Have visit the gym while on holidays and I must say that I was really impressed with the knowledge and professionalism they offer. Highly recommended.

Trained here during my holidays in Paphos. Well equipped and very welcoming gym! Christos is very knowleadgable and programs great WODs. I’m just after a recent shoulder injury and he helped me modify all the workouts to make sure I don’t get hurt again. Thank you for a great time, will 100% be back :)

The best crossfit gym in Cyprus! Was regularly attending classes for about 2 months and really enjoyed every single workout. The place has friendly and positive atmosphere and people around you make it feel like home. Instructors share very good professional knowledge, fixes your technique if needed and pushes you to your limits. Every class can be tailored to individual fitness level of a person, so it’s great both for beginners and crossfit experts. Thank you for everything, it was amazing experience all together! I will definitely miss this place.

Makes everybody feel welcome, always willing to help and knows exactly who needs what! It was a big big big pleasure to train here 🥰

I’m on holiday in Cyprus and decided to look for a gym to work out. I came across this gym and communicated via Google chat about coming to use the gym. Christos was very quick to respond and told me I could use the gym on the same day for a small fee which I was pleased to hear. I went to the gym and had a great session and Christos was checking in on me to ensure I was having a good time too. There was a class going on which looked great too. I would highly recommend here if you’re looking to work out whilst in Paphos!

Great Crossfit classes! really friendly and helpful coaches. The workouts change every day and are always challenging in different ways and the time goes by so quick. Great atmosphere with motivated people. Recommend it 100%, will definitely be back.

Mel and Christos were amazing trainers! So professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. We did personal training and group classes and saw fast results in our fitness and physique. Helpful staff. The gym has the usual Cross Fit equipment and training schedules. It was a pleasure to train there.

Literally the coolest CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to. What makes it even more special is the instructor Christos he’s so helpful full of knowledge and very patient. Also a great bunch of people that go there. Has amazing gym equipment and the gym is very clean and sterilized well after every session. 5* from me highly Recommend 👌🏽👌🏽

Perfect place for a holiday workout - conveniently located in the city center, close to the beach. Friendly and accommodating to spontaneous drop-ins!

We tried to contact them 2 times and got no answer. This is really not professional. I own a CF Box in Germany and that would definitely not happen.

Great gym with a great head coach. I dont think I would have taken crossfit if i was at another gum. Really helped me to gradually get into a very good shape even though i started from zero.

I sent a message via Instagram and received the information I requested, I was also helped with booking my classes which I was having trouble with online. Christos was very professional and helpful, showed me around the box and made me feel like a regular member! The workouts were good fun and the members were friendly, a nice atmosphere and encouragement to do your best! Thank you Christos and I'll see you again when I'm next in Cyrpus! :)
