Unfortunately very bad experience with this shop with very poor skills staff, I drove from Polis Chrysocous to pick up sofa recliner announcing my self 2 hours before and when I arrive surprise the sofa was damage and I was blamed for not checking the sofa when visited the shop 3 day's before ( maybe I should work there) I have the fault they sale poor quality that is not working, no apologies very unqualified staff and shameless.Staff called Eleni very ignorant and not politely addressing to the costumers, she is very far away from the costumers services jobs. Never in my life again in this shop and I will advise to all my friends and family to stay away.

2 weeks ago I bought 4 chairs, 1 big cabinet and 1 dinning table in SunTower. The delivery company left the new cabinet on the hallway outside of my house because they said it was too heavy, the 4 legs of cabinet have been destroyed due to no protection on this cabinet legs. I had to call my friend to move the heavy and big cabinet in to my house by ourselves. They threw the 4 chairs on my garden sofa and broke a flower pot with earth everywhere and left. The table at least they brought into my house, with scratches everywhere and was delivered without any packaging and protection again. I sent pics and filed the complaints to the Aftersales Dept. Waited for 5 days. The lady in charge was kind and replied me and I went to SunTower waited for 2 hours to get things sorted. It was a time consuming process, I decided not to go shopping in SunTower anymore, prefer to buy furnitures in a professional company, not a company needs education or training that how to treat the furnitures and customers right.

Bought a patio set last year. As it's spring, took cushions off to wash. No washing instructions. So did a short 40° wash and all the seams are coming apart. Took them back the shop to show them. Not very helpful. Tried to say they could sew them together but l am not a seamstress, but even l knew the material was too frayed to try and sew back together and it would not fit the existing cushion. Told to find the receipt or let her know when we bought it. She would try and contact the company to send in the next container due in March, and in the next breath,said the container had already left so could not promise anything!!!! Not holding out much hope when l go back tomorrow. So before you buy, check any washing instructions with the shop and open the cushions up to check the seams. And attach the receipt in a waterproof cover and stick it under the table so you can find it with ease. Or just don't wash the covers!

You find nice outdoor furniture here, home accessories,lamp shades cushions , towels, and bed sheets, etc with reasonable prices, but they are slow in delivery

Always a great choice of indoor and outdoor furniture. Prices are competitive and they will deliver for a fee.

Avoid. Disorganised bedding section. The worst I have ever seen. I would fire every member of floor staff who do nothing constructive and employ people that actually want to work and do a good job. Go to Sklavaneides instead.

Poor quality of furniture! Missing parts from some, one of the tv stand leg fell off when the robot vacuum cleaner touched it, some of the furniture out of the box has scratches. Shop also looks like a getho, made from gypsies. 2-3 times bought furniture from there, not single one was good! Never ever again!

Stylish furniture not found in other shops at affordable prices. Worth the trip from Limassol. Great customer service.

I like this store very much, although at the present time there are certain outdoor items not in stock that I would usually expect to be at this time of year. I assume due to logistical problems island wide, as they can give no idea if or when stock may arrive.

Few years ago it was a relatively cheap shop with good design and acceptable quality of furniture. It's looks a bit like stockout shop. This year I noticed the prices are doubled or even more. So now it's just an expensive shop with not good quality goods.

It's relatively cheaper than other stores, quality is proportional to price and the selection is pretty descent with a weird mix of goods from bedding to deco prints

Good range of garden furniture and Ikea style furniture at reasonable prices. Keep your receipt safe for any problems. Warehouse staff very helpful.
