I'm
a
frequent
visitor
of
Caffe
Nero
at
Kings
Mall,
but
recently
I
had
an
unpleasant
situation
with
them.
I've
received
a
voucher
from
IQOS
CY
(buy
1
coffee,
get
1
coffee
free
at
Caffe
Nero).
I
came
to
Caffe
Nero
and
asked
if
I
may
use
my
voucher,
but
manager
Cristina
told
me
"no"
without
any
claryfications.
After
I
explained,
that
simple
"no"
is
not
good
enough
for
me
(because
I
received
my
voucher
to
use
at
the
Caffe
Nero
and
came
to
the
Caffe
Nero,
not
KFC
or
McDonalds
or
etc),
she
went
to
the
higher
manager.
This
manager
was
very
nice,
he
offered
me
to
have
1+1
without
a
voucher,
and
to
come
again
later
to
check
regarding
the
voucher.
Manager
Cristina
clearly
wasn't
happy
about
it,
she
looked
at
me
disdainfully
like
I
don't
deserve
it.
Couple
days
after
I
called
and
spoke
with
manager
Cristina
again
to
clarify
regarding
the
voucher,
but
she
told
me
she
was
too
busy
to
check
it.
I
gave
her
my
phone
number
to
let
me
know
and
I
haven't
received
a
call
from
her
ever
since.
I'm
giving
the
additional
star
to
the
higher
manager,
because
he
clearly
knows
how
to
handle
the
situation,
he
was
nice
and
helpful.
Cristina
clearly
have
to
study
from
him.
