Cannot fault the view and location of the hotel. Strange arrangements for the rooms behind the main block but not a bad view if you get the right room. Staff are amazing food could be better but bar food is sensational. Small selection of deserts always the same. Drinks are good the cocktail menu is good and freshly made. Bus stop out side the hotel perfect for going out to coral Bay

Fabulous place. Great location, facilities and food. Two main pools, one adults only on the lower tier and an indoor pool. €1.50 bus ride to Pathos, last stop is the bus station just up from harbour front. Easy walk to a small beach, nice promenade walk nearby too. Great views from the rooms and the pool. Restaurants great, big selection of local and themed nights, plenty to choose from and children's favourites. Not a bad word to say. Edit: As a suggestion to help us non-lager drinkers, perhaps a partnership with one of the many micro-breweries on the Island to have and IPA or pale ale on draft? Didn't enjoy the draught lager and spirits/cocktails not my thing really.

This is not a four star hotel. Perhaps it is a three star apartment hotel, but definitely not a four star hotel. Taking that into consideration I would say that this hotel is way overpriced for its standard and the value you get. I stayed here with my partner for 7 nights, we booked a junior suite with sea view. Beware that the sea view does not look like the photos. We asked the reception the next day about the room, as the sea view was blocked by two houses (see the photos I took) and they said that this is a sea view room. This is false marketing as you get tricked into booking a sea view room based on the photos they are showing. The staff in general was very friendly and helpful, except for a lady working in the spa/fitness area. She was very aggressive in her way of trying to sell massages, when my partner said that she did not want to book a massage she became quite unfriendly. The hotel was clean with housekeeping every day but the main cleaning was every three days. We never got our sheets changed during our stay though. You get compliments on arrival (four coffee capsules, four tea bags) and thats it. Everything costs, even if you want to use the safety box in the room you have to pay for it. This is not something you would expect from a four star hotel. If it were not for the staff I would rate this hotel by the lowest points as they charge way over their standard.

Absolutely fantastic location, with sea views to die for. The all-inclusive was probably the best we've had, with excellent selection of drinks and amazing food. Service at the bar and restaurant was second to none. The only reason we've marked down the room was because we didn't have any drawers to put clothes in; just a wardrobe. Other than that, the room was clean, and the service was good. There are two pools with plenty of sunbeds. The top one is an infinite pool with exceptional views of the bay. The lower pool is adults only and perfect if you want to relax away from the kids. The amenities locally are a bit sparse, although there is a shop on site. However, we did find a lovely beach bar within 10 minutes walking distance. Buses run every 20 minutes to Paphos one way and Coral bay the other. We had an excellent stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

Great place to stay, great location, fantastic views over the bay. Helpful staff who can't do enough to make your stay memorable. Our room was cleaned daily, UK style plug sockets. Some rooms not accessible for people with mobility problems. There's a large bar & seating area overlooking the pool with plenty of staff serving drinks to the customers. A bonus for me was they served the all inclusive guests drinks in glass glasses if seated around the bar/foyer area. You can take drinks outside around the pool in plastic glasses. There are 2 dining rooms, 1 downstairs used for breakfast/lunch & 1 upstairs with lift access used for the evening meal, both have glass walls, so uninterrupted views over the bay. My only slight niggle was the food, plenty of it but there was just something missing. People who stayed there might say the same. Overall a great stay, weather for October was fantastic. They call it Sunset bay for a reason..... The sunsets are amazing. We stayed in room 111, we went back to the room to watch the sun go down, we couldn't get enough of seeing the sun setting from our balcony. Would I go back? Absolutely!

Friendly and very polite staff. Nice evenings in a bar. Close to most of the attractions and to the beach but also we found few issues. *Rooms didn’t look like they were advertised on the website. *for 4*hotel poor furniture quality and maintenance. *phone wasn’t working in our room.We asked if we can change, even pay extra after our electricity was cut off in the evening but been told nothing is available for us. *Breakfast overcrowded. At the same time they had few national teams in the hotel… we had situation where we couldn’t find free table. it would be better to suggest what time guys will have their breakfast so guest could come earlier or later… *our room wasn’t super clean even glasses were just wiped during the service, you could see all the marks. *Paying extra €10 for 30min in sauna is a bit too much

4 stars for a four stars hotel. Good hotel. Amazing sunsets views. STAFF: very friendly. One thing I would change is the training of staff and sustainability. If towels are not in the bathtub or on the floor they don’t need changing. Ours were hanging on the door and still were change every day. Also, on the buffet, if the cutlery is cross it means I’m not finished so staff shouldn’t ask if it can be taken away. ROOM: clean and big and comes with an hair dryer. Sea view room (2nd floor (see picture) was ok but the best view is from the pool and restaurant. FOOD: buffet changes often specially desserts and main meals. Vegetarian main meals are meagre. MISCELLANEOUS: Very useful mini market selling useful everyday items. Didn’t use the spa or gym so I cannot comment on those. Big car parking is available.

Excellent location, great food, we arrived early in the morning, check in was fast we were offered sandwiches and drinks couldn’t do more for us. The staff were all very good with a special mention to Krassamira who welcomed us on our first night and gave us our last drink just before the transfer arrived. Excellent hotel great views, good relaxing holiday will definitely go back, but when it’s cooler.

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff are lovely and do everything they can to make your stay the best. Brilliant waiter service, so attentive. Bar staff could not fault. Food was great. Only downside, lousy entertainment. Need a lot more variety, room needed cleaning better and they need to notify the customers when they suddenly change the all inclusive rules. That's regarding the snacks between 3pm and 6pm changing from being included in all inclusive, to suddenly being chargeable.

The hotel is nice, the rooms have everything you need but you need a taxi to get anywhere, the views are amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everywhere is clean and tidy. It is worth a visit if your looking for sun and relaxing.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We were a big group of 18 people. The all inclusive was very good! You have food options less or more all day long. The bar, which is very close to the pool, was very nice and the crew was amazing. They tried to help us with everything we needed. The star reduction was because of the food, that was nice but not really really amaizing. Overall- highly recommend and the prices are really fair. It was amaizing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just spent 2 weeks at this hotel. Can't fault it. All the staff are amazing and so helpful.. Olivia(Lizzie) so sweet and Stephan the waiter, always kept you topped up..such a friendly place. Food good.. 2 Lovely pools, one for everyone, including children and another for adults only. Plenty of space. Bus stop right outside. We'll be back..

We were accommodated for two nights. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was a great atmosphere with live music, the bartenders mixed great drinks at good prices. Breakfast was extensive. The only thing I would complain about was the dinner, while the fried food could have been fresher. But otherwise great! We will be more than happy to come back.

We are both in our 60's, well travelled and enjoying life. This hotel exceeded our expectations, great location with very convenient public transport or paths to the nearby coast. Food first rate, especially the themed evening buffets. Bar prices reasonable & staff very attentive. Obviously a well managed business. If touring around would reccomend the 5 euro day bus ticket and the 648 service Coral Bay to Polls which takes you over the western hills.

My Friends and I stayed in Oct 23. We all loved our stay. The hotel needs a little lick of paint, but that did not detract from our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great all week. The hotel and outside area was kept clean. The view from the eating and pool areas strike you as you walk in, amazing. So much so we all spoke about coming back

I really liked the location - since we were travelling by car almost all days it was easy to travel to all sides of the Cyprus. Hotel is modest. Room was comfortable, cleaning services provided everyday. We ordered B&B there, breakfast was good, selection was wide - cheese, fruit, cakes, fried, scrumbled eggs, sausages, just expected more vegetables. Hotel has a nice view to see and to mountains. There is a nice spa in hotel, I enjoyed ordered massage. It also has some small shop with water, sweets, snacks and souvenirs. Not far you can find supermarkets, few restaurants.

Bar staff exceptional.Friendly and very professional. Guy whose name I didn't know made great margarita and Neeve was very helpful and friendly when asking her questions about the area as well and making our drinks. Negative is bathroom's a bit tight getting out of Bath as sink work top to large for room. All staff were nice and hotel very clean

Beautiful hotel in outstanding location. The apartment is very clean, and staff always friendly and welcoming. Can't fault it. Public transport also great to get around and not expensive. Google local beaches, Coral Bay being one.

Our extended family of12 had a lovely holiday atthe hotel. The one thing that needs some improvement.are the bathrooms, a bit worn-out On the up side, the food was great, the rooms were very big, the pool very clean. The best thing at the hotel is the service. The staff is super nice and helpful. Special thanks to Olga and Lena at the reception and Alex in the dining room. Definitely will be coming back to this great hotel.

Great location, as we were only bed & breakfast we seem overlooked, 3 of us in one room. No extra cups, also quite sure we had bed bugs, lots of bites over legs. The highlight was the ginger cat, very friendly & affectionate

The room was really spacious and overall just great. Service wise the staff were very helpful throughout the holiday. Location isn't bad just a not very close to the centre of paphos. Overall it was a really good place to stay and there is a pool and good evening entertainment.

Very nice and clean buildings/rooms! Customer service was on point! Breakfest/lunch/dinner was usually really good. Only downside was there was no water pressure in the shower and almost no hot water at all, hot water came randomly in bursts but 95% of the time it was just cold.

We had a week here in what we thought was a junior suite with a sea view. We got a great view of a wall. The room was large though and cleaned daily. Our ground floor balcony was always in shade. The food quality was varied from quite good to poor. Breakfast was fine and always something to choose for evening meal as a different theme every night. Our best meal was off site in Limmisol. Bed was comfy and the evening entertainment looked OK. The bar music was loud and utterly terrible.

Best holiday in a long time. Lovely food and drinks but the staff were what made the holiday so great. They couldn't have done more for us. We were really sad to leave here. Thank you theo sunset and all your wonderful staff for an amazing holiday.

Very good stay... nice hotel... friendly staff. Close to Coral be beach. A own car is advised to go everywhere. Nice swimmingpool but the sunnbeds have to be renewed. The rooms are very good, also the view. Restaurant sometimes to busy....

We stayed at this hotel, I hope so others don't have too! When we first arrived we were provided with a dirty room that stank of smoke, when we complained we were advised the rooms are non-smoking so couldn't smell. After then having to go to reception to explain, we were shown to a new room, issues with key access to final be greeted by a tired out of date room with a grimy bathroom, that should have been replaced years ago from the look of the rust and shoddy state of the shower screen. The bed was like sleeping on a pullout sofa (the hard kind) and the bedding was itchy. The location, view and communal spaces however was nice and clearly new. It's a shame the rooms however were so poor it's really let them place down.

Disappointing. came here 18 months ago and thoroughly enjoyed it, this time although our apartment was clean it was strangely disjointed. The views made up for any shortcomings though.

Loved our stay at Theo Sunset over the last week. It wouldn’t take much to make this a five star hotel in my opinion. We stayed in the standard sea view room and I have no complaints about it, spacious, clean, good shower and balcony over looking the sea. The facilities are pretty good, my only criticism is the pool area, the beds on the lower deck are quite old and worn, so could do with replacing and the pool is not heated, it was like an ice bath our entire stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we were especially impressed by the service of the bar staff. Breakfast was a typical buffet style, which wasn’t too bad, enough to fill you for the morning. The chicken kebab fuelled us most lunchtimes. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and will certainly stay here on return to Cyprus!

Good hotel with helpful and kind staff. No 5 stars rating - because the spa was out of order although they told me by email that it will be working.

Very nice hotel . The room was lovely staff was friendly it was busy. Scenery was nice the indoor pool was nice. The outside pools where also nice with a breath taking view . It was easy to jump on a bus and have access to explore for 5 euros for a day ticket. The food was ok but I preferred to go out and eat and experience different places every night .

A great location with easy access to public transport. The staff are friendly and happy. A great vibe and very relaxing. Amazing view, especially during the sunset. Loved the food and service. Only let down was the gym and where the massages take place. But the massage itself was really good. High probability that I will revisit this resort.

Overall stay was an absolute 5 star, 2 pools amd sunbathing areas. All meal times are buffet style with plenty to go around and little queues. All the staff are very friendly, many speak several languages and will do what ever they can to make your stay the best they can offer. There are also bus stops for the 615, that goes into Coral Bay and to Paphos harbour. The views are immaculate from the rooms, watching the sun set every night over the ocean was fantastic. The on site store have your basic amenities and you should need little else while staying at Theo Sunset.

Mr Nicos provided us with an excellent service, we had a few issues with our rooms and he went above and beyond by rectifying them. Hotel was great with an amazing scenery of the beach from the pool and cafeteria. Staff were very friendly. Overall had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Thank you Mr Nicos.

Nice hotel with infinity pool with sea view. Spacious and clean rooms. Sufficiently equipped. Rich breakfast and dinner (we had half board), but average food. Perfect location between Paphos city and Coral Bay beach. Bus stop in front of hotel. Overall satisfied.

Bus every 15 minutes pulls up right outside the hotel, very short journey to coral Bay where there is a beautiful beach and sun bed rentals (I rented 3 for 10 euros) they also had jet ski rentals a bar and other amenities, just up from the beach was a shopping area along with the usual bars and restaurants you would expect. The beach within walking distance in a cobble beach which I had been looking forward to visiting but found very difficult to access. If you get the bus from the opposite side of the road (about 300 meters across from the hotel) it takes you to old paphos where you can visit the tomb of the Kings or the local mall. To me the hotel is in a great location if you want to see a variety of places.

This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Do not recommend! ROOM: this was probably the worst part of our trip. We got one of the rooms going downstairs from the second pool. After one night of thunderstorm the room flooded with water, we asked the reception 4 times to change our room and after approximately 5 hours of waiting we got an upgrade to “their best room” which was full of ants, so we had to go to the reception again. The housekeepers came pretty quick and sprayed the area with poison, no apologies given. STAFF: forget about “client is always right” when you’re staying at Theo sunset hotel. Besides the situation described above, we’ve also almost missed our trip to blue lagoon. We were informed that we’ll receive a call to the room when our transfer comes, so we’ve waited close to the phone. After 15 minutes we came to the reception and were informed that our transfer had left and that they’ve called us but we didn’t pick up the phone. They did not even acknowledge that it was a mistake on their end. PRICE: taking into consideration standard of the rooms and the staff being completely unhelpful, we would say that the price is way too high at this hotel. You’re basically just paying for the view by the pool.

The service and cleaning staff of the restaurant is a 10 plus. They are like ants. Congratulations! The room cleaning staff rummaged through our girls' makeup every day. Unpleasant! But the cleanliness is very good. The hotel and the rooms are 3 stars, in no case 4 stars. Old furniture, low water pressure. We hear the noise from outside and from neighbors room. The food is very good and diverse. There is a free and large enough parking lot. I visited the hotel in December. The indoor pool has insufficiently heated water. I quickly got out of the water.

😠 I don't recommend this hotel!! During a night it was a bit chilly, so we tried to turn on heating on A/C in the room but it didn't work. Also there wasn't hot water in the bathroom so we had to shower with cold water. Next morning we old our issues to a receptionist, and she said, I quote "you have...
