I have been helped by Daryl and Anna on a property purchase . I decided to edit my review and remove 4 stars. Let my explain : on the property advert it was written double glazed windows, and in fact it is not. With the commission they take, i find it sad how they can make such mistake. The second reason is after just 1 month after i enter the house, i got a major water leak coming from a pipe. This issue was already there before i bought. I told Anna by message how "unlucky this is" and immediately got blocked on whatsapp. Just imagine my reaction. It tells you what you need to know about them. If you need to sell, go with them, they will cover the defects and are ready to lie on the adverts to help the sale. Now if you need to buy, BE VERY VERY CAREFUL and DOUBLE CHECK everything they tell you, you cannot just ask them if the property has issues as they will lie to you, like they lied to me. Double check. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

We purchased a villa through Fitzgerald's and we were super impressed with Daryl and his team in regards to their high standards of service and professionalism. The team were very accessible at all times during our property searching phase and their local knowledge, coupled with their listening skills and understanding of our needs made the experience much more enjoyable than we imagined. We are very happy with our villa and cannot thank Daryl and his team enough for their efforts and assistance.

We have been working with the firm for several years. We bought an apartment through them and after a few years a private house. Day 1 - thought about selling our property in Paphos. Day 2 - visited Fitzgerald for advice. Day3 - property photographed. Day 4 - first viewing. (Day 5 - Sunday) Day 6 - PROPERTY SOLD! Daryl and his team were welcoming, enthusiastic and clearly very knowledgeable. The speed at which they set things up was impressive, the outcome even more so. We never imagined that the house would sell so quickly, and at the price recommended by Fitzgerald at our first meeting. We could not recommend Daryl and his ream more highly.

I cannot recommend D. Fitzgerald. I am in the role of the buyer and I transferred 10% of the purchase price for a house to D. Fitzgerald a very long time ago, I have been annoyed about it every day since. D. Fitzgerald does not offer any help and he has no contacts to ask for anything or to speed things up. He is an old man who has no motivation to work. As a buyer who has already paid, you are really lost.

Such a simple procedure from start to finish. The staff are lovely and helpful. Special mention to Angelina, who met us at the property on quite a few occasions before completion, so that we could measure up and show visiting friends around. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again for a sale or purchase. Very professional company with equally professional staff.

I would prefer to give 0 stars but that wasn't an option! And I notice that each review that is 3 stars or less has received the same copy/paste response from the agent; that they have no record of them or their profile is fake - that seems very suspicious to me, I have reported it to google. And as I have recently had the 'pleasure' of dealing with Anna & Daryl, they took copies of my passport so they do have a record of me... I would state the following about my personal experience - Unprofessional, Rude, Condescending, Foul Mouthed (Daryl), Untrustworthy, Unreliable... the list goes on. I have bought property in Sydney, London and now Paphos, so have dealt with 100+ estate agents in my time, never have I come across such a bizarre & unpleasant encounter when discussing the price of properties I'm viewing. We went for an informal chat with Daryl about a property, to discuss an offer and were met with a barrage of aggressive & (attempted) intimidating behaviour (both verbally & in body language) from Daryl. We were spoken to as though we were idiots however, as we are both accustomed to dealing with confrontational situations in our professional lives, we remained calm & continued the discussion with Daryl & Anna. Daryl ended the discussion by stating that all lawyers in Paphos are (a word I'm not permitted to post on Google!) and that only he knows the good ones. We were gobsmacked by this encounter but thanked them for their time and left the building. I am honestly very shocked to read any positive reviews, however it does seem to be mostly vendors that post these 5 star reviews and prospective buyers who have had a similar experience to me.

Thank you Fitzgerald Team for helping me in the sale of my property once more. I have used Fitzgerald Team years ago when I purchased through them and now that the time has come to sell, they found a Buyer within 2 days! Thank you once again for the impeccable service and cooperation.
