On arrival we were hit with a £250 bill for the rental of air conditioning for 1 unit per apartment, we rented 3 apartments If we wanted two air conditioning units per apartment it would of cost us £500 Our patio door doesn't lock only 1 light works in the bedroom apartment, the amenities are very basic no iron, cups are like egg cups, the kettle didn't work but was was replaced after 2 days. The pool is the smallest pool that I have ever seen.

I cannot say enough good things about Pagona! The rooms are clean, airy, comfortable and well maintained. The pool was stunning, with a well-stocked poolside bar serving gorgeous food and drinks. Breakfast is lovely and a bargain at 7 Euro for an unlimited buffet. The staff looked after us so well - they were friendly and welcoming, gave comprehensive instructions on getting to places, always happy to organise taxis and went to major lengths to get us a hairdryer on the morning of a wedding! The location is also perfect - short distance from the bars, Aphrodite Waterpark and various other local attractions. We miss it already!

Perhaps someone at the Pagona hotel would consider addressing the fact that despite the 'pleasant atmosphere' and 'convenient location,' we inadvertently became roommates with ants in our accommodation! Please address this rather unpleasant issue, as sleeping in such company would be quite uncomfortable. This might improve the overall experience of staying at this hotel.

For the lower price you get decent quality. Rooms are big and cozy and staff is very friendly. Swimming pools are clean and are nice addition to the place. I reccomend this for ones that don't have extraordinary expectstions and rather treat hotel as place where they sleep

Clean , spacious apartment , well worth paying extra for aircon. Situated a little away from other hotels , not many shops in the close vicinity. Approx 15 min walk to harbour. Staff friendly and weekly bbq well worth the money. Pool area good plenty of sunbeds , shame the English feel the need to leave a towel and go back to bed for hours! Food good at the bar and reasonably priced, great range of drinks.

The employees are all very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, cleaned every day. Breakfast is ok (i would have added some feta cheese) with omelette/eggs made on the spot. Swimming pool very clean. About 7 min walking to the harbour, in a quiet area. Recommended!

Great place to stay. Family run establishment. Short walk to main town area. Very friendly. Reasonable priced food. Gorgeous pool area.

Not too bad you have to pay for your air con if you book with jet2 at €42 a week per unit so of you have separate bedroom and room it costs €168 for 2 weeks ! No TV or radio in rooms either ! When you book make sure tou ask for a ground floor as if you end up on the 3rd floor there's no lift and it's hard going everytime you want to do anything ! The staff at the poolside bar are really friendly and the food is good value for money we will stay here again it's a nice place !

Very nice stay right at the end of the season. We were happy with breakfast and some dinners, swimming pool and service.

We visited Cyprus for the first time. The hotel near to AirPort, center and the beach also. When we arrived at the Pagona Apartments, we were kindly received at the reception. The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful. We were also received very kindly in the restaurant. We booked a superior room, which was just like the pictures, beautiful, renovated and well equipped, with a view of the pool. The prices in the restaurant were perfectly fine, even cheaper than in the center. the menu is very varied. We always got fresh and delicious food! We would like many thanks to the "Pagona" family for their attention and kindness, it was a wonderful vacation! We will definitely come back here! We wish you all the best!

The Pagona is an apartment hotel. It is run by a Cypriot family. I can recommend the Pagona Apartments hotel very highly. The location is very good, very central, close to the sea, restaurants and many shops. You can reach everything very well on foot. The hotel is suitable for couples, families and singles. It is very quiet and has a cosy atmosphere. You just feel very comfortable. The restaurant offers a wide range of food, drinks and cocktails. The food is very good, as are the drinks and the drinks. The prices are rather reasonable compared to other restaurants. Price performance is very good, for the apartments as well as for the restaurant. The family and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Everything very clean! I can highly recommend the Pagona Apartements Hotel for a great holiday at a very good price! Sabina, Nata

Me and my wife loved this place. Food excellent, apartment very spacious and clean. Staff approachable and chatty. Bar drinks are also responsible priced. The pool is also the right temperature but the sea is also not far and restaurants and bars are near by.

A great place to stay. The rooms are large, the staff and owners are brilliant and very helpful. My second time of staying and I will be going back again. A great location for bars and restaurants but the Pagona is a quiet location. I particularly love the pool as its a gradual walk into deeper water. There are plenty of sun loungers so no need to get up and reserve any. The pool bar offers a great selection of food and is very tasty.

The rooms are nice and tidy like for this price. Although the food in the hotel’s restaurant is problematic. Breakfast is good but 8 euros is too expensive for what it offers and you couldn’t bring food from breakfast to your hotels rooms for later. The main dishes are not nice, it’s taste like the food from the can or bag - in my opinion it’s better to avoid the restaurant here. But in conclusion the service, pool and rooms are nice.

I've stayed at pagona hotel apartments last year and loved it and just had another amazing holiday I've booked again for next year 2024.. everything about this hotel is perfect ..wonderful family run who can't do enough for you to make you feel special and make sure you have a wonderful time.. lovely spacious clean rooms beautiful pool lots of sunbeds .. food is lovely and lovely friendly staff... can't wait for my next stay ...

Big and airy rooms (I stayed in a studio), good amenities. The pool is large, clean and has a lot of pool chairs. The restaurant has good snacks, meals and drink options. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hotel's recommended taxi service is very good also. The hotel itself is just 10-15 mins walking distance from Paphos harbour. Check in and check out was really smooth. As a female solo traveller, I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time.

We spent 10 days here we had a one bed appt we expected to pay for air con but there were 2 units and at 7 euro per day for each of them we decided to have only the bedroom one which was sufficient for the whole apartment the rooms were kept clean and tidy and towels were changed most days theres a big pool kids pool and a jacuzzi there is no life guard here so.just a warning if you're expecting one but there are life rings situated by the pool there were plenty of sunbeds but they really are low to the floor I had to get assistance to get off them. The pool bar is excellent as are the staff who man it all food is cooked to order and I didnt have a bad meal all the time I was there there is an all you can eat buffet breakfast in a morning for 8 euro and the eggs are cooked in front of you however you like them . The menu has food for all tastes from toasted sandwiches down to traditional Greek fayre the drinks menu is also full of choices from wines beers and spirits to cocktails . On a Friday they do a bbq and the food is really nice plenty of things to try from pork chicken vegetables cous cous and more. My only criticism was on checkout day which is 12 noon I had only a few bits left to pack when the receptionist barged in at 12.08 wanting to know why I hadn't handed in the key she wasn't polite about it either im disabled so a bit slower but id been packing for a few days previous she wasn't interested in that then stormed out and did exactly the same things with our friends , we'd arranged to keep on a room and altho there were 7 of us only 4 were using the room and literally said she was taking the room off us she had me in tears my husband went down to reception to sort things out . Apart from that last day I couldn't fault the pagona apartments real value for money the strip is a 10 min walk we hired a car from around the corner so we could explore but the local bus does go past the appts

Very nice people, very clean but older rooms need revamp. Could do with microwave and better Wi Fi but the staff did make up for that. Pool is good, bar is nice and always open I would stay again definitely. Location is spot-on.

Big hotel in Paphos Marina

Staff friendly and helpful. Ideally placed not too near to front but within walking distance. Rooms spacious and clean. Will definitely be visiting again.

The apartment is clean and spacious bed linen only changed every 3 days towels every 4 days. Staff very friendly and helpful but be prepared air con is 6euro a day for each unit.

You can't knock the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Good food but be aware the kitchen is closed on bbq night. The rooms are v basic. And aircon is not included... It's €42 extra per week. They have just changed all the mattresses (01/06/2018). Check out was 12 midday for us and with transfer not being until 8pm they offered and area to store our suitcases and somewhere to shower. Could do with a plug for the bath and sink, would have saved a bit of water. But overall a quiet, family run, decent quality place to stay

Nice vacation for a big family. We were 6 people in a two bedroom apartment, means two extra beds/sofas in the living room. The trouble is that there's no air conditioning in the living room, and it was not very pleasant for the children sleeping there in the heat of July (two airconds in the bedrooms). There is a big separate kitchen, which is, however, poorly equipped. A small and old mini-bar style fridge, and a small electric stove. No kettle. Not too much for a big family over a week's stay, but we've managed. It is worth saying that the apparent is really very clean. The kids absolutely loved the pool. It is quite nice, actually. Still, speaking as a parent, the (announced) absence of lifeguard is irritating. The bar at the pool is nice as well, they serve breakfasts in the morning and decent food during the day. The linen Is not being changed frequently, as well as towels. Sometimes they're not in their best. There is parking inside, with an automatic barrier. There is reception working until midnight. Overall the place is fine for the price, the pool is great and the stuff is lovely and helpful.

Really nice family run place. Good pool with well priced food and drink at the poolside bar. We really liked it. The only thing is that air con is extra €6 per night per AC unit. We tried without the first night but it was crazy hot!! We gave it and paid for one unit un the bedroom, however even with €36 extra this is good value for money.

Very warm and welcoming. First holiday we have wanted to spend a lot of time in the bar and pool. Rooms spotless and comfortable and hotel in an excellent location for all pafos amenities. We thoroughly recommend this hotel for all age groups. Well done to all the staff and thank you

Accommodation is clean and functional as expected at a 2.5 star rated stop however, the pool, bar, food and service are a higher standard that improves the whole package somewhat. Family run business where the staff are all pleasant, engaging and helpful. Looking forward to the famous Friday BBQ

We are just flying home after 2 weeks stay room A7, we loved it, the family that run the apartments are amazing and can't do enough for you. The food and drinks are varied and well priced. We have met some great people from all over the UK, some of which have been going back for many years - we will be going back!!

An amazing hotel with very nice staff. We loved our stay at Pagona Hotel Apartments. The place was great: it had a beautiful garden, pool and terrace. The room was fully equipped and had a big balcony. The kitchen had everything it needed

Great experience, clean, quite & very friendly staff. Less than 10 mines away from the harbor or bars and restaurants. We had drinks and lunch many times and they were very good. Rooms basic but we didn’t mind as we only slept in the rooms, very clean at all times. We were surprised with how we didn’t have any bugs in the room or pool area. The pool area is kept very well. Would 100% return.
