This hotel is awful and horrible. We saw cockroaches in the bedrooms and we went talk to the receptionist about this and ask for clean bedrooms, they didn’t gave neither other bedrooms neither any solution. After sometime he also ask us to sleep there because it was only one night. This reservation was made by Booking, and they told Booking that was not give us full refund. Just before we leave (we didn’t sleep there), the receptionist has a huge discussion with someone else and I record and put here. The cleaning was horrible, every part of the hotel is dirty even the pool was green and not blue. Please do not stay there, it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever visited.

Beware! We have been robbed there while being out on a trip during the day. Do not leave your passports or any valuable things in the room! Except of this, sticky kitchen and the bathroom used only when we really needed to. I know it is not expensive but here you have perfect example of nice booking photos vs reality.

Nothing fancy, but absolutely nothing wrong either. The room/apartment is huge, spick and span, and breakfast is delicious (minus the "coffee")

Flat out THE WORST place I’ve ever been in my entire life! Nothing was working properly (including the toilet and the shower), it’s dirty and smelly, our bed sheets were wet and yellow, the towels had stains. Because of all that, they switched our room only to find dead cockroaches, not working A/C, dirty q-tips and some more unbelievable dirt in the window rails in the new room. THANK GOD we had to stay only one night in this nightmare! This was straight up the worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel/guest house or any room ever.

Our last night here tonight, this is a lovely little hotel which is surprisingly well equipped. We stayed in room 105, which is on the ground floor with a decent sea view. Accompanying photos of the living space, bedroom, and bathroom but there's also a balcony which is a good size for a couple, possibly a small family. The bedroom is a good size, two single beds pushed together with their own tables and lamps, light switches behind the headboard etc. Dressing table with a big mirror, and carpeted floor! There's also a safe (optional, and an AC unit (optional). Bathroom is what you'd expect, shower and taps, sink, soap's, toilet, bin.. it's clean, and has been kept clean by the hotel staff. Shower head isn't amazing but it does the job. There is a little area in-between the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen/living space with 2 wardrobe's. They contain plenty of hangers, extra pillows, and extra, thicker, sheets for the beds. The kitchen is well equipped, loads of cupboard space, lots of utensils, pots and pans. It also has a combi microwave-oven-hob contraption that's pretty handy. There's also a toaster, and plenty of plates, cups, and glasses. Living space is good, but in all honesty we didn't use it much. TV was what you'd expect, couple of English channels but mostly local stuff. But let's face it, who goes away to sit watching TV. I'm afraid to say the sofa beds are one of the most uncomfortable things I've ever sat on. You either sit on one of the slats, or you fall so far into it you can't get out. Major con for us was the ant situation, I've seen this mentioned in other reviews and assumed they were overreacting, but they're not.. it's awful. All over the kitchen floor, counter tops etc. Looks like they had nested under the kitchen cupboards so I don't know what can be done about it. We informed our rep, who immediately relayed the info to the hotel receptionist but nothing was done about it. I would recommend going down to the shops and getting some ant powder. The hotel in general is nice, kept clean and well maintained. Pool is lovely, gets the sun pretty much all day. The pool area is a bit small, which is a downside as getting a chair or two can be tricky. Breakfast seems to be exclusively bacon, egg, sausage, beans, toast, jam, and marmalade.. with tea or coffee. Which is amazing for the first couple of days! But a different option would be appreciated. We skipped it a couple of times to go and try something different. Getting around is easy, 615 bus to either Coral Bay, or Paphos Harbour. The nearest bus stops seem to be about half way between both so it's only a 10-15 minute journey either way. All in all, a great place to stay and a good base to go out and explore, or get the bus to other places. Only real downside is the ants.. other than that I have no complaints. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a chilled out holiday in a nice quiet area.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel (room 115 ) for 9 nights at the beginning of November. Walking into town takes about 1hr 45min (there is no path so you gotta walk on the road which isnt the safest)or you can get a taxi that charges €20.00 each way. The hotel is located on a massive hill which isn't ideal for anyone with breathing/asthma prohlems as its very steep and rather exhausting. When running a bath the water was never hot, just warm. The plug sockets were terrible, sometimes charging phones, sometimes not working at all, most of the time taking 7hours to charge which to be honest was very inconvenient. I would definitely avoid asking the reception to book any days out or trips as they are in the nicest way possible clueless. I have booked a boat trip through the reception and upon turning up at the Harbour to go on the boat, we was told (by the boat owner) there was no boat trips that day whatsoever. We then booked the trip with the boat owner (Tom)and went on it the next day (Tom can be located at the harbour next to the big boats, he is very nice and super helpful). We was charged €20.00 by the hotel to secure the boat trip and then we was changed €20 x2 for the taxi into town and then back home so €60.00 together. Fair enough the money charged by reception was refunded plus an extra €20.00 for the taxi into town and free breakfast was offered however we was still €20.00 behind, plus the whole day was wasted and as you have to book trips in advance we was unable to go on another trip on the day which was extremely disappointing as this was my partners birthday. All the reception lady wanted is to make sure no bad review will be left and this was mentioned a annoying amount of times. The bed was okay, the bed sheets were stained and the blanket had been washed however still had blood stains on. I would definitely recommend going to Cyprus, Paphos as its honestly beautiful, food is amazing and the prices are cheap however i would definitely not recommend this hotel.

It could be a nice place. The concierge is kind. But we asked for aircondition and wifi. Aircondition was only half-hearted, wifi signal strenght was minimal in the room. In some spots strange smell spread in the air. The breakfast selection was very minimal. I liked the bonus ants and the nice, fat cockroach in the room.

The staff were very rude and racist. We arrived late at night due to flight delays and our rooms were not available!! They said they would get a taxi to take us to another hotel which we had no idea where it was and our friends were all at Sunny Hill for a birthday party. The staff shouts at guests and treatment is absolutely terrible. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms only at the reception area!!!

Please please please don't ruin your holiday by going there. Dirty room, inpolite staffing disgusting breakfast. We're actually going somewhere else for breakfast and spending as little time in the hotel as possible. Oh yeah - they also charge you €5 per day for air-conditioning. Honestly, don't go there and be careful not to confuse it with the Hotel Sunny Hill which seems to be a lot better according to reviews!

Only just checked in....the complex is well positioned for a great view of the sea. The pool looks very inviting and it all feels clean and well maintained. My room is generously sized. Will update at the end of my stay.... After my three night stay, the only gripe I have is that A/C was €5 per night extra (which was not in any web advertising) and the breakfast slot was only one hour, 9-10am...I missed my first brekkie!!!!

I give 1 star because it’s impossible to give 0 stars. Our first night when we arrive to our rooms, the first thing we saw it’s a cockroach. We saw one on the kitchen table where people cooks, as you can see in the photo. The saw another one in the bed. I couldn’t take a picture of that one. In the end, we went to the reception and tua only thing that they can do it’s “cleaning again the room”. We said that we wouldn’t stay in that hotel and they don’t give us more suggestions. We ask for the refund and they say that it’s “impossible”. We didn’t sleep in the hotel, we lost 120€, and we have to booked another hotel at 1am. Is this for real?? And the swimming pool is Green and discussing.

This place was amazing for the price you pay. Great staff happy and friendly. Sun trap around the swimming pool and the sunsets don't get better and they are different every day.

Don't expect the Ritz for the price you pay but it is a great place to stay. Its a family run business and is very clean. The staff talk great English but beware of the kittens that are around. They may be fun but the expect feeding. Quite a spacious apartment although you have to pay extra for the air conditioning

Stayed here 10 days Christmas 22 just came back last week … overall I enjoyed my stay there but It’s a mixed bag place some stuff I liked and others I didn’t! Firstly the positives : the location is quiet and nice and 10 mins drive to the centre .. the hotel on a hill and lovely views ! The flats itself are big spacious and that’s it . Stuff was okay generally the ladies in reception are good and helpful . first day we came I didn’t like the flat so we checked few others and decided on one but it smelled awful like there was peee all over , but they came and mopped and cleaned even it was cleaned already 🤷‍♂️ then the air condition wasn’t working in the room because the wall key was missing. The lady tried to fix it but couldn’t at the time then next day morning the maintenance guy came and fixed it …. Breakfast is okay same exact food everyday typical English breakfast, coffee tea bread and juices. Room service occurred every 2/3 days … Beside reception stuff, the rest are lazy and just not very social, most of them from African backgrounds and I felt some of the people there were a bit racist to them In a way ! WIFI is pretty good actually around reception and a little weak in the rooms but not too bad it was fine. Lastly, the couches in the houses are terrible not comfortable for sleeping at all ! Most of the flats are like this. Overall I enjoyed the stay .. not the best not the worst

Charlie is boss!!! Xxx All of the staff were friendly and helpful. For English speaking people ask for Charlie if you need anything... especially if you have a broad accent! The accommodation? Owners could do with a head shake!!!! Without doing a great deal or spending huge amounts... it could definitely earn 3*, at present its 2* at a push. VERY BASIC self catering. Large rooms, tiny TV, comfy beds, clean but worn towel and sheets. Accommodation in my opinion, is clean and kept clean 👌 but could be a much better place to stay with a € or 2 spent on the basics. The place! WOW! If it was not for having to walk up 'the hill' to the hotel, to get the view, back, side and frount, the view is amazing! Local restaurants and bars are good value and serve good food. To he honest, I would stay again 20 years ago :) 😃 ❤

I had a fantastic overnight stay at this hotel! The receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their helpfulness and friendly demeanor made a great impression. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

The place is beautiful, but the beds are super uncomfortable, food is mostly bad, the stoves are not working, no hair dryers. The same food over and over again.

Worst apartment ever. The so called oven handle came off so never used and as for the kettle did not work . When told the manageress she only said they are waiting for new ovens but never replaced it,as for the kettle we took it up to the reception and got a replacement. The bath had scratches all around the plug and sides. The shower curtain had 4inches of mildew up it. When you flushed the toilet it bubbled up into the bath and both sinks(kitchen one aswell). The food is atrocious only could eat toast . Tried evening meal and what should of been fresh calamari was frozen and so was the potatoes. As for cleaning it was sub standard and very dirty. The pool is more like a dunking pool not the size that on the pictures , I only went in to cool off and came out with a ear infection and the shower you are supposed to use before entering the pool was filthy never cleaned in all the time I was there. I could go on but the list is so long . It should come with health warns, as it is that bad . Enter at your own risk . I am putting in a massive complaint to the company I used . DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES AS THIS IS NOT TRUE. PLEASE BELIVE THE BAD REVIEWS AS THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN BEFORE PEOPLE GET SERUOUSLY ILL

We found 2 cockroaches in our room as soon as we entered the room. We kindly asked the hotel for the cancellation and refund which they rejected. They even told booking it was impossible there would be cockroaches even though we showed them the photos of the cockroaches in their own apartments. When we asked for the complaint book they tried to give us a white papear to write. In the end they didn’t provide a reliable alternative late in the evening, no refund and we had to find another hotel.

3 days cost as much as in 4 5 star hotel in paphos. Dirty, smelly, mold and mildew in the bathroom. The food is poor and smells bad. In the outdoor pool you will find everything but clean water

Fantastic place, I can totally reccomend to everyone who is visiting Paphos. Our hotel room was pretty big and clean, with balcony with sea view. Staff was competent and helpful, especially a receptionist, Irene, I guess. She and her friend were caring during our stay, I'm really thankful. See you next time :)

Nice apartments, clean and fairly well equipped. Staff were very friendly especially with my little boy. The complex is a short walk from the coast road between Paphos and Coral Bay but it is up a pretty steep hill. There are a few restaurants close by and also shops selling basic food items. There is a bigger supermarket located about a 20min walk up the road.

Clean and basic. Budget holiday. Staff are lovely. Bit far from the bars and restaurants but that's a bonus if you want peace and quiet. Would recommend. Loads of repeat British saying positive thing's. The snack bar isn't much so we ate out or cooked our own

I hope to see nana when we return and I promise a ham and pinaple pizza.. the service is excellent friendly and faultless.Pool was clean and inviting .Views to die for.
