older, 60+ guests based on the playlists but still enjoyable over a drink. Nice lounge vibe. Lovely 30 min walk along the seafront to old town Paphos. Enjoyed a great stay with a bit of exercise in the pool with the aquafit session. Good fun. Would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic adults only hotel which is well located with an abundance of well spaced sun loungers and Cabanas to use. Service and food are excellent. We were here celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the hotel went the extra mile to make the occasion special for us. I rarely go to the same place twice but will definitely look at making a return visit in 2024. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

Stayed here for a weeks holiday i must say the hotel is extremely clean and the maids work very hard, most of the bar staff were friendly some not so! Was expecting more of a beach and not just rocks but the pools very nice and very cold, i do think you need to get up before sunrise to get your beach towels down if you want to be by the pools as there isnt many but more than enough in the gardens over looking the sea ! I do think the hotel seems to cater for the older generation however that doesn't or shouldn't mean they get special treatment as its not a cheap hotel to stay in! The hotel had entertainment on every night same songs sang all week tho which was disappointing. The breakfast was great couldnt ask for better service and food was still fresh and hot no matter what time you got down there, however we ate at the buffet one night and it was dreadful and seemed to cater for the elderly and it was cold not worth the money! I will not be going back to this hotel however i can understand why the older generation go back year after year!

Excellent hotel. Great location and direct access to sea front. Staff are exceptional and friendly, always willing to help in any way they can. Daily activities and evening entertainment. Varied food availability from cafe to Ala Carte. Several nearby eateries. Would definitely return soon. So many returning guests which demonstrates loyalty and satisfaction.

Fabulous hotel, with fabulous staff. Clean, spacious room and large balcony. Immaculate inside and immaculate grounds. The food is excellent with lots of choice. Lovely pools. Entertainment every night. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. George the general manager wants you to have a great stay and if there are any problems at all, he will sort it. The pillows are the best I have ever laid my head on, and for once my bad neck didn’t play me up while away. I just wish I knew where I could purchase them from. Couldn’t find a label on them and forgot to ask before I left!

Rating this as 3/5, while being very lenient. The hotel is supposed to be a "4 star" hotel, however it needs a renovation, which is long overdue (it is felt across the board, from the building/windows, to simple things like cups etc). For the money paid, we and our group of 6 in total, felt that its low value for money. The food was simply average, -but- the most outrageous aspect of our stay is the fact that the hotel's photos online are misleading (there is no sandy beach at the hotel, while the photos show otherwise; the pool is also not as glamorous or as big as the edited pictures online try to depict). Hence the hotel was misrepresented to us. On the other hand the staff was nice, friendly and helpful, but that is about it in terms of positives.

Despite opening on 1st September, they have coped really well with shortage of staff but improving now. The only problem is coffee machine in Pygmalion restaurant definitely needs upgrading. Everything else is perfect, fantastic food.

This hotel was exactly what we hoped it would be; lovely, friendly staff, room with a stunning views, adults only, always immaculately clean, by the sea enabling a swim at any time of the day, walkable to 'Old Pathos', great food. Even though we were B&B only, booking the superior sea view was ideal for us as the calm yet full, pool area with coastline and sea beyond filling most of the landscape was amazing.

Just got back from 15 days at this outstanding hotel…..We were on our honeymoon and the staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay a memorable one.Vicky and all the reception staff and Olga,Maria and the restaurant staff were absolutely lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The food is fantastic even for a vegetarian like myself. The only tiny negative I’d say is that it could do with a bit of updating-having said that we have already booked to go back next year-by far the best holiday we’ve had and would recommend it to everyone 👌

This hotel was amazing from the moment I stepped into the lobby. It is right on the beach and it has many amenities. The room was very clean and nice , 2 coffee makers, free coffee, tea and water, a safe box , toiletries etc. …it has all you need. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they have the USB to charge your phone , so if you visit from America for example, you don’t have to worry about bringing a European plug-in. They also help you planning excursions, Katherine is very nice and helpful. The only thing that I was not happy about was the the internet connection was on and off in my room . Other then that , highly recommend!

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and despite middle of winter storms back home I appear to have found a lush deluxe oasis to take timeout. 1st impressions good even out of season. Fairly stylish with plenty on tap if stay all inclusive. Good choice I’d say.

Seventh visit here. Always a warm welcome and we know we are going to be well looked after. ALL the staff work extremely hard. The hotel is cleaned thoroughly and food wise - well, you won't go hungry whatever your tastes. You are in for a treat if you try the a la carte restaurant. Hotel is situated just outside Paphos. Lovely view of the sea from the gardens, which are nicely tended, and obviously the sea facing rooms. All rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Pool area immaculate and plenty of loungers. Bowlers paradise. Indoor and outdoor rinks catering for beginners and match players overseen by Ann and Trevor. Gym, indoor pool, spa, hairdresser and beauty treatments. Light evening entertainment. We hope to visit again for the rest and relaxation we enjoyed.

Stayed here last summer as part of a large group for a wedding nearby. Positives - staff are very friendly and helpful. Drinks are very free flowing and branded spirits etc. Negatives - desperate for an refurbished and the food was pretty average, more of a 3 star buffet. It done the job but wouldn’t rush back

Absolutely amazing experience here with our sports training camp! Super friendly and helpful personnel, great rooms (with cooler and coffee machine!) and room service, hotel is right next to the beach, food was top notch (huge buffet, fresh fruit and vegetables - everything you can wish for). I am already looking forward to october, when we'll be back!

Hotel is nice overall, on entering the reception is picturesque overlooking the sea. On our arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful, Michel on the desk was pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Food was good, we only stayed bed and breakfast basis but the breakfast was nice with enough variety to suit all. We did pay for lunch a couple of times during our stay and the food was good, they have a kebab station and they looked and smelled amazing I must admit! The breakfast set up was rather disorganised however I will elaborate on the following points; It was quite difficult to identify different foods as the description tags on top of the food stations weren’t always located above the correct foods, this made it difficult at times to identify foods by dietary requirements although I will stress that there was enough options to cover all dietary needs, just difficult identifying them. The fruit juice station was located no way near the rest of the food/drink stations and was tucked in a corner of the restaurant that looked closed off to customers, I did notice I was one of the only people who had managed to find the selection of different fruit juices. On our last morning we were stopped on entering and told to wait to be seated - this was the only morning this happened and then another staff member just came along and told us to sit where we liked which was strange and unjustified, I am guessing it was a new staff member who did not quite know the breakfast routine. Tea/coffee jugs on tables were plastic and badly stained - rather unsightly. Overall the breakfast was very nice. The hotel was situated in a convenient location, a mild fifteen minute up to the harbour meant it was close enough but far enough out to avoid unwanted noise etc… the wall along the back across the beaches is really nice and if anyone stays here I would suggest visiting sunset point of Cyprus which is stunning and a ten minute walk. The biggest let down of our stay was departure - no one on reception took the time to ask us how our stay was and the ‘complimentary sweet’ was quite horrific and insulting, dirty and had a screw coming through the wall that poses a serious hazard to the eyes to anyone standing over 6ft tall. Overall the tone from staff was much different on departure than arrival which was a shame as it sets the last memories of the stay. I would like to make clear that it was not Michell on desk duty on our departure. The hotel was clean overall and the room service/daily cleaning we found to be faultless. I would like to raise a couple of minor issues we noticed… There was a child’s dummy in the lift area on our floor on a table, this wasn’t removed for the entire duration of our stay which we found to be quite lazy and unhygienic. The communal pool toilets outside (down the stairs - gents) had no soap in one of the dispenser three days running and the paper towel bin pedal was broke so had to lift it with hands despite these two points staff had signed a rota saying they had checked daily which was clearly untrue or not checked thoroughly enough. I will say that the toilets overall were clean however. We stayed overlooking the front (not sea view) but the view was still nice and I enjoyed looking out the balcony every morning. The rooms also had a free coffee machine which was nice and topped up daily. Overall - we enjoyed our stay but probably would not go back as whilst we were there we visited other hotels as we went out to look at wedding venues, we did notice that most hotels were cheaper and just as nice inside so we feel this hotel was overpriced and at times I would only rate it 3 stars but 5 star pricing. Also if beach is main priority for your stay I would suggest looking elsewhere - the beach area out back is nice enough but if this is the main basis on choosing a hotel there are better beaches elsewhere and you would probably be a bit dissatisfied.

Hotel is very dated. However the service is outstanding. The food is good, with plenty of choice. Rooms are immaculate & cleaned everyday. Fresh towels, dressing gowns, slippers, beach towels all provided clean & daily. Can't find any faults with the hotel other then it needs bringing up to date with the decor .... other then that it's stunning 10/10 Service from staff is outstanding, very impressive customer care 👍

What an amazing hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive to our every need. The food was out of this world. The chef's menu choices were outstanding even for the pickiest of eaters. Our room had everything a traveler required. The bed was king-size at no extra cost. Maid service daily, constantly checking in with you to make sure you were comfortable and our needs were met. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The grounds were emaculate, beautifully presented. A lovely touch was having adult only areas in dining and sun bathing, ideal for those who wanted to leave behind the children. This hotel was fully equipped for the active holidaymaker should you feel the need to pump iron. You need to try this one out for yourself. I could go on and on.
