What a GORGEOUS little hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable, and the garden is just stunning. Costas could not have been more helpful, and the other staff are friendly and attentive. We loved it here! Its in a great position in the Old Town, so great for exploring, and a short walk to buses and taxis, and lots of restaurants (though the garden turns into a restaurant too!). You wont be disappointed!

Had a wonderful 6-night stay here! Rooms are very comfortable and the building is very charming. The upstairs terrace is lovely to relax and watch the sunset, and the courtyard with restaurant are amazing. All the staff are great and super helpful! Location is in the middle of the old town; plenty to see and do and well-connected to the harbor with a quick bus or cab ride.

We went for dinner at Chez Mamma Bistro at Casa Mespilea and we were positively impressed by the quality of food and service. The indoor restaurant has a cozy vibe with a more traditional yet modern twist to it as it is an old renovated mansion. There is an outdoor yard with seating but it was too cold on the night we visited so it was closed. The service was excellent with the owner of this boutique hotel running the restaurant as well, making sure that were comfortable. The food menu had an option for every taste. The produce was fresh and we could tell that every dish was given the right attention needed. I got the beef dish and it was so tender that I almost didnโ€™t need a knife to dig into it! Overall, a great restaurant and a great new addition to Paphosโ€™ food scene!

We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant of Casa Mespilea and both were excellent! I highly recommend the chicken with carob syrup or the artichoke salad, as a vegetarian option. The restaurant is located in a lovely garden and the waiters are very welcoming. Definitely a must-visit when you are in Paphos!

Another amazing Casa M experience ~ for us it is now most definitely a home from home ๐Ÿก Thank you for welcoming us, the consistent hospitality and making us feel like family. Casa Mespilea is somewhere unique and special it's not your average hotel. What makes it so is the ambience, a beautiful sensory garden, the mouthwatering food, and most definitely, at the heart the wonderful hosts! J & V ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿก

Beautiful hotel in the old part of town, nice garden restaurant and the food was great. Friendly service and gorgeous little room with air-con and a ceiling fan. Very comfy bed and had everything I needed - room looked newly renovated and was lovely.

We ate dinner here last night - such a fabulous experience! Beautiful chill setting in a lovely garden, wonderful welcome from the owners, and delicious, fresh, home cooked food. I wished we had known about this place, I would love to have stayed here. Wholeheartedly recommend and would definitely return when in Paphos.

This hotel is amazing, the rooms are nice but the garden and roof are amazing, especially on Tuesday when the restaurant is shut. You have your own private corner of paradise. The owner is also wonderful, passionate and interesting. We wish him all the best!

The main problem I faced in this place - I have to go home, but I wanted to stay here forever๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿคช Costas and Julia are lovely, polite and very comfortable people. The garden is charming especially in the morning and in the evening:) you may find there even Mandarin trees ๐Ÿ˜ The view from my room is great! I was staying here for 4 days, and it was the best of the 5 hotels during 2 weeks in Cyprus. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to my friends.

The owners were very lovely. The room was clean and nice, with a small kitchen and a nice bathroom. It's a bit far from the beaches on foot, but very close to the bus station and the old town, with shops and restaurants close-by. I really liked my stay here.

Excellent room with good facilities.Exactly as the photos depict, lovely garden area and rooftop location for guests. Hosts are excellent, nothing is a problem for them. No lift so if you are physically challenged or have very heavy luggage then be prepared. I would definitely stay there again

We stayed in the Hawthorn room in August for two nights and absolutely loved it! The room was brilliant, it stated on the website that the Hawthorn room wouldnโ€™t be suitable for longer stays but I found it to be big. We were made to feel really welcome and the hotel itself is beautiful. The location of the hotel could not be better and is a perfect base for exploring Paphos. There are plenty of bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel and the bus station is opposite.

We booked 2 rooms here. Rooms were cozy, cute, very unique. We liked the paintings above the bed, air conditioning worked great, the garden was gorgeous. The place has an old feel to it with some new stuff mixed into it. The reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because our room (number 14) - was severely lacking in plugs. All plugs said "do not remove". Also, we paid for the breakfast and it was just average standard cheap items, nothing was made here even though they had a kitchen. For the same price we could had gone to a restaurant, paid less, and had much better warm fresh breakfast.

Wonderful building, in a great location with attentive staff. The courtyard offers great respite from the summer heat. Do be aware, some rooms face the pedestrianised street, where the music can sometimes be a little loud. The rooms are all well insulated though, so itโ€™s easily to ignore and fall asleep.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant in a beautiful place. Specially when one can sit outside on the garden. Meal was fabulous. The octopuss salad is to die for! I would also recommend the home made citrus lemonade. Bitter but soo refreshing. I'm in love with this place.

We spent a couple of days in Paphos and the hotel was well located to go around the centre and to reach the archeological sites. Clean, comfortable and with a kind service by our host. Highly recommended

Very nice traditional hotel with only a small number of rooms. Room # 10 even has two balconies, which we enjoyed for a relaxed coffee. However, the best is the restaurant with delicious food choices, creatively presented and very tasty. We also enjoyed the excellent service by the head waiter. What would I change?: Better pick a room to the garden. It is very loud on the weekend due to many people going out. After an excellent dinner, breakfast could have had more variety with freshly prepared eggs. Anyhow, it is a great hotel.

Delightful boutique hotel in Paphos. The rooms are vintage feeling and charming with modern amenities (great water pressure ha!) and pretty views from the upstairs balconies. The continental breakfast has a variety of sweet and savory treats overlooking the beautiful courtyard (you can eat outside, however it rained the night before). Warm and friendly welcome, great location in walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants including the Beeroom we went to for dinner and highly recommend it too. Hardest part is finding parking, but it's possible. Short drive to major tourist attractions like Tomb of the Kings. We loved our stay here and love supporting local establishments like this one!

An authentic and beautiful Cypriot place to stay. If you want something real and not a box inside a bigger box, this is the place for you. This boutique hotel is charming and you can see the care in every detail. The food is local and again, detail and quality are not spared. Not forgetting the big stuff, everything works, especially the great shower. Finally the welcome and customer care are how Cyprus used to be, friendly and warm hearted. Highly recommended.

Something between guest house somewhere in Madrid and typical cypriot warehouse. Not very well thought interior - the toilet has no door, so has the room, but the door opens to the yard full of people having dinner. The staff doesnโ€™t want to charm you with a first impression annoyingly asking for the quick check out. Has to be managed other wayโ€ฆ

Amazing place to stay for 2-3 nights when want to visit the Paphos old town. Super friendly owners and staff, made it feel like home. The breakfast was not a typical hotel breakfast, but might say it was more than enough and filling - a table full of local food. The rooms were clean but the bathroom was kind of opened so when someone makes mr 1 or 2, other people in the room will definitely hear that. Other than that, 100% would recommend to stay at ๐Ÿค

This is a beautiful hotel ideally located in Pafos old town. Our room was very comfortable for our two night stay. The reception and hospitality we had from the owners Yioula and Costas was fantastic. On our second evening we ate in the hotel where we were served a delicious vegan dinner. It was a bit too chilly to enjoy the delights of the roof terrace or the lovely garden, so will have to go back when the weather is warmer. We highly recommend Casa Mespilea.

A beautiful and charming b&b in paphos old town. The b&b has spacious rooms, friendly owners and a large garden. We loved staying here and relaxing on the terrace or in the garden. The breakfast is lovely with fresh local specialities. There is no better place to stay! Thank you so much

An excellent stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Giannis was brilliant and catered for all our needs. We stayed for 2 nights with our baby and we were well looked after from a cot bed to even providing and blending the baby's food. The food was delicious and well priced! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you.

This charming place is situated in one of the nicest areas of Paphos and comes with great hostility from all of the staff. The rooms are sparkling clean and very spacious. Also, I highly recommend to have dinner at their beautiful restaurant as the food is brilliant and the ambience is so relaxing!

We had a wonderful stay! Rooms were very comfy with powerful aircon, amazing high pressure hot shower! Staff were lovely and friendly. The owner kindly organised a taxi for us, we messaged him and he replied straight away. Wonderful location, extremely close to so many great restaurants and bars. Also quite a few shops very close by. If you want to stay in the town we highly recommend!

The most gorgeous place. We had a wonderful two night stay here. We had the best meal of our trip to Cyprus in the beautiful gardens, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, the owners and staff incredibly welcoming and warm and our room over looking the gardens was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Paphos.

Super nice and welcoming hotel in the middle of Paphos old town. You have restaurants and shops right at your doorstep. Beautiful, unique rooms, freshly renovated. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Very good value for the price!

A lovely guest house in the old town. The gardens are a little oasis in a bustling area. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening too which was very good. Yiannis was a lovely host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The Grape Studio in the courtyard was nice. Recommend this place for sure.

We spent 4 nights here in a beautiful and very spacious room. The weather was cold but the room was lovely and warm. The courtyard looked lovely and would be perfect for relaxing in warmer weather. We enjoyed the peaceful setting, and the location was perfect for us.

Good location in the centre of the town. Nice rooms. I would totally not recommend to book a room with breakfast. Overall, there were not enough portions of the breakfast, major things as bread and milk were not present on the serving place. There was only one waiter/barista/cashier for serving more than 15 people!.. Very slow serving.
