I take giving reviews very seriously, and if you view my reviews they are mostly all very good⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! So I don’t take it lightly giving this hotel a bad review! We booked an executive suite. First the good! This hotel has a fabulous view of the sea from most rooms, a very nice pools and a delicious breakfast menu! Not so good list. Hotel transportation was almost an hour late leaving us waiting at the airport while people from other hotels were picked up in a timely manner. I had to call the hotel 4 time in the LONG wait to follow, asking where my driver was, then telling them that indeed my driver was NOT there, even though they told me he was there waiting, then I called back again to see if they were sending a driver. When the driver arrived he was VERY rude! He told us we had to wait another half hour for him to pick others up. I explained to him that I was told we would be picked up upon arrival and not have to wait. He started to yell at me and told me the email that was sent to me said I could wait up to an hour. The hotel NEVER sent me even one email after confirmation. I had to call the day before arriving and asked for pick up, at which time they told me they would be there when I arrived holding a sign with my name. The driver then tried to argue and yell at me on the way to the hotel. We asked that he quit speaking so that we could have a peaceful ride. Upon arriving at the hotel the receptionist (the lady with black curly hair and glasses) was extremely rude and yelling at me that they had emailed me in regards to my pick up time, which they did not. She was beyond RUDE!!!! We arrived at 12 Pm and were told we could not check in for 2 hours, despite the fact that the hotel was almost empty of guest. We were given a key to the lugging holding area, we placed the luggage in a luggage room where everybody could come and go as they please and get into each other’s luggage, not at all a safe environment. Upon checking into our room at 2 PM we were impressed with the size of the room. But we are very discouraged at the condition of the room and the furniture. I will post photos below of what we found on our first day here. The sun bed is broken completely and cannot be sat on, the shower leaks like crazy and soaks the bathroom floor each time you shower. The ironing board is aweful, the fridge is dented, the kitchen is not well equipped (no towels, soaps or basics) the hot tub is NASTY and not usable, clothes drying rack is filthy… the wifi is NOT usable as it kicks you out every 2 min….. the list goes on! They have updated the bathrooms to look nice upon quick inspection. Other than that the entire hotel is in terrible shape and not at all what you see in the photos posted by the hotel.

This is at the edge of Paphos. Served by the 615 bus. Its about 2.5km to the centre of town but all on the flat so easy walk. Good hotel well cleaned. Nice pools, that has kids pool either pool bar. Beach front sunbeds bit th beach is a bit off to the left. They serve lunch by the pool also. Prices are OK €4 for a beer and about €9 for lunch. They have a buffet dinner restaurant that is €25 per person that changes styles , Italian, Chinese etc. Not to bad but not the best. Good room cleaning with clean towels each day. Spacious room with good bathroom.

Lovely place to stay. Went here last year February. Weather wasn't the best but never rained which was 👍🏾. Great food and service, they have a jacuzzi area and swimming pool which we utilized everyday. Breakfast was really good and the evening meal was great. Overall a great place to stay and great experience. Also enquire about the jeep safari at front desk, which take 1 full day but well worth doing. They will pick you up in the morning from hotel. Car hire is available right opposite the hotel near lidl which is reasonably priced. Car hire Lana Best Cyprus ltd Tombs of the Kings Ave 100-Shop 7, Paphos 8063, Cyprus highly recommended if you want to try and explore the island.

We stopped here for 2 nights in May before travelling the island. We had a suite of 2 doub bedrooms, kitchen 2 bathrooms a sitting room and balcony. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped and had a large fridge freezer, washer and dishwasher. I would recommend eating in the hotel as their buffet dinners are fantastic it was fabulous to see the chef out talking to guests and explaining dishes. He took time to show my vegetarian daughter around the dishes she could eat. The breakfast is 5 star. Buffet style with more options than you can think of, although busy the staff work tirelessly to make sure you have everything you need. Breakfast can be served on the terrace. Both pools and leisure facilities are faultless immaculately clean and we're never busy for our stay. The beach can be accessed by a short walk to the sandy beach nearby. Hotel transfers you to and from the airport and will store luggage. The hotel is disabled friendly.

We had great at the resort. The staff are really courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean and bright and really comfortable. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi. The we opted for the half board option and loved the breakfast and various options at dinner. The gym is a great added option

Hotel well located, all spaces are spacious. Only our room was small, we had taken advantage of an attractive rate, this probably explains that. The pools are very large, clean. The green space facing the sea is top, a beautiful view. Very pleasant. A point of attention for the reception, we had a not very friendly person.

Fantastic hotel with great amenities and the sea view suite rooms are excellent. Great to have our own fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. We had a comfy bed and 2 bathrooms. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The buffet breakfast is of a high standard and something for everyone. The pool is a really good size and perfect for kids and adults. The beach side sun loungers are amazing, the views and sea breeze were just stunning. There is a small beach to the left of the hotel where you can take a dip to cool off. My only negative comment about the hotel is the number of cats and kittens parading around the dining areas and being allowed to sit on dining tables and chairs. During the breakfast buffet they were actively trying to climb onto peoples laps for food which I found really unhygienic. The hotel staff don’t seem to see an issue with it though?

Room was not clean, service was terrible to be honest. Cockroach running around in the lounge bar. Lipstick on my cup of coffee in the morning… Beds not comfortable was rock hard!! and the food my god was awful flavourless not fresh! Seems like they have 2 sections of the hotel the downstairs blue lagoon was Morden fresh looking but we was not allowed to use it what’s the difference why? No bottle opener in the room even tho the room has a fully functioning kitchen had to go down to the bar to open a bottle of wine. The list goes on 🤐

I booked accommodation here as part of an easyjet holiday. The hotel is quite decent with loads of loungers by the beachside and has multiple pools. The sunset by the beach with the view of the shipwreck is quite unique. However, I deduct a star 🌟 (not lightly) as the hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel but would most sincerely doubt it matches up. Some of the staff at reception were point blank rude at times. The breakfast which was included in the package was one of the most disappointing parts of the holiday. For some strange reason, the sausages were fried/cooked only every other day. Nor was the rest of the breakfast a delight. The rooms are adequate but not spacious.

Horror. Cockroaches in the room. Reluctant reception. At breakfast, they took away our plates and we didn't even eat. In wellness, if it can be called wellness. It is a mouldy, never-washed sauna in which it is dark. The water is incredibly cold. A man works here …he is a bit annoying. He looked at us nonstop. He didn't let us relax...

We spent a week at this hotel, and the verdict is: • The worst information stuff ever. • Rooms cleaning, including swapping the floor and refilling toilet paper. • Breakfast is poor without any toasted salmon, always same, different days different vegetables, that's all. • The almond milk was only one day. All the rest of the days were regularly noted as almonds. •At the "gym," nothing was working. Everything was broken and dangerous for health. • Day before leaving, i have registered transfers for 4:40 a.m. At 3:40 a.m. stuff wakes us up with words: "Hurry, the taxi is waiting." So they push us out of the hotel, without any apologies. •We don't recommend this hotel at all, it's very questionable how it's rated 4 stars. I have been staying at 3 stars hotels, and they are way better. We don't feel coming back, and we don't recommend that hotel.

Very nice hotel for individuals and family. Good location close to the see rocky beach. You can use grass field for sun bath using comfortable beds. Some palms make minimal shadow. Two swiming pools as well SPA and pool under the roof together with jacuzzi make this place comfortable for leisure and wonderfull holidays. Fantastic food at the restaurant and super long drinks at the bar. Large and comfort rooms with proper bathroom and toilet. Strongly recommended . BIG FIVE ‼️‼️👍✅️🎯

I booked the apartment well in advance, I paid for the apartment with a bathtub and during the telephone conversation you promised that I would get one. On the spot I got a much smaller room than I booked with a tiny bathroom, toilet almost in the sink, additionally without a bathtub... I reported it to the reception, and a very unpleasant gentleman started shouting at me that there were no more vacancies, even though the hotel was empty ... I forgot about the jacuzzi in the room, for which I also paid, the gentleman said that due to the covid the jacuzzi did not work, and a few hours earlier the lady at the reception offered to use the PUBLIC jacuzzi where all hotel guests are bathing. Apparently covid doesn't exist there. Mockery!

We spent 5 days in the hotel. The breakfast was copious and delicious. The room was clean, but a little neglectes. The staff is nice and friendly, except the women at the reception who has a curly hair and wear glasses. She was very rude and unfriendly all the time, and not olny with us, we heard it. She forgot to tell us important informations of the transfer to the airport, and this is why we have to wait more than 4 hours at the airport and she also handled this so badly.

This 4 stars hotel is more like 2-3 stars. Rooms are quite nice but they need to be renovated. In the hotel is a bit dirty, dirty floors, windows etc. The wifi doesen't work properly. The elevator is broken and I don't thnik it's safe. Breakfast is very tasty and various. Waitress during breakfast are quite rude. They interupt eating because they want to take plates very fast, even when I was still eating. We had been informed about getting some sandwiches instead of the last breakfast due to an early leaving but the day before when we've came they said it's impossible. It was The price is really nice but I can't recommended this hotel if you want to have nice, relac holidays.

The hotel was ok but a little ruff round the edges. You could see that there was many maintenence jobs to do that have not been done in a while. Also said they had a roof top bar but there is absolutely nothing up there! Not even a seat. Food was good (we only had breakfast) in the room you get a kettle and a fridge but no tea or coffee etc. No entertainment so a very quiet hotel. Bit of a walk to bars and restaurants but there is a bus stop opposite which was every 20mins. Goes straight to the harbour.

Good for families. There was a package for booking a room and within the price spa treatments for your choice was included. WARNING. That package costs more than having the more expensive treatments separate. When we found out that it was a marketing scam we went to complain and there was nothing they could do. They didn't even say a sorry or that they will fix that. Overall was a good expirience but this showed me the poor management that the hotel has.

Rooms are better than expected, clean enough but don't expect luxury here. Service is very amazing in breakfast, with many options to go with. - Sometimes service is good at the reception (Depends who's on shift) - Horrible service and drinks at the bar next to swimming pool - !!WARNING!! Safety issues are the worst at the swimming pool, very slippery at the entrance of the pool, better get inn by the side. (I saw in 2 days stay 3 people slipping over.) - Incredible sunset/ Seaview/ and amazing close by Beach on left of the hotel (VENUS BEACH). Overall The hotel is worth it if you get a normal or little overhigh price - Best for couples mostly.. or families with new born-kids but not.

The resort is spacious and beautiful view. However, facilities are not as good as advertising. Wifi never works, it is so hard to entertain. Kids room is boring and not so many toys. There is no playground outdoor for children. Restaurant has only buffet, not a la cart food.

Hotel to avoid. It's supposed to be a 4 * hotel, but the structure is old and not well entertained. Despite being half empty they gave us a room right next to the elevator with a beautiful parking view. Only positive thing is that the room was very big but it was extremely noisy. The pool is nice, but the life guard was very annoying. Food was horrible. All this for quite a high price.

We spent in hotel 4 days family weekend, pools was clean, but walls inside pool and outside need renovation, breakfast was standard, tasty bakery. Room service was in time. Inside our room we find washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge , microwave, that was very surprising. Hotel is big enough and need more explanation how to find reception or restaurant, first days we little lost. I like our view from the balcony. Advice hotel for all family to spend good weekend.

Absolutely terrible. I am curious why they let them be open. I was stay there many times before (6-7 years) it was an amazing place to be. It’s really bad how they let the property to destroyed. Really bad smell everywhere, no lights, destroyed air conditions controls (we couldn’t fix the temperature of the room), zero cleanliness, dampness on walls, black walls….. Also they ask a lot of money for what they offer. Really it’s a shame to have properties like this in Cyprus. The ministry of tourism has to do better job. It’s better to close it.

Horrible. Save yourself the heartache and book so where else. From the moment we stepped in the entire staff went out of their way ensuring we had the worst vacation possible. I’ve never seen anything remotely close to the subpar level of service I’ve experienced in this hotel. From room with doors that don’t close and peel off to staff that told my mom that they won’t give her a blanket because it’s “warm enough to sleep with the bed sheet”, doesn’t deserve your money. Book elsewhere, you’ll thank me.

The hotel has great location and rooms are big ! However the equipment is very old for example the AC in one of our rooms was dropping water. In the other we couldn’t change the temperature of the AC and it was freezing . We ask the staff about this issue and they said they couldn’t do anything because is a whole automatic hotel system. What is more the the sofas in the reception area was too old ! Definitely is not a 4 star hotel. It needs upgrade. Also it was overpriced

This used to be very good hotel in the past. Today it seems like a deserted hotel. Everything is filthy and outdated or broken. The smell in the hotel, especially the reception area and -1 is very bad all day. Tv broken, hair in bed, piss stains im the toilets. We wanted to leave from day one. They gave one floor to tourists from Israel and call this floor blue lagon, i have no words to describe what happens in this floor (noise, bad smells ....) The furniture at the reception is worn up. 2 star hotel Simply don't book and waste your money

Absolutely terrible hotel. The "experience" starts from the main lobby. There is another name on the building and when u enter there are signs with a different name. How odd. The lobby furniture is ripped up and dirty. The walls are all scratched up and damaged. The elevator is super slow and dirty. The AC in the room is an old knob on the wall that has no numbers. So you don't actually know which direction to turn the knob to heat or cool the room. Figure it out basically. Also there is kettle and cups but no tea or coffee! First hotel I ever see this. How cheap can you be. The "experience" continues when you try to find the pool area. Literally try to find the way there. You have to take the lift down to some basement and walk through some halls and then find some fire escape doors that take you somewhere outside. The pool bar service is very poor (except the young Asian man he was doing his best). The bald man on the other hand shouldn't be working in the service sector. I was looking at him and raising my hand to order something. He literally saw me then looked away totally ignoring me. The lamps overhead and cables are all rusted (safety hazard?) Looks like they haven't renovated the place since it was built. The pumps in the pool also are very weak so the water isn't circulating and is really hot. Can't enjoy the pool during summer! The breakfast is rich but they had one poor lady working the eggs section by herself. She literally had to take orders and fry eggs for everyone. Don't they know eggs is something everyone eats? They should be bringing trays full of sunny side up eggs from the kitchen not have one lady frying them while trying to offer scrambled eggs and pancakes as well. There was a ridiculously long cue at the eggs section because of this. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

First the customer service here is abnormally bad, the *worst* i had ever experienced. At the reception they do not treat you at all and they also tell you "one minute" and leave. We asked for 2 towels from the room service and she just yelled at us that they "ran out of towels" and that she didn't have the strength to bring us more towels and told us "go away". when we went to the reception they told .us "that's how it is" and left There is no WIFI here at all in our room and in the hotel and they are not willing to move us to a different room. There is not even a lock on the toilet/shower door. Don't come here trust me. 2.7.23 The only good thing in this hotel is the air conditioning, hillerius.

Very great resort. Rooms were fully equipped with everything needed for your stay. Very nice looking rooms and clean. The resort's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained, and there was a sauna and steam bath which was super relaxing. The options at breakfast were diverse and delicious. It was a littkedifficult to find the hotel as there was no easily visible signs. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed

We stayed in the hotel and it smelled funny and had lots of insect problems, our room was covered with ants. the breakfast is actually not bad. Service is so bad, because were from a country that is at war with their country of origin they treat us like garbage. DONT COME HERE

Not recommended… seriously guys??? No air conditioning in the lobby and corridors in the middle of August where the humidity is 1000% in Cyprus? You sweat while waiting for checking in or checking out or waiting for a taxi. The staff it’s either not training or under stress because they couldn’t do a thing. Breakfast mediocre quality The only positive thing is the access to a public beach.

We had our end of November holiday here, the atmosphere was very relaxing. A lot of food options (we had half-board) and the staff was very friendly and helpful, they also speak a lot of languages, so you won’t have any problems in this regard. The hotel is located on the seaside, 30 minutes walk to city center.

My family and I have been staying for a week in the hotel, so I’m confident to write a review. First things first, the hotel is immemorial and needs renovation. It’s visible everywhere. The walls both inside and outside the hotel have lots of big cracks. The second thing is SPA. I’m okay that massage is not working due to covid regulations, but they should write this on the website. When I come to the SPA hotel, I want to use its service, and I was disappointed to find out that I can’t. Going further with SPA, the sauna in the hotel is not working properly. It’s written that it should have 70-80 degrees Celsius, but I bet if it has 55. Moreover, the sauna hasn’t worked for 2 days out of 7. Seat Bath (hammam) - it seems to be totally broken. It’s cold inside it, and there is just a small steam generator in a big bath, so you will not feel anything. Jacuzzi - it hasn’t been working for 4 days out of 7. The water was cold during all 4 days! Gym - 2 out of 3 Treadmills are not working. Mats are very dirty. It seems that during all 7 days none cleaned the SPA zone, since when we came there for the first time, there was some rubbish from the previous visitors, and on the 7th day it still was there. The only thing good about SPA I can say is the pool. It’s warm enough and lots of people can fit in there. Rooms - rooms are pretty much the same as in the pictures, but the cleaning there is pretty bad. I saw lots of dust in the bath. Overall, I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to non of my friends.

Very nice receptionists, very friendly staff and beautiful views. Breakfast - very good, large choice. Clean and big pool, suitable for kids also. A bit far away from city centre but you can use a bus that costs 1.50 EUR or taxi service. Otherwise, highly recommended. Quite and beautiful place.

It is a bit dusty and rusty this hotel, but kind of okay. Our room was spacious. Pool is fun, it’s big and clean. Breakfast is also okay, no champagne though, but you know food is fine. The hotel itself doesn’t have it’s own beach, but the closest one is 1 min walk, they could have put the path to the beach into some kind of shape, cos there are stones etc., it might be not so easy for the families with kids, still for us it was fine. BUT the internet connection is terrible, they have to do something with it! Haven’t experienced such bad internet since 2006, I mean it - terrible. Overall for it’s money it’s ok.

  • 5/5 Ugo R. 2 years ago on Google
We have passed there 10 days, of which 3 unplanned. The receptionists were always very kind, especially to fin us those extra 3 nights. Breakfast is very tasty, unfortunately quite always the same so after a wild is boring, although very tasty I repeat. Rooms are clean and swimming pool is nice. During the week there is almost no people, on Friday and Saturday is something crazy, many local people go there just to pass a couple of night in relax, so swimming is overwhelmed 😁 I would recommend it, nothing bad about it.

Nice rooms with a sea view and beautiful sunsets, very friendly staff. There is no beach in front of the hotel so you have to walk to the venus beach nearby however the beach itself is rather mediocre with lots of sea weed. If you are after spending most of the time on the beach you better look elsewhere or rent a car

The hotel is more of the three stars than four as it is losing its splendour. You can see cracks in the walls, broken titles, missing mosaic pieces in jacuzzi. Otherwise, staff is helpful. Breakfast is quite good. One of the best sandy beaches of Paphos is nearby. It is also on the coast, so you can see the sea if you are on the right side. Hotel arranges free shuttles to the airport. It is also not far from the city. You can walk along the coast and archeological area or you can take a bus.

In and of itself a solid standard beach hotel with good service and nice location directly on the beach. Unfortunately, many things are a bit outdated, the gym is poorly equipped and not particularly clean (some Dumbbells not assembled safely!), the spa area was very dull and dark. Advice for the management: please ensure health and safety measures in the spa area (10 persons in a tiny sauna are a no-go during the pandemic) and the dining hall (no guest was wearing masks or paying attention to the hand sanitizer and picking food by hand - are you kidding me?)

  • 3/5 Μάριος . 2 years ago on Google
Clean hotel, friendly staff but very outdated. Needs maintenance. Most of the walls are visibly damaged. Guests are not required to wear masks or take any other safety measures, not even during breakfast even if all staff wear their masks. Definitely not value for money and for sure not the 4 star hotel that was once maybe...

First of all this was really great value for money - can’t complain about bed and breakfast basis in a big, clean room for about 60 GBP a night. Breakfast was perfectly fine. Outdoor space was pretty, leads straight down to rocky coast and they gave me a sea view room without paying for it. Indoor pool open which was good considering how cold it was. However the hotel is a bit dated which perhaps isn’t apparent from the photos on e.g. Booking.com and it feels slightly institutional - no decoration or pictures in the room at all for example. Overall though this was pretty good considering the price.

It is a beautiful Hotel, but in some parts of it, it is need of repair.. bit disappointed. But the food is lovely, and it is kept spotless.. However, there is no Entertainment at the Hotel...though I'm not sure if this would be so throughout the rest of the year, as we were visiting in November. Pools are kept Spotless.

Although the place is actually great and has nice facilities, however there is someone in the reception who was so unfriendly. There is an older lady in the reception who shouted me like a dog, when I asked her politely if there is a possibility to change the room because my suite is facing a construction. She could just say "I am sorry, we don't have because ..." instead of so unpolitely scream like do to an animal. It was very annoying and disturb my vacation mode. I decided to leave the hotel soon and cannot recommend anyone for this bad experience.

Bad service transparency. The information that spa is not open to external guests due to covid is not clearly mentioned on the website, neither transferred to us when we call them. It also makes us lose the opportunity to book other spa. Therefore cannot say the hotel is really considerate for its potential guests.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for 2nights. The electricity system in the room is really awful . You can’t put your devices to charge while you are sleeping. Every 15 minutes you need to move in the room because the electricity will turn off. So there is no possibility to do it in the room while you are sleeping at all. Nobody told me about this confuse in reception due to check-in. When I came to reception to pass this information, the night manager Vasylys were really rude and spoke in appropriate way!!! and called the police as I did not stop explaining my position. So I haven’t solve my problem , nobody helped me! When I’m asked him his name, he told me: “that is the private information”. Thanks to security guy who told me night manager’s name and now I can write my review with specifically complained on him.

Slightly older hotel, it is easy to see it at it's all facilities. Apartament is large, about 50 sq m, 2 bathrooms, main room with TV, kitchen & sleeping room. Balcony with chairs and table. Well equipped with thumble, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, cutlery and crockery etc.

  • 1/5 lauren b. 2 years ago on Google
The hotels aircon was not working during our stay our 2 options were open the balcony door and get bitten to death or be too uncomfortable to sleep. The reception team literally do not care about your problems and will just shrug and say nothing I can do. There were restricted times women were allowed to use the pool which was not evident on booking.com. The whole place is tired and outdated. Give the spa a miss it's either broken or unclean or boiling hot when it should be cool (gym) or cool when it should be hot (sauna). Only positive is a good breakfast.

The customer service is really friendly especially the ones from Greece ! The receptionist was very helpful and polite and the breakfast waiter was really friendly and funny ! The spa facilities are good but not exceptional! I would recommend this hotel if you want to have an amazing stay with less badger !

4 stars as; object definitely needs a refurbishment, food is not as good as expected. Waiters are asking for collecting dishes way too often. I belive it is because of lots of customers. As a plus: extraordinary friendly staff, rooms are enormouse ! Great location, lidl shop just nearby, great seaview. I would reccimend this hotel to anyone.

Blue Lagoon (kosher hotel) and capital coast are in the same building with only dining separated. The rooms are very big and include a kitchenette and living room as if it's a small apartment. Impressed by this. The cleaning staff does a very good job. however, providing 3 stars as the general state of the hotel is poor. Rust in the bathroom, dirty curtains, broken furniture, doors, paint falling of the walls, tiles missing in the pool and more. The staff runs the hotel to best ability, but a proper renovation would be in order to freshen things up to standards.

This isn’t a 2 star hotel, fixtures and fittings broken or lose staff have no manners and look at you in anger. I also put a tag for my room to be cleaned and returned to it being more dirty than before and towels on floor, and they left cleaning products in room, I asked reception for new towels and they said they only change towels after two days. The manager of reception the lady had no manners and was extremely rude. The manager at pool bar isn’t cut out to be a member of staff let alone a manger. Disgusting service all round and room a two star and overall experience 1 star

The hotel needs some good renovation... Avoid room 216. It shouldn't be given to any guests(we did not ask for a room change, because we were staying only for a night). Noise coming from the elevator will definitely not let you sleep through the night. At least all staff were very helpful and willing to assist!!

Rooms are bigger than the avarage which is awesome, also kitchen and balcony are huge, BUT the rest of the hotel sacks!! The towels in the room had brown and yellow spots, the curtain was torn, called the reception twice to bring us new towels and waited for more than 3 hours. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, barely 2 to 3 stars.. The "spa" area which includes indoor pools and jaccuzi were terribly maintained, the pool had a bad smell and the water was foggy, the walls are dirty and parts fell off. Based on what i have seen in the hotel, it is in a transitional state from "capital coast" to "blue lagoon" hotel since all the signs around the hotel are stating the new name/brand and the concept is hosting Jewish people (which is definitely fine!), that's why everything is written in Hebrew as well. Overpriced! 170 euros for just a sleep is too much.

I love the hotel, I love the main manager - black, curly hair, she was super helpful. Hotel looks really good. These are actually apartments not rooms like 40 square meters with kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I love the location. One thing that really made my stay difficult are dinners at 7 PM !! When you are with kids it's WAAAYYY TOO LATE :(
