We felt very welcome as we approached the counter, as we were greeted by the person that took our order. He was knowledgeable in the coffee varieties available, but not very attentive. As soon as we placed an order it was as we did not exist. And there were no other customers waiting their turn either. Coffee was not nice, too weak for my taste.

I bought some terrific Ethiopian coffee for my dripper here and have also bought coffee from their Athens stores many times, always good, strong and fresh.

Very nice shop, comfortable to enjoy your coffee. Very helpful staff and of course the best coffee I have ever tasted. Everything is perfect, from the flavors of the coffee to the glasses that show the quality of the store!! ☕☕

I visit Coffee Lab becouse one of my friend invite me , Nice decent prices for the quality of the coffee. The service is very poor, the lady is more focused on her telefon rather to give a service to the customer. No smile no hello . Sorry guys i will come again to see some improvement

Don't order decaf from here cuz they'll just give you normal coffee and won't tell you. They don't care about their customers at all.

Wake up guys! Empty shop, more staff than customers. Unable to offer a proper glass for my bottle of sparkling water, no ice, no lemon 'because we are a coffee shop' (don't sell these drinks then). Sat down to eat the salad we purchased, drinks (bottles) left on the counter. Waited a little but, nope, staff not interested to bring to our table. Sorry but extremely poor service. Oh and well done for leaving a window open across an external pathway, that's just caused a head injury! Appalling business.
