I brought my husband to see Mr Andreas just before Christmas 2023. We have never experienced customer care like it. We have 2 sets of hearing aids neither of which were working. Mr Andreas went well beyond that necessary to help us with either set of aids. In the end he lent us aids to get us through Christmas. We are now having the older aids repaired and returning the new aids in an effort to get back nearly £3,000. This gentleman is an angel and if only we had met him before! He does not advertise, just word of mouth from satisfied customers. He has renewed our faith in audiology in Cyprus, after a couple of efforts to obtain help that fell by the wayside. What a star!!!
