The hotel was gorgeous. The rooms were very clean and taken care of. The Sea view is definitely worth it. The only slightly annoying thing was that the hallways outside the rooms are hardwood floors which causes a lot of noise outside the room from people walking and talking. If you are the type that likes to stay in the room in the middle of the day then you will hear a lot of noise from the cleaning crew. Other than that the hotel and the service was beyond good and we really enjoyed all the amenities.

The hotel is adult only and this means no screaming children and the entertainment is also better when there are no children involved. The restaurants and bars are really nice and the employees really try to make it a holiday experience. You need to make a reservation for the special restaurants and if you stay a week it is very difficult, since everything is full, however a small talk to the manager and this was solved. There is a plenty space around the pool and beach, The pool is large, but the beach is quite windy and small. Really good hotel and we would stay here again!

couples in the hotel. The average age of the guests is between 45 and 70 years. The food is good, versatile and freshly prepared. It’s nice that you can choose with half board between lunch or dinner. So you can also look for something outside the hotel for dinner. You can use their a la carte Greek and Japanese restaurant once a week. Both very good but the menu of the Japanese was a lot more to choose from. The small beach is clean and clear water. The pool is also very nice. There are also nice places to lounge during the day or in the evening. Are there no downsides at all? Yes… our biggest annoyance was laying the towel in the morning. All beds are already occupied around 8.00. But most don't arrive until between 10 and 11. Even if there is a sign that says not to. The hotel does nothing about this. Another point is that the hotel at the front (street side) is very noisy with revving cars and bar music from a place opposite the hotel on Friday-

Overall a really nice first stay at the hotel. The only thing stopping this from being a 5 star experience would be the lack of cold air from the aircon. After speaking with maintenance several times, the aircon still did not kick out sufficient cold air, after they said they had fixed it, which was disappointing. The bath also leaked when you had a shower, all over the bathroom floor which was frustrating when trying to dry yourself - thankfully you could dry the towels overnight on the balcony! The food was great, and for a buffet breakfast lunch & dinner, it couldn't be better. The quantity of food on offer was very tasty, and the variety through the duration of the stay was also impressive. They do have on site restaurants as well - Greek, Italian, Lebanese & Asian - all of which we ate in and were delicious. Word of advice would be to book as soon as you arrive as it does fill up quick! The pool was very clean, as well as the swim up bar. The views throughout the hotel overlooking the sea were beautiful and compliment the scenery extremely well. Overall a lovely stay with my partner, and we would both visit again.

Fantastic hotel, very warm and friendly staff, especially Tamara who went out of her way to help us on several occasions. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and all staff ready with a smile. Spotlessly clean, great entertainment, delicious food in all of the restaurants. It’s the small gestures that make a holiday extra special and we had plenty of the small gestures from many of the staff.

Lovely hotel and very easy to access. Staff were so friendly and the rooms were clean and recommended leaving spare hotel key in the door to allow the air con to run whilst you’re out of the room or gets very hot and takes a while to kick in. Plenty of plug sockets in room also. The pool was ridiculously cold - even the jacuzzi! Beach is clean behind the hotel with water sports available for additional costs. Restaurants have lots to choose from and snacks available. Plenty of sun beds to choose from however best to get down early to reserve. Lifts are quite slow, so if on a lower floor take the stairs to get some steps in! Spa is located on site with lovely staff. Large car park too for rental cars and nearby shops walking distance. Beautiful views of the sunset of sea facing room!

Very big thank you to Andrea, she is an amazing beautiful host. She sorted every issue we had very promptly. The service of the hotel was amazing, catered to all our needs. Food was plentiful however would give it 6/10, very basic food but a lot of options. All the cleaners and service men/women were friendly. Entertainment was good. Definitely a hotel for the older 60+ crowd.

We've just spent 7 days at the hotel and have had a wonderful time. The staff have been so friendly and helpful and did whatever they could to ensure that the holiday was the best it could be, They were always there to talk to you as if you were part of the family and if there was something that you wanted they would try to sort it out. I am disabled and the staff made my holiday. We were with a friend and her 2 sons. My wife enjoyed the Spa treatments and the boys took advantage of the Gym and around the pool were we comfortable and the pool staff ensured that our sunbeds were always ready for us. It would be unfair to pick out individuals as from the pool staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, reception staff to customer relations staff, everyone was a delight to talk to.

The room was really nice and big. Every day we got fresh fruits. Only the mattress was after some days really uncomfortable and I also was wondering that we didn't get a water bottle. Every evening they had life music, the food was sooo good. They were an excellent choice and the quality of the meat was great. The Hotel itself is really nice, the pool and the beach. The cocktails were in an average range, but not special. I missed a jacuzzi. From the hotel we could make a lot of tours and even the hotel is really close to a lot of sight seeings. I really recommend the hotel. We loved really Elena at the reception and Tamara at the restaurant ❤️❤️ they are so friendly and professional at the same time

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. Hotel is beautiful and spacious. Special mention to Sylvia, who showed us around the hotel on the first day and presented all the amenities, also helped us with the restaurant reservation, and met us with a smile every day somewhere in the hotel. From now on, this hotel will be our annual holidays spot! Service was excellent, the food was varied and very tasty. We will be definitely back!

Really nice hotel. Staff are very friendly and polite. Deluxe rooms provide an upgraded all-inclusive experience. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast buffet is the best one I’ve had. Would only say that booking into the restaurants is tricky and likely to be fully booked. It says deluxe customers have priority but that isn’t true. We found the general buffet to be better than the Asian restaurant (great presentation just not as tasty). We had a massage treatment which was lovely and free access to the high salinity pool (this didn’t do much in terms of floating but was good to try all the same). The inside pool could do with a clean but everywhere else in the hotel was immaculate. The lunch options are value for money in terms of quality. The bars are in central areas so you’re never without service. Beautiful hotel and the rooms were in good conditions. Would go back to the hotel but only with deluxe - removed the hassle of getting up early for deckchairs, having more well known brands of drinks and access to the lounge.

This was our 4th visit to the hotel. The staff are absolutely brilliant, friendly and extremely helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very modern and kept spotlessly clean. Toiletries, bathrobes and slippers are provided. We were all inclusive which was really good value. Great choice of food and drink. The hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from Paphos Harbour along a coastal path. Will definitely return.

Where do I start… my trip to Cyprus was amazing. I stayed in this hotel and from the first night to the last night I thoroughly enjoyed myself throughout. I booked this hotel with little to no expectations, but I was blown away with the customer service provided especially by a gentleman named Thomas(front of house), he was great, he made our trip an experience to remember, one thing I do enjoy is when an employee goes above and beyond to make guest happy, every encounter guest had with him ended with laughter and a smile! Which gave the hotel a unique touch. I did also encounter good customer service from a lady by the name of Helen very calm, collective and helpful. As you can see my experience often is based on how I’m treated, but just before I go I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheeky-reasonably priced-beach-all inclusive getaway !

The hotel was fresh, spacious and clean with amazing facilities, indoor and outdoor pools as well as restaurants. The rooms were amazing with comfortable beds, spacious, clean a coffee maker and brand new. The bathroom had a variety of amenities to ensure a great stay. The most amazing part were the the people, they were all very welcoming and supportive but the most special thanks belong to Fotoulla for making us feel very welcome! A truly amazing experience!

14 days here was like being with family and friends. The staff were helpful, kind and friendly. Tamara on guest relations was excellent. Nina our room cleaner went to every effort to provide a great room service. The restaurant staff very efficient. A great holiday.

A friend and I have just come back from this Hotel after a weeks stay and we absolutely loved it. The hotel was clean, the food was fantastic and the staff are all amazing (shout out to Kevin and Claudio at the lounge bar who were great!). There is lots of variety of food in the restaurant and the onsite Asian and Greek restaurants were fantastic. We had an issue with our booking at one restaurant but one of the customer relations manager sorted it out straight away. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Its also not too far in to the town centre with a nice walk along the sea front.

My partner and I stayed here for a week the beginning of September. The room was overlooking the pool area and sea. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly, and welcoming and there covid policy 100%. The hotel was exceptional, high standard and well maintained. We were all inclusive and the food was totally faultless. We are looking at returning in May. All in all an absolutely fantastic holiday.

Stayed in November, still quite busy since many people seem to do all inclusive. Rooms nice. Staff quite nice. Breakfast plentiful but there was a lot of flies sitting on the food and staff did not seem to care. Found that quite unpleasant an not very hygienic.

We got upgrade to swim up room, unfortunately the weather wasn't really warm but the room was really beautiful. Hotel has really great pool area and many great bars. I would recommend it to everyone. Location is perfect and everything is really near.

The most perfect hotel that i have been. The rooms are very clean. People so polite. Everyone who works there are extremely nice always there to help you. I just love it especially that this hotel is only for adults so you can enjoy real holidays without any noises. It's been years ago there my grandmother as well and we are always satisfied. We would never change this hotel with another. Definitely the best!!!

Waterlogged grass, overcrowded pool area with nobody actually in the pool as the water was freezing. No waiter service by the pool, must collect your own drinks at the 1 bar outside that serves 500+ guests. Not a problem, but maybe advertise this? Clearly short staffed, which leads to long queues everywhere. And hotel rubbish left out from the day before along the beach. All inclusive is not all inclusive, there is a separate upgraded all inclusive. If you do not have this, you can’t have a bottle of water, have to buy one. How ridiculous. Not a 4 star.

Lovely people. Excellent housekeeping. Self service canteen style buffet with varied dishes. Good pools. Right on the beach with a promenade to Paphos harbour. A lively hotel with evening entertainment and a night club. Seasonal themed restaurants (seasonal). Sensational views from our room.

  • 5/5 Julia P. 11 months ago on Google
Lovely clean hotel, great service, excellent evening entertainment. Nice situation by a small sandy beach. Pleased we chose a sea view - would not like to have been on the other side facing the road. One of the nicer hotels along the strip here in my opinion.

Me and partner were celebrating our engagement here and the staff made sure we had a special and enjoyable stay. They set up our room beautifully at my partners request. Stunning hotel, the staff are very accommodating and helpful. Very clean and lots of options to eat. Try and book the restaurants early to avoid missing out as they do get booked up. The spa was also great. Will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future.

Lovely, place. Helpful with the whole corona stuff. They have a computer screen to book in for the other restaurant which I could not work and I had the most helpful member of staff help me do it and she had the patience of a Saint. Good selection of drinks. I thought about upgrading to the higher grade all inclusive but it didn't really need to be done. Only issue I had was we were a bit confused on what days things were open at the hotel as we weren't told on arrival but we figured out the days the in resort club was open etc. It's on a strip with alot of other hotels and while in the beach the sister hotel that allows kids did have the kids on the beach but wasn't too bad just to be aware while your chilling on your adults only holiday Had a wonderful holiday thanks to lovely staff and a lovely place fully recommended upgrading to the room with a private pool

A very nice 4 star hotel, the room with sea view was pleasant, the bed large and comfortable, although "sea view" had a very narrow view angle. Breakfast was disappointing, not a good selection of quality products. Evening entertainment was mixed, one greek evening was great. In whole not a bad choice and good value for money option.

We have had a lovely holiday, made special by the staff in the hotel. All lovely people wanting to please you. 🙏Makes a nice change. The food was OK, nothing to write home about. Booking system for the A La carte restaurants is a little unfair. 4 choices and get in there quick because we couldn't get into the Italian restaurant, people said it was really good. (although at lunch time the snakateria is situated by the Italian and they do fresh pizza/pasta every day, so we feel we didn't miss out too much) The Greek restaurant was disappointing. Too much meat!! We don't really eat meat at home, so we did struggle. The Asian was good. The Mediterranean was good too. Plenty of sunbeds. Entertainment was OK. Mainly at the beach bar, we had brilliant weather for late October. Adults only in half term 👌😎

We booked into the Leonardo plaza cyp we arrived at 01 30 We waited 45min for the room key . The room was very dated and not clean . So we asked to be moved. They agreed at the cost of 200 pounds. The fancy name of the hotel don't let it fool you different standards with the guests. The wrist band system. The platinum bands got priority over the other wrist bands food and entertainment were very poor . I'll not use again

Really enjoyed the holiday with Leonardo Plaza, all the staff are very welcoming and accommodating throughout the holiday, lovely food everyday and the weather at the time of the holiday made it really special. 32-34 degrees was perfect throughout. Great room on the 6 floor with the executive lounge enjoying the special relaxing atmosphere for the perfect holiday, the gym is good to everything you need to keep active. Swim up pool bar is one to enjoy also. I’d definitely recommend anyone to enjoy a holiday here. I will plan to return.

Had an amazing time here! Absolutely perfect! Has everything including a club and water sports. The food is amazing and staff are brilliant! There are no kids so really peaceful and clean! Great ambience for single adults, couples and people in groups! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

  • 4/5 Steve S. 4 months ago on Google
Nice adult only hotel and mostly friendly staff especially Fotoulla in the main restaurant, Olympia in the lounge bar, Maria the lovely towel lady and all of the Pool Bar team. Room was clean and serviced very well each day. On check in we were asked to complete a form for food allergies which was a waste of time as we found it very difficult as there was very limited gluten free and vegetarian availability - needs to be more creative with plant based vegetarian/vegan options. Beach was disappointing being on the small side with the water sports area and also quite rocky. Lounge bar entertainment was dated and could do with refreshing .

On arrival, we were told to fill out a form, it was close to 1am, we were tired from travelling. We found the reception staff unwelcoming most days. The food wasn't good. It was bland and cold so we ate out the rest of the holiday. Parts of the hotel have been renovated but the rest of it lets it down. We had towel changes everyday, the towels were stained and frayed. Our room was spacious and cleaned throughly everyday - the ladies who cleaned our room were friendly and polite. The location is good. A short walk to the local convenience store was very handy. It's about a 40 minute coastal walk to the harbour with beautiful scenery. We stayed here for our honeymoon 5 years ago and had a lovely experience which is why we booked again. it's a shame we won't be coming back here.

We stayed at the hotel for about 5 days. Every day we extended our stay and every day we had a different price. It is better to book at once for the whole stay. The room was almost clean. I found someone else's hair. There are a lot of dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner. But I can’t call them delicious. Simple food. The area of the hotel is good. Also they have a great spa - sauna, jacuzzi (not always clean, of course).

  • 4/5 Dan S. 5 months ago on Google
Nice hotel, rooms were nice but bathrooms could do with updating. The food was good but not much variety but it’s what you can expect from a standard all inclusive. Drinks were good and the club was a great addition to the hotel with Kev the bar man running it on his own most of the time.

  • 2/5 Nathalie De B. 2 years ago on Google
Nice room, very clean Restaurant too busy, you got the possibility of other diner options but all is fully booked, as well the spa and massage options. Too noisy and too much different music's all the time. Not very relaxing. To be avoided for people looking for sportive holiday, better for partying addicts

Amazing views! Very clean and spacious room (6th floor). I Highly recommend the Spa managed by Christina the most professional and caring hairdresser! I came twice for a back - neck - shoulder massageand full body massage. Virginia was the best masseuse I’ve ever been to !!

If you are going to stay to this hotel, i will highly recommend you to get the all inclusive package as the have mouth watering food (a lot better than any other hotel in Cyprus) and a variety of drinks. The rooms (i didnt buy a sea view one) was pretty big the main bed was really soft but the smaller beds for the others was a bit stiff. The hotel is build on the beach, and if you dont like the sea you can hang out and swim in its giant pool. Overall i would visit this hotel again and i would recommend it to anyone.

Recently stayed at this hotel. Everything prefect with high standard. Guys keep it up 🤞👏 I was approached by Mr Nicolas, General manager of the hotel. We had a friendly chat. I observed his body language around his staff, he seems very cool guy, I like his style.

Beautiful hotel all-inclusive with great services, tasty food and nice restaurants (a lot of options for vegetarians), amazing sunset views from the room and restaurants. Swimming pool and pool bar, private beach, gym, water activities... etc. We stayed for our honeymoon and everything was better than we expected. The best of Cyprus. For me, must be a 5 stars hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, we received a warm welcome by the receptionists and greeted with champagne. Great food choice (especially the fish) the cocktails are soo good (would highly recommend a Singapore sling) The staff work so hard and are very friendly. Shout out to Sylvia at the restaurant who was great! Alex, Claudio at the bar and Velcho by the pool! Although we would come back it could do with some slight improvements but only minor things: 1. The seating is quite compact in the restaurant 2. Not enough seating when watching the entertainment 3. The maids were very loud in the morning 4. Snacks should be free for all inclusive But overall great experience thank you 😊

I visited this hotel, an my opinion its: NEVER AGAIN! The rooms are very poorly cleaned, I found hair everywhere, and when I say everywhere it's EVERYWHERE! Even in the bed, the pillows, the floor, buffet wasn't better I found soil in the lettuce leafs in 2 different occasions, it's a definitely NEVER AGAIN! 👎

Good hotel, great service. The room we were given was large, clean. The breakfast is not varied but you can find what to eat. We did not enjoy the pool because it was cold, but there is a pool inside that looks good and also the spa on site is of a high standard

  • 4/5 Michelle H. 2 years ago on Google
Excellent service from housekeeping lady, even she doesn’t speak English but when we asked her something she was trying to explain so hard which is I appreciate it a lot. The day after she made a lovely dog with towel for us that completely stole my heart. 🧡Thanks to her and the doorman at the lobby, they are welcoming with smile even was covered by the face mask but you know they are smiling, the receptionist didn’t tho. Unforgettable view from the room, the best spot to enjoy the sunset.

Leonardo Plaza Cypria Bay exceeded our expectations, given the ambiance, and the staffs friendliness added much more to the experience. Breakfast was included in the room price. But for a 20€ addon per person / day all inclusive was offered at the hotel, which was a good option. The food was amazing, given the spread and the varieties. Was also vegetarian friendly. Couple of negative point were the room safe storage, where u need to pay 3€/night to use it. Given the room price it was cheap from the management. Spa was also a bummer, would prefer to have not taken it.

This was our second stay and it has been even better this time than our previous visit just before the first lockdown. We cannot fault this hotel from when we checked in with the very welcome glass of champagne to the daily cleaning of our room to the very wide selection of tasty food. The gym and sauna were first class. The staff are wonderful and cannot be more helpful. Altogether another brilliant holiday and we look forward to returning later I the year. Thank you Leonardo and Mercury staff

Fantastic stay, hotel is great and the staff couldn't do enough for you from beginning to end. Wonderful food and drink all week. Hotel spotlessly clean as well as the pool, garden and beach areas. Snacks available in the Italian restaurant as well as from a vending style unit. All hot and fresh. We had a deluxe room so could reserve our sunbeds for the week, although there were always free sunbeds all week, premium branded drinks available until 1am in the lounge or the nightclub and entry into the executive lounge with snacks and drinks available from 8am until 10pm. Evening entertainment in my opinion let's it down but we just ate later and went for a walk before coming back to go into the nightclub which played mostly 80s 90s and 00s music. Beach easily accessible and clean, great watersports centre there with reasonable prices. Hotel is based in a quiet area and a taxi maybe needed to get to Paphos town. It is approximately 1.7 mile walk. Overall brilliant time and will definitely be returning. No hesitation in recommending this excellent hotel. Many thanks to the staff who worked tirelessly to make our stay a memorable one 👏 👏 👏

Great time from the moment we got off the airport transfer. The staff were so friendly and helpful, first class. During our 12 night stay at the hotel we had 2 very minor issues with our room and on both occasions someone was there to fix the issue within 10 minutes of it being reported. The food was good and always plenty of options, not all the restaurants in the hotel were open however that was made clear before we arrived. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. We had a great time at the hotel and one of the reasons was the staff who couldn’t do enough for you, thankyou.

Not a review but i wondered if you can upgrade from all inclusive? if so how much? We are returning in June and can't wait looking forward to see the changes.so excited.our perfect hotel

This was our first all inclusive holiday and I must say we were impressed. Paid for the deluxe package. 6th floor, beautiful sea views and access to the executive lounge. Extra drinks options were a bonus - the standard option is pretty good but for a small increase it was worth it. Food choices were excellent. We tried the Asian restaurant and that was probably the most disappointing part of the whole experience - Uncle Ben's rice! Lol and terrible tempura fish. Staff were great in all dealings. A bit out of the town centre but the local bus runs right past the hotel. We'll be back!

We spent two weeks at this lovely hotel for our honeymoon, and in summary it was perfect. We had the honeymoon suite which was nice and big, the staff were amazing, very friendly and always available to help. The location is great, nothing is to far away. The quality of the all inclusive food and drinks (premium drinks with the ultra all inclusive) were brilliant, and the restaurants we also very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice relaxing break.

Our stay at Leonardo was excellent, the food and drinks were in abundance throughout the day, the service friendly (especially Ella, the receptionist!) Rooms are clean and the sea view is just stunning. Location is so-so, quite far from downtown and the historic areas but everything is available at the hotel so if you don't wanna you don't need to even step out ;) The only thing to improve would just be the coktails and coffee quality, other than that highly recommended place for chill and peaceful holidays for adults (no children policy)!

We stayed for 4 nights! We booked a premium sea view room! Excellent view and very clean! The food was so good in all meals. And also the location was ideally because is close to the old town! Totally recommend it!

This has been our second visit and we have had another great time. Every single member of staff have been fantastic. We fly home tomorrow and don't want to leave! Food is great, pool is great, location is great. I would also highly recommend the waters ports that are just outside the hotel. Staff there are also great! We are looking to book again for next year!

This is such a lovely all-inclusive hotel. It have pretty much everything you need, barely a bad word to say about it! It has 2 restaurants and could potentially do with 1 or 2 more. The standard rooms are very ‘standard’ however the staff are lovely - particularly Dmitri who often is waiting at the Asian restaurant, and Velcho who often waits at the pool bar! My girlfriend and I had a great time and would 100% return!

  • 5/5 Paula P. 1 year ago on Google
Very happy with our stay. Great hotel for the price. Can't really fault much. Buffet was really good, Italian and Asian restaurants on site were great. Greek not so much ... Staff were amazing, very friendly, polite & helpful. Especially, Dinos, who was our waiter most of the time. Hotel not too vibe not too quiet. Close to town if you want to party after midnight. All together we had a great stay. Would recommend.

Room was good. Clean but nothing special. Entertainment was horrendous, definitely for the elderly. Nothing to interact with. Nothing nearby for entertainment unless you walk about 1 hour away. Food was nice, plenty of vegetarian options. All inclusive bar was great and iced coffee was lovely. Hotel was lovely but mixed clientele (elderly, young, stag parties which made lots of noise during the night including banging on doors).
