Having had little response from other agents in the sale of my house ( which being large would not anyway be expected to move quickly), I appointed Cyprus 101. I found them to be extremely professional in all aspects of the sales/marketing process with everyone in the business conscious of their own role and proficient in it. A professional and friendly service. The marketing particulars were detailed and accurate, to avoid any misunderstandings. This was especially useful as we had a tenant in residence during the marketing period, who owned some of the furniture. Diane went above and beyond to secure buyers for our property. We were stuck in the UK due to Covid so Diane managed everything for us. We first got to know Diane and the team in 2019 when we were notified by a friend that an apartment had come onto the market in Paradise Gardens 4.
