Fully air-conditioned in doors, with giant fans on the two balconies. Great views of the harbour and beachfront.

For the first time in my life I have experienced tortilla wraps that were wrapped first in plastic, and then in paper. To get to my wraps, I needed to tear apart the paper, and then take wraps outside of plastic to eat them. I don't understand much. Maybe this is a solution against getting that paper soaked in water from wraps, but this solution makes it not convenient to eat, as you need to use your hands to get to the meal, especially in covid times, and then wash your hands. No waiting, no paper menu, and customers need to go to the bar to order.

Super nice employees and a great view. The hot chocolate ist very sweet. A little too sugary for my taste. But the Iced Frappe Mocha is delicious.

NERO is my favorite coffee house in Cyprus. This branch is close to Paphos old town and Kato bus stop, served with elevator to reach the bus stop area down, has an awesome high seaview, you can enjoy your coffee here while waiting the your bus to the airport

Cool evening view. But coffee isn’t perfect

It’s a Caffè Nero so the food and drinks are what you’d expect if you’ve been to any others. But the ocean views - wow. There are two levels of patio seating, both with shade and incredible views of the sea. I doubt there’s a Caffè Nero in the world that’s in a better location than this one.

Pleasant view out to sea from ground floor and upstairs seating areas. Also has inside seating with air con. Had a tasty cappuccino grande €3.80.

Super nice atmosphere, they have 4 tiers of seating including 3 outdoor patios to enjoy your coffee and snacks. The second floor is the best with several fans and wifi that allows you to work, write or just talk with a friend. Coffee comes quick and they have the standard chain type drinks but they also get creative with the bean selection. I got the Brazilian Americano. Very nice.

Went at night for s hot chocolate. I bet the view is great in the mornings, looking at sea.

I am a local and cafe Nero is one of my favourite coffee shops. I go there almost every week. BUT it looks like they don't care for their quality anymore and that they don't offer any cleaning services. It's unacceptable that I did not found a clean table to seat the last months. Even when the cleaning service lady is there, and me seating and waiting patiently with my bag in hands for her to wipe the table, she does not bother. Also the toilets are always dirty, missing paper or disinfectant liquid, and most importantly, for many months now their hands dryer is broken, and they do not have paper towels or something, so after washing your hands you have to wipe them with toilet paper (if there is any). This is not the quality I have been used to from cafe Nero and I am disappointed.

Nice seaview from both floors, always crowded specially sunday mornings you can find a queue, prices are a bit higher than other coffee places in the area(excep starbucks). Good choice of dessert, juices and cold drinks.

I really love this place, but the baristas changed, the coffee was not tasty. the former team made the coffee very tasty. unfortunately not now.I can say that they do not know how or do not want to make coffee with love

Coffee decent. Not special, but good standard. The location, however, is beautiful with an unobstructed view of the sea. The staff is very friendly and competent. It's my favourite café because of the nice atmosphere.

Bit hit and miss depending who services you. Got a great flat white 1st time then just a milky coffee used old milk!

We had iced Flat Whites. I don’t what it was but was definitely not Flat White. Done with some syrup and only one espresso instead of two, this was the worst Flat White ever. They should take it off the menu or teach the employees better. Not recommended unfortunately.

Today I had very bad experience... Barista take away terminal too fast when contactless payment and became really mad, started crushing terminal and screaming .. it was very very disappointing. I used to visit this place every day. But seems no more.. it was enough..

Coffe was good as you would expect from Caffè Nero but the staff were very slow and I think didn't know how to smile, but the reason for 3 stars is they don't use the Nero app so I didn't get my loyalty points. I'm very disappointed.

My wife and I have been in the Paphos area for two weeks. This cafe is the most-astonishing place we've visited, with the tomb of kings coming in a close second. Honestly, I don't understand the economics here. It has the best views of the harbour in town (180 degree sea view); AC; friendly warm environment. Whomever sourced this location should get a raise. (To that point, the caffe nero in old town is our third favorite spot in town, so my guess is the same person sourced both locations, and they're a total star.)

the coffee was good, but getting freddo cappuccino without added sugar is disaster (they do not offer to put sugar while making it). how can you dissolve sugar in cold coffee? Other coffee chains (do not want to mention and advertise them here) definitely ask you and add sugar in cold coffee while making it. overprice for local standard and bad experience. the location and view of balcony is nice, that is why 3 stars.

We got late and missed our bus, with some time to kill, we ended up visiting this cafe. The location is central near the bus stop with a view of the sea. We ordered Espresso, Cappuccino and a Butter Croissant and they were good. A good place to hang out at if you are waiting for your bus.

Good coffee drinks with fluffy milk and GREAT sea view! We visit this place almost everyday! the customer services looks a little bit tired, sometimes, but always nice.

Great coffee. Soya and oat milk both available. Good selection of cakes but quite expensive. Coffee lovely and hot. English speaking so easy to order what you want. And staff extremely helpful and polite.

A great spot to have a coffee and maybe some food while looking out over the sea at Kato Paphos. Inside and outside spaces on two levels. Good selection of food, especially cakes etc. A bit less choice for vegetarians, although the feta and spinach pasties are good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nice caffe with not bad coffee for coffee gourmets - definitely better than Starbucks but worse than Costa for someone who doesn't like too roasted beans. But view on Sea and terrace are maybe the best on promenade.
