A
mixture
of
excellent
staff
that
made
you
feel
welcome
with
staff
that
were
curt
and
a
bit
rude.
Sold
a
4
star
sea
view,
the
view
was
lovely
but
didnt
enjoy
it
due
to
actually
being
located
above
the
kids
pool.
Although
all
inclusive
its
not
explained
to
you
that
your
options
are
limited
unless
you
upgrade.
This
system
was
also
unecassarily
difficult,
we
were
initially
told
we
couldn't
upgrade
as
we
had
to
do
upgrade
for
a
minimum
of
three
nights
when
we
only
had
two
nights
left.
It
was
only
when
we
questioned
it
that
the
issue
was
resolved,
why
is
this
the
case?
Why
can
you
not
pay
for
tge
upgrade
on
a
daily
basis?
€15
per
days
to
upgrade
and
i
was
willing
to
pay
the
€60
for
me
and
my
wife
for
the
two
days,
I
was
even
willing
to
pay
the
€90
for
three
days
but
even
this
was
an
issue,
why
make
it
one
when
in
the
end
it
wasnt
a
problem?
When
booking
we
were
sold
two
rooms
with
inter-connecting
door.
Our
understanding
is
this
woulf
provide
sone
privacy
to
my
two
daughters
and
my
wife
and
I,
however
it
wasnt
until
we
got
there
that
it
was
explained
that
this
'privacy
door'
would
have
to
remain
open
and
if
it
were
to
shut
could
only
be
opened
again
by
the
hotel.
If
we
knew
this
prior
it
would
have
affected
our
booking
choice
as
we
would
have
booked
a
cheaper
room.
Bearing
in
mind
we
booked
four
star,
the
room
was
pretty
basic,
the
hot
water
didnt
work
for
a
time
and
when
trying
to
report
it
there
was
no
answer
from
the
front
desk
until
the
problem
had
been
resolved.
On
the
day
of
checkout
we
were
left
feeling
unwelcome.
We
were
briefed
on
check
out
they
not
only
take
your
room
key
but
cut
your
band
off
so
you
cannot
utilise
the
facilities
thereafter,
when
in
fact
in
checkout
this
didnt
happen.
When
i
questioned
the
policy
i
was
still
not
clear
on
what
the
case
was.
In
any
case
why
not
let
guest
utilise
facilities
after
checkout?
I'm
fortunate
enough
to
live
in
Cyrpus
so
could
load
my
car
up
and
go,
but
what
of
those
that
fly?
What
if
their
transport
to
the
airport
is
not
until
later
than
1200?
Why
not
allow
these
guests
to
enjoy
the
restaurants,
the
bars,
the
swimming
pools
or
waterpark?
Leaving
them
memories
of
a
four
star
experience
rather
than
being
left
feeling
rushed
out
the
door
to
get
the
next
customer
into
your
room?
As
negative
as
I've
made
this
sound
the
kids
did
have
a
lovely
time,
nor
is
this
intended
to
sound
petty,
it's
just
I
was
advertised
a
four
star
experience
and
paid
for
that.
I
don't
feel
thats
what
I
got
for
my
money,
I
paid
slightly
more
for
a
three
star
hotel
in
Kos
for
ten
nights
and
feel
that
was
better.
