Best value for money for a short stay in Paphos. Very clean and conveniently located in the center of the town. No breakfast available but with all the amenities in the apartment to prepare your own meals. The receptionist was polite, waited for us to arrive late and gave us a late check-out.

The rooms are masive and looks very good. Valentinos came at the hour which we arrived and was very friendly ans helpful for us. The apartments have everything which we need except a washing machine but i think that can be found in town. The rooms has good Internet, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge TV, a masive bathroom and many others.

This was the best place we stayed during our two week stay in Cyprus, also the best value! It's such a nice apartment full of thoughtful touches, and super comfortable. Plus we explored the whole area on foot easily from this central location!

Absolutely kind owner, who was always ready to help us. The possibility of taking us from the aiport to the accomodation was nothing but a great move by Valentinos! Rooms were huge and very clean. Thank You Mr. Valentinos!

A HUGE apartment with everything you need in the 40deg. hot Cyprus! Definitely recommended. Everything is clean, new, and comfortable. The Old city is 10 min away, the beachfront 30 by foot. Valentinos was very welcoming and nice host. Even the view is good. There is a local bakery that works 24/7 and a small store downstairs. Don't forget to drink water.

Very nice apartments and very kind owner. We really enjoyed this. To sea its a 20minutes walk but if you rent a scooter its not a problem.20meters from apartment we had 2 stores so we could buy everything there. I also very recommend this town to visit. Cyprus people are very very king and city is clean and i dont have 1thing to complain about.

Amazing place friendly hosts! Clean and very strategic place few minutes away from the old town and close to the sea ! Best bakery s nearby and best fruit market! Kings avenue mall is walking distance and best supermarket ! Under the building there is a great clothing shop

Free shuttle to and from the airport, very friendly service. Clean rooms with all the appliances needed. Fresh bed clothes and towels every 3 days. Great value if you do not mind a mediocre view from the balcony.

Very clean and equipped with everything we needed for a few days stay, 15 minutes walk from old town and about 20 from harbour area, Parking area at back of apartments. Supermarkets close by for any shopping you need. Owners very helpful at check in and leave phone number in case help needed. Great value.

Valentinos hosted us in a wonderful service. We had to stay two weeks earlier and unfortunately we got sick in Corona 19, Valentinos contained the situation and canceled the booking without penalty. Luckily we were able to get a place two weeks later, he waited for us at one and a half at night to check in, showed us the apartment and offered to meet him the next morning and recommend us places to visit. The courtesy of a landlord like Valentinos I have not encountered in a long time. I therefore recommend, to anyone visiting Paphos, to stay at his accommodation. Thank you Valentinus. Roi.

nice and clean apartments, within the walking distance from the both beach and the old town, had everything we needed and the owner is very kind and helpful.

I was really impressed with the size of our apartment. Air conditioning was great in the Paphos heat. Kitchen was well-equipped. Location was good in terms of being close the an AlphaMega supermarket but a little further from the action down in Katos Paphos. Reasonable price and the host was nice.

Perfect. Valentino and his wife helped us with everything - finding a car to hire, places to visit, places to rest, places to go out and eat. Great and very kind people. Location of apartments is great if you want to go out and explore (around 15-20 minutes by foot to the beach, old town or to the port. Lots of markets around. Room was clean and had everything you might need - fully funcional kitchen, air conditioning, hair dryer, good Wi-Fi, TV with YouTube, netflix etc. Definitley planing to come back in the future.

Very kind hosts. They will show you everything and will give you beat advices around town, local cuisine and else. Great location, its not loud at all and city centre, beaches and everything is really near you, if you walk you have maybe 15-20 mins from city centre or beach on other side. Perfect place, clean, have everything you need, even more... Perfect hosts, very friendly :)

I was due in Paphos quite late due to my flight but Valentinos was incredibly accommodating. He made me feel very welcome and my stay was comfortable. The apartments are spacious and very clean and have everything you would need for a self-catered stay. It’s an ideal location since it’s a 15 minute walk to the harbour and in the opposite direction to the old town. Wonderful place, would highly recommend

For owners helpfulness and niceness, I would give it a ten! Extremely pleasant. The rooms nice, renovated and most importantly clean. The fridge isn't that good, but oh well :). The biggest disadvantage is the view... either a parking lot with some local 'festivities' or, not sure how to call it, a lot with shrubs and trash. However, we didn't find it as a problem as we were on holidays not to stay at the hotel :).

Amazing place to stay in Paphos! Everything you need is nearly: supermarkets, mall, restaurants, beach and The Harbour. It is a quiet area, so you can easily make a wonderful sleep- beds are very comfortable. Staff is very tidy, honest and friendly. The host is friendly and warm woman too. I love this place and can recommend it to everyone!

Amazing apartment and wonderful hosts. The apartment is exceptionally clean and is beautifully laid out. The kitchen has all the equipment you need, the shower is very powerful with an endless supply of hot water and the bed is very comfortable. Bed linen is spotless and is changed weekly. As the room isn't cleaned on a daily basis, there's no need to get out of bed early every morning to allow the housekeeping staff access. Although the host, Valentinos, was on holiday during my stay, he responded instantly to any questions and, where necessary, took immediate action to correct any minor issues I had. Valentinos and his lovely wife are very friendly and do everything possible to give their guests a great holiday.

Really nice staff, so grateful that they met as in the middle of the night for check-in! Place is really clean, shops and bakery really close. Very good kebab shop nearby. In the apartment there was everything you could need. Only small negative is the noise from the street....windows are really thin and at some point you can hear the street noises....but nothing too bad! Recommended and will book again if I go to Paphos.

Very pleasant place to stay, large rooms, comfortable rooms organized, The host is very pleasant to talk and has a lot of patience, very kind and willing to help with any subject or question. The location of a few minutes walk from the King's Mall is located next to the main axis, I highly recommend this place,I definitely will return in the future. I enjoyed staying here.

Valentino was super nice and helpful and the apartments are clean and got everything you need. They are located conveniently close to everything. Supermarket, 24/7 stores, drug stores etc. and the old town can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. They also offer free parking behind the house. Nothing to complain about for me. Edit: Locked myself out by accident and was helped within 15 minutes or so. Pretty cool!

Close to old Town and harbor. Good city comunication. Near of the place are bus stops (one to airport 613, stops very close to the apartment) 24h bakery, some restaurants . In the same building there is also an mini market with Polish and Russian products;) also a large supermarket is around 200m. Whole apartment was very clean, we got even eu sockets, Owner very helpfull! PS very close is a good place to visit for a drink and to have a nice city view- Muse.
