Great place with a wormhole. Or why ā€œbut no ā€¦.ā€ A brand new hotel that opened in 2022 in May. One of the most beautiful places in Cyprus. Butā€¦. Magnificent villas Butā€¦ chic lobby Butā€¦ cool owner Butā€¦ We arrived at the moment when the hotel was just opening, construction works were carried out right in front of us, something was finished, something was glued, but how can this confuse us? - New places need to be given a heartful start. Since we live nearby, all we were interested in were restaurants and the possibility of visiting the SPA and possibly visiting the beach. This is a common story for most hotels in the world, be it Nice, Marbella or Dubai. 1. swimming pool We asked: what do you need to visit the beach, we were told - the beach is only for hotel residents, but you can visit the pool, buy access to the SPA and visit the pool. Excellent! - we thought. 500 euros for three people and here it is the cherished access to the pool. Today we again arrived ā€œaccording to the usual programā€, paid for the SPA, with full confidence that, as before, we will get access to the pool, but we were surprised to learn that we do not have access to the pool. And the fact that earlier it was given to us ā€œby mistakeā€. After the scandal and arguments, we were given access - but why is it needed after that? Particularly surprising is the complete absence of visitors in the pool. (Or is it not surprising?) A huge hotel and 5 visitors near the pool, and three people in the SPA, 5% hotel occupancy and a bunch of bored staff. 2. Restaurant. Excellent restaurant. Great concept. Gorgeous sunsets. Good service. Butā€¦. No, it's not "but ...", it's BUT!!!!!! I never check the account, but thins time something pinged me. They bring an invoice of 379 euros And half the bill is not our order. Of course it's "accidental". They bring a new bill of 255 euros - and again items that we did not order. As a result, the real account is 192 euros. 379 and 192 euros, it's not about money, it's just that I haven't seen such frank rudeness for 15 years. During my life I have visited more than 450 hotels. But I have not experienced such a huge disappointment for many, many years. If the hotel has a wormhole, then it gets into everything without exception, and it doesnā€™t matter at all whether you live in a room or in a villa, or just came to the restaurant from outside. Rudeness will definitely find a client if it exists and flourishes. It is difficult to say what can be advised to this hotel with a great initial idea. Probably nothing. Time will put everything in its place. But we're definitely not going to come here. And we will not hold our events here. Itā€™s good that there are many good places in Cyprus where they understand: RELATIONSHIPS with visitors are important, and DECENCY is also important (even if this is not a business concept).

Maniki beach. If you're lucky enough to find this stretch of the beach. You'll have a gorgeous relaxing day . Only about 20 huge double sunbeds with parasols. FREE. yes FREE. You also have a waiter or waitress running around fetching whatever you like. Drinks. Food etc. Reasonably priced. Very nice pebble beach.

Our relationship with the hotel started from a big Love, but dropped down tremendously due to totally unprofessional and cheating staff. Amazing place, beautiful surroundings, nice decor. We stay outside in villas and came to the beach club, ready to pay for it. They said beach is only for hotel guests, but you can go and stay by the pool. Ok, we went to the pool, there they said - to stay by the pool, you need to pay for spa. Ok, we said - no problem. We paid for massages (which turned out to be below average) and stayed there, but going up 1 floor to the pool became a terrible problem as again they said itā€™s not possible or possible - the personnel has no general idea or policy so they make you pay first and then you stand like a refugee in front of every reception waiting for totally inefficient people to call each other. Ok hell knows why we decided to come here second time. Again paid for spa, again a scandal to get the totally empty pool, and in the end - dinner in their Greek restaurant. They cheated the bill made it 400 instead of 200 adding dishes and drinks we didnā€™t have. 3 times the brought the wrong bill, hoping we are drunk enough and wonā€™t notice. Shame on you. Overall conclusion. Beautiful place totally messed up but an unprofessional cheating personnel

Exceptional personel. Really putting the effort. The location is great as well. The resort offers a great array of amenities that you do not even miss anything. Rooms are also great, especially the private pool ones Overall, a great escape, if your budget allows.

We visited during a warm summer evening. The location is a bit out of the way but not that hard to find if you use your phone's navigation! It's a beautiful location right next to the sea with amazing views of the sunset and the Beach Club itself is modern and stylish. The service was good but not exceptional. The menu variety is decent but we were not impressed by the food quality. The cocktails we had were quite good but the food just average. The burger I had myself was overcooked and dry even though I requested it medium done. The others in our party also commented on the food being nothing special. For the money we paid the food is not worth it but hopefully they will improve soon as the place was very recently opened and the location is stunning and would be worth a visit just for that. We would visit again but not to eat.

A new and excellent hotel, a staff with a pleasant and helpful attitude, tastefully decorated and equipped rooms, a good breakfast, the hotel also has 3 more restaurants for dinners, Italian, Japanese and Middle Eastern. The hotel's spa is luxurious and equipped with an indoor pool, a large jacuzzi, a wet and dry sauna and treatment rooms. I ordered a massage and received excellent treatment from the professional Mrs. Nana. The hotel is inside a new and wide resort, there are several rest points, a well-kept beach. Simply a hotel among the leaders in Cyprus, I have stayed in several luxury hotels in Cyprus and it is the best, I will return to it in the future

We live nearby and had a very bad experience at one of their restaurants. To be fair the food was very good. But they have made a big mistake regarding the bill. Sure, this can happen, no problem. BUT it was more than disappointing how they handled it and firstly tried to blame the guest for their own mistake and made us look like we didn't want to pay the bill. So they managed to destroy our special evening which we actually wanted to celebrate. Thank you. I have never had such an unpleasant experience in a luxury place like St. Georges. We will avoid this place for now and won't recommend it to friends.

Absolutely gorgeous: a location with stunning sunset views, large rooms, well equipped, very comfortable beds, great restaurants (we actually met Pastry Chef Robert who makes the delicious sweets - thank you again), not to mention the seafood dishes, all the staff very polite and well trained, large infinity swimming pool over the beach.. these are just a few things to point out. Everything was made with great attention to details, which makes the difference. Looking forward to coming back. ā¤ļø

We chose to stay at the hotel to celebrate our wedding, we stayed for four days and discovered that we chose the perfect hotel, the staff is kind and always willing to help with anything, the rooms are amazing, large and very clean, the pool is spacious and the beach is pampering with very large sunbeds. The hotel offers 3 restaurants, Japanese, Italian and Greek, we dined in all of them and the food was of a very high standard, the restaurant staff polite and pleasant. We thank the staff and the hotel crew!

If youā€™re thinking about booking Cap St George, do it! Everything at the hotel was perfect, the staff always went above and beyond, itā€™s extremely clean and tons of activities to do within the resort and nearby. Concierge are incredible, they make booking excursions a breeze with no headache! The food was great, thereā€™s a variety of different cuisine including Japanese, Italian and Mediterranean which are all delicious but the Italian Restaurant was our favourite during our stay. Overall it was a brilliant stay and honestly even after 5 days we didnā€™t explore all of the available activities, itā€™s that spacious and peaceful. We look forward to our next visit!

Really fantastic hotel with great service (including our arrival at 2am when the receptionist was waiting to help us with our bags and provide the children with toys!). Rooms were spacious and well thought out with simple sophisticated design touches. Bathrooms could be more private - not sure the unfrosted glass door is a good idea. On one day our room was not cleaned - maybe an issue with communication - but this was remedied after a call to guest services. Food was excellent and one of the highlights, lovely breakfast and first class restaurants - the Italian being easily the best. Again the service was spot on. The pools were lovely and never too busy. Kids club was also great with some of the best staff we have come across during our travels. I would say that there were limited things to do in this location, and it was disappointing that some of the activities advertised by the hotel (such as the farm to table experience) were not actually available so you might want to consider this before booking however the hotel is true 5 star and highly recommended.

My visits to Cap St Georges private club have been nothing short of extraordinary. The first time was for a performance by the talented Greek singer, Andromache, which was an intimate and unforgettable experience. The second visit during Halloween was equally impressive, with the club transformed into a luxurious yet festive space. The staff's attention to detail and the seamless execution of both events make this club the epitome of high-end entertainment. I am thrilled to be extending my experience by staying at the hotel itself. Anticipating the same high-class hospitality and a chance to relax in their luxurious accommodations.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Nevertheless the staff is so execrable that it erases the beauty of the place. Only the maintenance people are adorable, but the reception or service people are detestable. No smile, no friendliness, and they even manage to be intrusive and speak with disrespect. When you go on vacation and you pay for nights in a luxury hotel you expect at least a little courtesy and a warm welcome but apparently not in this resort

A real gem in Cyprus, quite possibly the best in Paphos district. Stayed there twice and the rooms are superior, amazing Spa, excellent food and the staff is really truing their absolute best. Looking forward to visiting again.

My visit to the Barbershop at this hotel was a nightmare due to its extreme lack of cleanliness. The entire place was covered in hair clippings, and the barber's station looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The chairs were stained and dirty, and I didn't even want to sit down. It was not just unhygienic but also very unprofessional. I left there feeling disgusted and regretful for even stepping inside. I wouldn't advise anyone to subject themselves to such a filthy environment

We just went to eat at their hotel. First off, the service was terrible, we had to wait 10 minutes before we could get a waiter to take our order. After 10minutes, the same waiter came back and told us that they had no more steak?!!!!! I got mad but I tried to keep calm because why tell me after 10 minutes. We had our food which was pretty good but the bill came with food we had never ordered, like the steak. The bill came at 468 euros! After talking to the waiters I finally got them to subtract the extras they added and it came to a total of 343 euros of items. How do you get it that wrong??? šŸ¤¦šŸ¾šŸ˜‘

Had a wonderful week at this resort - the staff were so friendly and couldnā€™t do enough to be helpful. The facilities are lovely, with a great spa, beautiful pool and good mix of restaurants. Best of all, the stunning sunsets from the gorgeous beach. Highly recommend!

Absolutely astonishing. Immaculate complex as a whole I can't rave about it enough. Visit for the first time for our honeymoon and will definitely return. All the staff are super friendly and child friendly, our 9 month old daughter loved every second and everyone of the staff were brilliant with her! The views and rooms were breathtaking and the private beach is so peaceful. Anyone who wants a peaceful holiday with plenty to do this is definitely the place for you!

Me and my wife travelled to cyprus for a relaxing week at Cap St George. Upon arrival we found that the courtesy cab that was provided by the hotel did not arrive and was left to travel in an alternative taxi which was not very nice at all. We had a fantastic stay however feel the following issues would need addressing for us to consider returning 1. the 1st floor pool has no access by stairs to the level below where the restaurants are which is frustrating having to go back inside to go down and come back out again. 2. not enough restaurants with there with the italian shutting on a monday leaving you with two to accommodate the entire hotel and weekends when locals are allowed into the hotel 3. quite a distance from anything which is fine for a relaxing holiday however lack of restaurants 4. weekends locals are allowed to enter and being that we chose a time away from school holidays found it quite busy weekends 5. Gym in my opinion opens to late 8am where you have to attempt to train and maybe swim then sauna and then get to breakfast that finishes at 8am 6. many times at breakfast had to keep asking for cappuccino which other couples experienced to the degree where most of time you just did not bother asking again. maybe put a coffee machine for people to make their own as stated previously absolutely fantastic hotel however we would need to be assured that the above has been addressed prior to us returning and we travel circa 6 times per year

the hotel cap st georges is a exceptional nice location with a generous architecture snd many nice places to spend the day. Be it at the beach or one of the high quality restaurants. The sunbeds at the beach are very comfortable. The rooms have a wonderful view over the ocean with a spacious enough balcony to do yoga. In addition the rooms have all the amenities and are built with a high quality standard. The staff is really friendly, especially Kathryna and Ana. The only drawback are maybe the waiting times for the orders at the beach. We felt very well accomodated also by the manager Kyriakos. Themis at the reception gave great recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel. We played Tennis every day at the nice courts. All in all we spent very relaxing 10 days and are looking forward to come back.

Weā€™ve had two fantastic meals here over the last week, the burgers and steak were tasty and very reasonably priced. The location of the restaurant is second to none, the views of the coastline are stunning. What really made it even more special was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, specifically Agnes and Angelo, who looked after us incredibly well. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

Tranquility and quality at its finest! Don't usually post reviews but this was an experience I had to share. Visited the premises during August 2022 with family. Just by entering the resort you feel relaxed (not only us but also the kids). It was the first time we could enjoy our holidays as a family. The perfect location with views to the Mediterranean sea from every corner and every room. Starting with the spacious rooms where simplicity meets luxury in every detail. Fantastic endless breakfast, restaurants, ice cream & pastry shop, bar with great coctails, relaxing lounge, swimming pools (kids' pools covered and separated from main without disturbing other guests), gym. The SPA area is a must try! Huge, with all amenities and best quality products! Friendly, helpful, always there to assist staff. And finally the sunset! All in all best experience ever!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The private pool is great but it isn't heated so it'll be on the 'refreshing' side but still lovely. Note that depending which direction you are coming from, Google maps might direct you to the residents entrance but just follow the signs to the hotel.

We visited this hotel with another couple recently. Firstly, let me say that the surroundings, the hotel decor & facilities are beautiful. However, the service & attention to detail in the spa area was very disappointing. I think they were short staffed, but yet there were always 3 employees at the entrance who seemed to spend more time on their computers than looking after their guests. There was no water avaiable at the water station (a basic need after sauna, steam room & treatments!) We, and other guests, had to go out to reception to request water several times before we were given a couple of plastic bottles, while the water station had jugs with citrus fruits in them but no water. Following treatments (which were good), we were brought to the relaxation room, where we were placed at tables that had not been cleared from previous guests, and no offer to clear them. Used towels littered the ladies changing room & facilities were poorly signposted. For a top class spa I would hope that things improve as I would currently rate it as 2.5 to 3*. It's saving grace is how lovely it is aesthetically. I guess we'll have to give it a second chance & re-review in a few months time.

An amazing experience where from the first time I felt the magic of the place. Not only the view of the island and the beautiful sunset but the experience at the restaurants with fresh and tasty food and exotic coctails made our holiday more advanced and enjoyable. The kids club gave a chance to me and my wife to enjoy the huge spa and olympic size pool. The personel was friendly, polite and overwhelming. A place that we will visit again.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning rooms with high ceilings and luxurious decor, making us feel like royalty. The full equipment gym was perfect for our morning workouts, and we also enjoyed the gaming lounge and spa, which offered a variety of treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The entire hotel was ultra-clean, and we felt completely safe and comfortable during our stay. The hotel's several fantastic restaurants, including local and international cuisine, offered a wide range of delicious food, and the breakfast was hands down the best we've ever had in a hotel. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries, and the breakfast staff were always friendly and accommodating. The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep, and the gift we received at checkout was an unexpected surprise that made our day so much better. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience, especially for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Nice place, however the hotel staff woke us up at 9 am to check the mini bar in the day of our departure.. we did not reply at first when they were knocking, then decided to burst in without us saying ok! When I confronted the staff about it, the lady at the reception said Ā«Ā oh is it too early for you?Ā Ā». Unacceptable service by a hotel which claims to be a 5 star hotel. When we asked if we can extend the check out, ie to check out at 2 pm, the lady at the receptionist did not even look at our room number in the system and simply said Ā«Ā unfortunately there are other guests arrivingĀ Ā». The staff did not make us feel welcome at all, the ladies at the receptionist were quite cold and did not speak greek.

A great hotel that offers an amazing experience, whatever your status or your needs are! Suitable for couples, families, singles, for those who want to relax and those who are looking for a party. There is something there for everybody! The Carnival Day was well-organized, with DJs playing in different areas and the party non-stop throughout the day! The food is sophisticated and delicious, the drinks well-prepared and the service great! Bonus: The sunset there is second to none!!
