Brilliant holiday August 2023, from arrival to departure, we had a five star experience. Accommodation and food were excellent. Without exception staff went over and beyond to make sure our experience of the hotel and Coral Bay was 100% Lusine the guest liaison manager was absolutely lovely and extremely professional. She knew the South western region extremely well and provided an abundance of excellent information. She made herself know to us the day after we arrived and told us to contact her immediately if we had any queries. She was ever present around the hotel making sure everyone had everything they needed. Staff were amazing as was nightly entertainment. Just so much to do in luxurious surroundings. Met our requirements 💯. Fabulous

Stood 10 days in the hotel. But this second time in many aspects extremely disappointing. Two stars – for the good buffet (breakfast and dinner) and the good bed. But: The bathtub wasn't clean the first day. There were strange long black hairs lying around (I have short hair and stood alone in the room). 10 days later and after several room cleanings they were still there until the last day. The tables in the room had fingerprints from previous guests and were also present throughout my stay. Apparently only the bed is made and the floor cleaned. The toilet flush didn't work. After two repairs, the water only trickled, but it didn't even wash down the…. let‘s say liquid stuff. I took off the lid of the water tank to trigger the flush manually. The lid was lying around for days in my bathroom, but the cleaning-staff seemed still not to report any defect. You can forget about sleeping in. The tennis courts are cleaned daily between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. with a leaf blower, which makes a lot of noise. When I called the front desk at 6:20 am and explained that people are here for vacation and relaxation, the receptionist went to the tennis court and watched the man with the leaf blower for a while but didn't say anything to him and walked back. It is unnecessary to clean the court so early if the first tennis lesson does not start before 9 am. The walls are thin like paper, you can hear anything from your neighbours, below, above and next to you. The doors can only be closed, if you slam them – wood on wood. You can imagine what is going on on the floor from 7 am, when breakfast starts. Ideally you go to sleep after midnight and rise early, then you get away from the noise. I have been informed that I must leave my credit card number as a deposit for two rooms. Without asking me or giving me a bill, my credit card was simply charged for two rooms, already on the second day (of 10) of my stay. Although we wanted to pay for the two rooms separately at the end of our stay. In the restaurant, a chair broke under me (I have 76 kg). All the tables in the restaurant are shaking, which is extremely annoying. I understand that the tiles are uneven, but why don't you stick some felt to the table legs? The waiters keep bringing the bill without being asked, during the second course, instead of offering further drinks. When guests from two different rooms are seated at one table, bills are not properly separated by room, even though room numbers are asked. The TV remote control didn't work the entire stay.

After checking into the hotel at noon on November 28, we rested for two hours, then we went out to play, and when we returned to the hotel at 5 pm, we found that two bags worth 500 euros containing clothes, medicine, thermos cups, cosmetics, food, electric toothbrush etc. were missing. Two days passed and the hotel didn't find the items, they confirmed that their staff entered the room and lost the items, but they didn't plan to compensate us, it's terrible. A five-star hotel actually loses the customer's belongings and does not intend to compensate. Who dares to put luggage in the room?

Wonderful week at Coral Beach. Beautiful location with the most amazing sunsets every evening. Lovely room, we stayed in 2502 - big balcony with loungers and table/chairs and the best of sea views and sunsets. The staff looked after us well. Special mention to the lovely Elena who helped me start every morning so well with a smile and a wonderful tasty omelet 😊

The photos for this hotel are different in reality it’s very dated , This is a Cyprus 5 star you don’t get any fancy extras , the rooms and balcony furniture are very old the planters on the balcony were dead , very unkept the towels were hard , it’s more like a struggling 3 /4star , the fridge when we arrived had 2 bottles of water and 4 soft drinks , we were told once these were consumed we had to pay for it to be filled up , for all the orange trees around the area we had to pay for real fresh orange we were all inclusive to , This hotel caters for a lot of conferences , while we were there over 100 people from the conference came in to the buffet at lunch time , the evening entertainment is they’re staff members , no big shows , I also noticed they didn’t seem to cater for children in the dining hall , if you wanted burgers and fries you had to order it from the bar upstairs and pay separately for it , the beach is a 15 minute walk and at least a 25 minute walk into the nearest town , the promenade is very short there is no where to go at the end of it , it’s probably about 200 meters long , you need some sort of transport either car or bus , there is a car hire place across the road , although I did love all the marble stairs and some decor of the hotel and the sea views but that’s where it ends , we flew with jet2 and paid £1500 for a 5 star all inclusive experience , but got a 3 /4 star isolated experience , felt robbed !!!

The hotel is sort of secluded but within easy reach of local amenities, the Harbour and other attractions. If you don't want to drive the taxi station is on the resort, along with the bus stop on both sides of the road. It actually has most of what one may require on site and everything else across the road for those not on all inclusive. It's a very large site with something different to discover each day: several a la carte restaurants in addition to the main one, themed nights, private beaches, and a fun pool. There are several function rooms and designated areas outside for that special touch. They have a few unique shops near the reception showcasing amazing beach fashion and jewellery. There are lots of activities to enjoy on the resort, spa, on the beach, diving, snorkeling and various cruises. Great for families, large groups, couples and solo travellers. Staff (Mr Dimitri) exceeded my expectations in facilitating me when my flight arrived later then expected in the early hours of the morning. The views are beautiful from every angle I explored. I watched sunrise each morning over the mountains from my room and then the sunset whilst relaxing in the evening with a 'special' cocktail 😊 This summary doesn't do it justice, hoping to return again soon, so I can fill in the gaps 😂

Stayed here for a week. Been open 30 years (1993). Nicely spaced out although it did take a couple of days to get used to where everything was. A number of varied restaurants all quality food and varied menus. Large reception with bar and a few shops. Has four tennis courts which are easy to hire. A gym and a highly recommended spa. Grounds are well kept with plenty of sun beds around the pool. There is a pool bar which does lunchtime food but gets very busy. It has its own beach plus an harbour which offers many water sports. Really enjoyed our stay only down where the rooms which are looking tired and dated. Beds were very comfortable. Overall the hotel is in a very quiet area. A few shops and bar opposite.

More like a 3 star hotel. The staff were friendly but really unhelpful when asking about anything to do outside the hotel as they didn't seem to know much. The rooms are slightly outdated but the bed is very comfortable and the cleaners did a fabulous job each day. The food is ok but sadly not five star worthy, breakfast is exactly the same each day and not very good. Unfortunately wouldn't stay again at the price. The sea view rooms do however have a great view.

The majority of staff are helpful and welcoming, special kudos to the people at the reception bar. I found the temperature of the swimming pool water too warm. The seafront was full of seagrass pieces which did not allow us to see the stones. Not easy to enter. The part of the hotel we stayed was clean, very well serviced by staff but it was dated. One of the elevators stopped working and was not repaired for 3 days (until we left). The refrigerator in our room never worked and never repaired since there was no time to replace it. The hotel also has a gym but without towels, water or air conditioning. Most of it is shabby. I did not book the trip so I do not know how their prices compare to other hotels in the area. The food was good, no complains there. We ate outside near the pool one night (Asian restaurant) and cockroaches were walking near our feet.

We have just arrived back in the UK following 10 nights at the Coral beach hotel. This was our first time at the hotel , From the moment we arrived we were treated incredibly well. The hotel being a bit older is spacious and has a wonderful elegant feel with beautiful views across the bay. Our room (2832) had the a huge balcony with breathtaking views, I couldn't believe how lucky we were to sit and enjoy the gorgeous position looking out to sea, My only criticism would be the bathroom looked a little tired and being constructive to keep the hotel as a 5 star this would benefit from upgrade soon, otherwise accommodation is wonderful. The highest praise and heartfelt thank you to all the staff who work so incredibly hard. We had every plate we had finished with cleared immediately and drinks refreshed straight away, The food is in our opinion of fantastic quality and with plenty of choice with different themes and restaurants to enjoy. I couldn't write this review without saying thank you to Head Chef Antonis,!! you spoke to us every evening and couldn't have done more, you genuinely make people feel special, The Coral beach hotel is lucky to have someone like you! Thank you for a lovely picture with our kids who enjoyed seeing you each evening. We struggle to understand how some people have negative feedback, - I suppose some people just except something else.. our experience was very positive and so we feel compelled to say this was a wonderful holiday location for us and we felt so sad to leave, we will recommend you to everyone. Thank you to all the staff at Coral bay hotel and resort.

Really enjoyed our 7 night stay at this hotel. Normally we would not pick big hotels like this but we were really surprised with the quality and variety of the food and access to different facilities. Staff is really helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in had a fabulous sea view which was a courtesy of the hotel when we requested to stay on the higher floor. The interior of the rooms and room hallways look a bit dated but everything else including the cleanliness of the room compensated for it and left a good impression. There is good accessibility to two small beaches but be sure to get some shoes for the rocky/pebbly shore in some parts.

Great hotel, very pleasant staff and a really good selection of food. Go all inclusive to get an absolute bargain of a holiday. Would definitely recommend and will go back when the weather is warmer.

Stayed here with my son for 7 nights in July 2023. Nice hotel, lovely friendly, polite staff. Pool bar staff were very hard working. Good food. Our room was spacious and clean. Dining room was kept clean and staff were very polite. Plenty of weddings going on in the hotel and guests seemed happy with the wedding service. Regular bus service outside of the hotel, cheap to use, (unlike the taxis). Beach bays nice, pretty little marina. I enjoyed spending time here and Cyprus was beautiful. If I get the opportunity, I would like to visit again. People return back to this hotel for years as I spoke to several happy returning guests. 😊😊

We have recently got married at this hotel. And what an amazing 2 weeks we had!! Most of my wedding party stayed at the hotel, and all had a wonderful time! It’s a very clean hotel, rooms are slightly dated but you’re not in them enough to care. The food was amazing, restaurant staff were so helpful. Pool bar staff were amazing!! Such a beautiful place, perfect for a wedding venue too! Wouldn’t have got married anywhere else!! The only slight downfall, was the kids mini disco. The area that it is held in, isn’t very suitable for a family holiday. This needs to be done in an outside area, which the hotel has plenty of. Entertainment staff tried their very best, special mentions to Jenny & Joe, although I do think that’s the only area for improvement! However, would definitely visit this hotel again and now holds a special place for us.

Lovely grounds, beach and food. But shame about the decor which is best described as pre-historic and dated. The rooms are really basic, bland, only had one socket plug which is far away from the bed and defeats its purpose. The gym is also very ancient with machines that are rusty. Staff are nice enough though. Especially liked Andreas who escorted me to my room with my luggage…a lovely kind old man. The food was nice and varied- different themes every night so lots of options and it’s a buffet style. I had the all inclusive option which I think works out really well as it covers food, drinks, and refreshments throughout the day. I was here for a wedding so this made it memorable but sadly I wouldn’t choose to come back again unless there was a renovation prior. I’d rather pay a bit more and go somewhere more modern.

We had a Sea view room which was a lovely view of the sea and the pool. Lots of lovely coloured bougainvillea flowers to see around the complex . Only negative was the shower was in a big bath which I struggled to get in & out of. The tiles need updating and some paintwork on doors. Maybe more modern wardrobes as old wooden ones . Lovely large comfortable bed but need thicker pillows. Large TV on wall too .

Visited this hotel 1/11/23 for 7 nights. Great location with views over coral bay. Fantastic weather for November of highs of 27 degrees and lows of 21, which was a real surprise. The hotel wasn't full, so there were no issues with buffet service, seating, or finding a sunbed in the morning. The hotel is classed as 5* but more a good 4*(just needs updating and bathrooms remodelling and a good freshen up) The hotel closes at the end of November, reopening in February. The food choice and service was good, always a roast meal on offer, Asian and pasta dishes plus vegetarian. Every night, there was a theme too, Mexican, BBQ,Cypriot,French,Lebanese, and French. We stayed AI, but the hotel offered B&B and HB, but we found the AI was a far better deal for us. We will definitely visit this hotel again Please see my attached photos.

Hotel is in desperate need of an update. They are sweating the asset. Built in 1993 and looks like it stayed there - stayed in the Royal Suite; their best room - and it was bad. Anyway great hotel to stay in if you want to miss home.

This was our fourth visit in 15 years. The last time was 8 years ago. We have stayed in many hotels and countries over the years but for us Coral Beach Hotel is our Favourite 😍. Just came back 2 days ago after having a fantastic time there. I honestly can't think of anything to complain about. Our room was spotless and kept that way by Mary our house keeper, the bed was very comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked well. The food was gorgeous, the head chef Antony couldn't do enough for you, staff everywhere were polite and helpful. The location is good and of course the weather was fantastic and sea so warm. Hoping to go back in 2 years time for our 50th wedding anniversary. Highly recommended!!

Fabulous location view of pool, harbour and sea. Hurt my knee and the hotel couldn't have done more to help. Personalized by the manager and staff they were brilliant, couldn't do enough to help. It's only when something goes wrong that you find out how good they are, let us have the room till 3pm for no charge. Would 100% recommend this hotel and staff.

We have recently returned home from a highly enjoyable 11 nights stay in the Coral Beach Hotel . Though rated 5 star it was more 4 star as room could be updated with a shower and better wardrobes also to have drinking water made available without purchase every day would have been appreciated. Having said that we loved everything else about the hotel. We were on a H/B basis. We had an 8 th floor ‘quirky’ room with a most wonderful sea view where we enjoyed wonderful sunsets. The food was delicious and each evening had a theme menu. The chef Antonio and all the chefs met their guests to ensure all our culinary tastes were met… All the staff were very friendly, attentive and good humoured. . Each morning breakfasts were so delicious to eat while overlooking the Bay.!. Certainly worth a return visit and highly recommended..

The hotel was really good. The staff is very kind and friendly. There were sports activities in the pool and yoga. The complex of the pool is very beautiful, comfortable and clean beds. The food was excellent. A very beautiful beach. Recommends. Definitely worth the price.

As a disability scooter user the hotel was perfect. Plenty of lifts and slopes and stairs. Room large, easy to house my scooter, which I could tuck in area when not using. The staff helpful and friendly. Only consideration . Evenings only a pianist 3 three a week and the Greek dancers cancelled . Fortunately, we met new friends and went to local taverna The Frog and Toad which was fun! We had visited the hotel in November 02/22 for two weeks to assess and returned in February 02/23 for our winter break for three weeks. and shall return 02/24. That says it allj

A more charming and rustic hotel with real charm. Staff are good, friendly. Housekeeping is efficient. Good bar choices and food is good, if a little expensive if not on all inclusive package which is currently an additional €59 per person per night. Plenty of equally good food options which are cheaper, across the road or in Coral Bay. Irons are not provided but there is 1 x iron room which is essentially the cleaners cupboard. Very decent wedding venue. We married here 4 years ago. Beware there will be wedding parties here.

This is a beautiful hotel, a little dated but still very comfy and beautiful. The food is amazing, plenty of choice. The staff are so friendly, happy to help you and the facilities are very good. I will definately be back here next year! COSTA is a very good porter, happy to welcome and settle you in. Amazing hotel 🏩

We are just back after 2 week's stay at Coral Beach Hotel & Resort. The food was excellent, and the communal areas, poo and beach areas were all good. As per other comments, there isn't much entertainment on site. Nor is there much in the near walking distance. Bad points? The noise... It maybe the block we stayed in, but we could hear 'everything' from the waste pipes running down the walls, so having to listen to toilets flushing day and night. Doors slamming, even folks footsteps walking around their room, above and adjoining. Infact, the room doors all have a 1" gap at the bottom, so of a nighttime, you can even hear folk talking from the room opposite. For that reason alone, we haven't had the best sleep and won't be returning to this hotel again.

Location is amazing that's 5star. I had a beach front room although the rooms need updating, old furniture and aircon smells when turned on but eventually gets better, the only part of room was the outdoor space that was amazing. The food options is what you would expect as a buffet plastic cheese and ham, some fruits were tinned! Hotel staff robots, restaurant across the road called Legends they do good food and right opposite hotel as well as a super market. First impressions of the hotel was a luxury old peoples home from seeing the other guests :0) but that didn't bother me I wanted a peaceful get away but if young and want liveliness maybe not for you. Hotel I wouldn't label as a 5 star more 3 star

Great facilities, staff and service extremely poor and was a constant daily disappointment and frustration not to be treated fairly or acknowledged appropriately when seeking staff assistance. Travelled with young daughter, just the two of us - and as my daughter 11 described...was like we were invisible and ignored most of the time by staff. This was the biggest source of frustration and a constant irritation, even after speaking kindly to staff to share this frustration it did not change. In fact as a simple mother - daughter duo we felt ignored and unimportant compared to other guests and their treatment, walked past to take other peoples orders, lacking eye contact or acknowledgement to see if we required any service or extras. The facilities, hotel and location all good enough but very dissatisfied with level of service....made worse by the fact this was meant to be such a special trip after many months apart and the amount of money paid

Good location hotel close to Coral Bay Beach, a 5 minute walk from hotel. We had Seaview room. Across the road is a mini supermarket selling everything you need and bus stops are just outside the hotel, very easy to hop on the bus to town and all the tourist attractions. Buses super efficient too every 10-15 minutes. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Hotel food was excellent with a different theme each night offering a wide range of dishes. There were facilities (table tennis room and squash courts although the gym could have done with AC). Hotel put on daily evening entertainment including live pianist singer, casino and even disco nights. Rooms little dated but very clean. Pool is slightly smaller than expected but staff were quick to find you sun loungers with umbrella if struggle to find one if pool is busy. Overall a good hotel.

I booked Coral Beach Hotel b&b initially as a base to explore Cyprus assuming the weather would be spring like. When I arrived on Sunday I realised I might want to spend more time in the resort rather than seek out ancient ruins. So I upgraded to all inclusive for six days. It's my first time to Cyprus and I've had a brilliant time. The food here is really good quality and what a joy to see the Brits in a feeding frenzy during the breakfast buffet. There are rules around masks but the staff are fairly laid back. All the small things like the room safe the room key work seamlessly. Last week of March is very early in the season which was reflected in the numbers of areas in use. But I loved the laid back low season vibe. The resort is set out really well with different levels and plenty shady spots. I've enjoyed spotting the different lizards that dart about the place. The staff are lovely and eager to help you. I'm not sporty but there are tennis courts and a squash court plus other activities high season. There is access to an Olympic sized pool for training although you need to book and it's not supervised by a lifeguard. This isn't a cheap hotel but it's definitely value for money. Enjoy!

Stayed here in Oct 2021 and couldn't have had a better time, beautiful resort, the hotel grounds are so big and spacious that you can't get bored and never feels too crowded, breathtaking views, great service, delicious food. If you go half board you can choose to have either your lunch or dinner which I thought provided excellent flexibility depending on what we got up to for the days/nights. You can go on lovely walks to closeby beaches, (the beach five mins walk from hotel is nicer than the one on the hotel grounds), and costal walks either direction, or hop on the bus right outside the door and explore the local areas for only a couple of euro. Loved it, thank you!

This hotel is a little dated. Visited end of March. Could have had more upbeat music in the bar. Seemed to cater for 75+ food was never hot and not good for anyone with food allergies. Not a modern 5 star.

Lovely beach front hotel, outside of Paphos and coral bay so kinda in middle of know man's land so its location is not to the best, not to much around it in terms of bars and restaurants without a bit of a walk. Rooms lovely if a little dated, food generaly good if not as hot as it could be.

We stayed for 11nights in October half-board basis. This is a beautiful resort slightly dated but has a great feel lush with plants, lots of open areas. Big plus with covid rules in place hand sanitisers and masks worn in ala carte restaurant. Serving staff wore masks all the time. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to make your stay safe and enjoyable. Aritos and Nikos looked after us really well at meal times. They serve a good food variety for breakfast and dinner, but labelling was not clear at times as for example vegetarian salad had bacon topping. However we were very disappointed the in room complimentary water was served just on the day of arrival and other days its chargeable. The rooms were cleaned everyday but a bit hastily, (needs more care) dust on lamps and picture frames. The towels are very dated, lotion, shampoo and shower bottles very difficult to read the writing and the bottle design very poor to dispense. In room complimentary tea and coffees replenished every other day. Lastly be mindful don't store your drinks or food in the fridge it's chargeable.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday here in August 2022. We booked the Junior suite with a sea view which was absolutely perfect with amazing views. We particularly liked that this enabled us to benefit from a quieter more private breakfast area, along with access to the gym and spa facilities. The food was the best food we’ve had in a hotel abroad, so much choice and great quality. The drinks were also great, we recommend all inclusive. Staff very friendly and efficient. The sun loungers on the grassed area were so comfortable and a lovely relaxing place to sunbathe. The only issue was if you didn’t get there early enough we missed out on a bed. We also got engaged early one morning at the garden view point. It was the perfect setting. Nicholas the barman made sure he got sparkling wine to make mimosas so we could celebrate. We enjoyed it so much we have booked our wedding at this hotel in May 2024 and we can’t wait. We have booked the garden suite with the sea view this time. I hope it’s as fantastic then as it was in August last year (I’m sure it will be). Thank you!

The hotel is located near the seashore, and the exit to the sidewalk of Limassol is very easy. The breakfast is very generous, with lots of options, the food is always fresh and warm. The coffee machine used a good coffee blend for my taste. The check in and check out was very fast, even though I've checked in at 1am 😁 The room was big and clean, the bath fits to tall man like me (not so obvious...) and the air condition worked fine also. Because I've tripped by myself without my family I didn't get the chance to check the children aspect, but there is no facilities for kids that I found during my walks at the hotel.

Lovely food, staff and location. We upgraded to all inclusive. There was a sauna and steam room free of charge which we used lots of times . Lovely beds round the pool beautiful pool direct access to a small beach. Which was lovely though there were big stones and a lot of sea weed. Unfortunately my mattress in the room was awful . It gave me a really bad painful back and I v had to go to an osteopath to get it sorted out . I thought I might be able to turn the mattress over . But when I tried I could see it was very much past being something anyone could sleep on . There was a big stain on the under side of the mattress where someone had wet the bed . It was a health hazard . I went to reception and asked them to change it . But the replacement was not very good. And by then I was in pain laying down . This is such a shame as I would recommend this hotel. But for this most important aspect.

Fabulous hotel. Clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of sun beds and lots of different areas to sit and get away from people if so desired. Could do with a bigger chest of drawers in the bedroom. Amazing staff everywhere and good food. Try a Bounty cocktail, delicious and you can’t just have one! Have been twice and will go again.

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, clean, the food was delicious so much variety. Waiter service no need to queue at the bars. Thanks to Nicholea who introduce us to the cocktails and kept our glasses topped, a nice polite gent, great service. So many areas to dine and relax. Two beaches, large pool plenty of beds and free clean beach towels every day. Lovely place to relax

Great hotel, but beach a big disappointment, rocky & stoney. Coral Bay beach 1/2 mile away better, but not free & packed. Not enough staff serving drinks in the evening, one small bar for the whole hotel. If this is a 5 star hotel it only just scraped in. Also seemed more interested in weddings than normal guests. Wouldn't go back.

We have just returned from our trip, stayed 15 June to 23 June. The resort and facilities are amazing, every need catered for. A special shout out to George the porter at the resort, he couldn’t do enough for you, always friendly and welcoming, Being usually the first and last person you encounter at the resort, he is an absolute credit to this hotel. Many thanks George! Mr & Mrs Smith x

Me and my family had the best experience possible at this delightful resort! Beautiful beaches, pools and gorgeous wildlife. Here at the hotel we were entertained, well fed and treated exceptionally nice by the the staff. Specifically, Georgia ( a waitress at the restaurant ), Nicolae ( a waiter at the bar in the lobby ) accompanied by his brother Ioan. The hotel has provided us with activities such as swimming with the turtles and jet skiing which we all attended. Plus live entertainment every night. Our stay was well enjoyed at this resort.

This place had a lovely location. The reason for the only 3 stars were due to the food not being better and having ants in my room. I must say though, that the absolute best thing about this place is The Arts & Crafts Center. It feels like a little bubble of peace when you enter that place. Mario and his wife are amazing people and great artists, so sweet. I highly reccomend visiting them, making art with them and buying some of their art(that also hangs around the hotel).

Great facilities such as indoor and outdoor pools, squash court, table tennis and snooker. Great options for breakfast, the chef was really helpful with us being vegetarians. The rooms are spacious and airy with great views. Only request is for the hotel to provide more information on local attractions such as brochures and maps.

Older staff at bar. Very rude and not nice at all. Landed late as flights are late to there. Found no where to get food hotel in helpful unless fully inclusive. Which makes no sense. Best personnel was porter pure gentleman. Lovely place great facilities but nothing telling you what is what. Like extra costs etc. so beware guys.

😐 Three star review for a three star hotel. We went October 17th 2021 for a week with our four year old and he absolutely loved it. The pools, water park, flumes and around the clock ice cream and slushes were a total hit. Whilst not spectacular the all inclusive selection was always fresh and hot w...

👍👍 We stayed at this hotel. We arrived at a very tidy and clean hotel. Excellent food. Service above expectations. We got to the room, it was very hot, the air conditioner was not good and barely worked, and he told the owner of the place that the air conditioner was not working. The next morning, t...
