They have an abstract bowling rule that they do not raise the side guards when the child is more than 120cm. It does not matter that the child is 122 cm long and loses half the fun. It does not matter that I paid and kindly ask, no matter that the child is crying. No, they have "rules". Staff did not give any rational explanation and did not inform us before we paid.

This place seems to have the most random rules but no reason as to why they have them judging by other reviews I’ve read and also my own experience from last Sundays. It isn’t suitable for little ones who aren’t old enough to go around by themselves, first of all I got told I couldn’t sit in the ball pit with my 1 year old then I got told I couldn’t go around the soft play bit either with her. I would understand to a certain point if it was just anything above ground floor level you couldn’t go on due to a weight limit but even the ground floor bit is a no!! Madness. Never came across anything like it in a soft play! The male manager (or maybe owner) refused to explain why these were the rules and to top it off I then after I was done talking to him, I then saw the staff members huddled together and looking at me so clearly they were having a conversation about me, which I felt was completely unprofessional and if I was less of a confident person would of maybe felt embarrassed or whatever. And I would of left at that point if we hadn’t already ordered food, as soon as we had ate we left 😫 Never will I go back and I will discourage anyone else especially with under 3s from going 1. Because their terrible customer service and 2. Because it isn’t suitable for below that age.

Unsafe situation at the playground Today I went with my 3 years old sons (twins),the playground looks really nice but was not allowed for parents. At some point I saw my son crying and a woman from the staff was kneeling down to comfort him. I went there and he got stuck with his fingers somewhere at the slide. Then I also saw how big the backside was, 3 levels high, 4 slides, full of kids, no supervision and completely out of sight of parents. Really unsafe situation..

A very nice air conditioned bowling Center near to the Center of Paphos. On the whole a very good bowling experience but be aware that children over 120cm aren’t permitted to use the bumpers. Our 10 yr olds haven’t bowled very often and would usually use the bumpers. We requested them to be allowed to use them and the person on duty refused but did explain why. This did somewhat spoil their enjoyment and had we known beforehand we may have chosen not to bowl. To make up for the disappointment the boys were each given 150 tickets by the manager to use at the prize shop as there are arcade games etc that reward tickets.

The place itself is very nice for everyone whether it's families or teenagers or just to hang out. Bowling Those who like bowling a lot will enjoy the place, which is what the place specializes in. The bowling alleys are very elaborate when, for example, a young child arrives, automatically the settings on the alley go up in turn. There is also a table with a tablet where you can wait your turn and look at the results in the game. !!! It is very important to know when playing bowling, if you want to play you must wear special shoes that are adapted to the bowling alleys !!! For children For children, there is an area where only children are allowed to enter, and there are carousels adapted for children, a ball pool, and more! Playhouse There is also a game room where you can play games with tokens and at the end buy toys with them. Food In the place itself, you can also buy food and drinks.

Nice place for kids, only 4EUR a day for child entrance for playground. There is a bowling for adults. Great for spending time with kids

Good for kids play area but male staff member requires more customer service training. This was our first visit with friends and were not aware they have a policy of no outside food or drinks even though at this point we paid for bracelets and refreshments. We openned a kids yogurt for little one to eat but a male staff member come very abruptly to our table to point out their policy "very loudly" in front of other customers. There were customers next to us who brought in their own drinks and we assumed it was okay but for some reason this staff member was fixated on us, prehaps because we did not have a male escort with us at the time. As we were not aware we tried to correct the situation by asking if they served kids yogurts but he blanked our question (a customer question) and instead stated "that's not the point, you are not allowed to bring food or drinks in". He completely avoid our question and when we tried to further explain that we bought kids bracelets and refreshments from their establishment the male staff member was not listening and fixate on the fact we were giving an 18month old baby yogurt. We dont know why he was so rude but we wouldn't have mind if he explained their policy and that this is not something they offered. The manner in which he treated female customers is questionable. I must point out that apart from this one staff member the rest of their staff was very polite and helpful. It's a shame as this spoilt the full experience for us. We recommend taking he kids for a fun afternoon but if you take food simply step outside the building to feed your little ones and then go back inside (that seemed acceptable) or buy something from there or make sure you take a man with you.

First of all, this is one of the best bowling centres in the whole of Cyprus. But not only. The area is an entertainment hub, whereas there is a bit of everything for the whole family. A state of the art,12 lane bowling alley which is the superstar of the venue. Many other entertainment for the family, such as cars, games and delicious food. And all of this? At a very reasonable and affordable price!! Overall , amazing entertainment for the whole family and perfect for the weekends or even for week day visit! Highly recommended 1000/10!! ✌️✌️✌️✌️

Great bowling, fantastic arcades but the two VR ones I tried didn’t work right.

The soft play is lovely and only 5 Euros for all day, but the rules are ridiculous. Parents aren’t aloud on the play frame and only one lady supervising. My child is only 1.5 yrs old and can’t navigate the play frame on her own so was really a waste of money.

This place is a lot of fun! (and it's not only for kids haha) Really just go with your family or a group of friends and you'll have a great time! We played bowling and then stayed for a bit of the arcade games and it was super fun! Definitely recommended!

If you are with kids - this a perfect place to spend half a day in bad weather. Playground costs only 5 euro, but pay attention that all other machines and bumper cars need additional payment per use. There is a bar with waiter service. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good soft play centre and bowling alley. Entrance to the soft play was €4 per child, adults free.

Aircon was fine. 5 euros entrance fee per kid in the playground. 5 euros per person for bowling, ok. Staff insisted that kids wear their bowling shoes at all times when in bowling area and not otherwise,ok. When kids got tired and bored they started switching play order(cousin played once) staff immediately dropped in and said you are not allowed to play in place of another player and must purchase separate play time.... So I should do just that and block the bowling lane 😉. Most Staff is basically too young and just follows boss orders...I guess, without any subtlety. There are a lot of "slot" machines that I personally don't like, imo gambling promo for kids is not healthy. Generally it Has potential and can be a better.

5 of us bowled and had a few drinks. Loved it. Quick service on the drinks and the lanes were good. Good selection of arcades and there also a kids soft play. Perfect for a couple of hours. Bowling is cheap compared to the UK.

Visited with our 1.5 year old son, it was great! If we had another day in Paphos, we would spend most of it here.

Magnificent place.Shining with colorful eye-catching toys and decoration. Best place For toddlers,kids and adults to entertain themselves and above all family.

Staff was very rude, shouting on children. We paid for our children but there was no place to sit. There were many empty tables reserved for parties though. One person from the staff came and said that children who wear socks can get electric shock on the playground with cars. I understand that you have to follow the rules but children sometimes run into it accidentally. What an unsafe place! I would not come back.

Great softplay area for toddlers. Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and colourful. Have been on holiday a week and my boy has had 3 visits. He'd come every of he could.

Very nice place for kids, you can play bowling, kids will be play the same time

2 stars only because of the video coin games. Most of the games are 2 euros each which for a kid doesn't take more than a minute. As in general review as a place it's very nice for kids but staff should be more trained and be more polite!

Amazing bowling and gymboree complex.. We spent twice during the vacation as a family. The kids really enjoyed themselves and didn't want to wait 😊 .. Definitely a place that is recommended to spend a few hours with the kids!

Freezing cold. Paid 5 euro for 11 months old to play around but the floor was not welcoming at all. Left after 10 minutes

Visited whilst on holiday, thought would be a delecent place to waste half a day with kids. After taking the kids by the go kart area i noticed a burning smell and me and my wife quite quickly started to feel sick and have headaches, it was worse when standing under air con unit and got so bad we had to leave, not sure what this was but almost like fumes. Alot of the machines didnt give tickets and staff didnt seem bothered when my daughter was waiting to trade them in.

Great place to take your kids. Parents can chill and enjoy cafeteria food and service is excellent..

Great soft play the kids always love it , staff are friendly and helpful and food it good. Only one small complaint is they tried to charge me for my 6 month old daughter who couldn't even sit up on her own.
