Limnaria is perfectly placed and beautifully laid out. It has two pools and plenty of space for everyone, even when all apartments are full. It's a short walk to the harbour and an even shorter one to the beach. The apartments are all well equipped and looked after. For self catering I don't think you'll find better in Paphos.

Good location near city center and the sea. And still a quite place with shared pool and private territory.

Loved it here. Great facilities and close, but not too close to the centre. Pool was a highlight. Never busy with designated loungers. Lots of information in the accommodation but could have done with being updated, particularly as the air con had a different remote and it took most of the holiday, and a few hours on YouTube to work it out. Would happily come again.

Great place to stay in Paphos. 10/15min walk to town centre and lots of bars and restaurants and the lovely harbour. Fantastic pool area.

The apartment was unprepared to receive guests. The first thing we had to do was airing, the bad smell disappeared after two days. Then cleaning the sunbeds and cleaning the blinds. On the first night of our stay, a large cockroach appeared in the middle of the living room. Much of the equipment needs to be replaced. The bathrooms lack basic issues like towel hooks. After two days of stay, the bathtub drain began to clog. In the morning, you have to wait a long time for the appearance of warm water. It is very difficult to adjust the water temperature - it is either cold or very hot. The air conditioning is noisy. It was not stated in the offer that it would turn off automatically after two hours. On the positives - nice pool with well-kept surroundings, good location of the facility, very decent internet with internet TV. Shaded parking spaces right at the entrance to the apartment. The standard of the apartment did not meet my expectations, mainly due to the dirt and the condition of the equipment. I will not recommend this place.

Not safe! We rented apartments on the ground floor and were robbed!!! We always closed all the windows and doors. But on the very last evening we forgot to close the small window in the bathroom. Only a child could get through it. I noticed that a bar was installed on such a window in the next block. I don’t know why such bars were not put everywhere. The window to the bath constantly opens, as the the family takes a shower several times a day after the sea and pool. It was worth forgetting to close this tiny window once, and we were left without money and jewelry, with the feeling of a spoiled vacation.

Very lovely place to stay for a vacation) Not far from the beach and airport. From airport you can get there by bus 612, stop near hotel Alexander the Great and go across the road straight along supermarket and car rent offices. And of course swimming pool is awesome)

Only 300 yards from the beach, we didn't use the pool as we had our own but it looked clean, plenty of shade and 3 pools, loads of cats and minimal noise at night

Nice villas and most overlook swimming pool. Only downside a lot of cats and dogs barking from the nearby dog sanctuary

Stayed here for a week in September and had an amazing time! The apartment we stayed in (block E) is spacious and has everything you need - a big bathroom with bath and shower, an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, and washing machine. There’s a TV and comfy sofa plus a dining table. The balcony is huge with another sofa and dining table. The owners left inflatables for us as well as cooking basics like salt and oil which was very handy. The pool area is lovely - there’s 2 main pools plus a little kids one. The water is lovely and clean and the pool is a lovely shape with a nice trickling water feature. There are trees and plants all around and plenty of spots for loungers. The loungers are designated to each apartment so you always have a chair and never have to bagsy one! The location of the apartments is brilliant too- less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, 10 min drive (or 40 min walk!) to the water park, easy walk to various restaurants and bars, as well as little supermarkets, and it’s generally in a nice spot. Other people there seemed pleasant (no big loud groups) and friendly and it was a very relaxing environment all round. We were a little worried at first after seeing a few reviews about robberies but our apartment provided a safe and was on the first floor so this wasn’t an issue for us. By locking doors and windows and putting anything extra important in the safe, this issue shouldn’t be a problem for anyone! All in all, loved our time at Limnaria Gardens and would absolutely love to return one day!

Apts are always clean and tidy and the communal pool area is great just to relax The kids would love the small pool too.

This is my go to place when staying in Cyprus. There are many appartments to let and three amazing pools. Its also a 10 minute walk from the harbour.

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in Feb 2023. The greenry is well maintained. All common areas seem to be cleaned regularly. The location is close to the sea, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop that's a five minute walk away too. Our stay was very relaxing and quiet.

Lovely place well maintained nice and clean close to the beach and local amenities. Pools are also nice and clean though a little cold !!

2nd visit in 15 years, still excellent

Limnaria Gardens is a safe, family friendly resort very close to the beach and amenities. Because of the location you will pay more but it’s worth it.

Lovely spot, near restaurants etc, well managed and maintained, will return.

Nice complex of apartments with three pools in the middle. Sun loungers belong to each apartment and will be clearly marked so no running for them first thing is necessary. Only about a 10 minute walk to the main strip of restaurants and shops on the waterfront. Not getting five stars purely because there can be noisy neighbours, some people like to party into the night without a thought for others in the apartments. If you wear out the kids during the day they will probably sleep through it like mine did!
