I'd leave zero stars but 1 is the lowest allowed. I have never visited a Starbucks with such terrible customer service. These need to lose the franchise. Totally ignorant, walked away from me whilst I was standing at the counter waiting to be served and went into the backroom never to be seen again. Shocking service, terrible attitude, you don't deserve to wear the brand

It’s rare that I feel the need to rate a location that is as well established as Starbucks is, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality at this particular one. My wife and I stopped in for a few hours one day and we both enjoyed it. It has a great location along the boardwalk, and the thing that makes this Starbucks stand out to me is that they carry the Blonde Espresso roast here. It is the only roast I’ve found at Starbucks that is not super dark (burned flavor), and can actually compete with the taste of some specialty coffee shops. Also, I was impressed with the latte art on this one!

This is a good place to get some really nice iced coffee. The store is air conditioned. It is opposite Costa's which seems a bit odd. It is not far from the seafront which makes it popular.

Nice place to get hot coffee, cool and friendly staff. "Starbucks card" is also great, hope they'll add a mobile app to top-up it. And would be great to see more special drinks here, like pumpkin latte with red pepper or something like that

It’s a usual Starbucks. If you want an American taste it’s your go to coffee. Friendly and quick service. The shop is clean and has a lot of room for seating. On a hot day I definitely recommend the mango dragonfruit refresher or any iced coffee.

I’m going around paphos for about a week now and i have to say that coming here was the best part of my day. The drinks here were amazing and there a guy named evan who gives absolutely 100 of himself to make you choose the drink for you . This guy is amazing thanks again

Friendly service. Sticky tables. Not really nice place to sit inside. Coffee was smoking hot, couldn't drink it for a long time... What is the good in that? Very expensive for the quality. Carrotcake was nice though.

Great place great service! Ivan is so nice always recommending the best drinks I ever had in Starbucks and make them absolutely perfect came back everyday of my holiday! Ivan should be promoted for sure 🥰

Big Starbucks fan we use it almost every day in Scotland however totally disappointed in the Starbucks in kings avenue mall! Will completely avoid for the rest of our holiday. We went in first in the morning and our iced coffees were really nice exactly as they would be at home, enjoyed & nice staff. Went back in the afternoon and hardly had our Frappuccino’s, Eleni the barista was extremely rude, terrible customer service, slides coffees along the bar and then is very rude to customers when they explain the order is not correct. She was trying to tell me I was wrong when I politely explained my drink was not correct, then snatched the drink away from me demanded someone else make it as she was busy and then again made it wrong & slid it along the bar. Terrible customer service & no manners from Eleni. All other staff are polite & it’s very clean & airy. But awful service from Eleni she completely ruined the atmosphere

Starbucks itself is good, but I don't know what they are doing with their Wolt menu. Items constantly get marked as unavailable for weeks at the time despite them being clearly available in the coffee shop itself or on Foody. I don't know if it's the manager's fault, but they need to fix it asap.

This Starbucks normally very popular and very busy so a bit hit and miss with service but this time very quiet ! staff were friendly, clean, toilet was flooded which I informed staff. Good power points, wifi and AC to work from but very small shop, very busy with tourists, students easily crowded

Charged me 4.25 for a small black coffee. The wife got a salted caramel cold brew, except she got Pumpkin which she hates. Went back in to get it fixed, "we don't have slated Carmel anymore". No apology or refund. Amazing service.

As an avid Starbucks customer I found this particular one to-be clean but slow service thus 4 stars. One barista was making drinks for drop in customers and also serving drinks for the delivery which consisted of up-to 6 drinks at a time. The staff are very friendly .
