This is probably the best place to stay in Paphos. Location is absolutely SUPERB - within a walking distance to to the beach, the mall, and so many restaurants and bars. The room was gorgeous and spacious with a beautiful balcony, and all the amenities you'd expect and more, including a fully equipped kitchen - super clean and elegantly designed. Above all - the service was beyond prefect. The staff are so friendly and helpful - provided us with recommendations, and helped us book the sauna, the gym, and basically everything we wanted. We are literally planning the next time we'll be here since we were so satisfied with Downtown Park. Thanks a lot guys, and really hoping to visit again.

Staff was extremely polite and friendly, fast service at any time of day or night. Rooms were wonderful we got free snacks drinks and a bottle of champagne for the welcome. It is reccomended for anyone who goes to Cyprus. Sending love from Croatia.

Downtown Park Paphos is a hidden gem in the heart of a lively city. Situated right behind the mall, it provides easy access to both the promenade and the Old Town. I fell in love with our apartment the moment I saw the big windows and the balcony dressed in jasmine. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, we have been welcomed with snacks, fresh fruits, water, juice, and a bottle of wine, all complimentary. The entire complex is impeccable and invites to relaxation. It has a pool, gym, and sauna, and everything is flawless. The infinity pool is lovely and the pool area is perfect for lazy days in the sun away from the tourist frenzy. And when you think it can't get better than that, you meet Veronika, Simona, and Alex, the people who enliven the place and treat you like royalty. They took care of all our reservations and made sure we had everything necessary for a memorable stay. We want to thank them once again for taking such good care of us. We look forward to seeing them again. PS Downtown Park can easily compete with any luxury resort in Paphos and win. 😉

Downtown Park have been fantastic and I couldn’t fault them if I wanted to. From Communicating and updating us before we had even landed letting us know they have sorted our transfer to the hotel, to helping plan our stay and suggesting the best places and activities in Paphos. For the amazing service and hospitality they provide it is an extremely reasonable price and I would be happy to pay more. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend his appartement! Super New, clean, well designed, staff is super helpful and friendly. The staff sent us a detailed day itinary of places to visit, places to eat, car rentals everything! You just sent them a whatsapp and they sort what ever you want, Amazing! Private Gym and Sauna are a big + for me. 20 minutes walk to Pafos old town and 25 to the harbour, bur there are so many places to eat around the corner. The only thing i would say is the noise of the road at night could bother you, but you can’t hear if you close the door so the appartement is well insisted. We kept the lounge door open and closed the bedroom door which worked well for fresh air and keeps the noise out. They do give you a little pack with earbuds and a sleeping mask, so cute <3 There is also airco but we were there in May so diddnt need it

Outstanding place. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, apartment was clean and new. Great experience. And of course worth mentioning Anna who was a lovely host.

Incredible place, the apartment is very beautiful & confortable. The Downtown Park complex is also very beautiful with a swimming pool, a gym/sports room and a sauna. The staff at reception is very sympathic and they will help for everything. We recommend this place +++ 🙂

Loved our stay here and will definitely stay again, great location. My only 2 niggles are that the pool temperature was far too cold. Like cold that after finally getting in the water I went numb within minutes. The website says it’s controlled but it’s obvs to below 10c. That was the same for the baby pool. So that needs looking at. Also the limitations for the gym was not great - you had to book time slots per apartment, instead of per person. So I would still stay again as the apartments were modern and most importantly clean and can’t fault the location and the communication from the staff were fantastic and helpful!

We had an excellent stay with my friends. The staff is extremely friendly and so helpful, they helped us organise most of the things as we were a big group of 18 people. They were always responsive and available. The apartments were clean and cosy. Would highly recommend.

Best experience I've ever had! It all started when booking the room, we need to check in earlier. The team was in contact throughout the planning and answered every question professionally, pleasantly and quickly. As soon as we landed in Paphos, we received a message that the room was ready for us, and for any arrival problem to contact the amazing Simonka. When we arrived at the complex, we parked the car on the side and encountered a problem with the car. Suddenly the hotel manager came, fixed the problem, explained to us how to avoid it in the future and parked the car in our parking lot. At the reception we were greeted by the lovely Veronika who explained about the city, the place, the facilities, offered us a drink and escorted us to the room. Now this is where the real beauty begins! A room with the cleanliness standard of the most prestigious hotels in the world!!! A targeted air conditioner that alleviated the heat of Paphos in the summer. To call this room a room is an insult, it is a luxury suite with a stunning modern design, equipped with tools, equipment and facilities for every purpose from the leading companies such as Philips, LG and Bosch. A huge bed with feather pillows, a spacious balcony and simply lovely bathrooms. The pool complex in the hotel has a modern design, clean and quiet. The view from the suite was breathtaking, you can see the waves with your morning coffee. The fridge was stocked with drinks, wine and snacks. A fruit tray was waiting on the table and everything was free for the welcome! In addition to everything, this is the best location in Paphos with a pampering silence in the complex despite the small distance (30 meters) from the main street of Paphos! We will definitely be back again!

Great place to stay, staff was the friendliest I ever experienced, always ready to help, communication with them was 10/10. Good Location, everything one would need while on holidays was in walking distance. Bus station is 1 minute away if you need to get anywhere else in Paphos. Rooms were very clean and well equipped, forgot to take electrical adapters with us, but they were already there. Minor issue we had with the bathroom window was fixed in due time. If I‘m ever back in Paphos I know where I‘ll be staying!

Right from the reservation, the welcoming contact, offers of assistance, option for early check-in and late check-out...then we arrived to the most amazing apartment accommodation ever. Veronika met us and took us to our Seaview one bed apt, great view, spotless, very well equipped, including complimentary snacks, drinks and fruit. So much above expectations, 5 stars are way too few to give Downpark Park and all the reception staff the credit this amazing accommodation deserves

We are 4 days in this hotel. We traveled to many places in the world and stayed in apartments. We could not find such a perfect apartment. A very high level apartment that includes everything that is required, cleanliness at a level that the apartment is brilliant, but most importantly, a personal, very professional attitude and a service that makes you feel at home. Tomorrow we are leaving but of course we will be back again soon. Many thanks to the hotel staff.

Absolutely incredible place to stay. If I ever return to Pathos there’s no doubt in my mind that I wouldn’t stay anywhere else other than Downtown Park Apartments. The service the team gave us (Especially Veronika & Simona) was probably the best customer service I’ve received out of anywhere I’ve ever stayed on holiday. These guys go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as happy and smooth as possible, I cannot fault them! The apartment was so so clean, so modern & equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a stay there. They even gave us complimentary local fruits and snacks upon arrival! The shared infinity pool is definitely one to remember! The ladies who cleaned our apartment every couple of days were exceptional and it felt like stepping into the apartment the day we arrived every time they had been so shout out to them also! The location is incredible aswell, so close to loads of lovely local restaurants, beaches and the Kings Avenue Mall. A 5minute cab ride will take you down to the beautiful harbor, the bar street or 10minutes to the waterpark! Honestly the best place to stay! Thank you again to the whole team, but in particular, Veronika & Simona, you literally made our stay in Paphos one we will never forget! I hope to return one day! Luciano

An amazing place to stay in! Sam and Alex the managers were so kind and thoughtful. Their level of hospitality and service is high and you can see that they really want you to have the best experience. The pool and the rest of the facilities are great and well maintained. The location is great, a 5 minute walk from resturants, the kings avenue mall and main attractions. We will definitely visit again!

What a wonderful stay! We stayed in the 3-bed apartment with pool view and it was absolutely fabulous. So much space, beautifully presented with great quality appliances; it had everything we could possibly want. But what was even more impressive was the customer service provided by Simona, Veronica and Alex. From my very first email enquiring about availability, it was impressive how quick they were to reply to my queries. Once at the accommodation, their high level of service continued - they were so efficient and made us feel very welcome. We’d waited two years for our first family holiday since the start of covid and I couldn’t think of a better place to stay.

First if all the rooms are better then the photos. Very clean! A lot of space! Feel like home. Second the service was amazing! Everything we needed the staff helped by finding locations, making the reservation for us and available with a smile at all time. And third I think the location is perfect! Walking distance from 2 of the main places, great restaurants and bakery near by. We would definitely come back :)

Absolutely stunning! Beautiful modern design, exceptionally clean and comfortable. I loved the hospitality and attention to detail. Everything felt so luxury and welcoming and well-thought of. The team was extremely professional and all the communication with them was excellent. As for the location- it doesn't really get any better than that. I parked my car upon arrival and I only moved it when it was time to check out- everything was within walking distance. Great access to shops and restaurants. I would most definitely be checking their availability first whenever I travel to Pafos in the future. We will most definitely be back again. Absolutely recommended. Exceptional+++

Nothing short of amazing! We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with a pool view and it was gorgeous. Marble floor was beautiful, bathrooms and bedrooms so clean along with the amazing kitchen area. What made the experience a 5/5 was the hospitality of the Downtown Park team - we had some changes prior to our arrival and they were super accommodating. Once we arrived they greeted us, took our bags and let us know all information. They were fantastic throughout our entire 5 night stay and I can’t thank them enough. Shout out to Veronika, Alex, Simona and Sam. Highly recommend! Location is great too, near a beach - about 5 minute walk. However the best beach I’d recommend is a bus ride away called Coralia beach. Restaurants nearby and so many other options.

We prolonged our stay 3 times! They do have heating (warm floors) so it’s perfect if you travel in winter. Marble floors, gym, pool, sauna and a gaming room with top gaming PCs 🤯 Flats have beautiful terraces with swing chairs. Equipped kitchens. Sparkling clean. Covered parking. Big mall literally behind the corner. Extremely friendly hosts. Highly recommend!

What an AMAZING place to enjoy Paphos! The appartments and the whole area of Down Town Park are very clean and super modern. The managers Sam and Alex are doing an incredibly great job and do evetything that makes the stay unforgettable! Absolutely recommended! Looking forward to our next stay!

Downtown park is simply perfect. The apartment was brand new, clean, charming and stylish, with duct air conditioning. Quiet and central location. The kitchen came with all the tools and some complementary fruits and drinks, the beds were top level. The 2 pools and solariums were really enjoyable. Most of all the staff was very friendly and did everything possible to help. We received a free upgrade of the apartment and were granted to stay untill the flight departure.

We had an amazing experience there and will come back in the winter again. The Flat was totally modern and clean. Also the Management (Sam and Alex) is adorable.

This place is amazing, it is totally exceeded our expectations, super clean, modern, quiet, you have everything in the apartment that you just might need. Pool area is awesome too. Location is great, it is close to the mall and Lighthouse beach. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place.
