Great experience with customer service. Gary made easy to choose what I wanted for my little DIY project. Found everything I needed for my gattering. Also the doors look fabulous. Good value for money. Highly recommended as prices are lower with a 10% then in more other places.

The employees are friendly; however, you must wait 30 minutes before the staff will serve you. There are different products with the same item number on the website and in the store. For example, you might receive the "surprise item" you have not ordered. However, the exchange process is speedy.

The service here absolutely blew me away. You know when you spend hours walking around B&Q looking for a specific item and those aproned assistants are nowhere to be found…well these guys are brilliant because on arrival they ask you what you are looking for and they would take you to that department where you are handed over to the “department specialist” Job done ✅ and they are very knowledgable 👍👍👍

I go to Paphos Homemarket quite often, most things you need are stocked here. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, the staff working outside are also very friendly and helpful and will always help to carry things to your car.

I would like to go there more often but I‘m just tired of the personnel asking for help. And when you say no they‘re following you until you leave. These guys could make so much more money just by letting people experience their store without feeling chased.

This shop has a good selection of tools, building materials and furniture. The staff are quick and helpfull and the service is good. Last time my wife and I bought a heavy Kitchen Machine. Gary, an employee offered to carry it out to the car, which is a super service.

I was exceptionally pleased with the service from Paphos home market and my two awnings I bought . They delivered the awnings a month ago when I was ill I phoned George production manager who was so helpful as I couldn’t get anyone to put them up. As soon as I mentioned it to him a day later they where up. Fantastic job over the moon. Jane very satisfied customer.

If you want everything under one roof then there are plenty of places in Paphos that provide that. If you want to buy items of the highest quality then there are many stores that provide that too. If however you want the ‘best’ customer service anywhere: then Paphos Homemarket will not be beaten. I have not met one member of staff who was not warm, welcoming and helpful on our many visits to this store. It is our ‘go to place’ for everything for the home because it stocks everything you need, it provides great quality and value for money but most of all the staff are fantastic. I cannot recommend this place enough. 5 Star Quality 👌

One of the best DIY stores in Paphos with a huge and varied range of materials from paint to parasols and tools and toilets to timber. For UK residents it is like B&Q in the Paphos sun.

Have recently ordered 2 sets of patio furniture from here, the shop is amazing, absolutely great choice of everything you need. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and well informed. All our goods were delivered the next day, had a minor problem with 1 of the pieces of furniture and a replacement came the next day, great after sales service. We also ordered a bed and mattress before we traveled from England which was delivered and assembled perfectly. A special mention for George the store manager, extremely polite, helpful and true to his word. We will definitely be visiting here again to buy more stuff.

AVOID SCAMMERS Bought a couple of times from them and every single product was missing a crucial item, which would be ok if the salespersons would properly inform you about it but they care more for the quick cash rather than helping Would not recommend

It was well stocked, average prices, I could only find limited parking at the front of the property, mainly DIY tools, paints and electrical accessories on the lower floor while furniture and household on the upper floor, although I didn't have a need to go up, so there is probably more choices.

Well...I searched where this place was on Google and saw some great reviews ! I needed sand bags and wasn't sure if I could get them but this shop seems to have everything ! Great staff great prices and I will definately be spreading the word about this shop !

last time I shop here. today i tried to buy an Einhell Dremel which was posted for 58euro only to find out at the till it was really 72euro. they were lucky as I didn't take a picture of the label, they removed it soon as I left the till, so I can file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Service as far as I know, the law states they have to sell the product at the advertised price on the label as it didn't have a beginning and an ending date for a promotion and they even had the audacity to ask if I still want to buy it at the higher price VERY DISAPPOINTED

Friendly and very helpful staff with a good range of paints and tools in stock, you can normally find what you need for home decorations or lanscaping.
