Difficult to find anyone available in the store. I had to wait 30 minutes, however the employee was not helpful. The website items are completely different from those they have in the store. For example, nice grey throws with sewing pattern on the website and awful plain BLACK covers in the store...

I've applied for the bonus card in March and every time I visited shop it wasn't activated, so I send email to the shop after more than 2 months and they told me they had IT problems. I lost a lot of bonus points because of them, but they only offered me to send them my receipts to restore it. Of course I didn't keep all my receipts, most of them were missing as well as my bonus points.

Its a good place for home accesories and furniture (such as carpets) they had much variety all around, chairs and tables were a good price, light bulbs were high quality and cheap, the readon of which i gave it 4 stars instead of five is because i had bought a selfie stick for 40€ but i found selfie sticks for 10€, i would go here again though as it had high quality furniture, its located next to another store which sold clothes, the service was very helpful due to how big the store is..

I like the store and the products they sell but their website is just a nightmare. I needed about 15 minutes to TRY to place an order (because it was lagging so much) and then needed qn account to continue. Okay, made one. Then I had to verify it before using it. Okay. Then I had to log in. Okay but it crashed and I wasn't able to get into my account. Finally got into my account but then realized that it still requires the shipping address although I selected "pickup from store". I'm done even trying to order something. Good quality products but the worst website I've seen

I am working in the hospitality industry. First time in my life I found service like that in a retail centre shop. Many thanks to Chuck. Has most things you could need for renovations and diys. It's very tight and crowded in there, which makes it not the best place 🙃

Good place, shopping online is ok too but watch out for that old security guard outside their shipping recieving entrance , I believe he thinks customers coming to pick up their goods may be trying to take things in their cars that are not theirs. This is not a good atmosphere to experience when picking up a 200 Euro order. Unpleasantries like this scare away good customers. You can't appear like you are suspecting all customers of trying to rip you off-it doesn't work like that.

Visited the store several times and very impressed , everything you need for DIY under one roof. Each time we visited we would look for the guy who has a Canadian accent . This guy was so helpful with each visit we made . I purchased 9 rolled blinds on one visit in November, this guys customer service was absolutely outstanding and is a great asset to your company. I recently ordered a set of table and chairs for my backyard. Excellent quality and great service. I asked for a specific hour at the morning because of my work and the guy was sharp as a swiss watch. Definitely recommend!

I love this shop in Paphos and the new location is great. Lotts of choice. ****BUT THE WEBSITE IS A WASTE OF SPACE****...ordered items 3 times now and they have basically NEVER arrived. Supposedly being sent fro. Other stores but no where in Cyprus is over 10 days away from anywhere else. To wait so long and finally be told the item isn't available is nonsense!!

This is a wonderful store, well merchandised, clean display, and with a tremendous selection of products. So proud of the company management and employees for reaching and maintaining such great and high standards. It certainly could stand anywhere in the world. This is how a one-stop DIY homecenter should.

Some of their staff are not doing their job right, i have checked on online for a product ( unmbrella ) and it was on stock, so i drive there from far away , just to find out it wasent on stock, and they told it was possible in stock in another town , so i told them to order it for me and bring it there in Paphos. After one week they call me that my product was in the paphos store, so drive again from far away to go get it, i paid for it at the cashier and then went to the storeroom to collect it and it wasent there !!!!!!!!

Better than the previous place, more space and more products. Unfortunately the stuff there is under trained and they need more people. Also, they need more “scanners” that the stuff uses.

Huge selection of all items and stuff you need for your home. From garden things to bathrooms you will find it. Very friendly service. Parking space is provided next to the main entrance. If you come moe than once then there is also a customer card.

Well stocked, average prices, the staff were quick to assist, helping me find an item I wanted which naturally was on the shelf behind me. Some of the electrical items were expensive compared to the uk, in particular an electric shaver having left mine behind and is due replacement anyway, but for now disposable ones will do.

Compared to the Larnaca store the paphos shop was hopeless. Of a list of eight items I wanted(basic stuff)they only had one. Would t be going again.

My home away from home. Love shipping there. Staff are friendly and helpful but not always available, think you need to have more people on the floor especially on Sat and Sundays when store is really busy.

Scammers! Change prices in chèque. For an item with price 4€ “occasionally” we paid 16€! When we prepaid 70€ for an installation of an awning bought in this supermarket, the worker came, did nothing and told us that the time has expired and left. They do not even try to provide any quality of service, just scam and fraud! Be careful!

Top service and decent prices. Good range, and staff who were knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. Fluent in English as well.
