Lots of British sellers probably permanently inhabitate on Cyprus. However across is banana plantage and all around is fruit, oranges, bananas, limunes...really Nice to go, domestic food also offered at pond, inside big space with very tidy toilettes, and on the market you can find really anything from needle and further. Lots of books and old tools. Definitely recoommend!!!

Duck Pond Market open Wednesday and sunday. Local market and car boot sales. Some stalls selling fresh fruit and vegetables, few cafe stalls. Some new item stalls selling shoes, handbags , sports and leisure wear. Lots of second hand car boot type stalls mostly selling DVDs and books lots of opj,s (other people's junk ) nice big car park . September 2021 Covid restrictions are in place/ face masks / safe pass is required for entry to market. Worth a 20 min wonder around .

Good little car boot sale come Sunday market, lots to offer both old and new with plenty of cheap fruit. Lots of free parking and free entry with a cafe on site and toilets.

Great local market open and full with people even out of season (we were there at January) cheap and delicious fruits, lots of things to see, smell and touch. :)

More like a car boot sale. Mainly used - though some new - clothes, electricals, books & bric a brac etc, plus a little veg & such too. Not really a market - and no sign of a pond, nor ducks either 🤔

Bargains to be had but quiet out of holiday season. Second hand market and car boot sale with dune fruit and veg stalls and a small cafe.

For the market enthusiasts. this is a mid sized market with indoors and outdoors spaces. in summer it is very hot. there is hardly any shade outdoors and indoors there is no AC and it is almost impossible.

Bit of fun really. Think boot sale, fruit market and charity shops all rolled into one. Mostly tat but a few real treasures to be found like this beautiful antique Coral necklace

It's a huge bazaraki in Cyprus I have been so far, there are lots of second hand stalls even fresh fruit /coffee shop,I am quite satisfied with the duck pond market, you can find worthy products if you dig in, it is time consuming but that is the fun of bazaraki!

A small and very local second hand market. Outdoor there are mainly clothes, some fruits and vegetables , inside the building are all kinds of items. A little bit of retro -and antique-like items, books and cd’s. Nice but not so exiting. especially not on a hot summer day… active on Sunday, not really active on Wednesday.

I regularly go to boot sales back in the UK. So I'm used to wading through some things that are not so gold. This market has a unique mix of sellers that are market stores and sellers that are into recycling. The fabrics & habadashery here is well worth a browse. I bought wires I Forgot to bring wires with me from the uk so I got these and fresh fruit.

Dirty, untidy, with nothing worth buying unless you want old cd players, obsolete cameras, rusty tools and corroded old cutlery. Needs a serious clean up. Only redeeming feature was a lot of second and books.

It's ok. A bit downmarket if you're used to UK or other European markets. Good fresh veg, fruit etc. Everything else mostly second hand so more like a car boot

Its ok, comparable to market in Kyiv. You have to be very lucky to find something worthy really cheap. Usually its around 30% more expensive compared to normal second hand prices. Of course its cheaper than new, but not very profitable. We came here at 12:00 and few sellers already were packing up, so you need to come early.

It is what it is, some good stuff and some absolute rubbish. Very good for vegetables, oranges and other 'like' produce.

5 stars because these places are rare in Cyprus. Huge selection of second hand items, particularly books, very good fresh veg and fruit selections at excellent prices. Many other items including a cafe.

Found it with Maps easily. There were no other visitors and hardly any stallholders. Most of the stalls were closed. There were no car boot sales at all. I visited in the afternoon so perhaps the action takes place in the morning? I imagine it's far busier in the high season.

Allot of rubbish if you don't know what your looking at, however some very good fruit and vegetables to be had at good prices.

Nice to have a market every week. Not many products but some good fruits.

Whatever you are looking for will find it here even if it takes a few hours. So much stuff on sale including farmers selling fruit and veg.

On a Sunday I found only two vegetables/fruits sellers. I came here in search of halloumi and I was hoping for more local producers and such goodies but I was disappointed from that point of view. Nothing like a real pazaraki like Limassol's. In fact it is a flea market so lots of old stuff if that's your thing.

Arrived about 1. Most stalls were either packed up or packing up. Go early to avoid this

It's a quaint flea market with some real nice stuff and also some rubbish (in my humble opinion) but one man's treasure is another man's treasure! What I did like is that there are two stands that sell stuff for two animal charities. There is also a small cafe where you can get a meal or a hot/cold drink.

We love this traditional style boot fair. Always great bargains to be had on a Sunday and the owners are always very helpful, chatting and friendly. Great to visit and even swing by to soak up the atmosphere. You just never know what you might find here.....Great knitting ladies too so I managed to find a knitted coat for my hairless chinese crested..... big blessing! Love it at Duck Ponds!

Lots and lots of junk plus some very good fruit and vegetables at very reasonable prices. Lots of bargains to be had amongst the junk but you need to make a list of what you are looking for.

👍👍 This small museum tells a part of the history of Cyprus during the struggle for independence from Britain in the 1950's. This boat named after Saint George was used by the EOKA to smuggle arms from Rhodes but was captured by the Royal Navy. It is displayed in a small museum along with lots of photog...
