    Absolutely terrible builders. We bought an apartment 10 years ago and the workmanship is the worse we have ever seen. Leaking roof. Leaking windows. Mould and damp. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DEVELOPERS.

    I purchased a villa in Venus rock about 4 years ago, I am extremely pleased with the overall structure of the house as well as the prestigious position of the house. I just love waking up and having a view of the sea and the mountains together mixed with the Cypriot sunshine, wouldn't trade it for anything else!

    I have bought two properties from Aristo Developers and I can reassure that is one of the best companies to buy property from. The most important I was able to secure my Title Deeds without a problem and this is a critical factor when buying a property in Cyprus!! Proud to be an Aristo Property Owner!

    I bought a property from Aristo Developers in Paphos.. The title deed is already transferred to my name. Excellent developer with the best properties allover the Cyprus.

    This is the first time I have contacted Aristo using their online chat forum. The Agent was extremely helpful, considering my enquiry related to a purcase made almost 20 years ago. They dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently. They pointed me in the right direction, including providing contact details, for the person who can help me further with my query. The only thing I would recommend they do, is to provide the name of the agent dealing with you. To give even more of a personal touch! CC
