The service was WAAAAY beyond amazing and the food is amazing! If you want to try local food this is the best place. Also the prices are moderate and the portions are huge!

Well.it is a perfect place with your kids. It has a big children corner (play area)! The staff was extremly friendly. The food was delicious. Coctails were good enough. We havent waited for a long, only for the bill. It is a good place i recommend it. Middle price range.

I came with my wife twice to this place, totally recommend, the food is amazing, big portions, service on point, very kind and fast server. The view to the sea is great, lovely place overall

We loved to eat at the Moorings when we stayed in phaphos. The food was fab and the staff are super friendly. Great for kids as there is a small soft play to the back of the restaurant

No exaggeration but it’s a very nice place! I cannot give 10 🌟here, not available in this app. Very fresh food, all they sieved was so delicious. I have not been in Paphos, and not sure about portion size, however but they are enormous in this place. Once we went to Moorings, we kept returning to the place! You have a big choice of different food to eat, however the restaurant have a set menu too with a very reasonable price and again for super big portions. Watch your clothes to don’t get tight as it’s very delicious and flavourful food.

The food is amazing. We first ate out here due to a recommendation and it didn't disappoint. We had food twice here and it was great both times. Staff warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The added bonus was that there is a soft play out the back, so you can sit further back from the hustle and bustle of the harbour front and eat your meal in peace whilst watching your kids. Our little one loved it. We had a meat platter between 2 of us and there was more than enough food for 2 people. Well worth a stop if you are hungry.

I didn't expect it could be so delicious! We choose this place because of the playground for the kids, allowing parents to relax outside. The fish plate we ordered was incredibly tasty, perfectly complemented by fine wine and beer.

A great experience here. The location is great, food is delicious and the staff are by far the most friendly and courteous. As a family we loved the seating and we were absolutely amazed at how fresh and tasty the food was. The restaurant was clean, tidy and bright with view of the sea - there is plenty of seating and a variety of dishes to suit vegan and vegetarian options as well. The portions good and prices reasonably. Definitely visiting here again 🙂

I walked to Paphos Harbour from my hotel which was about a 40 min walk away. The harbour is absolutely stunning with many restaurants as you walk up and down. I walked past every single one until I reached The Moorings Cafe Restaurant as it just looked inviting. Service was great, I think my drink came within 3 minutes of me sitting down and it was huge, I ordered a cocktail which took me ages to drink there was so much of it. I ordered the halloumi salad which was very nice, the perfect amount of salad to the halloumi. After I ate, I just sat in the sun watching people go by, it was very nice. I came at lunch time so I couldn't tell you the atmosphere as there weren't many people there but I can tell you the waiting staff were attentive and excellent.

What a wonderful experience dining in here is. All of the staff are very friendly, attentive, but unobtrusive. After being seated you can just relax, confident in the knowledge that you are in good hands. You feel so welcome. The service is quick and efficient, but certainly not rushed. Our wine, which was very good for a house white arrived, followed by bread. A reasonable time later our meals arrived. My Wife chose the spaghetti with seafood, which was huge, very tasty, and had a good variety of seafood in it. My choice was the tavas lefkaritikos, a wonderfully tasty lamb and vegetable dish, with local herbs and flavours to die for. Oh, the view across to the Mediterranean Sea ain't too shabby either. Thanks for a great night.

Nice location close to the harbour, we had a simple village salad and Cyprus dips between us and a couple of drinks. Very reasonable pricing for this given the location. Unfortunately our visit was slightly ruined by the amount of smokers. It seemed almost every table was smoking. Would have given five stars if perhaps the restaurant could offer some for of non smoking area for those who don’t wish to enhale others smoke.

I ordered fillet steak and it was cooked perfectly, my wife had the chicken and she enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was excellent, we ordered grilled swordfish and sea bream, it was accompanied by french fries, salad and lemon sauce. Well done, not cooked to long. Also house Cyprian wine was good quality, refreshing. Truely recommend everyone. 😊

Our first night in Pathos and after a warm welcome from the gentleman host, we were seated with blankets and a heater outside watching the sun set over the harbour. The starters were excellent: 4 garlicky bruscetta for my mother and a BBQd calamari tail for me, the best calamari I ever had🤯 The mains were equally well cooked and served by friendly staff. We ended the meal with warm home-made sticky baklava filled with toasted nuts and an Irish Bailey's coffee. The standard has been set high for the rest of our trip! Highly recommended.

Very nice food - the plate had a wide range of different traditional cyprus grilled meat, and salad was also good. 😊 Restaurant looks nice and clean, and staff is friendly.😃

Nice place with a great view of Paphos Harbour hence the name the Mooring. Service is good. Personal recommendations for this place would be it’s seafood risotto and is even worth just having a coffee here.

Great food (the Sheftalies, pictured, were excellent) - portion sizes are massive, great value for money. Lovely location. Generous, funny and very helpful staff -all of them provided first class service, but a particular special thank you to George!

Very good. The service was amazing. First time in a year I had beer, the local draught beer and it was very good! Me and my wife ended up drinking 5 each, go figure. As far as food goes, I had the special kebab (chicken, pork and lamb). While the chicken was fantastic, the pork and lamb were very dry and chewy. Prices were what you would expect from the waterfront. The sunset was great.

My Wife and I enjoyed cocktails and beer as well as a salad and a sandwich in this restaurant which overlooks Paphos port. Service was good, as was the food. The ambience was quiet, with the exception of a group of revelling drinkers near the back of this large premises. Their kids had their heads down on the table, seemingly asleep, or at least trying to ignore the din around them. The bill came to just under €30 which was very reasonable for this location.

Amazing customer service we tried many restaurants in Paphos and this one had best personnel very kind, professional and caring! We tried set menu and also Bolognese pasta, Carbonara, spare ribs and chicken soup, great taste and really big portions! Good value for money and great atmosphere in the restaurant. Also we didn't have to wait too long for the dishes, compared to other Paphos restaurants we tried 🤗 Nice mojito also 😉

Had the salmon and lamb chops grilled. Really good cooked! They ask how you want the lamb cooked. Besides fries, you can choose potatoes baked. The fact that the dishes on the card tell you if it's fresh or frozen is already a big plus. The food is brought quickly. There are fans for some extra cool air. But there are also terrace heaters for when it's cold. Toilets were reasonable clean at 21.00. Friendly personal.

I was looking for a good steak dinner and was lucky enough to find The Moorings. One of the best steaks I have ever had. Lovely family business. Friendly service. Will definitely be visiting again before I head home.

Good value and location. A free fruit cup while we waited. Excellent cheese sandwich became a toasted bun, chips and salad enough for two. With coffees cost only 10 euros, (+2 for the friendly waitress).

They have a very tasty walnut pie! We took some evening snacks and drinks. Everything tasted nice. The service was also polite and welcoming.

The location can’t be beat. The service was really good. However the food is just average. The salmon and chicken for the main dishes were overbooked, the sides lack flavor.

Tourist trap. No authenticity whatsoever. If you want to eat traditional Cypriot food go elsewhere and definitely not by the harbour. One tourist trap next to the other.

Real food beautifully presented and cooked,excellent staff ,attentive but not overly, and the empty plate speaks for its self, oh and don't forget the location 😉

Brilliant food, genuinely friendly staff, wonderful location, reasonable prices. Clean, tidy well appointed can't praise this place enough.
