As all Nero they have same menu . For me it’s just standard coffee place . It’s in mall so it’s always busy . I can’t say something bad or good it’s just normal place . I just can say bravo to stuff who working with that crazy traffic of customers 😉

Best flat white we’ve had in Cyprus. Plenty of nice places to sit both inside and outside. Pleasant staff. The cafe is upstairs in the mall.

I'm a frequent visitor of Caffe Nero at Kings Mall, but recently I had an unpleasant situation with them. I've received a voucher from IQOS CY (buy 1 coffee, get 1 coffee free at Caffe Nero). I came to Caffe Nero and asked if I may use my voucher, but manager Cristina told me "no" without any claryfications. After I explained, that simple "no" is not good enough for me (because I received my voucher to use at the Caffe Nero and came to the Caffe Nero, not KFC or McDonalds or etc), she went to the higher manager. This manager was very nice, he offered me to have 1+1 without a voucher, and to come again later to check regarding the voucher. Manager Cristina clearly wasn't happy about it, she looked at me disdainfully like I don't deserve it. Couple days after I called and spoke with manager Cristina again to clarify regarding the voucher, but she told me she was too busy to check it. I gave her my phone number to let me know and I haven't received a call from her ever since. I'm giving the additional star to the higher manager, because he clearly knows how to handle the situation, he was nice and helpful. Cristina clearly have to study from him.

If you are in need of a coffee break when you're in the mall, this is the place for you! Service was very patient and kind, make sure to sit on the terrace to enjoy the sun and Cappuccino was good as well 🙂

Friendly and nice coffee, less busy than Costa. Saves waiting in a queue and was just as comfortable.

Coffee and people are excellent, however, the fridge holding the water and soda runs a high pitched sound that makes it hard to be in the shop. I know it sounds crazy, but it is so loud I thought it was the espresso machine malfunctioning

Not a bad branch. Cleaner than the UK! But usual cakes with a few local specialities. Worth a visit if you happen to be passing and need caffeine

I ordered smoothie with watermelon and cucumber. My order was ready in 2 minutes. I'm very satisfied!

I ordered a frape creme pistachio that was a new item in the menu and the guy insisted of making me an iced latte pistachio and that I was ordering wrong. Funny thing a couple days ago I ordered at the same store the same beverage and it Kindy guy with glasses made it quickly and it was amazing. From now on im not going to get my coffee here when the only latte guy is working there

They asked us to go away. My partner ordered food there and I ordered it in another place, and for some reason I was not allowed to eat there, very disappointed:((

Why this delay waiting for two cups of Fredo espresso for 15 minutes knowing that she doesn't have another order she is a short and fat girl who took my coffee and threw it in the trash in my anger at her

5 people are making coffee so slow that customers are leaving. There were initially 4 people in line, when my order started to materialize 10 minutes after placing order there were only 2 people in line. Terrible!

Location is well designed,always busy, but Coffe is not satisfying compared with two others Nero cafe.

Usual Nero fayre. Nice outside seating on 1st floor of the mall. Free WiFi.

I really enjoyed going to this outlet the coffee is first class and the decor is very comfortable with a good atmosphere.

Fantastic cappuccino here, located upstairs in the Kings Mall, less than a 5 minute walk from the beach & 10 mins from the waterfront. Comfortable seating, including an outside area. I visit several times during each holiday to Pathos.
