We
spent
a
night
at
Fitos
before
heading
to
the
airport.
Luckily,
before
leaving
Cyprus,
we
did
not
miss
to
know
Fitos...such
a
nice
person,
with
his
words
of
wisdom
and
his
delicious
cuisine,
which
was
without
doubts
THE
BEST
we
tried
in
Cyprus.
The
portions
were
really
big
and
well
presented,
for
a
very
reasonable
price.
Fitos
grows
his
own
vegetables,
olives,
makes
oil,
honey,
has
his
own
animals
behind
the
hotel
for
super
juicy
meat
and
fresh
eggs.
Unfortunately
though,
he
was
a
chef
for
40
years,
and
now
only
cooks
for
the
people
staying
at
the
hotel,
not
for
people
outside.
The
hotel
is
a
bit
old
but
well
kept
and
clean.
The
bed
was
super
large
and
comfy.
I
will
stay
one
week
here
next
time!!
This
stay
was
among
the
best
experiences
we
had
in
Cyprus
