Food quality is average and feels like the same cafeteria style mass produced variety every day. Room never got cleaned unless we complained as for some reason cleaners would never come unless we called. And you have to pay a daily fee to use the in-room safe!

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The reception staff were very welcoming and efficient. The hotel is very clean and fresh. Nice comfortable rooms and good selection of food. All inclusive was good value!! The breakfast staff were also very pleasant and smart. Nice pool area. Good location. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel and our room were absolutely stunning and sparkling clean. The views were amazing and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that was not perfect was the food and the drinks in the All Inclusive package. The options for drinks (coffee, beer, cocktails) were a little bit limiting and the cocktails were not up to standard. Some of the food, like the salads and some other items were really nice and fresh. However, some of the other food items were not as great and the didn't generally feel as fresh. Also there was a slight limitation in the food options as well, especially the meat options, and extremely few fish options. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back. With that being said i would love to see some improvements being made on the menu because it is shame as the hotel itself and the staff are amazing.

Overall it’s a good hotel. Very friendly staff, that are welcoming and caring. Everything is very clean and well cared. When we arrived we was offered free champagne and drinks for the kids and our bags were taken to the room. However, my only complaint is that hotel feels very full. For example, long waits for lifts, struggling to find sun beds and etc.

2nd time visiting and once again a faultless stay. Rooms are great as are the facilities. The food being varied and 1st class. What excels mostly are the staff who cannot do enough to help. Big shout out to Kevin on the bar who always greets you with a smile and warm welcome. Definitely be returning for the 3rd visit. Thanks 👏👏👏👏

I stayed here for a week with a group of friends and we loved every minute! The location was nice and close to the harbour which was lovely to explore and we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of food and drinks on offer! We were really impressed by the activities put on by the animation team and loved how they provided a range that was suitable for everyone in the group to enjoy! We especially loved Madi who had an infectious energy and was always smiling! The whole team was great and made our experience extra special! Would definitely recommend!!!

Great hotel, at a great location, with great and friendly staff and food. Also provided with a decent sized pool that made our stay even better and lets not forget the drinks. A couple of minor negative things, were the use of lift which was only one for our block and which resulted in various minutes of waiting at times especially during rush hours like breakfast etc. Also some of the activities that were announced by the hotel staff, did not take place. Other than that we were very pleased with out stay and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a short or even long stay at Paphos and will definitely visit again.

Nice hotel, great views. Good entertainment for the kids. The food was not good, our room was not clean enough, the halls of the hotel felt dusty and dirty. Pool was nice but it was so busy with people. I guess I would rate the whole experience higher if we hadn’t stayed at the end of august…

The hotel is of good quality but show signs of ageing. The food in the hotel was of a very average quality. The new year eve was badly organised, there was little space in the lobby to sit. The pizza was horrible they give us a pizza straight from the freezer with a disgusting sausage topping. There is an indoor swimming pool with sea water but it is paid 10€ FOR 10 MINUTES, what is that supposed to be. In addition, you have to make a reservation to go to the sauna. It is showing that the hotel does not have a good approach to clients and needs to improve quality. Should be 3 star hotel.

Just got back after spending 10 days, the hotel is spotless and house keeping work tirelessly. Stayed in many all inclusive and bar/restaurant staff can be surly but the staff here are a delight. Sabina who is the supervisor for the pool bar was charming and great fun. She was lovely to the kids around. Ask for a Sabina cocktail you won’t be disappointed. On an arrival we all got welcomed with a glass of bubbly. We were a party of 13 and we all had a lovely holiday. Thank you to all the staff 😉

Great hotel view clean, staff always friendly and happy to help. Good size pool, food was okay for me, the entertainment was great. The hypnotist was a great laugh, definitely recommend watching that if possible. Plenty of deck chairs to choose so no need to get up earlier to get a chair. Get a fresh towel every day so need to bring your own. Shout out to the entertainment staff for doing amazing job. The water Zumba is great fun. 1000% recommend

We spent 4 days at this hotel, the all inclusive was really good choice for us, various drinks, lots of good meal choices, evening programs.. The weather was great so it was nice relax on sun-beds and to swim in the sea it was two minutes. Thank you hotel Leonardo team for nice care, and special thanks to Christiana! ;)

Great location and great food but room was run down and staff were not as friendly as the other Leonardo hotel. Would be great for people with kids but for us as a couple it could have been better if there was some sections for the adults. I also saw a cockroach in the lobby and food on the floor.

Beautiful, exotic location. The facilities were good and the food was good overall, though the buffet was not varied enough at lunch and dinner. The accommodations - room, bathroom and the cleanliness standard (sheets, floor) were truly low for a 4* resort and opposite to the rest of the resort. Also, deceiving information regarding some facilities: reduced playground, no chess game, pirate water park only for small children up to 8 years and poorly located on a side of the hotel much too close to the swim-up rooms so that one feels invading the customers privacy in such rooms. Most important, there is no direct access to the beach of Leonardo Cypria Bay resort. Instead, for swimming in the sea, one must walk a little and access the sea in front of the adults only Hotel Leonardo Maris, while "the adults only" cast some unfriendly looks on families accessing the narrow limb of sand for entering the sea.

Great hotel for family. Food is amazing, service is excellent. I did not find any things to mentione, who wants to find them can find them everywhere, but I did not. I want to note the work of the staff, all well done, from the chef on the kitchen, to the waiters, from the reception to the lifeguards. I especially want to mention the blond lifeguard, I haven't seen anyone love their job so much as him. Thank you all of you very much!

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with 3 children. Our room was very spacious, the cleaning service works excellently and every day and in the evening we regularly receive clean towels. The hotel is very child-friendly and always diverse in its activities, including Gymboree gaming rooms and slides adapted to these ages. The food is very varied and you can always find something to eat, but it is important to note that it is pretty repetitive. The pools are excellent and suitable for children and adults; you can spend a whole day there. The bar by the pool is at a very high level, also at the level of drinks, at the level of the bartenders, and of course at the restrooms, which are always kind to the guests. Points to improve: The issue of the air conditioner in the dining room and the elevator areas on the floor can and should be improved significantly since it is very hot and the humidity is high, and sometimes it feels like it is not working at all. Except for the bar in the pool, in the other bars around the hotel, you often encounter and stand in line, but it is tolerable. In conclusion: the hotel served us faithfully during the week of days and there is no doubt that we will return to it.

Amazing hotel, we where there 9 nights with toddler, and believe me... she loved it! Food very tasty, huge selection, and ala carte restaurants are worth to try! Service in hotel is outstanding, we appreciate how people treated us, I'm pregnant at this time as well. We're big pool area, you don't have to worry about sunbeds or towels, they have plenty! The only bad think about it is that they don't have beach access. You have to use neighbour hotels ones.

Went fully inclusive but not Gold. Drinks were limited, they need to up their cocktail game. Pool & surrounds view etc...excellent. Arrived late nearly midnight day 1, think it is quite cheeky to charge you for a late check out in this instance !!! Mugs in the room instead of cups would be great & more milk please. The snack bar wasn't very impressive. All the staff were lovely. The place was spotlessly clean.

a very friendly, nice and clean hotel. The rooms were comfy and big enough and there are a lot of attractions for children in every corner (our child is 3 years old) My wife had a birthday and the staff sent us cake, champagne and flowers to our room and we were very happy. The food was generally great. there is a variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner while you have the snack bar with variety of options. Cons - as a vegetarian I felt that there weren't a lot of main courses options for me and for vegans. it seams that the hotel knew how to offer a lot of main courses combined with meat and for vegetarians there was one option, usually just steamed vegetables. nothing with tofu or meat substitutes (that probably even cheaper then some of the meat options we had) We had a very lovely experience and had a great time defiantly a place I will go back next time we will be in Paphos and a recommendation i will pass to my friends

Excellent place to stay.We came here for our honeymoon a year after we got married. As soon as we walked in we couldn't have been treated any better. All the staff were polite all the day and night. The room was very comfortable with a great view. The food was delicious with a variety for all tastes. Plenty of space for lounging around the pool or away from the pool.Very pleasant throughout our stay and we will be back in the future and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon.

Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, very clean hotel. We got very lucky with our room being on the top floor and right in the centre, our view was unbelievable, this was our first holiday abroad with our 5 year old who is a very picky eater, plenty of food options in the restaurant and snack bar. We had an amazing time in this hotel and would highly recommend this to anyone with a child of around 5-6 years old, the entertainment staff are wonderful and try their best to make sure all kids are included in activities.

Lovely staff, pool area great. Food good quality. 1 huge bug bear is the tiered all inclusive packages. Does create elitism, and would put us off from staying again. All inclusive should be as it says, but you need to pay extra for named drinks etc, but surely bottled water should be accessible to all. Did see this as feedback before our visit, but having experienced it, understand how others felt.

A good place to stay, the majority of the staff are great/excellent and happy to help and the food is good. Unfortunately the pool bar drinks are either watered down or single measures so you've to go to the lobby bar to get one made correctly. The entertainment is also quite good day and night, but the kids disco is the same every single night, but the girls do a great job with the kids at kids club during the day. Overall I would probably give the hotel an 8/10

Attractive hotel. Has a tennis court. Decent breakfast. A bit noisy in the main atrium in the middle evening. €30 taxi to airport. Great pool including in-water pool bar. ATM in hotel next door.

The hotel was really clean and great covid measures in place. Pool area is nice with lots of sunbeds - could sit by the pool or feel like you were on the beach. There is a little supermarket close by and you can walk to the harbour in around 35 minutes. The rooms were very clean and beds were really comfy. Kettle provided with tea and coffee which was nice. The WiFi did not work - there was no signal in the room or by the pool and some days I struggled to connect in the main building. I feel this something that really needs addressing. I had to add data to my plan while I was there. The food was ok. The staff were excellent and went out of their to ensure I had gluten free things to eat. The greek restaurant and the American restaurant are basically the same place - there is a small division between them so it doesn't really feel or look like two restaurants. The greek restaurant was a set menu, no choice of what to eat. However, thiis was a really good meal and very tasty. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff and security staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We had a great time here. Nothing to complain about. Delicious food, good drinks etc. The wine quality was poor but this was expected. Few swimming pools - heights from 20 to 140cm. I recommend to reserve a room where the terace is with its swimming pool - our children enjoyed it so much. The nearby beach was quite ok, but you have to walk fir a few minutes if you want to have a beach where you can swim too...

We spent 10 days at this hotel on an all inclusive basis. Lovely staff especially the entertainment team and the restaurant team. The bar staff were also great, but always very busy, could do with a bit of help. The hotel was good, our room was side sea view on the 1st floor. It was a bit tired and smelled strange for the first few days. The bed was comfortable. It wasn't noisy. The beach wasn't great, but you can get into the water and swim. Pool was lovely. Lots of sunbeds. The food was good and plentiful, the chef always took time to go through dietary requirements. Evening music entertainment was good, particularly the father / daughter combo. They were brilliant. All in all we had a lovely time. Thanks to all.

Great hotel. All inclusive offers great options through out the day and there are plenty of staff to help and oversee everything. They are also very friendly and helpful which made our stay very pleasant. A family friendly hotel within minutes to the beach. We had a great stay here and also met some lovely families. Evening entertainment is slightly on the poor side as there are not many options for guests. Family/kids entertainment is great. However a fire eating man and walking on nails as kids entertainment maybe need to be rethought about.

We came for some real RnR and that is what we got. Sea view room was epic, watching the sunset over the sea is mandatory. Room was clean and was cleaned daily, new towels etc. Food was good, and plenty to choose from, I think everyone can find something they can enjoy eating. We came early October, so there was no crowd, we always had sunbeds. Every night there was a live show of some kind, a few were exceptionally great, one of the singers had Tom Jones voice. Pool bar was a bit crowded even still, and they ran out of things pretty fast, but no worries the lobby bar had you covered. Staff was surprisingly nice and helpful. Even the cleaning staff knew some English and could help you out. Few tips. Bring 10eur for deposit for the beach towel. Best drinks are in the lounge bar. All inclusive has an upgrade, 15eur per day, but that does open up the menu in the bar a lot. The jacuzzi and the indoor swimming pool along with the sauna are at the same place, not too easy to find but well worth it as no-one goes there, so usually had it all for ourselves. A few cons. Outdoor pool was a bit too cold for my taste same with the jacuzzi. Be prepared for a cultural shock. People from all around come here. Loud people, who simply cannot speak, only shout, extremely messy ones who throw garbage basically anywhere apart from the bins, etc etc. But if you can ignore these the I guarantee you will have a memorable time here! :)

Hotel is really nice facility wise especially for kids. The beach outside is not the best but the hotel itself is lovely and the best staff members who literally are so helpful and kind are eleni and anella in the restaurant area
