Fabulous position. Loads of restaurants and bars locally and great place for.people watching. Apartments are well equipped comfortable and clean . Not luxurious but that didn't bother us . Supermarket 5 mins walk away.

Wonderful apartment with fantastic sea view in the centre of the best place to be in Paphos - close to the harbour, unmissable mosaics and best restaurants. Lovely staff, regularly cleaned and well equipped ie full size cooker and washing machine.

Beautiful location, right on the seafront with easy access to the resort area. Lovely coastal walks, especially round the headland to the next bay, and if you're fairly fit, a walk to Paphos Old Town. Apartment was kept very clean, mopped, beds made and bins emptied every day. Bed linen and towels changed twice per week. The fittings are quite dated with kitchen drawers requiring a good heave to get them open and closed but equipped with everything you need. Appliances also getting on a bit but functional, just allow a little longer if you are used to more modern washer, drier, cooker and toaster. These are minor irritations compensated by the fabulous views, watching the sunrise over the sea in the morning.

The location is amazing. For the price paid this was amazing. Outstanding view, fully equipped and very convenient. Would recommend and come back!

Very nice location on the boulevard of Kato Paphos. Complete appartement with doublet room, free wifi, airco in every room, big living with kitchen, 2 bedrooms. Washingmachine and dryer available.

Perfect location with an amazing seaview. Near the harbour area, quick access to the sea to swim, and a lot of great restaurants less than 10 minutes walk. The apartment is really clean and well equipped. The balcony is a real benefit. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Very spacious and very clean 2 bedroomed apartment. Well equipped kitchen including a washing machine and a dryer. Fabulous location just metres from the sea. Free car parking at the rear, great supermarket within a few minutes walk too. Apartment managers are incredibly helpful and I would definitely recommend a stay if you are visiting Paphos

Very central to the harbour, lovely view of the sea front, very large balcony basic furniture and fittings but you get a fully equipped kitchen with washer, dryer, microwave, toaster oven and hob and cooking utensils, loads of good restaurants close by

Great flat with loads of room. All amenities available with supermarket only a few minutes away as well as beach. Even though in a pub area it is still quiet. Satellite TV was not working and additional 35 European per week for each aircon (there are three).

Second time here. Great apartments with fantastic views. Apartments are clean, tidy and have everything you need for a holiday. Fantastic balconies which are ideal for sunbathing and people watching, close by to a good variety of bars and restaurants and supermarket only minutes away.

Clean, comfortable and a view when opening curtains in the morning worth much more than the cost of the appartment. Close to harbour, shops, restaurants and bars

Excelled our expectations. Spacious accommodation, extremely well equipped, centrally located for local buses and taxis. Close to large supermarket and restaurants. Large balcony over looking the harbour. Will definitely return and highly recommended.

Apartment just as described large, spacious, clean and comfy beds. Excellent location with restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. Even the bus station is just around the corner. Tip for over 65s all museums and archaeological sites are free but it isn't advertised you need to ask. I love the no nonsense replies from the General Manager telling guest to speak to staff on site if they have a problem instead of going home then complaining in a review. We had a slight hitch with low water pressure but after speaking to the maid 2 workmen arrived within 10 minutes and resolved the issue...... excellent service.

Booked this on the spur of the moment. Never been to Cyprus, didn't even know where Paphos was! But it was absolutely brilliant. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Within 5 minutes walk of a UNESCO world heritage site, wonderful restaurants and the sea! I could lie in bed and watch the waves break on the shore. O.k the apartment was not luxurious but it had everything we needed. It was immaculately clean and in a wonderful setting. We will definitely be going back, sooner rather than later!!

Read the reviews tossed them to one side. Now then there was a lot of work going on around area all to freshen up tired paths and buildings. Putting that aside fabulous location two bed apartment 30 seconds your walking on the edge of the sea that the balcony faces. Just be warned there are steps to these apartments and no lifts. Like I said two bed with ample size kitchen fridge freezer, four cooking rings and oven, washing machine, tumble dryer if needed. Air conditioning is available and all looked relatively new, I must say bedrooms are little dated but your not living in them. The staff are amazing maintenance crew always available within day hours and domestic Maria a blessing comes in five days a week and leaves apartment sparkling she really is a trooper, Eleanor is the lady in the office very helpful and very approachable we couldn't wish for a better combination. Below the apartments selection of shops and restaurants Mar Bianco became a favourite really nice food awesome seafood platter which can be shared for two. A short walk Tea For Two specialises on english food very very good breakfast awesome meals, snacks and sweets. All staff very polite and friendly. papanthaniou supermarket only minutes walk away and poplife a bit further away. The harbour area less than five minutes away with lots of fish restaurants which are very pricey. To the rear of the old Debenhams building there's a free archeological stones mosaics etc, the bus terminal is near if you wish to venture fares at €1:50 per person to the king's Mall wort a visit or beyond to coral bay just need to check bus number also be aware on busses now the driver is not allowed to shout out which stop they are at. What ever you decide to do hope your time is as enjoyable as ours was, definitely returning next year

The Paphina Sea View Apartments are right on the main promenade in Kato Paphos (Paphos Town) above the shops and restaurants with a fantastic view over the sea. In the evening it's great for people watching and in the night for wave watching! The street is pedestrianised so there is no traffic! From the beginning to the end of our stay, the staff could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. I must mention our lovely maid Maria. She asked us every time she saw us if we were happy, which really matters. The room was cleaned every day, great air conditioning and facilities. The bed and furniture were a little tired but forgivable as everything else was brilliant. Elena, the Manager is on hand with any questions and they do have an office and a reception full (I mean full) of books and magazines. The entrance to the Apartments are at the back of the shops which is a little scruffy but do not let this put you off, just embrace it for what it is as it serves as a car park and the kitchens for the fronts. The shops and restaurants are not noisy when you are above, it actually adds to the ambience of being "downtown". There is a huge supermarket within walking distance and the coach drop off is manageable. We loved it here, we would definitely return.

Lovely place perfect for all the restaurants on the harbour

Stayed for one week beginning of July 2023. Excellent apartments, we don't sit around a pool so had everything we needed, well equipped, even a washing macine and dryer, iron etc. (Handy if you want to do your laundry in the sun instead of in the rain when you get home!). Air con in every room, definitely needed! Apartment was cleaned and towels changed almost every day. Location couldn't be better, beautiful views, close to bars and restaurants, a short walk to archaeology site, was brilliant! The apartment owners were so generous, no extra charge for anything, including letting us keep our apartment while our pick up in the evening! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back. Arrived home yesterday(26-04-23) after a brilliant 10 day stay at paphinia sea view apartments. Can't rate highly enough the views, the spacious apartments and the excellent staff. Arrived on day one and wasn't keen on the view whilst seated on the balcony, so went to the office and had a word with Eleanor and within a couple of hours she found us a room on the 1st floor with loads of outside space and views to die for. If you're looking for luxurious interiors don't stay here, if you're looking for luxurious views then do. Had the most amazing holiday and already planning for next year. Only thing that stopped it being perfect, there was no safe in the room but that's just splitting hairs. Thank you Eleanor and all the hardworking staff, it was fantastic.
