Good big rooms but... We took an apartment with 3 AC's. When we turned them on ... one of them was working! It was like 40 degrees temperature and we were melting. We went to the reception and asked for the AC to be fixed but he couldnt do anything. We had to move the bed into the living room to be able to sleep at night! One last worst thing I saw ... once we checked out and the bus came to take us ... the cleaning lady went to clean the room ... and I saw her takes the towels we've used without washing them ... and put them on the balcony on the sun to dry out! What the hell? No cleaning at all ... they just dry them out and they reuse them with next visitors! Don't go over there ... not cheap and you might get sick as well!

The whole place is a jok. Disgusting .everything so filthy. Sheets, towels smelled like being unwashed. I personally believe they were really unwashed. Beds and sofas smelled so bad we couldn't sleep.The toilet flush was malfunctioning. No light in the toilet. There was not even a little soap to wash our hands. Very disappointed.

It was traumatic stay of my 10 years of travel experience. We were literally forced out the next morning because I complained about super rude staff, hair on the bed, stinky blankets, dusty floor & dirty kitchen to booking.com. The manager doesn’t have minimum courtesy. She forced us to check out the very next morning although the booking was for 4 nights just because we complained. She made us pay more money for the night. She didn’t even try to verify any of the complaint. We were helpless and scared. I hope none experience this during holiday in a foreign country.

Worst vocation ever!!! Room itself had stains all over, dirty bedroom sheets, no hot water for two days and rude staff who were really unfriendly and all the time unavailable. When we didn’t have hot water they didn’t care and said that it’s not their business and if we want we can leave without money returned to us. Do not recommend, there are much better places for this price

Dirty greasy plates in the cupboard (the previous guests didn't wash it but why should I?) Hair on my pillow (did somebody sleep on it or was it kind of decoration?) Walls so thin that you can hear every word of the guests in the other room at night. Dripping water in the toilet. I guess even more annoying than hearing other guests. My stay was 30% more expensive than a similar stay on other dates that month. So they increase the price on some days, but keep the quality low. Apart from that everything was perfect. Only 10 minutes walk away from the nearest bus stop. Very nice staff at the reception.

Very bad experience. I got the apartment at the entrance on ground floor. 3 people came into my room randomly because they thought I’m the reception or asked me where the reception is. At 1 am in the morning and at 6 pm in the afternoon. Completely unacceptable for any kind of Aparment !!! Apartment old and unclean. Dirty floor, dust anywhere, hot water need 5 min to come. Kitchen not functioning. One of my worst hotel / apartment experience ever. And last I gave the feedback to the staff/manager. The answer was: Why don’t you lock the door ? What do you expect for this price ? I wish all the staff / manager to experience the same thing on one of their own journey to realize how to deal with feedback of their guest properly. It has nothing to do with how much I pay!

Maybe they have better ones, but the room we were offered was a regular den. Dirty walls,mouldy ceiling and equipment well remembering the 80s of the last century, all the taps in limescale. I'm aware that it's not a five - star service, but still... The "everyday cleaning" was just picking litters from the bins, leaving the inside bags - they shouldn't bother really. A private room in some hostel in an expensive city like Copenhagen was a luxury in comparison and in comparable price. Now, the stars here definitely were the local cats, who come begging for treats like all cats do. But these were civilised enough not to get into the room at least.

The start of our holiday was completely ruined by this apartment. Booked the apartment for 4 nights, we ended up getting kicked out the next morning by rudest and senseless manager. The staff who we complained about the stinky blanket was so rude. We asked him to check the blanket himself but he said he doesn’t want to look at it and they have the best review in cleanliness. Nothing was clean, there were literally bunch of hair on the bed. Plates were sticky and dirty, bathroom was dirty, back-oven didn’t work, not hot water. If you want to chose the worst place to stay ever, chose this one.

The worst place I stayed in ever!!!! Don’t do it to yourself - never stay there!! We booked an apartment for 3 days, but ran away after one night! It was horrible, old, smells like garbage, we were sleeping on like iron madden mattress, the toilet wasn’t functional, not to say bedbugs😕 I knew it wasn’t a fancy place to stay, but it was soooo bad we just left after one night, of course, we didn’t get any refund for two more nights, not even- “sorry”, just the owner of the place was yelling - “thanks bye” in a passive aggressive way few times after we didn’t respond… that’s not kind of thing you’re looking for when you come for a vacation … sincerely, don’t do it for yourself..

The room looks much better in the photos. Instead of a duvet you get a dubious freshness blanket. The worst part was the thin walls, if you get noisy neighbors you can hear everything.

Dirty place, without hot water in the rooms. I had to take cold showers during my 5 nights stay. It is a disgrace . The blankets on the beds are not washed after Check-outs, they aren't in duvets covers, they are simply rolled up and placed on the bed for the next guest. I saw it myself how the "cleaning staff " do it . they do not offer minimum standard of hygiene. Only 1 old and smelly towel for the shower, no hand towels, no shower mat. And they won't give you extra. The rooms overall are dirty and full of dust, the floor is full of hair and other stuff . Actually They don't vacuum the floor, just sweep it quickly. The mattress are old and you can feel the springs on your back while lying. Everything in the room is cheap and low quality. The cleaners are shouting since 9 in the morning, and of course you hear everything because the door is so thin that it can't block the noise from the corridors. The worse are the ground-floor rooms, they are dark, humid and have a constant smell of sewerage and are full of cockroaches. Staying there is like being trapped in a bunker. The photos of the rooms on the internet aren't real. Horrible place. The manager called Sula is such an arrogant person. She entered in our room without our permission when we weren't there and took the towel and pillow we had in the room. The day after we noticed our sun glasses were missing, we figured out that she stole from us. We don't recommend this place.

PLEASE DO NOT REPEAT OUR MISTAKE AND DONT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. The apartment was very dirty, we had bugs and big cockroaches and when we tried to get help from the stuff they replied that this is not their problem. We had to leave at the middle at the night (with no refunde even tho we didnt stay there even 1 night).

Very clean place and in good price. But… water flash in the toilet needed over 10 minutes to full (in a 5 person apartment that is an issue). Only one towel for each person ( not even a small one for all in the bathroom) and the heating had extra charge for each unit (ac) you wanted to use. Overall maybe consider it for an accommodation in a fair price.

The room was dirty. My white socks became black after few hours waling on the floor. I also found some bread crumbs or something like that on my night table!!! The toilet had always the loud sound of running water and was realy hard to flush it. But the worst were the beds. They were so noisy that i almost couldn't sleep! I know you get what you pay for, but this was one of the worst places i ever stayed. The only good thing was that the room was big.

I was expecting small and dirty room. How surprised I was when we got a great, huge apartament with a good balcony. The staff is amazingly helpful, if I come back to Cyprus I won't risk staying anywhere else.

Never again! Basically, it's the most disgusting hotel I have ever visited in my life. My apartment was just so filthy, I could not believe my eyes. Touching anything was gross - starting from greasy handles to bedsheets with oily stains. The towels were smelly from the day one and they didn't change them. The only thing they did was take garbage daily. A lot of hair everywhere. Windows so dirty it's unbelievable. Their manager is shouting so loud you can hear it anywhere in the area and it makes you uncomfortable to be there. She tells that everything is "perfectly clean" but in reality the room wasn't cleaned properly for years! Also they lie on booking.com showing different apartment and in fact you get another one, in this case the one I got was smaller than it should have been. I understand that this is only 2 stars hotel but it doesn't mean you are allowed to offer so shabby rooms to your guests. If you want to ruin your holidays in Paphos - it's the perfect place to do so.

My wife and I stayed in a 2 bedroom private apartment here and had a great break, its just out of the way enough to be away from city noise and close enough to walk everywhere within 30 minutes, if you don't like to walk then there is a bus stop at the end of the road that goes regularly to the harbour for a reasonable fee. We'd go back there again, thanks Martin.

We stayed two times at this hotel : both rooms were very spacious with very nice decoration and furniture You can easily park in front of the hotel and walk to the center of Paphos The owner is very nice and welcoming One of the best Price/quality I have had in my travels

Modest place, good quality for the price. We spent a night with two friends; the service is the best part. They had no issues storing our luggage and letting us stay in the common areas after the check-out time. There's a very pleasant pool and terrace

Not impressed. The room did not look like the pictures. It was advertised as a room with a balcony. Well, there was no balcony. The person working there said they can’t post photos of every room they have so the photos are just for advert purposes. Weird but I guess you get what you paid for. At least it was a quite place and 14min walk away from the beach

Stayed there for 3-4 nights and the room was lovely, air conditioner, small kitchen, a lot of space and the customer service was great! They ordered a taxi for us to get to the airport since we could not do it (apps not working). Recommended!

Absolutely disgusting, dirty, smelly, something from the 70s. I went for a swim in their pool and caught a very bad temperature it was horrible. It was like were all the drop outs go room was a dirty den. Yuck. Should be closed down. Ruined the start of our holiday. Smelly, dirty, minging, couldn't wait to leave. Only nice thing were the two nice cats. They didn't even come into the room cos so dirty😒😕😷🤧😵😡

For us it was a perfect stay for an overnight before an early flight. Clean apartment although old fashioned and small. It had also a common pool and bar and our taxi service to the airport was very fast and punctual. I would stay here again for the same occasion.

So the room we were in was old but clean, furniture not so modern. Bed was bad as I kept waking up that my back hurts. Neighbourhood very loud in the night. Happy we only had to spend 1 night there. Also the pictures are nothing like reality.

Everything was good. Apartment was clean but nothing special. Furnitures and bathroom were old. We had big terrace with city view. The big problem was bed. Bed was very uncomfortable. Near to Lidl shop, Venus beach, center and bus stations. It isn´t luxury hotel but good.

Good place for 1-2 nights. Clean, but everything in the apartment is very old. There is a place to park the car nearby, close to shops and restaurants.

I was greeted by very friendly staff, who are available until around 11pm. My apartment was very spacious, with a big balcony. The bedroom was rather crammed, but I only used it for sleeping. The place was very clean, and the cupboards were stocked with pots, plates, etc. It had a small pool, but we didn't use it. Plenty of street parking available. It was on a quiet road, so my car was safe. On one of the mornings, I heard the housekeeper taking the bins out. I didn't hear a knock or the doorbell ringing, but I guess it was already 10:30 so they assumed I was out. It didn't happen again after that. Like all of the other places, there was a very sweet resident cat. A local supermarket was a 10 minute walk away. There were buses going towards the harbour, which was a 30 min walk. The beach and the shipwreck, tombs of the kings and a few restaurants were just a short walk away. Most importantly, it was great value for money.

A reasonably priced hotel, a very short drive away from the city center. The rooms were spacious, and the staff even more accommodating. If you're looking for a short stay, or a long one, I'd definitely consider these apartments! Highly recommended and endorsed! You won't be disappointed!

2 stars because it was cheap and in a good location and had hot water. However the apartment was dirty (including hair on bed and surfaces from other guests) and with only 1 towel per person for all purposes. Towels were dirty as well as the blankets, floor and shower mat (which was black and had never been cleaned or changed).

The host’s welcome is great, the room was big clean tidy and well kept. The structure in general is very nice with a beautiful pool and a lot of space. We had a nice stay and would recommend it to everyone who need a good stay without spending a fortune in Paphos

Fine accomodation for fair price tag. Everything was fine, we even got better room due to some issues. Rooms were clean, but the bathroom could be cleaned more properly. Wifi problems were common. The lady in the reception was more than lovely, she is friendly and helpful.

Very very basic. Staff were nice. Its on the super budget end of the scale. Did spot a cockroach running across my kitchen. Fridge was very noisy. But it was cheap, and the bed was fine

Good conditions for low price, just 10 min walking to the Tomb of the Kings. Its own pool, a balcony in the room. A big supermarket not far from the apartments.

We were impressed how nice it is for the price we paid. I definitely recomend!

The place is renovated compared to photos on booking, exterior of the hotel looks much more modern. Very helpful and kind staff. For the money you pay it's super deal in this location.

The service was very nice, contact immediately. From the outside, the property looks very nice and is in a great location. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it in winter. It was very cool in the room. After a few hours of rusting through the air conditioning, the bedroom was a bit better, but being in the bathroom and kitchen was very uncomfortable. The room was not well prepared also in terms of cleanliness.

Okay for the price, the flat itself is quiet spacious and big…. Nice balcony as well . I went at 1 pm and they were not ready for check in which is at two so needed to wait for that hour hanging around with no one around in reception to talk or anything 🤷‍♂️ Lot of parking in-front of it … wifi really poor in rooms otherwise it’s alright for a short stay.

Conditions appropriate to the price, no tragedy. Everything you need is provided even for longer stay(air con, cooker, dishes, towels, small swimming pool) no room cleaning service. Property off the beaten track, bit away from center. Kindness of the owner is disarming. Whole place bit a run down and should be refreshed but I recommend. Room from pic 102.

Very nice staff and a normal environment. Our apartment was clean and cute. We also got a hairdryer. The air conditioning worked properly. The hotel pool is very nice, very good for sunbathing and swimming. We were satisfied with the value for money. I can recommend it to everyone who doesn't mind that the beach is a bit far away and likes to walk.

This is one of the cheaper apartment renting and you can't ever expect to get an flawless one. Like there are some troubles with the apartment like the stove its a bit nah and the water takes ages yo warm up but for the money it's a catch. Plus the staff is very friendly and they help as much as they can.

This place is as advertised simple and reasonably priced, the owners were very helpful, we did upgrade as the studio we booked was a bit small for a 2 week stay The apartment we upgraded to was very spacious with a good sized balcony We were a bit surprised that sheets and towels were not changed , only bins were emptied daily The pool was a decent size and clean as it was quiet we had no trouble getting loungers It is a fair walk to the harbour but only 5 mins walk to a bus and to the TOMBS OF THE KINGS There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the old town is walkable .There is also a modern Shopping mall a 20min walk away

Very nice place to stay in Paphos. The staff is nice, rooms are clean, location good. We stayed there in November - days were hot, but nights were a bit cold. Prices are very reasonable.
