Just come back from a 7 night stay, was very disappointed with the quality of the hotel, considering the price you pay. The hotel is very tired and cleanliness is not a priority. Had to change rooms 3 times, the first room was covered in the previous occupants hairs, with stains on the sheets, curtains and peeling wallpaper. I also payed extra for a superior room with a full sea view, however the first and second room were standard rooms. When reporting the problems to reception they weren't bothered by it and didn't see a issue. The second room was just as bad with a musty smell and dirty floors. The third room I had was still not 5 star standard, not even 2, the door only opened half way and would get stuck on the floor, the shower was leaking and the toilet seat was broke. The air conditioning barely worked and was not secure to the wall. Although they will make up your room everyday, the sheets weren't changed once in our stay. We payed for All inclusive but didn't receive complimentary drinks in the room, the food was not great and we had to eat out most of the time. The hallways are very dark and dirty, the chairs in the lobby are covered in crumbs and stains. The hotel is far away from most things so a rental car or taxis are needed for pretty much everything, when you need to leave the hotel to eat because of the quality it gets expensive. The hotel is not on a beach but has a good view of the sea and a large pool. Just very disappointing for for the price you pay.

We visited family staying here. This is not a 5* hotel. A health inspector should be called. There is black mould on the ceiling in the lobby. Water drips down from the air conditioning vents onto the table splashing into the drinks and then onto the floor - this is disgusting and someone might slip. There are rotating ceiling fans that look like they’re going to fall apart outside the rear of the lobby. The rooms are spacious but there was rust on the pillar supporting the table top in the room, grime on the shower door, peeling laminate on the wardrobe and desk. Honestly this place is not fit for purpose. I’m ashamed to see places like this. They’re bad for tourism. I read the reviews online and thought I’d check it out as a visitor. I’m really surprised to see some people rating this place 5 stars on Google.

To begin with, the reception staff was exceedingly courteous and took the time to thoroughly acquaint us with the hotel's amenities. The hotel's rooms are contemporarily designed and generally well-maintained, although some exceptions exist, such as squeaky drawers that didn't close entirely. The hotel's bars boast an impressive array of drink options to cater to diverse preferences. Now, turning our attention to the dining experience. Given the predominantly all-inclusive nature of the hotel and the constant flow of food, there were some mixed impressions. The overall quality of the food was moderate, scoring around 6 out of 10. However, it is important to note that some dishes tended to be overly salty and lacked robust flavors. Moreover, there appeared to be limited choices and offerings for vegan guests, which could be improved upon. These aspects collectively challenge the hotel's claim to a 5-star rating. Upon our check-in, we encountered an unfortunate inconvenience when the hotel failed to provide beach towels. Despite a two-hour wait, we were left without the promised towels and had to request regular ones from the reception, which was disappointing and not up to expected standards. Additionally, the situation with sunbeds was less than satisfactory. Many guests were reserving sunbeds early in the morning and only utilizing them hours later, a practice that the hotel should take measures to prevent. Furthermore, our initial night was marred by a private party that led to the closure of the rooftop bar for hotel guests. A prior warning of this event would have been greatly appreciated. In sum, while the hotel boasts a range of appealing amenities that could align with a 5-star rating, there are notable gaps in both service and dining that prevent it from fully achieving this status. A more balanced focus on enhancing these aspects would contribute to a more authentic and deserving 5-star experience.

We have just stayed there for 5 days and I was worried about the reviews. It’s not a 5 star or maybe it is for Cyprus. The hotel is clean staff are really good. Food is fine but don’t expect restaurant quality. You have to be up early to bag a sunbed (6to7 am) Waterpark was great but no free drinks. As much as you want to eat and drink in the hotel as the Waterpark was separate at the front. Great pools lovely location. Yes the rooms are tired, but you can see a few years ago they would have been lovely. They just need to make better choices in decoration as it was showing signs or wear and tear. The beds were clean and comfortable and the rooms are a perfect temperature. We feel we definitely got what we paid for with no issues. Other than that my kids were sad to leave.

We have stayed in the hotel for 8 nights. Felts like they have put more effort on the looks of the reception and outside area rather than quality of food and service. + The pool area was nice and pretty . The reception lobby was nice and pretty too. Everything entertainment was there too and was nice live singers . - The service was really poor. Food was not tasty; very bland , either not salted at all or too much vinegary. It looks initially that you have many options but the choices are very small. Rooms needs updating definitely.. you can see leak marks on the ceilings, glue leftover on the wallpapers, outdated carpets in the halls. The drinks are only local drinks and poor quality. Water is only available in the glasses to help to save the planet , but cups are plastic so I don’t understand how it works. I don’t mind refilling but would have been nice to have been advised on arrival that we need to bring our water bottles with us. On the dinner service drinks menus are very limited. The sandy beach is 17 mins by walking but hotel was advertised as beach front hotel. I wouldn’t have given this hotel 5 stars, only 3 max.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Very badly maintained. The A/C was barely functioning and we had to change 3 rooms (after arguing for hours at the reception) in order to find a barely habitable one. The drinks you get at the "all inclusive" package are terrible to say the least and the food very mediocre. Would not recommend it. There are much better hotels at similar price range.

Balanced Review: Like others, we read the horrendous reviews and almost cancelled, on reflection we are glad we didn’t cancel but it is far from perfect. The most important questions are Did we have a good time? YES. Did we feel we got value for money? YES. The hotel is close to the airport so only a short transfer which was good. What you notice as you leave reception is that it is scruffy in places and does need maintenance throughout. We were happy with the room, it was a decent size and generally clean (if you didn’t look too closely). The maintenance issues carried on into the rooms but nothing major, toilet seat slipped all over the place, shower squirted water all over the bathroom and the patio door was amazingly difficult to open! We couldn’t work the air con out, called reception and the same friendly guy was there in minutes to show us which was brilliant. The pools are fantastic, we had young children and it worked for all of us. We always found beds without going down early, I’m sure if you want the prime spots you have to get there early but generally it was fine. 3 Bars all around the pool and all the staff we friendly and helpful. The water park is brilliant, kids loved it (so did the adults), nice pool there too to sit by and never seemed that busy. A bit annoying that you couldn’t use all inclusive there but we sneaked beers over without too much trouble and liked going there in the morning, back to the hotel for lunch and then the main pool with the bars for an afternoon drink. The lifeguards were brilliant, very vigilant, we actually saw one of them jump in an pull a child out who was struggling and they were cool, calm and professional. The food was okay/good. I’m not fussy so I always found something nice but it was sometimes a little confusing looking at the selection to try and make a meal out of it. The kids selection was very basic, nuggets, chips, pasta & sauce, same every day. Great if that’s all your kids want but not much selection. Breakfast was always good. The 3 restaurants are worth doing. The Greek is a set menu, it was A LOT of food and not great choice of mains or desserts for the kids, but nice. The Mexican & Italian is a bit of a con, it’s not actually 2 restaurants, just 2 sides of the same area but an amazing space, lovely roof top views and a nice place to be. Food was good, again, limited selection for the kids but nice. YOU MUST book these on arrival as otherwise you won’t get in or at a time you want. Drinks were fine, beer was cold and fizzy, spirits were local but all tasted fine. The cocktails were quite basic, more spirit and mixers than cocktails (no fruit, garnish or umbrellas) but they were fine, as was the wine. The evening entertainment was disappointing. On the terrace (which is a beautiful spot) there was usually a singer or musician, but it was more “pub singer” background music than entertainment. The kids entertainment was probably the low point. The room is horrible, it’s like a conference room with no windows, everything was sticky and a bit damp, the bar was a camping table with a cloth on it so everything was flat and warm (no ice down there) so not a place you want to spend your evening. It shouldn’t seem difficult to deliver Bingo, you must be able to get everything you need on Amazon? Not in the conference centre, what looked like one of the maintenance guys stepped on to the stage with a Tupperware box under his arm………….. He then proceeded to sit at what looked like an old school desk and rattle the box above his head whilst chanting “shaky shaky shaky” and shout out the numbers. The reality is that it is not 5 star, it is 4 at best. Maybe there is still a hangover from COVID and there is a maintenance plan in place??? But, when we booked we paid 4 star money, we had 4 star expectations and we had a 4 star experience. It is a beautiful spot and if you are booked in I think you will have a great time. If you haven’t booked yet, and you want 5 star I suggest you look elsewhere.

Honestly before going and reading the bad reviews we were a bit scared of what our stay will bring. The first and only red flag came when our room was not ready at 14:00 but 20 minutes later. Our room was on the ground floor (0) had a balcony with a walk in pool. Room was big, clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast serves a lot of choices, some a bit bland on the seasoning but it was still good. Dinner on the other hand was really delicious with a lot of options. One day was full asian night and it was excellent. Staff are very professional and made sure tables and room were clean. Location is quite far from the city centre but reachable by bus 615 every 20 minutes. Overall 4,7/5

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel in Cyprus, and it was a truly dreadful experience. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. The room I was given looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in days. The bed sheets where not changed each day the bed was remade, hair in the bathroom, and a strange odor that lingered throughout my stay. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had no interest in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. The service at this hotel was equally abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I had to wait for an eternity at the front desk just to get some basic information about the area, and when I asked for assistance after an injury, they were of no help whatsoever. It felt like they simply didn't care about the guests' experience. The amenities that were advertised on the hotel's website were a far cry from reality. The pool was dirty, the gym was in disrepair, and the so-called "spa" was a dingy, cramped room with poor equipment. It was clear that the hotel was cutting corners and not investing in maintaining its facilities. To make matters worse, the location of the hotel was far from ideal. It was situated far from the local town; a taxi or bus is the only way to get there in less than 40 minutes The noise from the nearby construction work added to the chaos. Perhaps the most infuriating part of my stay was the exorbitant price I paid for this subpar experience. This hotel claimed to be a luxury five star establishment, but it was anything but. I felt like I had been scammed out of my hard-earned money. I paid for an upgraded room which had no view, we did not get water or soft drink in the mini fridge at all. When I asked what was included in the upgraded room they just looked at each other and said they do not provide water or fill up the mini fridge with soft drinks? In conclusion, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel in Cyprus. It was a terrible experience from start to finish, with dirty rooms, unhelpful staff, inadequate amenities, and a high price tag. Save yourself the disappointment and headache and look for accommodations elsewhere, I would NEVER stay at this hotel again not even for FREE.

Although my visit was out of season (Early Feb) the hotel was on the ball. Like most hotels in this area, food choice was immense. Unfortunately some of the food on the hotplate didn't stay hot for long. Nothing anyone could do about guests leaving lids open. The selection was always eat as much as you like and over the week/ 10 days I stayed, there was always something that I really liked. There is an indoor pool which was quite nice together with a sauna and gym and a spa treatment centre. The gift shop, catered for food, drink, gifts, clothing, all sorts and the lovely lady running it couldn't do enough for us. The reception was first class and had taxi's on hand, local day trip information (well recommended) as well as hire car info, though hire car isn't really needed. Local buses will take you to most of the local touristy bits. The hotel didn't cost us the earth and hotel/ airport shuttle service was perfect. The room was a little dated and did need a lick of paint maybe, that's why I wouldn't give it a 5* rating, however, it was clean and was cleaned every day. Having a nicely heated indoor pool (I went in February) as well as a large outdoor pool, gym and spa area, I thought this was more than adequate to give it 4* We did meet a few people who said their rooms were awful, dirty, mouldy and broken fixtures. They were unhappy with the food and hotel in general. Did they ask to change rooms or even ask for an upgrade or price reduction? It's a large hotel so I would think that presented with photographic evidence and a mature, well mannered request, this may have been resolved. I must state that any hotel that doesn't cost 5* money, will never be 5* and this hotel was quite inexpensive compared with other local hotels. Maybe we were just lucky with our room, I don't know I'll be back.

Generally very nice. The rooms are well maintained and the staff are lovely. Food is good but could be warmer! Wasn't made aware before arrival that the additional restaurants would be closed and was also expecting a beach with access to the sea (may be that the travel agent forgot to mention that) - it is on the coast and has lovely views & but you cannot access the sea from the hotels location. That said you can walk a few minutes along the coastal path if you want to go for a swim in the sea. Could do with more variety of foods for the children but there's good choice for adults. Spa seems nice and reasonably priced.

Currently on our 6th day out of 7 here and all I can say is we love it here, we came in 2018 for our honeymoon and came back this year and its still just as amazing as the first time here, staff are fantastic, food is great as we haven't ate the same thing all week, rooftop restaurant is lovely, and the pool area with the views is second to none, rooms are lovely and clean. Each to their own but for people to say this is a poor quality hotel is nonsense especially for the price of the holiday, value for money and a excellent experience on both visits!! We look forward to coming back again in the future.

Lovely place to stay in February as not full. Brilliant staff and such a good choice of food in the restaurant. We'll done to the catering team. They work very hard to produce the best. Although for a quiet holiday in the summer months, it may not be the place to be. Not to deride it as it is very popular and caters for families.

Lovely resort, staff were super helpful and polite. The room was clean and stunning with a gorgeous sea view The food was absolutely incredible, it’s a buffet setup but with a really good mixture of meat based and vegetarian options with a salad bar and great desserts!! The entertainment was bingo and a singer the entire time we were there but the bingo guy was hilarious, made it really engaging hence we went back every night!

We came to this hotel for a wedding. Was such a stunning hotel and beautiful location, it is clean and tidy and the staff where extremely friendly. It is quite a walk to the harbour from here so I can see it getting pricey of you want to keep going. The wedding setting was beautiful although it was HOT at 3pm in the afternoon with no fans or shade to keep the guests warm we where covered in sweat. Then we where sent up to the rooftop for food. Again it was absolutely beautiful. Great set up, the food was delicious and the decor was stunning. The staff where impeccable although again there was no where to cool off. I could only manage a little bit of dancing where the heat just took over. Definitely need some fans up there to help cool people down. Would definitely recommend visiting here but be warned if you are at a wedding BRING A FAN

This hotel is very clean and spacious. The room we had was large and also the shower room. The cleaners came every day to empty bins and make beds and replace towels. There was so many different choices for meals which were buffet style, the only downside to this is by the time you have made your choice and sat down to eat the food had cooled down. It was easy to sleep as it was very quiet, maybe supplying extra pillows would be useful.

My partner and I have just returned from a week here and it was beautiful! I read reviews before coming and this is the main reason I am writing this review as I think people have been unfair yes some things may be correct and there is some ware and tear around the building and the rooms but nothing to the extent of ruining our holiday or needing to write about it. We had a superior room on the second floor and it was amazing. The bed was so big the room is spacious the balcony was massive and the bathroom is great! The cleaners work hard and the room and public areas are spotless. The pool is cold but I swam everyday, once you are in and the sun is shining down on you it’s lovely, I enjoyed sitting in the whirlpool listening to the music. I had no faults with the staff they were all pleasant and the waiting staff are super efficient and accommodating. Christos the porter is fantastic he was so helpful and friendly and we enjoyed afew chats with him. The food was plenty and good, lots of variety and the desserts were amazing! I really enjoyed cocktails everyday and there is a special cocktail of the day! We will definitely be returning! Thank you to everyone at King Evelthon for all your hard work in giving us a lovely holiday with beautiful memories!

This is not a 5 Star hotel! Even though it is advertised as a 5 Star. During my stay and experience here I have found this establishment to be 3 star at best! The rooms are dated and require major UPGRADES, the sun beds are missing from the balconies, the electricals are exposed and dangerously lack safety, the bulbs in the room are out, the dining area requires serious modernisation, the reception staff are not welcoming or helpful. Another point to note is that even though this is supposed to be a 5 Star hotel, there is no drinking water provided in the room, nor is there any ironing facilities within the room and unfortunately the 'laundry room' has two irons which are damaged and are not fit for purpose. The reception staff seem to not care at all, perhaps this hotel is used as a package holiday resort hence no one really cares. I was not aware that this place was a holiday and paid full price as you would for a normal 5 star hotel, mainly based on the reviews I had red online, however the reality was completely different. The whole experience was very disappointing and I have learned my lesson to never stay at a 'resort' this was my first and last.

This hotel is not a 5 star its more a 2/3 star at best . Rooms are very dated need updating there dirty holes in headboard and walls cloth space not that good 4hangers if your lucky. Unhelpful staff . Lifts always braking down. Food is horrible no choice lived on crinkle chips for 7days from kids side. No beach just rocks. Watermark is a joke all it is free entry have to buy drinks and food. Very dated hotel . One of the worse I've been to cost a fortune and seen nothing for my money . Would definitely not recommend.

Decent value for money. Buffet has a good selection, meat and vegetarian options. Bar/waiting staff all very friendly. Beautiful location, limited accessibility to some external amenities, such as cash points ATMs. Rooms are very spacious, stunning views over the hotel pools and sea. Decor is ok, a bit worn and tatty in places. The pools and pool/bar areas are great. No local buses that I could find. Had a bad experience at the Mexican restaurant, table booked and we were forgotten about as the restaurant was starting to close. Then my partner was served cheese after making it clear, "no cheese." This was raised as a complaint with reception, along with the broken TV. They seemed disinterested, and we've not heard anything back since. Badly let down by customer service.

Very nice location. The service is not professional at all. Not as clean as it should be for a 5 star hotel. The hotel has very poor decoration. The outside swimming pool juguzi was not working and they were telling us that it was working. After 2 days they admitted it was not working. The food was good in both restaurant Italian and Greek. But at the food at the main restaurant was not so good. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Overall we had a pleasant stay here, you get what you pay for, it’s cheap to stay and that’s reflected in the facilities/food provided. From the stay we had I wouldn’t say that we would class this as a 5 star hotel. We had an issue with our room where the bedside lamp was either constantly humming when turned off or this stopped when the light was switched on and had to sleep with the light on, our balcony door lock was also broken. On the second night our shower flooded the bathroom we spoke to someone in reception who sent maintenance to look at the room, as it was in the evening we were told he wouldn’t fix it that night and the initial response from reception was subpar, we were told no other room was available for us to move to, after some discussions we eventually spoke to the reservations manager who was helpful and moved us to a temporary room for that evening and then another room the following day. All rooms we stayed in are very tired and general maintenance is poor with mould in all the bathrooms, broken tv brackets, loose bedside light fittings, ripped bedding/curtains etc. The cleaners don’t actually clean the room throughout your stay, there was something questionable on our bathroom floor that was untouched for the 5 nights we were there. Cleanliness around the hotel is similar there was an ice cream stick on the floor untouched in the same place for the whole 8 days we were there. Food is okay, it’s typical buffet style food, lots of chips pizza and chicken nuggets! From speaking to other guests ‘regular’ customers get a lot better service, they are favoured by getting served drinks first, they also get bottled water free which we were told we had to pay for creating a noticeable disparity in guest experiences. There is entertainment on daily so there is always something going on both day and night, the spa/indoor pool area is nice, although I will agree with another comment about an odour around the hotel particularly in this area. Sunbeds are reserved really early in the morning and the hotel doesn’t have a policy to prevent this so there are empty sunbeds for with others struggling to find somewhere. If we returned to Cyprus it wouldn’t be to this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at King Evelthon hotel for a week, and one of the highlights was undoubtedly the bar service provided by Arthur. Not only is he incredibly professional, ensuring that every drink is perfectly crafted and served promptly, but he also brings a delightful energy to the bar. Engaging in conversation with him was always interesting, and he made the atmosphere fun and inviting. It's rare to come across such a blend of professionalism and genuine warmth. Kudos to Arthur for making my stay even more memorable!

Absolutely love this place! Go at your own pace or find one of the many places to visit or things to do. Located a short drive from Paphos town plenty of taxis and a local bus service. Spotlessly clean and the rooms are serviced with clean linen daily. All inclusive the food is a buffet service with themed nights and live cooking stations (our favourite is the omelettes at breakfast cooked just how you want them) something for everyone even the little ones who have their own buffet station. Fresh fruit and salads available at every meal. The staff are outstanding and despite being busy and having long days still take time to smile and appreciate a greeting from you. In fact on AI there is not enough time to try everything! Our second visit and looking forward to our next!

Complex is fantastic, staff are polite and helpful. The pool, amenities and availability of food and drink is fantastic. Wedding packages looked perfect. The rooms are more 3*, not the cleanest, chipped wallpaper, very basic in what's supplied. You may find you'll need to ask for more pillows, there's no iron, boards, or snack making equiptment in the rooms, they really are just somewhere to shower and sleep, however, the air conditioning is cool, fresh, the WiFi signal brilliant, and hot water available all the time.

Visited the Hotel, 'All Included' plan. This huge hotel has large and comfortable rooms. Three big pools and side bars serve any drinks one can desire. The only drawback for me was the food, which I find as not tasty and lack of variety to choose from. Over all its a really good place to stay in.

We stayed at the hotel last year in May. I was pregnant at that time and asked for a quiet room to get some rest. We got one with huge noisy ventilators just outside our window. When we asked for a different room, we got one just below the roof top bar, and could hear chairs being dragged along the floor all the time. It was not until our third attempt, but unfortunately just 3 days before our departure, that someone actually tried to help us and gave us a room which was actually quiet. This kind of lack of understanding and good will made our stay really disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel to those who hope to rest. There’s a lot going on there all the time, with weddings taking place almost every night. The acoustics of rooms is unbearable, you can hear everything going on outside your door. Forget about a nice holiday nap during the day. Also, the hotel beach is rocky, impossible to get in the water. Food was very tasty though.

It’s all about managing the right expectations. Don’t expect a 5 star service, it’s very mediocre. During our stay a few things happened that kinda ruined our mood. 1) There is no double beds. It’s two single beds pushed together so every now and then you will listen to other guests moving them again and again as the beds keep dragging apart. For the two of us there were just two flat uncomfortable pillows, it was a big deal breaker for my partner’s neck. The room itself is shabby, the wallpapers and the furniture need to be refreshed. The shower/bath is tight as well, and the sink is leaking. The view from the room was of a construction site in working progress. There was continuous noise from there. And on our last day we were woken up around 7am by the workers cutting the lawns. The hotel itself is 40 min far from downtown. It’s 20 min walk one way to Lidl, little to no footpath. If you want to see things around you will need to rent a car. 2) We were breakfast & dinner included but there was not a single bottle of water provided in the room. We had to call over to the reception. The housekeeping staff would either take the old towels without leaving a fresh ones or leave them both hanging around. 3) The beach is very tight and they share it with the other hotel. The pool is too cold so you won’t enjoy chilling in the water for longer than 10 min. The indoor pool looks unsettling, dark and not welcoming at all. 4) Even tho we enjoyed the food selection, most of it was yummy and seemed fresh, we saw a cockroach crawling out of the cheffing dish on the buffet. No comment. 5) The reception staff comes across unfriendly. Same goes for the SPA. We booked a treatment for the last day of our stay. The reception lady said it was half 11. When we showed up 11:25, they told us it was scheduled for 11. So, we asked to move it later on today as we would leave tomorrow. The lady moved us to 12:30, and when we came up again at the time, it turned out she booked us for the next day. Eventually, we moved it to 15:45. It was not fun to spend the last day of our stay running back and forth to the SPA. And the staff behaved as if this miscommunication was our fault. Worth noticing that they don’t speak English very well. And after all, a treatment wasn’t worth a bother and it definitely wasn’t worth €200 we paid for it. 6) Hallways around the place and facilities are long and dark. And there is a lingering smell of smoke throughout the hotel. 7) And last but not the least they have a russian flag hanging in front of the hotel 🚩 A complete disgrace in 2023. We still managed to have some great time, as we both are easy-going and able to put up with many things. But it didn’t match our expectations in terms of the level of service advertised. So, definitely lower your expectations or consider staying at a different place. And keep in mind it looks 10 times better at the pictures than in real life👍

Good hotel, decent service. Room we stayed in was nice and cleaned regularly but when we were leaving they moved us to a temporary room and it was falling apart at the seams. Good pool and plenty of areas to sit and different bars around to go to. Food was good, fairly repetitive but good quality.

Not quite 5 star as,off yet still a bit more to do . You feel rushed at dinner time . Some times in the morning breakfast it was cold. A lot off different foods you will not be board with the choice. I will go back there well worth the value for money . Maybe 5 star next time.

Good resort with plenty of cocktail choices. Buffet food was not amazing, but you can always find something you like. If possible choose the swim-up room, its worth it!

Lovely big hotel with massive pool area, buffet nice enough, drinks not nice, no option to buy decent makes. Needs touching up to bring back to good standards. Some soft furnishings a bit shabby, elevators need cleaning. Also we were supposed to get 3 A laCarte meals but only 2 open so got short changed! One was in the day time bar area and most of the food we could of got in the buffet hall. Enertainment not great. Just a few small changed but a nice hotel.

Large main swimming pool with waterfall a large bridge and little island. Supported by numerous smallers pools. Breakfast with many options covering all diets. From bacon and eggs to omelettes and pancakes. Service and overall level of cleaning is lacking. Recommended mostly for families.

Very nice hotel. Delicious food, quite big territory. We didn't have any problems with the staff like other people in the comments. The only thing disappointed me - lack of a good beach. There is no beach on the hotel territory, you should walk 10 minutes to it. Will I come back here? - No. Did I like staying here? - For sure!!!

Very disappointing and definitely not a 5 star hotel. Very dirty and despite our repeated reminders our room wasn't cleaned in 3 days. We didn't even have towels. Service was terrible and also the response when we repeatedly told them the rooms were dirty. Nice outdoors areas and pools but also dirty. Not recommended at all.

Four star not 5. Sorry to say. Their understanding of 5 star is way off. They are friendly and somewhat attentive but missing the difference that makes it 5 star. however, the experience is fully down to the owners and management not staff. They have not set the right standards and costs. I really don't want to be mean, its not my style. They just need to up the game to compete in a very strong market J.

For me this hotel is not worth five stars. old furniture, scratched walls. toilet door and shower door broken in the pool area. no shower heads. umbrellas broken or unable to open are often incomplete. it is old equipment and should be replaced from time to time. zero attractions on the premises of the hotel, dancers' shows are better on the streets of London or Birmingham. no entertainment other than bingo every day. the hotel next door is teeming with life, but not this one, nothing is happening here. pool music is really a failure, an old speaker that should be retired long ago. you can hear music but not clearly, the loudspeaker is rather humming. the only plus of this hotel are tasty dishes, although dishes that should be hot are often too cold - which is a pity. personally neither me nor my friends and family will come to this hotel anymore…

Beautiful hotel, well decorated, top notch facility location was advantageous and polite staff. All inclusive deal was superb can't really fault it. Cocktails were mostly wellmade, the food was a different theme at dinner time tho brekkie was same. Varied enough to find something for every pallete. Def recommend. Reviewed Nov 2021.

Booked for our 25th anniversary, hotel itself is very good, however we had the worst experience with a member of staff! We were all inclusive, and had my wife's family come over for dinner, which we had arranged at reception to be charged to our room. Halfway through our meal, a very rude abnoxious man asked if we intended to pay or did we expect it free! He was so loud and aggressive, he wouldn't even let us speak and treated us as if we were criminals, the whole restaurant was watching, shocked and silent. No apologies when we finally had the manager over! Worst experience ever!!!

Quite and safe place. Room and food was good for being a family all-inclusive resort (maybe not 5* thought). The locaion was perfect with a very nice and save beachfront paths just outside the hotel. We were treated well during our stay and everyone was kind and helpful. The every day cleaning of the rooms was not very good.

Food was ALWAYS lukewarm and meat was tough. Had to call down for towels on a couple of occasions. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls in our room and there were hairs on the counter when we checked in. As long as you have decent food and a clean room nothing else matters. This resort failed to even provide this.

The whole experience was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful and the food is good. The hotel is in a super position by the sea. Christos is always ready to greet you with a smile and is very helpful. Overall a super holiday and we are already looking forward to coming back

Very friendly & attentive staff, pretty good food, amazing view of the sea from the pool (although the outdoor pool is ice cold so nobody was able to swim in it for long!) & from a lot of the balconies (unfortunately not ours though, we overlooked a roof with a load of ripped up turf & mess so we didn’t get to enjoy our balcony in the 2 weeks we were there!) Also hotel is little out the way so be prepared to spend alot on cabs if you want to go to any bars/restaurants. Only one choice of ice cream (mini magnums) which I thought was poor especially as nowhere to buy any near by! Would give the hotel an overall a 3 & a half/4* rather than a 5 because to me a 5* is hotel should is perfect!

My partner got spiked by the bar at the bottom near the pool, he had a little miss understanding with one of the staff working in the bar then next minute after a drink he’s passed out throwing up and slept for the next 24 hours. We didn’t think much of it but then we met another couple to find out she had been in hospital all day after being spiked from that same bar, she had to have her stomach pumped. Food was average, the breakfast was terrible the only half decent thing was the omelettes. Entertainment was awful!! Bingo every night that’a it! Deffo not 5 star and we definitely would not pay the asking price for this hotel. I had to ring down for clean towels on a couple occasion as cleaners hadn’t left any. The local people lovely however and definitely felt safe in the location of the hotel.

Food really let's this place down. Both quality and cooking. Not expecting expensive food but I think a 5 start hotel should do better. Breakfast quality of eggs sausage bacon etc is like a bad greasy spoon.

We are here still and do not recommend this hotel. It definitely is not a 5* hotel more like a 4 without food but a 3 if you include the all inclusive. The food is not good at all I’m the fussy one out of the family so I won’t comment myself but my teen children who are not fussy eaters are struggling to find anything that’s warm as well as tasty. We have had 2 breakfasts which were all cold apart from the omelette that you can get cooked on request the butter in single packets leaves a nasty taste in the mouth so better to eat without.bacon is not cooked well because they put it in oven in layers of 3 and for not long enough.Lunch is much the same tasteless and cold. What wasn’t Eaton the evening before is added to something for lunch (normal you might ask) but not if it’s mussels or crab that’s been left out for a few hours. Dinner advertised with live cooking but after 2 evenings we have yet to see this. Again very tasteless food which isn’t even look warm. I did notice someone putting plate full of food in microwave but think that was breakfast (I will check tonight if available for evening food to heat up because of poor food warmers. The actual room we have while clean is again not 5* my 15 year old teen son has a bed that’s been put in because we are a party of 3 but doesn’t actually belong. The sheets don’t even fit it so every time he moves the sheet moves off mattress. 2 chairs inside and 2 chairs on balcony so someone can’t sit unless we play musical chairs. The bathroom has a bath with shower attached. Unfortunately the shower screen doesn’t stop the water from leaking under screen all over bathroom floor so have to either mop up after each of us have a shower or risk slipping over. Pool area is great but can take a long time to get drinks either from the waiter/waitress who walk around or if you join the 9 long q (and now is not peak time). No sanding beach just rocky edge that I would imagine would be hard to get in. I’ve done lots of all inclusive holiday hotel’s and while some have not been great this is by far the worst. I would not do all inclusive again after this experience its

16 of us stayed here for a wedding at the beginning of April. The room we had was quite big but the beds were uncomfortable. The food was alright but only served lukewarm unlessyou used the one microwave they had. The mexican and Italian restaurants were close for the two weeks i was there. The hotel itself was quite nice with a big pool and a small padding pool for the kids. The water was freezing in the pools except the indoor pool which was heated but still cold. The lobby bar was ok and lead onto a large outdoor area to watch the sunset on. The girls in the lobby bar worked very hard and kept us supplied with drinks. The cocktails were ok but the beer wasn't very good. There was a small water park at the front of the hotel which we used the sunbeds on every day as the ones in the big pool were always full up and it was quite there.. The sunbeds were very comfortable with a thick mattress on all of them . You could get the bus at the road in front of the hotel to coral bay or down to the port. If you like walking you could walk to the port or valley of the King's along the coastal path in about 40mins. The staff were very friendly and enjoyed my relaxing stay here .

We booked this hotel very last minute and did not have time to research it. We booked at 6am and arrived by 10pm the same day. The thing that attracted us was the "beach resort" as we love the beach. The hotel also stated it has a beach bar. There is no beach!!! There is hard packed sand, rocks and no access to go for a swim in the sea. The sun loungers are on grass and the beach bar is at the pool side. That was disappointing for us. The hotel was very nice, our room was great, lovely view, paid extra for a sea view and was not disappointed. I would say it is not 5 star standards though, more 3.5/4 star. Most of the staff appeared friendly enough apart from the restaurant staff. No one smiled, it did not appear a harmonious place to work but that seemed to come from one the lady managers who barked at her staff. Not nice to witness. Not sure I would return to this particular hotel. The food was standard, pool sides clean, beer and locally produced drinks were just okay.

We have spent here 5 beautiful days. Everything was very good. The hotel is a little bit far from the city center, so if you want to use the public transport, it wont be so comfortable. The hotel and its service were more than good. The pool was clear, food is delicious and the room is beautiful, the view from the balcony too.

King Evelthon indeed!! Went with the family and we absolutely loved the place. There was a variety of foods and everyday whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner was different. The food was fresh and the staff were amazing, polite and friendly. I especially enjoyed the cocktail bar with a bartender who made us feel welcome. There was never a dull moment with all the activities and foods open all times of the day. The rooms were clean and tidy and the fridges were regularly changed. The title truly lives up to its name and we received the best treatment. A holiday fit for a king and family too.

Just come back from 10 night holiday here the hotel is not a 4 star it is at most a 3 star The hotel is run down , our first room had a leak our second room , the bath leaked and there was bubbling on the wall between the bathroom and bedroom on the bedroom side , the lights flickered in the room ,one of the lifts had a rough repair all the carpets in the main walk ways was grotty, roof fans are hanging off ! The staff are great but the state of the hotel let's them down, the food is not the best but will do, the entertainment is ok for kids but it's the same thing every night ! We just made the best of it !

The hotel itself was lovely although maybe a bit tired in places. Could do with a little touch up. There is no air con in the hotel apart from your rooms and the reception area. Air con is needed in the restaurant as you just sit and sweat at meal times. The pool area is lovely however you cannot access the beach. The hotel is quite out the way not in walking distance of the main areas so a lot of taxis or bus required. Another thing I would mention is bottled water is not included but we took our own bottles and got these refilled. The entertainment wasn’t great for a 5 star either. I would say the hotel was initially 5 star but as tired in places it’s maybe only 4 star. Also a lot of weddings took place so the pool bar and rooftop bar was closed sometimes. The food was great and the on site restaurants were amazing however the italian was fully booked so never experienced that. I’m not sure that I would return to this hotel as would maybe rather a 5 star in the main area of paphos

We spent 6 nights here and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff and hotel is great. The service is incredible. There are 3 waitresses who we loved - Natasha, Somalia and Nadia. These ladies were just beyond lovely. Our drinks were never empty and they made sure we were always looked after. The facilities are always clean and well equipped. We loved every moment from the moment we checked in to checking out.
