Loved every inch of the zoo. What a lovely place! Animals are looked after, all their cages are clean and in a good state. Highlight of the zoo was feeding lemurs, this was truly amazing experience and we had so much fun. Feeding the giraffe was also fun and he was just so adorable. This is absolutely must visit place in Paphos, just be mindful if its too hot, animals are tend to hide and might not be visible to you.

This is a small zoo but it offers some great experiences. It was inexpensive for a day out, we went to the bird show, fed the fish and goats. We also paid to hand feed the giraffe which is a great photo opportunity. We paid additional to spend time with the Elephant which was a little more expensive but well worth it. Also a big shout out to the staff at all stations who were very informative and friendly but the lady at the lemurs was amazing introducing us to them all and showing us how to handle them. Myself and my daughter had an amazing day also ice crams and snacks were all well priced

Firstly for a day out on holiday I would recommend a visit. It is quite far out, though, so I definitely book on a trip for ease and convenience. Having visited a few zoos I would say it's a good size yet maybe a bit small for certain animal enclosures. Can't really comment on friendliness as not many staff around. The staff conducting the bird show were very engaging. Avast array of animals but a shame seeing a solo elephant. I'd say visit as it's an engaging thing for a family activity.

Excellent place for a family day out. The enclosures are very well maintained and the animals are kept well. There is plenty of opportunities to feed wild animals like the giraffe and so on. The bird show is worth watching too. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to navigate around the different types of animals. They have tigers and other big cats, monkeys, elephants, crocodiles, lots of birds from all over the world. The zoo has a free car park, a cafe shop and an excellent restaurant too.

Exotic beautiful very well kept animals. Although I'm not always on board with zoos, knowing how well taken care of these animals are, it is really heart warming. The staff very friendly and the restaurant was amazing, our little guy enjoyed it too. A most do when in the area.

Really enjoyed paphos zoo It was excellent for the kids, my 3 and 5 year old often become tired walking for so long but they did not once here as there were always interesting animals to see at each corner. The animals appear well looked after and you have clear views of them often. They also seem to have more animals on the site than atany other zoos in other countries. The walk in lemur pen is an add-on for 5e pp which isn't externally advertised and in my opinion not worth it as the same experience comes in the price at similar zoos around the world. There's an elephant experience which is additional cash but that's expected in my opinion. The bird show is excellent and comes within the ticket price, I'd advise you see that, the young children were mesmerized. They have a playground for parents to rest at half way Overall an excellent experience the only negative is that I hope they do not start a habit of charging for more things once inside as it tars the experience slightly.

This zoo maintains a higher standard compared to counterparts I've visited. The enclosures for animals were big enough in my opinion and the overall experience was positive. The entrance fee for one adult is 17.50 euros. Additionally, we enjoyed a coffee at the restaurant, accompanied by good service.

I think this is the place to go in Pafos for a lovely family outing! My four year old loved feeding the koi fish, but he was blown away by feeding the giraffe! He also wanted to return to the generously sized playground several times. The bird show at noon was pretty neat but a bit overhyped. My little guy was happy though! We spent 3.5 hours there and I felt like that was perfect. Free parking was a plus too!

Pafos Zoo is a great weekend activity for kids and adults. The park has a decent number and variety of animals, so make sure you have at least half a day available to see everything. The birds show was really great and a must see. The two trainers did a very good job informing us about the birds and running the 30 minute show. Make sure you check the schedule to time your visit as there are just a few shows per day. The second must see is the the lemur feeding. You can buy small boxes of food and enter the cage with the cute animals. Be prepared that they will be climbing on your arms and even your head to get to the food 😀 But still very cute and a great experience. You may also want to check out the large animals. There is even an option to have a photo shoot with the elephant for a fee, but didn't try that. The zoo has some kiosks and a restaurant but didn't try them myself. Lastly I must add that parking was plenty and not an issue.

Amazing as usual! Wide range of beautiful animals from all around the world! Strongly recommend for kids and adults. It’s better to plan minimum 2-3 hours upfront to see all animals and join the birds show. Show starts three times per day in the Zoo Amphitheathe, schedule depends on the season (it’s better to check on the website). BTW, one of the owls in the show was an actor on the Harry Potter movie 🥰

Really great place to spend one fine afternoon for kids and grownups. Impressive collection of birds, but equally well equipped with zebras, giraffe, elephant, pinguins. You can feed the giraffe and the lemurs but be aware you need cash only.

An amazing zoo with some VERY well priced experiences - We paid €10 each to feed the elephant and €5 each to feed the lemurs. The animals are obviously loved and well looked after by the staff - Special thanks to Jo and Helen!. We paid a little extra for collection from our hotel and ate in the restaurant. All in all a highly recommended day out.

I was a little worried about going having read a lot of reviews about sad animals and dirty crowded conditions. I didn’t see any of that. The place is well laid out, ample parking with engaging exhibits. The lemur feeding is a real treat. The Elephant enclosure is perhaps the only spot where perhaps the space is a little tight but the Elephant seemed well engaged and lively. We were there 15:00 until 18:00, we saw a lot of the feeding in the last 15 min. Lots of high quality food and keepers engaging the animals. The tigers were ‘stalking’ the keeper (ok glass between them) then rewarded for the pounce with meat. It wasn’t a show, just looked like a regular game. There are a lot of farm animals wandering around the zoo, ducks. chickens, rabbits & goats etc. all free & happy. The kids loved every second of the visit.

Really enjoyable day. The zoo is quite out of the way, but it's signposted. I'm no expert in animals so can't comment on cage sizes. I found it enjoyable and didn't pay for the extras, but if you wanted a little more to the day you could pay to feed the elephant.

A very nice way to spend your day with kids! The zoo has a big variety of birds and animals. The giraffe was not in the zoo the day we went. With entrance tickets you have a free parrots show. Kiosk park and restaurant are available. Restrooms were clean.

Had a wonderful experience. (Obviously extremely hot). All the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. It’s the closest we have been to animals. We were able to strike and feed a giraffe and baby tiger. All in all a wonderful day was had by all.

One of best zoo I’ve been visited, very friendly. Some attractions are payable like lemurs, giraffe and most expensive is to interact with elephant. I think is worth it. Zoo have nice on site restaurant, it’s reasonably priced and portions are very generous. It also offers local cuisine, but if you are not in that, there is good selection of “standard” food with kids menu as well.

Had a lovely day out, staff were helpful and friendly and the zoo is lovely. The fact they only take cash inside is a bit of a pain (and really, a solvable problem these days) but didn’t ruin a great day at all. Paying extra for the lemur feeding, giraffe and elephant is well worth it!

Lovely day. 2 adults 2 kids. Really warm but lots of places to buy water. Lemurs were 5euro pp to go in and feed them Elephant was 50euros for all of us TAKE CASH, as most of the zoo is cordless. We did use our card in the big restaurant near the bird show. Leave yourself a wee 20 min to look at the museum rooms on the way to the exit. We would definitely go back.

Better standard in this zoo than some of the other zoos I have been to in Europe. We thought the tigers and lions had too little space. But it was overall a good experience. The price for entrance for one adult is 17,50 euros. We also had breakfast at the restaurant which was nice and good service.

Please be aware, this is mainly a bird zoo although it was advertised to us as a general zoo. There are 2 animal encounters - lemurs and elephants. The lemur encounter is €5 each and well worth it. You go in with a cup of food and the lemurs are free to jump all over you and eat. They're really friendly and happy to be petted. You can take as many photos as you want. The elephant encounter is €50 for up to 5 people. This encounter isn't as nice and I'd class it as animal abuse. It's an elephant made to stand on a small rock and perform whilst pictures are taken. The rest of the zoo is nice enough and there are a variety of animals. If you are from the UK, you will notice that enclosures are on the small side (around half the size of the ones in UK zoos). Nice half day out for the family.

One of the best zoos I’ve seen. Friendly interaction with lemurs costs €5, but it’s definitely worth it, the animals are kept in great condition. They have a bird show at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm in which the birds perform all kinds of fun tricks. They don’t have great apes but overall it’s a great place to visit. To get a full tour you will need to devote around 3 hours of your time. Plenty of parking available. Entrance is a bit highly priced compared to most European zoos (€17,50 as of Nov 2023), but you get what you pay for. For a full experience with lemurs and pictures with an owl that starred in Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone, you will need to spend around €30 per person. Meeting the Asian Elephant costs €50 per group of up to 5 people and gives you a chance to hang out with the giant up close. Well worth the visit :)

We spent from 10:00am till 4PM. at the zoo. We got a bus from Coral Bay which dropped us off a kilometre from the zoo . We had walked ony a hundred yards when a car pulled up and the gentleman driving asked if we wanted a lift. As we had a small child we great fully accepted on the way up the man explained that he owned the zoo. Great service from the start..We went in and walked towards the animal petting where we discovered the Lemurs. Entry in for up to three people was free and the only charge if you wanted was 5 euros for Lemur food. It was one of the best experiences for both the small child and me. The lemurs were clambering all over us without being any problems. We visited all the animals which were very nice to see and paid 50 euros to feed and pat an elephant again an experience enjoyed by everyone and a very informative talk by one of the staff. We watched a bird show with performing parrots and owls a great experience. Then we had lunch in the restaurant which was both reasonably priced and very nice. We went back around the whole zoo again before heading off. In these difficult times everyone needs support and this zoo is well worth a visit to ensure its survival. Many thanks to one and all.

The zoo is home to a lot of different magnificent birds, which is likely due to the fact it was a bird sanctuary before it was a zoo. It also houses some large animals such as Camels, crocodiles, a family of tigers, endangered white lions, other large cats, a rather funny elephant, monkeys, reptile house, gazelle, and a range of normal farm animals too. The star of the show for us came at the end of a fantastic parrot show when they bought out a 2 month old white lion cub, bred at the zoo as part of their successful breeding program. For an additional fee we got to spend some time with the white lion cub and interact with it. An experience we will all remember for the rest of our lives, it was amazing!

Absolutely amazing place. Please go here if you come to Paphos, you WONT be disappointed. We got to feed the Giraffe and he was the best. So gentle and friendly. Still feel shocked we were able to experience something so amazing. Such a beautiful animal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. So sad they had to close during COVID. Any penny towards this beautiful zoo helps!!

Interesting zoo, is not that big and has some good variety of birds, ducks, some wild animals as well. The most interesting is animal interaction, being able to feed and take pictures with ( for a fee , 5e per person for lemur's, 10e for giraffe (up t 5 people in a group) and 50e for a 5 people group for the elephant. It's worth it overall. Somehow I wish people will find better ways to keep the animals (as some of the animals in the zoo surely missed at least at the core the freedom of outdoors)

It is well worth a visit, there are a limited number of animals in comparison to UK zoo's but there is still plenty to see and do with a restaurant and ice cream stands on the site. We went on a coach trip which was convenient and paid for our own tickets at the gates. There is also opportunity to feed some of the animals and spend time with them for an additional fee. Well worth the low entry fee and fun for both kids and big kids.

What an experience! Elephant, giraffe, crocodiles, tigers, lions to eagles! They have so many animals there and look like they're well looked after! If nearby and love animals its a must. You are also able to feed the Elephant and giraffe at an extra fee.

Had a lovely time at this zoo and even fed the giraffe! It's a nice place you get a map when going in so you can work your way around and check if you've missed anything. It costs 5 euros to go in with the lemurs and feed them and 10 euros to feed the giraffe...totally worth it for the photos and memories you get. There's a restaurant called flamingo restaurant there with a good choice of food reasonably priced and the staff were very nice. Overall if we're in Cyprus again we would go and visit.

Visited last week during our holiday to Cyprus. Very impressive variety of birds, animals and reptiles to see. Don't think we've ever seen so many different snakes in one place before and pretty sure there's not one species of bird that wasn't there somewhere 😂 Great interactions with the animals available (we did the lemurs which was great fun and only €5). Restaurant looked good although we didn't use it. Nicely laid out so you're not walking too far between animals. Overall, great day out, would recommend

A nice place to visit with the children. A relaxed way to spend at least 3-4 hours. Clean but could be a bit more shady for both visitors and animals. Very small cages. Some animals looked very tight in their spaces. Quite a big variety in relation to zoo size. Some close interaction choices make the visit more interesting. The kiosk and restaurant are useful for small breaks. The birds show is very nice to attend. Entry prices are a bit high but probably that's expected. Nice to see small animals wonder around free.

Booked through a TUI excursion whilst on our holiday. Easy and cheap tickets. Transfer was included, however ours had said to be running late so the zoo sent staff to pick us up in a car which got us there in good time so this was really nice. The zoo was not busy at all so it was really nice to look around easily however it was hot so I did not see all the animals. Most of the zoo was cash only so bring cash. Staff working in the shops were English and writing around the whole zoo was based on English. Feeding the lemurs was the best and so cheap compared to home, only €5 each. They also had a park and souvenir shop. Transfer picks you back up outside the entrance and takes you back to your hotel. I would recommend this excursion and the visit to this zoo.

The zoo is very good value. I really recommend taking cash with you and paying to feed the Lemurs (only if you’re brave and enjoy animals jumping on you). The animals are in superb condition and well looked after. Some of the enclosures could be modernised but you can tell the keepers care for the animals and lots of enrichment is given to them.

I’m of mixed emotions as we had a great time and it is a very big zoo with a wide variety of animals, however some of the enclosures were extremely small for the animals. The ducks and swans had a huge pond open to themselves but the large mammals like the lions tigers and singular elephant had hardly any room at all in their enclosure. The elephant looked so bored with only a tire to play with in his small enclosure and the lions were just pacing up and down in their small area too.

  • 2/5 Dennis M. 3 months ago on Google • 14 reviews New
The zoo is well kept which in my opinion is just for touristic attraction purpose. If they'll put that same effort into creating more space for the animals it might be a better zoo. As an African who come from big game parks and safari this was truly a heartbreaking experience. Especially seeing that elephant so lonely, bored, depressed not to even mention the big cats and the poor bear locked in little cages. Some of these animals are already endangered and are on a brink of extinction. We should know better to preserve them. Overall there's much to be offered by the zoo loads of tropical birds and the stuff as well was absolutely amazing. I wouldn't recommend to fund this project

The zoo was fairly quiet due to Covid travel restrictions but we walked around with no problems, just masks for indoor areas. The elephant and giraffe look a little sad as they're both on their own but apparently the animals are very well raken care of.

3-4 hours visit time, has a big emphasis on exotic birds. if you really want to feel the zoo come alive and hear the lion roar, plan to spend some time here after 5. fun fact: the owl from the original Harry Potter movie is a star in the bird show

  • 4/5 Mervyn G. 3 years ago on Google
Just like most zoo's plenty of different animals and birds to see. There is a parrot and owl show the times a day and after the show they bring out a tiger cub which for a fee you can meet and pet and you also get a picture of you and the cat. Entrance fee is €16.50each..

Good zoo with a broad variety of animals. Situated in nice grounds on top of a hill. The bird show was ok. There are lots of extras which require an additional fee, such as meeting the elephant or walking through the lemur enclosure. The on-site restaurant was poor and quite expensive. The food was dry and tasteless and there is no alternative.

Great place for whole family at all day. Many, many, maaaanyyyy birds. Amazing birds show, where they are flying between guests right over heads. Really magical lemurs room. Be ready to be target of them jumping. In the snakes room you will found many dangerous snakes very close. Also, nice playground if you are tired before your kids. You can also visit cafe and restaurants inside. Big parking also there.

Paphos zoo for my sons birthday has to be the best experience so far. From feeding lemurs to giraffes and also an elephant I cannot recommend it enough. The staff were informative friendly and genuinely passionate about what they do. For a zoo that started with only parrots it has such a diverse array of animals that you will be hard pushed nit to find something that doesn't really interest you.

(Translated by Google) The zoo is very interesting with a great focus on birds. In addition to the animals themselves (there are little lion cubs and tigers), feeding the giraffes and lemurs is a great idea - a great experience not only for children. I liked the parrot show on average, but the kids really liked it. The zoo has a pretty good b and a relatively inexpensive restaurant. I am not an elephant expert but I did not like the approach to photos with elephants - a man from the service is standing and with a stick with a pointed end he positions the elephant for photos. I gave up this "attraction" and that's a minus.

Pafos Zoo is without a shadow of doubt, the best Zoo we've been too! (We've been to a lot of Zoo's). The staff are fantastic and friendly, the variety of animals is great from the Goats to the Tigers. The animal experiences are brilliant and all done in a way that is beneficial and comfortable for the animals. The Elephant experience was a highlight and she is a very well kept and happy Elephant. The food at the Flamingo restaurant is great too and reasonable considering its the only place to eat in the Zoo. Best day we've had in Pafos and we'll be back again and again for years to come.

friendly staff upon entrance and the zoo was clean but really upsetting seeing the animals in such small enclosures. There is no sustainability, plastic cups, plastic bags and plastic table clothes, all just thrown in the bin. The restaurant was poor- poor selection, poor food, poor service and the only option to go to. There was many birds all in small cage enclosures. It just left a bad taste in my month. Such a shame as the space and potential to be something really special for the animals and visitors

Overpriced tickets for what you can get to see and experience. You can’t get close to animals or birds to see them as there are fences and bush in most places. And you pay extra to interact with some of the animals.

  • 3/5 GEORGE M. 3 years ago on Google
Rather expensive tickets, additional payment if you wish to take photos with animals (for kids).

(Translated by Google) Is actually a very nice zoo. There are relatively many birds in the form of many parrot species. In addition, a parrot show is offered daily at different times of the day, where the people there show off the animals' flying skills. However, not only parrots are shown, but also various owls. At the end you have the opportunity to take a photo with a baby tiger for a price of 20 €. Whether this is animal cruelty or not, if everyone is allowed to touch it, is an open question. Yes, otherwise the zoo has some big cats like tigers, lions, elephants, flamingos and whatever kind of animals a zoo usually has. There is a restaurant not far from the entrance and a small snack bar in the middle of the zoo where you can buy ice cream, drinks and seating. As I am a big fan of snakes, my focus was on these animals. Since there were unfortunately not all of the snakes to be seen, which the zoo displays on its website and also credibly assured me that the animals shown on the website are actually in the zoo, I was a bit disappointed. 4 snakes that are shown on the homepage did not exist in the zoo. That's why a two star deduction. Conversely, this means that you should not necessarily rely on the animals the zoo offers on the website, that these animals can actually be seen there. It is possible that this does not update the website regularly. Most of the snakes the zoo has are of the spitting cobras genus.

Go early in the morning. If you go later and it's a hot day, you won't enjoy it, there's no shade, so it is too hot to walk around. Fantastic for children, they can even feed the giraffe . Definitely worth a look

I felt very sorry for many of the animals during my visit. I felt that they did not have enough space. Also the space they did have was very baron. The solitary elephant was made to look like a Circus elephant. It was being made to pose for paying public. The monkey's all look bored with nothing to do and very little in their enclosure. On a good note, there are many variations of birds and an excellent bird show to watch. The staff seemed to be trying their best.

The Lemoore experience is unforgettable. Never felt something like that! Giraffe is cute 😍 Highly recommend to visit elephant girl with an amazing guide / elephant scientist that did as interesting lecture. It is totally worth 50€ for the group( even we were 3 people) you will enjoy for sure. Thank you!

A lovely place to view some truly magnificent animals although the big cats looked like they could have done with more room to roam. The highlight has to be the amazing specimen of a giraffe that you can hand feed and pet. An experience you won't soon forget.

Great zoo and a nice day out. Lots off english staff also. Some interesting animals lots of birds. Best thing was feeding the giraffe 10 euro worth of magic.

This zoo was amazing we had a really great time stunning views and lovely animals and birds... you cannot go here and not visit the giraffe this was the best part for us absolutely amazing for €10 you will have brilliant animal encounter (sorry but in my opinion better than the Elephant encounter) the keepers are wonderful its a must if you visit Pafos.

Fantastic zoo, the lemur feeding experience was absolutely out of this world, the bird and owl show was great, big cats, hyenas, wild dogs, elephant and much more, for the price is a great day

I'm giving it 5 stars because they gave my daughter the biggest surprise possible: a baby tiger being fed with a bottle of milk only 2 meters in front of her. But, also, it's a clean zoo, with a lot of animals and room for more. Bird show was fun. The makis were fun. The reptile house was a hidden gem.

  • 5/5 Imran D. 2 years ago on Google
Wonderful Zoo to visit at Pafos! Lots of bird varieties, active wild animals walking around, big fishes on the pond, reptiles varieties, Giraffe feeding, elephant feeding, bird shows and the ultimate lemor feeding! The lemor are very active and are like kids! Must experience the feeding experience. Great place to spend time!

  • 5/5 Nikolas K. 2 years ago on Google
Pafos zoo is a great place for families to spend a day at. We have been here multiple times and every single time its so much fun. Its very interactive a you get to pet animals and sometimes feed them as well. The bird show was very interesting. But the absolute highlight was feeding the giraffe!

Nice zoo to spend a few hours. Not that big that it will fill your whole day, but still worth the visit. I think the cages and space for the animals could be better, I have been to a lot of other zoo's and I think in all of them the animals had more space.

Amazing place. Staff were wonderful. The zoo is absolutely beautiful. Very good for push chairs. Best zoo I have been to in a long time. Will visit again. Highly recommended!!

  • 4/5 David M. 1 year ago on Google
This zoo is well laid out and has lots of animals, mostly birds. I really did enjoy my visit. By international standards this zoo is a little behind the curve, the cages (and they are cages in most cases, are inadequate). It can be very difficult to view an animal with in a tight meshed cage, photography is near on impossible. I understand that to improve the conditions the animals are in, requires money, and that money can only come from visiting the zoo, I suspect they require an awful lot of visitors to even cover the running costs, so if your near Paphos, take a couple of hours and visit the zoo, they need the income and you'll enjoy a couple of hours away from the beach.

  • 5/5 Sophia K. 1 year ago on Google
A beautiful and relatively large zoo. I definitely recommend the bird show, the parrots are well trained, you can also take a picture with an elephant (very expensive) or feed a giraffe, but feeding the lemurs is definitely the most beautiful experience. I will never forget this experience!!

  • 5/5 Neil B. 1 year ago on Google
Great little zoo with free transport too. It was clearly a bird park to begin with but other animals are taking over. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It's worth a visit but don't forget to take cash.

  • 5/5 Louise 6 months ago on Google
We had a lovely couple of hours here, we got the free bus from coral beach, if you catch the 615 to the last stop walk across the car park to the zoo bus stop across the road you can pick the bus up there. It leaves from there a couple of times a day and then drops you back. The zoo is definitely worth the visit, it was about 17.50€ each for adults. This was our 2nd visit and we would visit again. We saw nothing but friendly staff and looked after animals. You can pay cash or card for your tickets but in the park it was all cash. Plenty of parking on site. The best part you can feed the Lemurs for 5€ each it is so worth it they have the softest little hands and such a good nature absolutely amazing for adults and children.

Awesome Zoo. Animals appear to be very happy and well looked after. Loads to see and spent the whole day. Lions 🦁, Tigers🐯, Elephant 🐘, Hyenas 🐕 and snakes 🐍 where my personal favourites. Free indoor parrot 🦜 show was a nice added extra. We also paid for an elephant experience and fed. Restaurant on site was also really nice. Plenty of toilets and refreshment stops around the site.

Nice place to visit, don´t forget the parrot show. Takes about3-4 hours to visit depending how much time you spend in the childrens playground and restaurant.

We went there yesterday. Took us cca 2 hours to check it all it. Its rather small but they have some variety. At the time of our visit the giraffe was not there.. they have penguins, elephant, tigers, lions, lemurs... The entry fee is 17eur for adult. But if you want to feed the lemurs you pay extra. Basically you pay extra for every feeding you want to do which is fine I guess. Worth checking out, but nothing special.

A truly mesmerizing experience at Pafos Zoo! Booking tickets a day in advance and opting for transportation via the special zoo bus made everything smooth. We were particularly captivated by the parrot show and the extensive collection of reptiles, not to mention the majestic lions, tigers, and the elephant. The cleanliness of the place stood out, and it's evident that the well-being of the animals is a priority. Highly recommend!

  • 5/5 Kai S. 7 months ago on Google
Fantastic place! Mostly birds but there's tigers, lions and all sorts. Unfortunately we didn't get to see the sun bear as he stayed inside the entire time but everything else was great. Good trip, not too expensive, saw lots of cute animals

  • 3/5 Robert S. 6 months ago on Google
We visited the Zoo with our two kids and we were all pretty disappointed. There aren't many animals and most of them were hidden which left us with the impression that nearly half of the cages were empty. The Bird show was great and we loved to see the Lions as they were close, otherwise nothing interesting. The food within the Zoo is definitely not worth the money. Feeding elephant in group of 5 people = 50 EUR, I find it too much. Entrance can be paid with a card. The place is clean, with many clean toilets.

  • 5/5 Danny C. 5 months ago on Google
Great zoo for a tour, should take 2-3 hours with a bird ahow lasting about 15/20 mins included. There are a few extras you can add (we opted to feed the elephant) transfer can be included from a lot of hotels also.

  • 5/5 Simona O. 5 months ago on Google
Great place really so many animals but get ready for a good walk or just plan to spend day there... I will like to visit again.

  • 3/5 Ash T. 5 months ago on Google • 1 review
The zoo had everything you need to see although majority of the zoo was colourful birds it had plenty of other species to experience up close. The Lemur experience was incredible and surprisingly very cheap at €5 each for a pot of fruit to feed them with. They had an elephant experience which cost €50 for five people to be able to take photos/feed up close and personal with the one Asian elephant they had there. DO NOT do this as they make it stand on a little rock to pose for photos on its knees, it’s animal cruelty and made the experience of the zoo feel bitter. If you’re from the Uk you will also notice a lot of the cages aren’t big enough for the bigger animals such as the lions, tigers and elephant.
