I stayed for 11 night / all inclusive. I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel is in a very good condition. It is about 40-45 minute walk from The Harbour. Good connection with the airport (bus 612 stops almost in front of the hotel). I really liked the healthy food - lots of fish, veggie meals, various salads. Beach is a bit rocky and needs a bit of the cleaning (lots of sea weed), but you can always find a nice spot. Overall very happy. I would certainly come back.

Must have been a great hotel when it first open but now it's old and needs renovation. Overall I would say it's a hotel for the masses. Nice location has many amenities but no real open spaces. Rooms are small with small beds old furniture and old tapestry. I have to say that despite being old It was a clean hotel. Overall everywhere in the hotel seems crowded when only a few people are present. We only had bed and breakfast. Breakfast was descent but again couple of decades behind with breakfast buffet for the masses and no healthy options.. sea view is great but the gardens and pools are also small. Price for staying around 100 per night is on the ok side. I would not recommend it for young people.

Good value hotel. Good for family. Rooms always clean, very comfy bed. Hotel also very clean and tidy but the aircondition was too cold sometimes. Food was good but very western. Not much in walking distance other than a few shops. Needed to rent a car to get to places. Beach bar was fantastic. Definitely makes the hotel 5 star for me. Great mix of entertainers at night. Special shout to the beach bar staff, especially young Nick, he helped us by recommending great places to visit and made our holiday unforgettable. He was always friendly with a smile on his face and made the best cocktails out of the bunch in my opinion. Always full at night but the staff seemed to manage like it was nothing. Very fast service. Only downside would say is the pool closing so soon. Very hot country should be open at night in my opinion. Music at the pool would be nice too. Would visit again if given the chance.

Staff very friendly... Hotel very clean. Food dreadful....too salty, too much oil and same thing served most days. We won't be going back. Room was okay...bed very comfortable. Air conditioning was switched off most of the time, asked reception staff to switch it on but never did....had to have the balcony door open at night....was worried we would be bitten by mosquitoes, as we had seen a few buzzing around. The towels in the room was old, tatty and need replacing. The indoor pool was freezing cold. The sauna and gym was a lovely addition. Hotel and location not suitable for children. All inclusive local drinks only..... which was very low quality. We do not recommend going all inclusive as no perks!

Overall a very nice stay at this hotel! --> The food, whilst very repetitive, always tasted nice, but could definitely tell it was catered to children/westerners as lots of pasta, pizza & rice. Would've been nice to have a bit more Cypriot/Greek food on offer. --> Lots of drinks were offered as part of the all-inclusive package, and depending which member of staff you got also a generous pour for their cocktails. --> Pool/Pool Bar area was lovely, well maintained and lots of loungers. Special shout out to Marina who was lovely. Very chatty, very "flirty" and genuinely a credit to your hotel. --> Rooms were fantastic. Very comfy beds, regularly cleaned, drinks in the mini-bar (only filled at the start of the holiday) and a nice little touch to keep some water chilled. Had a bath in my room which was nice, especially when I needed to cool down. I will spring for a sea-view room next time as my room (320) overlooked the busy roundabout in front of the hotel. Definitely will be back.

The hotel is nice, but kind of basic. We got the room turning to the opposite to the seaside, but it didn't bother us much as we barely were in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and welcoming, big balcony added to its attractiveness. There is a underground parking space which is important if you're traveling with a car. Each evening there was a nice show with music and cocktails. I think it's good value for money.

The hotel was fantastic! Very clean and well maintained with a lovely main pool and children's play pool. The food was excellent with a great selection of choices. Location itself is great with cheap taxis to the local Harbour for more restaurant choices. The staff are helpful and attentive and the free use of the sauna, steam, jacuzzi and gym added to the great experience of the stay. Would definitely recommend and revisit in the future!

The staff work incredibly hard in the heat. The food in the main restaurant by the reception was really good. Rooms are a little dated but large with a fridge Good size balcony. Free towels for the beach and pool. Special mention for Marina. A real asset to the hotel. Such a happy welcoming lady.

We have stayed at this hotel in September. The breakfast and diner were really good. We enjoyed eating here. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly but we would not come again. The private beach was really dirty, swimming was impossible. The little bar at the pool had not to much choice of snacks and drinks. The pool was also not to big and there was no deep water. No entraînement. In the evening it was very very boring. Hotels next to ours were dancing, making music enjoying but our hotel had nothing. We were really disappointed because we wanted to have music and make fun… So I would not recommend for my family and friends.

Really friendly helpful welcome on check in from Ali. Rooms were kept spotlessly clean throughout the stay, as was the whole hotel complex. The staff are so friendly & I have to mention Marina who is an absolute gem of a lady & a credit to the hotel. Marina’s happiness & passion have obviously rubbed off onto her colleagues who I also have to mention: Tamara, Anna, Maia, Tony, Sujan, Mike & the absolute legend that is Valentin. Never was our table empty of drinks!!! Thank you all for a wonderful, relaxing stay on what is my first stay in Cyprus but definitely not my last.

A very welcoming 4-star hotel with excellent services, very attentive staff even outside the bar where you can serve excellent dishes, with a large swimming pool, equipped beach at no cost. I recommend it because the quality / price ratio is excellent. If I have to make one observation, I would make it for the rooms which unfortunately are not 4 stars, for room cleaning service and I do not recommend ironing service

Hotel was slightly below expectations in terms of appearance. The photos we saw online were different from reality. The rooms looked a bit old and worn out. The window insulation is not good, the noise from the street could be clearly heard in the rooms even when tightly shut. The curtains in the rooms were stained and had tears and holes in them. The pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos but was very clean and the kids enjoyed swimming in it. Apart from that, the rooms were clean and all the other areas of the hotel were clean. The food is very good in terms of taste and selection. The staff at the reception are super friendly and helpful. The staff at the main restaurant are also friendly with the exception of one waitress who was very rude (she even screamed it me one time!). Luckily for her, she didn’t have a name badge on.

Location is perfect, but I wouldn’t give this hotel 4 stars. The rooms and sauna facilities are really old. However, we had a really nice sunset view from our room. Breakfast was good, fresh food, good selection. Staff was really friendly. But for a 4 star, I’d expect a bit more modern facilities.

Avoid room 226! Dated, noisy, restricted view...best to book sea view. More interested in wedding venues than holiday makers. 1 of these went on till gone 1am ...room was vibrating and hotel was gate crashed. Apart from Alexandra on reception & Mike in Nektar bar, staff not very friendly. Sunbeds & parasols need replacing as does the grassy area where they are. Beach bar looks like a double garage! Disappointing experience in many ways.

Nice hotel but some of the staff are a bit miserable and struggle to smile not like other hotels I have experienced in Paphos where all the staff are friendly and smiling. The housekeeping staff didn't change the bed and failed to replenish the tea and coffee in the room on more than one occasion but did manage to give us fresh towels every day.

This morning and the girl behind reswas not very pleased did not smile our say thank you she just we can to th thnext person. She did not have the customer service when we ask her if we where booked for dinner. She just was not interested.

Had an amazing 8 day holiday in this hotel! The hotel is nice and spacious with great airco the moment you walk in. The rooms are big and luxurious and also with airco. We booked a seaside room and had the most amazing view every morning again. The dinner was different every night which we liked and the breakfast is the same every day but has choice for everyone. The staff works amazingly hard and are all really nice! The local bus stops in front of the hotel and can bring you to for example the harbour in 10 min and there is a store at 5min walking. The only negative point was that around 08:00 in the morning all the sun beds were already reserved with towels and 20% of the people never showed up so it was fighting with people every morning for a sun bed as we just took some towels away and went for a seat. Maybe that’s a point were the hotel can work on since it’s not nice for hotel guests that wanna sit along the beach. Also the WiFi didn’t work for 80% of the time so I used my 4G. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future!

Fantastic clean hotel Food was great, different themed menu every night. If going on a trip I would recommend the open top bus on the hop on hop off ticket (13.5 euros in 2022) and Evis tours for the all day tour, either mountains or coast (insist on Mario as guide/driver)

Lovely clean hotel staff In restaurant cleared and wiped table down as soon as you finished meal. We stayed on the 6th floor overlooking the sea lovely views lovely walk in shower variety of food catered for all tasts. Only drawback I would say is the towels they do need as they were very grey and rough, also the grass needs replanting as more soil than grass in places.

Disappointed with the rooms which are dated but clean. Had to ask to be moved as first room was interconnecting room and you could hear everything from next door - loud neighbours who never seems to sleep. Got another room which didn't have noisy neighbours but was right over the busy roundabout so you hear all the traffic. There were no seaview rooms available when I booked, which is what I recommend you ask for unless you want inland and main road traffic view and noise. Service was friendly. And can I add that the staff could not have been better - when I moved rooms they helped me and the breakfast team was very pleasant - so bonus points for the staff. A special shout out to the amazing chamber maids who do an excellent job ! They must be recognized!! The breakfast is the same buffet everyday and I've had much better choice at other 4 star hotels. The pool and sun lounge area is very nice , facing the sea front next to the lovely long boardwalk by the sea. For the price point I think you can find better places, but with the location on the sea it was enjoyable. A bit far down the boardwalk if you like to walk to the harbour, which would take a good 30 minutes or more. The place seems busy and people seem to like it. However I will not return.

We just returned home from our first visit to Cyprus and could not have stayed in a nice hotel that represented such great value for money. The hotel is clean and the staff are lovely. Breakfast are amazing, so much choice. You feel at home here and a sense of family oozes through the place. The pool area in our opinion was lovely, set adjacent to gardens where you find the sun loungers and plenty of shade. We noticed the other hotels which are far more expensive lacked the nice space around the gardens. It is a 30 minute walk into town or 1.50 euro on the bus. We would visit the hotel again in a heartbeat.

Lovely hotel. A little away from the shops. The shop in the hotel dose not sell cigarettes. The girls in the spar are lovely. The staff in the breakfast restaurant are very good. And clean the Table quickly. But the staff in the Diana restaurant were very slow and couldn't understand English very well. And did not work as a tream. One night we had to ask them to clean our table if you go In to eat at 8pm. Bar staff are wicked very friendly and remembered all our drinks.

The hotel is very clean, the pool area is also very nice and comfortable also has a private beach. The rooms have balconies some pointed to the road and some to the pool area. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!!

Amazing view to the sea and the calming garden, magical sunset by the pool, good breakfast, and easy check-in and out. We did visit a bit off season, but the sauna is very out dated, it was not working, and there was no one there to ask or advise even though we waited more than 30 minutes. The dinner was okay but nothing special. The breakfast buffet could use a pick me up in the dessert section, but all the savoury options were solid!

Indoor pool is not heated and is freezing cold, disappointing ambience in dining hall and bland food, overall very dated and needs much needed TLC. However rooms nice and clean, cleaning staff very attentive, nice quiet location away from central Paphos but still in walking/bus distance. Overall pleasant experience but wouldn’t return to this particular hotel.

Absolutely incredible hotel. The beach being so close is fantastic and the loungers are in abundance both beside the pool and the beach. The beach bar is fantastic and the staff during the day and the night were extremely friendly and attentive I could not be more complimentary of them. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fantastic and made the all inclusive package absolutely worth it. The walk to Paphos harbour is about 40 minutes but is actually a lovely walk that can allow you to earn the dinner. Highly highly recommend for anyone planning on coming to Paphos. Very close to the airport also which is very handy, with parking on site.

Beautiful hotel, delicious food, cleanliness! The Italian restaurant is excellent, the staff is extremely nice! Negative: The air conditioner in the room is too loud, there is no night mode! The water in the pool is too warm, like in the bathtub, cold water should also be allowed in! The air conditioning in the corridors is too cold! The cleaners start working at 7:00 a.m., when the guests are already walking around, so even if they don't wash up, the guests will immediately start doing fresh laundry! Let the cleaners start at six o'clock!

We had a lovely stay. The food whilst repeatative and limited due to us going out of season it was always tasty and well presented. Our inland room was very dated but the bed was comfy and the shower worked well. The jewel in this hotel are the young staff who were always attentive and worked very hard. Big shout out to Tamara who I hope will go far as she was superb!

Our first visit to Cyprus and had an amazing time. Lovely hotel with happy friendly staff. It’s perfectly situated on the beach front with a beautiful walk along the seafront down to the harbour. Only two complaints the spa pool is so cold you nearly have to break the ice to get in and people smoke in the pool bar where they sell meals, so often meals were ruined by people smoking on surrounding tables.

  • 5/5 Ilja H. 4 months ago on Google
Nice and clean hotel. The pool area in the shadow of trees is nice and cool during the day. The beach is also fine. You should enter to water in the middle or to the right from the middle. There are underwater rocks on the left. Rooms are good, butthe rooms on the roadside suffer from traffic noise. Breakfasts are very good.

Still here hotel is fine we are BB ,unfortunately a lot of the time there is no tea at breakfast unless you want herbal so we bought our own from a local shop. The room is fine side sea view,on the first night we arrived we found the kettle and nothing else ditto teabags next day. Four days later one of the cleaners left us tea n coffee etc that was it till today 23rd we got some more bearing in mind we've been here since 12th. I come to Cyprus every year for my birthday 16th September and was promised a complimentary bottle of wine and a fruit basket which never appeared so a little disappointed with your supposed 4 star spar rating.

This is a very average "4 star" hotel. The rooms are basic with few amenities. There is little style or warmth, they are typical mass tourism hotels. There is no information in the rooms about the hotels facilities so you have to guess everything or ask the staff. The staff have a basic level of courtesy but generally the mindset of a 3 star hotel. The facilities are OK but average. The food is typical trough style, mass tourism. Most of it is mass produced food - average. If you are looking for a very average experience in Cyprus, you will find it here. There are better 4 star hotels in the area.

Hotel basic, no entertainment in the Autumn. Meal was buffet service for evening and breakfast. Staff were not enforcing face masks in restaurant. We were there for 14 nights and our sheets were changed once on last but one night of our stay. Towels not always changed. I paid for two massages in the spa which were very good. Thank you Layla most enjoyable massages. One good thing is you can change your beach towels every day

Hotel is amazing. Clean, nice and with lovely people working there. Especially- Marina (hopefully I pronounced it correct). Women which made our stay there much better. She always smiles and cares about every single guest. I wish all people has same positive attitude as she has and that its properly rewarded by the managers of the hotel! Hotel has the best outside space for sunbathing compares to all the other hotels on the Poseidon Road. There is plenty of the private space in the beautifull garden full of palms, where you can still enjoy the view of the beautifull Cyprus sea.

This definitely is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. This is our second visit to this beautiful hotel and has not failed to deliver. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Marina in the Catering team and Valentina, the Reservations Manager who always looked after each every time. The Catering staff, including the Catering Managers did an amazing job during our stay. The food was amazing, especially on New Year's Eve. Looking forward to going back in the near future.

Beautiful hotel. We didn't have all inclusive, but is was more than great! Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. We had a land view, but I did not mind. You'll look over the famous Akamas. The rooms (the hotel too) has a great temperature in the summer. The staff is really nice and helpful. It was a great first experiece with a hotel vacation. 😍♥️

We came in April at start of the season, so weather temperature still picking up slowly. The Hotel is amazing. The Staff are ever so helpful. The pool is cold but can't control the elements. Would have been good to have the indoor pool temperatures heated to utilise this more and maybe they would add a kids club? The location is perfect, there's a casino nearby. There's couple of restaurants to enjoy and more in walking distance. The beach is near by and do water sports with San Antonio. Highly recommended. 😀

Rooms are OK if you are on the sea view side if on the other too much road noise from traffic all night long. Location too far away from harbour and restaurants paths are diabolical if your in a wheelchair. Service staff very friendly and helpful

Stayed here for 11 nights and it was excellent. Food was good with plenty of choice. The staff were brilliant and nothing was ever too much trouble especially Illia and Marina. The hotel was exceptionally clean and was cleaned all the time. Great location right on the beach with the nearest shop about a 10 minute walk. Taxi to the harbour was €10 although the restaurants were quite pricey its great for a night out.

The room was modern but the toilet didn't work and it took 3 days to fix. In the end they gave our room to someone else and told us we have one hour to change room, which caused problems as we was going out at the same time with family. The food was standard, nothing special. In my opinion, it's nicer to go out and eat in the town. There are many smokers by the pool and in the outside restaurant, which meant I was constantly moving to find a smoke free place to enjoy. The pool was nice, not too cold

After reading some of the reviews we were a bit afraid, but we had a great stay with our 3 kids. We stayed for a week and booked the all inclusive deal. The deal includes 3 meals and free drinks, snacks and basic popsicle near the pool area, drinks in the bar and some drinks in the room's refrigerator. The meals were fantastic. Breakfast is the same every day but offers enough variety to explore. Lunch and dinner change from day to day. The dinner is served in 3 different locations during the week - every day another is working. All of them had great food. We ate so many desserts that we all gained some weight... The kids' pool is great for toddlers, and the main pool is good for adults. For older kids - 7 through 11, the main pool is too deep (1.4 meters throughout the pool). The sea is less attractive since there are a lot of rocks and weeds that make entering the sea a bit problematic. However - we traveled along the shores and didn't find any other nice beach, so you can't blame the hotel for that. The kid's club is small and doesn't offer much. Once a day there is a special activity - like yoga or archery. We liked these classes very much. The jacuzzi and sauna area is small but sufficient. The rooms were very nice. We had interconnected rooms on the second floor. We didn't have an ocean view so there was some noise from the road. When the balcony doors are closed it's less loud. The rooms were cleaned daily. The towels were changed daily and everything was very clean and well maintained. The hotel's staff is very friendly - through the booking online, the staff on the hotel and in the various restaurants of the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Reasonably priced food and drinks. All staff were lovely. Situated right on beach front. Lovely walk into Paphos main town.

Good food, good room. Just one waiter who didn't bring sugar with the tea, denied that there was any sugar; we had to go to our room and bring our own sugar down to the restaurant. He said said that we couldn't have any more hot water with a very small cup of tea. The rest of the staff are great.
